Proto\u017ee v\u011bda dokazuje: Pr\u016fmyslov\u011b zpracovan\u00e9 potraviny jsou nejen nezdrav\u00e9 \u2013 mohou dokonce podporovat rakovinu.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span>Studie publikovan\u00e1 v renomovan\u00e9m \u010dasopise \u201eGut\u201c s n\u00e1zvem \u201e\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/gut.bmj.com\/content\/early\/2024\/11\/26\/gutjnl-2024-332535\"><span>Integrace lipidomiky s c\u00edlenou, jednobun\u011b\u010dnou a prostorovou transkriptomikou definuje nevy\u0159e\u0161en\u00fd proz\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00fd stav u rakoviny tlust\u00e9ho st\u0159eva<\/span><\/a><span> \u201c nemilosrdn\u011b odhaluje, jak nadm\u011brn\u00e1 konzumace hotov\u00fdch v\u00fdrobk\u016f m\u016f\u017ee zv\u00fd\u0161it r\u016fst zv\u00fdhodn\u011bn\u00e1 rakovina tlust\u00e9ho st\u0159eva. Hlavn\u00ed podez\u0159el\u00fd: Omega-6 mastn\u00e9 kyseliny, kter\u00e9 se nach\u00e1zej\u00ed prakticky v ka\u017ed\u00e9m hotov\u00e9m v\u00fdrobku, od mra\u017een\u00e9 pizzy po \u010dokol\u00e1dov\u00e9 ty\u010dinky.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 id=\"h-omega-6-fettsauren-und-darmkrebs\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">Omega-6 mastn\u00e9 kyseliny a rakovina tlust\u00e9ho st\u0159eva<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span>\u201eTo, co se od 50. let zm\u011bnilo v na\u0161\u00ed strav\u011b, je \u0161okuj\u00edc\u00ed,\u201c vysv\u011btluje vedouc\u00ed studie Dr. Timothy Yeatman. &#8222;Masivn\u00ed n\u00e1r\u016fst omega-6 mastn\u00fdch kyselin v na\u0161em t\u011blesn\u00e9m tuku jde ruku v ruce s n\u00e1r\u016fstem pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9 v\u00fdroby potravin.&#8220; Obzvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b pikantn\u00ed:\u00a0<\/span><strong><span>V\u011bdci zkoumali 81 vzork\u016f tk\u00e1n\u00ed pacient\u016f s rakovinou tlust\u00e9ho st\u0159eva a v n\u00e1dorech na\u0161li skute\u010dnou z\u00e1plavu omega-6. Tyto mastn\u00e9 kyseliny se v t\u011ble p\u0159em\u011b\u0148uj\u00ed na z\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00e9 l\u00e1tky \u2013 zdroj potravy pro rakovinn\u00e9 bu\u0148ky.<\/span><\/strong><span>\u00a0Probl\u00e9mem nen\u00ed jen samotn\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed omega-6 mastn\u00fdch kyselin. Studie tak\u00e9 ukazuje, \u017ee v n\u00e1dorech je o 70 procent m\u00e9n\u011b protiz\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00fdch prostaglandin\u016f. Je to jako zalo\u017eit ohe\u0148 a z\u00e1rove\u0148 poslat hasi\u010de dom\u016f.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Ironie p\u0159\u00edb\u011bhu: Zat\u00edmco potravin\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fd pr\u016fmysl prod\u00e1v\u00e1 sv\u00e9 produkty jako \u201epraktick\u00e9\u201c a \u201emodern\u00ed\u201c se st\u00e1le sofistikovan\u011bj\u0161\u00edmi marketingov\u00fdmi strategiemi, my vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00edme dokonal\u00e9 podm\u00ednky pro r\u016fst rakoviny v na\u0161em t\u011ble.\u00a0<\/span><strong><span>Levn\u00e9\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/report24.news\/schaedliche-pflanzenoele-deshalb-sollten-sie-zu-gesuenderen-alternativen-greifen\/\"><span>rostlinn\u00e9 oleje<\/span><\/a><span>\u00a0, kter\u00e9 se nach\u00e1zej\u00ed t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 v ka\u017ed\u00e9m hotov\u00e9m v\u00fdrobku, jsou pov\u011bstn\u00fdm vlkem v rou\u0161e ber\u00e1n\u010d\u00edm<\/span><\/strong><span> .
