Druh\u00e1 forma je \u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed u dosp\u011bl\u00fdch<\/li>\n<li>Mezi b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 p\u0159\u00ed\u010diny sekund\u00e1rn\u00ed imunitn\u00ed nedostate\u010dnosti pat\u0159\u00ed autoimunitn\u00ed onemocn\u011bn\u00ed, chronick\u00e1 onemocn\u011bn\u00ed, infekce, l\u00e9\u010dba rakoviny, odstran\u011bn\u00ed sleziny, t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 pop\u00e1leniny k\u016f\u017ee a n\u011bkter\u00e9 l\u00e9ky, jako jsou imunosupresiva.<\/li>\n<li>V\u00e1\u0161 imunitn\u00ed syst\u00e9m je schopen se zotavit z potla\u010den\u00ed b\u011bhem t\u00fddn\u016f nebo m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f po vysazen\u00ed imunosupresiv, i kdy\u017e v z\u00e1va\u017en\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech m\u016f\u017ee \u00fapln\u00e9 zotaven\u00ed trvat roky<\/li>\n<li>Cvi\u010den\u00ed a vitamin D ze slun\u011bn\u00ed jsou doporu\u010den\u00fdmi p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00edmi metodami pro pos\u00edlen\u00ed imunitn\u00edho syst\u00e9mu. P\u0159i konzumaci stravy bohat\u00e9 na kyselinu linolovou je v\u0161ak t\u0159eba pe\u010dliv\u011b \u0159\u00eddit slun\u011bn\u00ed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>V\u00e1\u0161 imunitn\u00ed syst\u00e9m hraje kl\u00ed\u010dovou roli v optim\u00e1ln\u00edm zdrav\u00ed. Kdy\u017e nen\u00ed ve \u0161pi\u010dkov\u00e9 form\u011b, va\u0161e t\u011blo je vysoce n\u00e1chyln\u00e9 k patogen\u016fm, kter\u00e9 zp\u016fsobuj\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00e9 nemoci. Krom\u011b toho va\u0161e t\u011blo nen\u00ed schopno bojovat s nemocemi, kter\u00e9 vznikaj\u00ed zevnit\u0159, jako jsou: B. Rakovina.\u00a0<sup>1<\/sup>\u00a0Bohu\u017eel p\u0159ib\u00fdv\u00e1 d\u016fkaz\u016f, \u017ee oslaben\u00fd imunitn\u00ed syst\u00e9m \u2013 tak\u00e9 zn\u00e1m\u00fd jako imunodeficience \u2013 je st\u00e1le \u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">St\u00e1le v\u00edce Ameri\u010dan\u016f se st\u00e1v\u00e1 imunokompromitovan\u00fdmi<\/h2>\n<p>Co to znamen\u00e1 b\u00fdt imunokompromitovan\u00fd? V podstat\u011b jde o stav, kdy v\u00e1\u0161 imunitn\u00ed syst\u00e9m nefunguje tak, jak by m\u011bl. Jak uvedl GoodRx:\u00a0<sup>2<\/sup><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eB\u00fdt imunokompromitovan\u00fd znamen\u00e1, \u017ee v\u00e1\u0161 imunitn\u00ed syst\u00e9m je oslaben\u00fd. To m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt zp\u016fsobeno bu\u010f nemoc\u00ed, nebo u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00edm l\u00e9k\u016f. To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee je pravd\u011bpodobn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, \u017ee dostanete infekci. Ve studii publikovan\u00e9 v \u010dasopise JAMA v\u011bdci odhaduj\u00ed, \u017ee po\u010det Ameri\u010dan\u016f s oslabenou imunitou nyn\u00ed p\u0159edstavuje 6,6 % populace (asi 18 milion\u016f lid\u00ed), oproti 2,7 % v roce 2013.\u00a0<sup>3<\/sup><\/p>\n<p>Jak\u00e9 jsou p\u0159\u00ed\u010diny oslaben\u00e9ho imunitn\u00edho syst\u00e9mu? Podle New York Times\u00a0<sup>4<\/sup>\u00a0jsou d\u016fvody pro to r\u016fzn\u00e9, nap\u0159. B. n\u00e1r\u016fst autoimunitn\u00edch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed a pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed imunosupresivn\u00edch l\u00e9k\u016f k l\u00e9\u010db\u011b chronick\u00fdch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed, jako je rakovina.<\/p>\n<p>A\u0165 u\u017e je p\u0159\u00ed\u010dina jak\u00e1koli: \u201eU\u017e to nen\u00ed okrajov\u00e1 skupina,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Dr. Joshua Hill, specialista z Fred Hutch Cancer Center v Seattlu. &#8222;Jsou to lid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed chod\u00ed ve spole\u010dnosti, o kter\u00fdch mo\u017en\u00e1 nev\u00edte, \u017ee jsou imunokompromitovan\u00ed,&#8220; dodal.\u00a0<sup>5<\/sup><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hlub\u0161\u00ed pohled do imunokompromitovan\u00fdch syst\u00e9m\u016f<\/h2>\n<p>Oslaben\u00fd imunitn\u00ed syst\u00e9m se m\u016f\u017ee projevovat r\u016fzn\u00fdmi zp\u016fsoby. M\u016f\u017eete se s n\u00ed nap\u0159\u00edklad narodit \u2013 tak\u00e9 zn\u00e1m\u00e1 jako prim\u00e1rn\u00ed imunodeficience \u2013 a potenci\u00e1ln\u011b pro ni existuj\u00ed stovky p\u0159\u00ed\u010din.\u00a0<sup>6<\/sup>\u00a0Jak uv\u00e1d\u00ed New York Times,\u00a0<sup>7<\/sup>\u00a0v\u00fdzkumn\u00edk\u016f identifikovalo v\u00edce ne\u017e 430 prim\u00e1rn\u00edch imunodeficienc\u00ed zp\u016fsoben\u00fdch genetick\u00fdmi variantami, kter\u00e9 oslabuj\u00ed imunitn\u00ed syst\u00e9m.\u00a0<sup>8<\/sup><\/p>\n<p>Na druhou stranu lze z\u00edskat sekund\u00e1rn\u00ed imunodeficienci, kter\u00e1 je \u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed u dosp\u011bl\u00fdch. Podle studie z roku 2022 zp\u016fsobuje\u00a0<sup>11<\/sup>\u00a0pop\u00e1lenin dlouhotrvaj\u00edc\u00ed intenzivn\u00ed imunitn\u00ed reakci, kter\u00e1 po\u0161kozuje r\u016fzn\u00e9 org\u00e1ny, jako jsou pl\u00edce, srdce, c\u00e9vy a ledviny.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/figure>\n<p>Krom\u011b toho l\u00e9ky, jako jsou: B. Imunosupresiva, imunitn\u00ed syst\u00e9m z\u00e1m\u011brn\u011b. To se obvykle d\u011bje u p\u0159\u00edjemc\u016f transplantovan\u00fdch org\u00e1n\u016f, proto\u017ee jejich imunitn\u00ed syst\u00e9m napadne nov\u00fd org\u00e1n. Transplantace jim sice prodlu\u017euje \u017eivot, ale zjevnou nev\u00fdhodou je zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 riziko infekc\u00ed.\u00a0<sup>12<\/sup><\/p>\n<p>V jin\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech zp\u016fsobuj\u00ed l\u00e9ky sekund\u00e1rn\u00ed imunitn\u00ed nedostate\u010dnost jako vedlej\u0161\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinek. Chemoterapie tak\u00e9 spad\u00e1 do t\u00e9to kategorie, stejn\u011b jako l\u00e9ky pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 k l\u00e9\u010db\u011b autoimunitn\u00edch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed, jako jsou kortikosteroidy, cyklosporin a metotrex\u00e1t. L\u00e9ky ur\u010den\u00e9 k prevenci komplikac\u00ed p\u0159i transplantac\u00edch kostn\u00ed d\u0159en\u011b tak\u00e9 zp\u016fsobuj\u00ed sekund\u00e1rn\u00ed imunitn\u00ed nedostate\u010dnost.\u00a0<sup>13<\/sup><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Navzdory p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017ek\u00e1m: v\u00e1\u0161 imunitn\u00ed syst\u00e9m se zotavuje<\/h2>\n<p>L\u00e9\u010dba oslaben\u00e9ho imunitn\u00edho syst\u00e9mu je r\u016fzn\u00e1. Nap\u0159\u00edklad lid\u00e9 s t\u011b\u017ek\u00fdmi p\u0159\u00edpady n\u011bkdy pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed transplantaci kostn\u00ed d\u0159en\u011b. Jejich star\u00fd imunitn\u00ed syst\u00e9m je nahrazen nov\u00fdm, aby se pos\u00edlila jejich p\u0159irozen\u00e1 obranyschopnost.\u00a0<sup>14<\/sup><\/p>\n<p>Kostn\u00ed d\u0159e\u0148 je toti\u017e zdrojem d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdch bun\u011bk imunitn\u00edho syst\u00e9mu, konkr\u00e9tn\u011b b\u00edl\u00fdch krvinek, kter\u00e9 pom\u00e1haj\u00ed bojovat s infekcemi. Jako sou\u010d\u00e1st lymfatick\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu tyto bu\u0148ky cestuj\u00ed po cel\u00e9m t\u011ble a hledaj\u00ed patogeny (jako jsou bakterie a viry), kter\u00e9 je t\u0159eba odstranit. Jakmile jsou objeveni, zah\u00e1j\u00ed imunitn\u00ed \u00fatok.\u00a0<sup>15<\/sup><\/p>\n<p>Krom\u011b lid\u00ed narozen\u00fdch s prim\u00e1rn\u00ed imunodeficienc\u00ed je dobrou zpr\u00e1vou, \u017ee v\u00e1\u0161 imunitn\u00ed syst\u00e9m se po napaden\u00ed imunosupresivn\u00edmi l\u00e9ky nebo jin\u00fdmi faktory vr\u00e1t\u00ed zp\u011bt. Po vysazen\u00ed chemoterapie nebo imunosupresivn\u00edch l\u00e9k\u016f se imunitn\u00ed syst\u00e9m zotav\u00ed s\u00e1m b\u011bhem n\u011bkolika t\u00fddn\u016f nebo m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f. V z\u00e1va\u017en\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech v\u0161ak m\u016f\u017ee \u00fapln\u00e9 zotaven\u00ed imunitn\u00edho syst\u00e9mu trvat roky.\u00a0<sup>16<\/sup><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zva\u017ete alternativn\u00ed l\u00e9\u010dbu rakoviny<\/h2>\n<p>Pokud m\u00e1te oslabenou imunitu, je nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00edm c\u00edlem obnova imunitn\u00edho syst\u00e9mu. Existuje n\u011bkolik p\u0159irozen\u00fdch strategi\u00ed, kter\u00e9 m\u00e1te k dispozici, ale poj\u010fme sko\u010dit rovnou k prvn\u00edmu praktick\u00e9mu bodu, kter\u00fdm je nalezen\u00ed alternativn\u00ed l\u00e9\u010dby rakoviny.<\/p>\n<p>Za des\u00edtky let sv\u00e9 praxe jsem toho vid\u011bl dost na to, abych v\u011bd\u011bl, \u017ee volba chemoterapie je jedno z nejhor\u0161\u00edch rozhodnut\u00ed, kter\u00e9 m\u016f\u017eete ud\u011blat. Nejen, \u017ee je v mnoha p\u0159\u00edpadech ne\u00fa\u010dinn\u00e1, ale tak\u00e9 ni\u010d\u00ed jakoukoli nad\u011bji na \u00fapln\u00e9 uzdraven\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Jak ukazuj\u00ed v\u00fdzkumy, chemoterapie po\u0161kozuje imunitn\u00ed syst\u00e9m a \u010din\u00ed pacienta n\u00e1chyln\u011bj\u0161\u00edm k dal\u0161\u00edm infekc\u00edm. Konven\u010dn\u00ed medic\u00edna v\u0161ak st\u00e1le obhajuje chemoterapii jako nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed l\u00e9\u010debnou metodu. Nav\u00edc alternativy, kter\u00e9 by mohly b\u00fdt pro pacienty m\u00e9n\u011b \u0161kodliv\u00e9, jsou jednodu\u0161e ignorov\u00e1ny.<\/p>\n<p>a pro\u010d? Jednoduch\u00e1 odpov\u011b\u010f je zisk. Pr\u016fmysl v\u011bnovan\u00fd l\u00e9\u010db\u011b rakoviny m\u00e1 hodnotu miliard dolar\u016f a hlavn\u00ed hr\u00e1\u010di nemaj\u00ed d\u016fvod zkoumat l\u00e9\u010dbu, kterou nelze prod\u00e1vat za p\u0159emr\u0161t\u011bn\u00e9 ceny. A i zde je st\u0159edem z\u00e1jmu chemoterapie. P\u016fsob\u00ed jako perl\u00edk pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00fd k zabit\u00ed drobn\u00e9 mouchy. Mo\u017en\u00e1 se v\u00e1m poda\u0159\u00ed je zas\u00e1hnout, ale cena vedlej\u0161\u00edch \u0161kod je obrovsk\u00e1 \u2013 v\u00e1\u0161 imunitn\u00ed syst\u00e9m.<\/p>\n<p>Nam\u00edsto v\u00fdb\u011bru chemoterapie jako prvn\u00ed linie l\u00e9\u010dby rakoviny doporu\u010duji nejprve prozkoumat alternativn\u00ed cesty.
