Podle studi\u00ed v\u00fd\u017eivov\u00e9 ukazatele spojen\u00e9 se st\u0159edomo\u0159skou stravou koreluj\u00ed se zdrav\u00fdm st\u00e1rnut\u00edm mozku.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>P\u0159ehled publikovan\u00fd v \u017eurn\u00e1lu\u00a0<\/span><em><span>Current Opinion<\/span><\/em><span>\u00a0in Clinical Nutrition and Metabolic Care (Aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed n\u00e1zory v klinick\u00e9 v\u00fd\u017eiv\u011b a p\u00e9\u010di o metabolismus) uv\u00e1d\u00ed, \u017ee vysok\u00e1 m\u00edra p\u0159idr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed se st\u0159edomo\u0159sk\u00e9 stravy vede nejen k pomalej\u0161\u00edmu poklesu kognitivn\u00edch funkc\u00ed, ale tak\u00e9 sni\u017euje riziko vzniku Alzheimeru.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Vzhledem k tomu, \u017ee p\u0159\u00ednosy st\u0159edomo\u0159sk\u00e9 stravy pramen\u00ed z jej\u00edho mno\u017estv\u00ed \u017eivin, kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed zn\u00e1m\u00e9 funk\u010dn\u00ed vztahy s lidsk\u00fdm mozkem, v\u00fdzkumn\u00edci za\u010dali zkoumat \u00fa\u010dinky jednotliv\u00fdch \u017eivin spojen\u00fdch s t\u00edmto stravovac\u00edm vzorcem na funkce mozku, integritu b\u00edl\u00e9 hmoty a objem \u0161ed\u00e9 hmoty.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Krom\u011b pozorovateln\u00e9ho kognitivn\u00edho poklesu a jin\u00fdch struktur\u00e1ln\u00edch zm\u011bn st\u00e1rnut\u00ed tak\u00e9 zp\u016fsobuje sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed integrity vl\u00e1ken b\u00edl\u00e9 mozkov\u00e9 hmoty a objemu mozku \u2013 oboj\u00ed je zp\u016fsobeno degradac\u00ed neuron\u016f (mozkov\u00fdch bun\u011bk).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Ve studii zve\u0159ejn\u011bn\u00e9 v \u010dasopise\u00a0<\/span><em><span>NPJ Ageing<\/span><\/em><span>\u00a0se v\u011bdci sna\u017eili identifikovat fenotypy charakteristick\u00e9 pro zrychlen\u00e9 i opo\u017ed\u011bn\u00e9 st\u00e1rnut\u00ed mozku.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Zkoumali 100 star\u0161\u00edch lid\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed byli podrobeni skenov\u00e1n\u00ed mozku s c\u00edlem kvantifikovat jednotliv\u00e9 mozkov\u00e9 struktury, analyzovat jejich funk\u010dn\u00ed mozkovou konektivitu a identifikovat relevantn\u00ed mozkov\u00e9 metabolity. \u00da\u010dastn\u00edci tak\u00e9 absolvovali \u0159adu neuropsychologick\u00fdch test\u016f na m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed jejich inteligence, v\u00fdkonn\u00fdch funkc\u00ed a pam\u011bti.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Nakonec v\u00fdzkumn\u00edci hledali odli\u0161n\u00e9 profily biomarker\u016f \u017eivin, kter\u00e9 by se shodovaly s opa\u010dn\u00fdmi fenotypy st\u00e1rnut\u00ed mozku, se zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00edm zam\u011b\u0159en\u00edm na \u017eiviny spojen\u00e9 se st\u0159edomo\u0159skou stravou, kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed zn\u00e1m\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edzniv\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky na v\u00fdkon mozku.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>(Souvisej\u00edc\u00ed: Studie\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.naturalnews.com\/2022-02-21-study-green-mediterranean-diet-boosts-brain-function.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span>ukazuje<\/span><\/a><span>\u00a0, \u017ee zelen\u00e1 st\u0159edomo\u0159sk\u00e1 strava pom\u00e1h\u00e1 zvy\u0161ovat mozkov\u00e9 funkce.)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edky, kte\u0159\u00ed vykazovali zrychlen\u00e9 st\u00e1rnut\u00ed mozku, v\u00fdzkumn\u00edci zjistili, \u017ee lid\u00e9 se zpo\u017ed\u011bn\u00fdm st\u00e1rnut\u00edm mozku m\u011bli v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed objem mozku, lep\u0161\u00ed integritu b\u00edl\u00e9 mozkov\u00e9 hmoty, zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 koncentrace mozkov\u00fdch metabolit\u016f a zv\u00fd\u0161enou funk\u010dn\u00ed konektivitu v cel\u00e9m mozku.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Druh\u00e1 skupina m\u011bla pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fd v\u011bk mozku 59,7 let, zat\u00edmco skupina se zrychlen\u00fdm st\u00e1rnut\u00edm mozku m\u011bla pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fd v\u011bk mozku 65,1 let. V\u011bk mozku byl nep\u0159\u00edmo \u00fam\u011brn\u00fd objemu mozku, trakt\u016fm b\u00edl\u00e9 hmoty, metabolit\u016fm mozku a m\u00edr\u00e1m funk\u010dn\u00ed konektivity.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u00da\u010dastn\u00edci studie se zpo\u017ed\u011bn\u00fdm st\u00e1rnut\u00edm mozku p\u0159ekon\u00e1vali ty, kte\u0159\u00ed vykazovali zrychlen\u00e9 st\u00e1rnut\u00ed mozku, ve v\u0161ech kognitivn\u00edch testech.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Po anal\u00fdze nutri\u010dn\u00edho profilu \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f pomoc\u00ed vzork\u016f krve byli v\u011bdci schopni vytvo\u0159it profil nutri\u010dn\u00edch biomarker\u016f pro jednotlivce se zpo\u017ed\u011bn\u00fdm st\u00e1rnut\u00edm mozku.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Identifikovali 13 kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdch mozkov\u00fdch \u017eivin, kter\u00e9 m\u011bli lid\u00e9 se zpo\u017ed\u011bn\u00fdm st\u00e1rnut\u00edm mozku v hojn\u00e9m mno\u017estv\u00ed. Tyto \u017eiviny, z nich\u017e mnoh\u00e9 lze z\u00edskat p\u0159idr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00edm se st\u0159edomo\u0159sk\u00e9 stravy, byly:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>monenasycen\u00e9 mastn\u00e9 kyseliny: kyselina cis-vakcenov\u00e1 a kyselina cis-gondoov\u00e1<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>polynenasycen\u00e9 mastn\u00e9 kyseliny: kyselina alfa-linolenov\u00e1 (ALA), kyselina eikosapentaenov\u00e1 (EPA), kyselina dokosadienov\u00e1 (DDA) a kyselina eikosadienov\u00e1 (EDA)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>nasycen\u00e9 mastn\u00e9 kyseliny: kyselina lignocerov\u00e1<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>karotenoidy: lutein a zeaxanthin<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>vitam\u00edny: vitam\u00edn E<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>cholin<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span>Aby se vylou\u010dila mo\u017enost jin\u00fdch faktor\u016f, kter\u00e9 p\u0159isp\u00edvaj\u00ed k pomalej\u0161\u00edmu nebo zrychlen\u00e9mu st\u00e1rnut\u00ed mozku, v\u00fdzkumn\u00edci tak\u00e9 zkoumali n\u011bkolik m\u00edry demografie, antropometrie (fyzick\u00e9 vlastnosti t\u011bla) a fyzick\u00e9 zdatnosti.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u017d\u00e1dn\u00e1 z t\u011bchto prom\u011bnn\u00fdch se mezi t\u011bmito dv\u011bma fenotypy neli\u0161ila, co\u017e nazna\u010duje, \u017ee nemaj\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd vliv na rychlost st\u00e1rnut\u00ed mozku.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span>\u017diviny, kter\u00e9 v\u00e1\u0161 mozek pot\u0159ebuje pro zdrav\u00e9 pomalej\u0161\u00ed st\u00e1rnut\u00ed<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span>Jak uv\u00e1d\u00ed studie v \u010dasopise\u00a0<\/span><em><span>NPJ Ageing<\/span><\/em><span>\u00a0, udr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed vysok\u00fdch hladin n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edch \u017eivin m\u016f\u017ee p\u0159isp\u011bt k pomalej\u0161\u00edmu poklesu kognitivn\u00edch funkc\u00ed u star\u0161\u00edch lid\u00ed:<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span>1. Kyselina vakcenov\u00e1<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span>Kyselina vakcenov\u00e1 je izomer kyseliny olejov\u00e9, co\u017e je omega-9 mastn\u00e1 kyselina. Jedn\u00e1 se o p\u0159evl\u00e1daj\u00edc\u00ed tuk v\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.badatel.net\/falosny-olivovy-olej-je-vsade-ako-rozlisit-pravy-od-pancovaneho\/\"><span>olivov\u00e9m oleji<\/span><\/a><span>\u00a0.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>O t\u00e9to mastn\u00e9 kyselin\u011b s dlouh\u00fdm \u0159et\u011bzcem, kter\u00e1 je druhem trans-mastn\u00e9 kyseliny nach\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00ed se v lidsk\u00e9m ml\u00e9ce, se uv\u00e1d\u00ed, \u017ee m\u00e1 antibakteri\u00e1ln\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinky a \u00fa\u010dinky na sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed \u0161patn\u00e9ho cholesterolu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Kyselinu vakcenovou lze nal\u00e9zt tak\u00e9 v n\u011bkter\u00fdch rostlin\u00e1ch, jako je \u010d\u00ednsk\u00fd ko\u0159en (Smilax china) a vrba b\u00edl\u00e1 (Salix alba), co\u017e jsou dv\u011b tradi\u010dn\u00ed \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e9 a indick\u00e9 l\u00e9\u010div\u00e9 byliny. Kyselina vakcenov\u00e1 se metabolicky p\u0159em\u011b\u0148uje na konjugovanou kyselinu linolovou (CLA), omega-6 mastnou kyselinu, o kter\u00e9 se \u0159\u00edk\u00e1, \u017ee chr\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159ed z\u00e1n\u011btem nerv\u016f.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span>2. Kyselina gondoov\u00e1<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span>Kyselina gondoov\u00e1, tak\u00e9 zn\u00e1m\u00e1 jako kyselina 11-eikosenov\u00e1, je omega-9 mastn\u00e1 kyselina, kter\u00e1 se nach\u00e1z\u00ed v rostlinn\u00fdch olej\u00edch, jako jsou jojobov\u00fd a lani\u010dn\u00edkov\u00fd, oleji ze chia sem\u00ednek a v n\u011bkter\u00fdch druz\u00edch o\u0159ech\u016f.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Uk\u00e1zalo se, \u017ee kyselina gondoov\u00e1 potla\u010duje z\u00e1n\u011bty inhibic\u00ed exprese proz\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00fdch faktor\u016f, sni\u017euje produkci voln\u00fdch radik\u00e1l\u016f, jako jsou reaktivn\u00ed formy kysl\u00edku, a zvy\u0161uje expresi antioxida\u010dn\u00edch gen\u016f.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Kyselina gondoov\u00e1 je jedn\u00edm z metabolick\u00fdch prekurzor\u016f kyseliny nervonov\u00e9, p\u0159evl\u00e1daj\u00edc\u00ed mastn\u00e9 kyseliny ve tk\u00e1ni b\u00edl\u00e9 mozkov\u00e9 hmoty.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span>3. Kyselina alfa-linolenov\u00e1 (ALA)<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span>Kyselina alfa-linolenov\u00e1 je esenci\u00e1ln\u00ed omega-3 mastn\u00e1 kyselina, kter\u00e1 se nach\u00e1z\u00ed v mnoha rostlinn\u00fdch potravin\u00e1ch, jako jsou ln\u011bn\u00e1 sem\u00ednka, chia sem\u00ednka, vla\u0161sk\u00e9 o\u0159echy, avok\u00e1do, fazole a cuketa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Podle studi\u00ed se u zdrav\u00fdch mu\u017e\u016f asi 8% ALA v potrav\u011b p\u0159em\u011bn\u00ed na kyselinu eikosapentaenovou (EPA) a 4% na kyselinu dokosahexaenovou (DHA), zat\u00edmco u \u017een je to 21% na EPA a 9% na DHA.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>EPA a DHA jsou omega-3 mastn\u00e9 kyseliny \u017eivo\u010di\u0161n\u00e9ho p\u016fvodu, o kter\u00fdch se \u0159\u00edk\u00e1, \u017ee zlep\u0161uj\u00ed funkce mozku a sni\u017euj\u00ed z\u00e1n\u011bty v mozku.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span>4. Kyselina dokosadienov\u00e1 (DDA)<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span>Kyselina dokosadienov\u00e1 je omega-6 mastn\u00e1 kyselina s velmi dlouh\u00fdm \u0159et\u011bzcem, kter\u00e1 se p\u0159irozen\u011b vyskytuje v potravin\u00e1ch \u017eivo\u010di\u0161n\u00e9ho a rostlinn\u00e9ho p\u016fvodu, jako jsou sv\u011btlicov\u00fd olej, slune\u010dnicov\u00e1 sem\u00ednka, s\u00fdry a maso.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Zjistilo se, \u017ee kyselina dokosadienov\u00e1 vykazuje siln\u00e9 antioxida\u010dn\u00ed, protiz\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00e9 a protin\u00e1dorov\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky proti lidsk\u00fdm bu\u0148k\u00e1m rakoviny prsu.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span>5. Kyselina eikosadienov\u00e1 (EDA)<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span>Jedn\u00e1 se o omega-6 mastnou kyselinu nach\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00ed se v lidsk\u00e9m ml\u00e9ce, chia sem\u00ednk\u00e1ch, mo\u0159sk\u00e9m je\u017ekovi a dvou druz\u00edch indick\u00e9ho \u017een\u0161enu \u2013 Panax bipinnatifidus a P. pseudoginseng.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Podle studie publikovan\u00e9 v \u010dasopise\u00a0<\/span><em><span>Diabetes<\/span><\/em><span>\u00a0m\u016f\u017ee kyselina eikosadienov\u00e1 hr\u00e1t p\u0159\u00edznivou roli p\u0159i z\u00e1n\u011btech a tak\u00e9 pom\u00e1h\u00e1 zm\u00edr\u0148ovat inzul\u00ednovou rezistenci, \u010d\u00edm\u017e se sni\u017euje riziko cukrovky.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Stejn\u011b jako DDA, bylo prok\u00e1z\u00e1no, \u017ee EDA m\u00e1 antioxida\u010dn\u00ed a protiz\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00e9 vlastnosti p\u0159evy\u0161uj\u00edc\u00ed vlastnosti DHA.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span>6. Kyselina lignocerov\u00e1<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span>Kyselina lignocerov\u00e1 je nasycen\u00e1 mastn\u00e1 kyselina s velmi dlouh\u00fdm \u0159et\u011bzcem, kter\u00e1 se nach\u00e1z\u00ed v ara\u0161\u00eddech, makadamov\u00fdch o\u0159e\u0161\u00edch a n\u011bkter\u00fdch olej\u00edch ze semen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Studie publikovan\u00e1 v \u010dasopise\u00a0<\/span><em><span>American Journal of<\/span><\/em><span>\u00a0Clinical Nutrition (Americk\u00fd \u017eurn\u00e1l klinick\u00e9 v\u00fd\u017eivy) zjistila, \u017ee vysok\u00e9 koncentrace mastn\u00fdch kyselin s dlouh\u00fdm \u0159et\u011bzcem v krvi vedou ke sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed kognitivn\u00edho \u00fatlumu u star\u0161\u00edch lid\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Studie, kter\u00e1 porovn\u00e1vala mozkov\u00e9 charakteristiky \u017een bez kognitivn\u00edch probl\u00e9m\u016f a \u017een, u kter\u00fdch se vyvinula Alzheimerova choroba, rovn\u011b\u017e uvedla, \u017ee zdrav\u00e9 \u017eeny m\u011bly v mozkov\u00fdch tk\u00e1n\u00edch vysok\u00e9 koncentrace kyseliny lignocerov\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span>7. Karotenoidy<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span>Karotenoidy jsou rostlinn\u00e9 pigmenty, kter\u00e9 se nach\u00e1zej\u00ed v pestrobarevn\u00e9m ovoci a zelenin\u011b, jako jsou \u0161pen\u00e1t, mrkev, raj\u010data, oran\u017eov\u00e1 paprika, \u010derven\u00fd meloun a dal\u0161\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Karotenoidy jsou zn\u00e1m\u00e9 sv\u00fdmi siln\u00fdmi antioxida\u010dn\u00edmi vlastnostmi, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e alfa- a betakaroten slou\u017e\u00ed tak\u00e9 jako prekurzory vitam\u00ednu A. D\u00edky sv\u00fdm antioxida\u010dn\u00edm aktivit\u00e1m mohou karotenoidy chr\u00e1nit mozek p\u0159ed oxida\u010dn\u00edm po\u0161kozen\u00edm.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Mozek je velmi n\u00e1chyln\u00fd na oxida\u010dn\u00ed stres v d\u016fsledku vysok\u00e9 koncentrace lipid\u016f a vysok\u00e9 metabolick\u00e9 aktivity.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span>8.
