N\u011bkolik studi\u00ed dokazuje, \u017ee kozl\u00edk l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00fd v\u00e1m pom\u016f\u017ee rychleji usnout a u\u017e\u00edt si lep\u0161\u00ed sp\u00e1nek.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span>Dvojit\u011b zaslepen\u00e1 studie uk\u00e1zala, \u017ee kozl\u00edk l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00fd zlep\u0161uje sp\u00e1nek u 89 % lid\u00ed, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e 44 % z nich uv\u00e1d\u00ed dokonal\u00fd sp\u00e1nek.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span>Jak \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e1 je kozl\u00edk?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span>Valeri\u00e1na l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00e1 je lep\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e nejlep\u0161\u00ed l\u00e9ky na nespavost. V jedn\u00e9 dvojit\u011b zaslepen\u00e9 studii se 600 mg extraktu kozl\u00edku vyrovnalo benzodiazepinov\u00e9mu oxazepamu, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e kozl\u00edk je bezpe\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. V jin\u00e9 studii kozl\u00edk exazepam dokonce p\u0159ekonala.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Zat\u00edmco ob\u011b l\u00e9\u010dby v\u00fdrazn\u011b zlep\u0161ily kvalitu sp\u00e1nku, kozl\u00edk l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00fd byl bezpe\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a 82,2% lid\u00ed s nespavost\u00ed m\u011blo pocit, \u017ee s n\u00ed dos\u00e1hly dobr\u00fdch v\u00fdsledk\u016f, zat\u00edmco p\u0159i oxazepamu tento pocit m\u011blo jen 73,4% lid\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>P\u0159ezkum kontrolovan\u00fdch studi\u00ed u nespavc\u016f zjistil, \u017ee 9 z 12 studi\u00ed prok\u00e1zalo zlep\u0161en\u00ed alespo\u0148 v jednom sp\u00e1nkov\u00e9m parametru. Podle autor\u016f se ve t\u0159ech studi\u00edch nena\u0161ly p\u0159\u00ednos kozl\u00edku, tyto studie v\u0161ak m\u011bly v\u00e1\u017en\u00e9 nedostatky v designu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Dal\u0161\u00edm d\u016fvodem, pro\u010d up\u0159ednostnit l\u00e9\u010dbu kozl\u00edkem l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00fdm p\u0159ed l\u00e9ky, je to, \u017ee kozl\u00edk nezp\u016fsobuje rann\u00ed nevolnost, kter\u00e1 je b\u011b\u017en\u00e1 u farmaceutick\u00fdch tabletek na span\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Obvykl\u00e1 d\u00e1vka pro kapsle kozl\u00edku je 1,5 a\u017e 2 g ve form\u011b su\u0161en\u00e9ho ko\u0159ene nebo 150 a\u017e 300 mg extraktu z kozl\u00edku, standardizovan\u00e9ho na 0,8% kyseliny valerov\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span>Kombinov\u00e1n\u00ed kozl\u00edku s jin\u00fdmi bylinkami<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span>Valeri\u00e1na se velmi dob\u0159e kombinuje s jin\u00fdmi relaxa\u010dn\u00edmi bylinkami. Jedn\u00edm skv\u011bl\u00fdm bylinn\u00fdm partnerem je chmel.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Tato \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e1 kombinace v\u00e1m pom\u016f\u017ee v\u00fdrazn\u011b rychleji usnout, v noci se m\u00e9n\u011b \u010dasto probouzet a r\u00e1no se c\u00edtit sv\u011b\u017eeji. Kombinace kozl\u00edku\/chmelu se osv\u011bd\u010dila nejen proti placebu. V obou skupin\u00e1ch se \u010das na us\u00edn\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00fdrazn\u011b a srovnateln\u011b zlep\u0161il.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Takov\u00e1 l\u00e9\u010dba tak\u00e9 v\u00fdrazn\u011b a srovnateln\u011b zlep\u0161ila dobu, po kterou lid\u00e9 spali.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Farmaceutick\u00e1 i bylinn\u00e1 l\u00e9\u010dba byly stejn\u011b \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9 pro podstatn\u00e9 zlep\u0161en\u00ed no\u010dn\u00edho buzen\u00ed a kvality \u017eivota.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Dal\u0161\u00ed dobrou bylinkou, kterou lze kombinovat s kozl\u00edkem l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00fdm, je medu\u0148ka. Dvojit\u011b zaslepen\u00e9 studie dokazuj\u00ed, \u017ee tato kombinace funguje slibn\u011b. Mnohem p\u0159ekvapiv\u011bj\u0161\u00ed v\u0161ak je, \u017ee kozl\u00edk nepom\u00e1h\u00e1 jen p\u0159i nespavosti v menopauze, ale pom\u00e1h\u00e1 i se samotnou menopauzou.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>V nov\u00e9 trojit\u011b zaslepen\u00e9 studii bylo 60 \u017een\u00e1m po menopauze pod\u00e1no placebo nebo 530 mg kozl\u00edku dvakr\u00e1t denn\u011b po dobu dvou m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Toto nen\u00ed prvn\u00ed studie, kter\u00e1 ukazuje, \u017ee kozl\u00edk pom\u00e1h\u00e1 p\u0159i n\u00e1valech horka. D\u0159\u00edv\u011bj\u0161\u00ed studie s 68 \u017eenami zjistila, \u017ee ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s placebem vedlo 225 mg kozl\u00edku pod\u00e1van\u00e9ho t\u0159ikr\u00e1t denn\u011b k v\u00fdrazn\u011b ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed frekvenci a z\u00e1va\u017enosti n\u00e1val\u016f horka.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Z\u00e1va\u017enost n\u00e1val\u016f horka klesla z hodnoty 9,82 na 5,23 po osmi t\u00fddnech na kozl\u00edku, zat\u00edmco skupina s placebem se zm\u011bnila pouze z 9,96 na 9,86. Pokud jde o frekvenci, skupina s kozl\u00edkem se zlep\u0161ila z pr\u016fm\u011bru 7,91 n\u00e1val\u016f horka denn\u011b jen na 4,83, zat\u00edmco u \u017een s placebem byla zm\u011bna ze 7,73 na 7,75.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span>Premenstrua\u010dn\u00ed syndrom<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span>Menopauza nen\u00ed jedin\u00fd probl\u00e9m, kter\u00fd dok\u00e1\u017ee kozl\u00edk u \u017een vy\u0159e\u0161it.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Ned\u00e1vn\u00e1 dvojit\u011b zaslepen\u00e1 studie poskytla \u017een\u00e1m s premenstrua\u010dn\u00edm sydromem extrakt z kozl\u00edku l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00e9ho nebo placebo Do\u0161lo k v\u00fdznamn\u00e9mu zlep\u0161en\u00ed u kozl\u00edku, ale \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9mu zlep\u0161en\u00ed p\u0159i placebu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Valeri\u00e1na l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00e1 byla v\u00fdrazn\u011b \u00fa\u010dinn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed p\u0159i zlep\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed z\u00e1va\u017enosti symptom\u016f premenstrua\u010dn\u00edho syndromu. V\u00fdrazn\u011b zlep\u0161ila emocion\u00e1ln\u00ed i fyzick\u00e9 symptomy.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span>Bolestiv\u00e1 obdob\u00ed<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span>A to po\u0159\u00e1d nen\u00ed v\u0161echno! Ve dvojit\u011b zaslepen\u00e9 studii bylo 100 student\u016fm pod\u00e1v\u00e1no bu\u010f placebo, nebo 255 mg kozl\u00edku l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00e9ho t\u0159ikr\u00e1t denn\u011b.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Valeriana se pod\u00e1vala t\u0159i dny od za\u010d\u00e1tku\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.badatel.net\/dve-vedkyne-skumaju-spojitost-medzi-vakcinami-na-covid-19-a-nepravidelnymi-menstruaciami\/\"><span>menstruace<\/span><\/a><span>\u00a0ve dvou po sob\u011b n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edch cyklech. Valeriana byla v\u00fdrazn\u011b \u00fa\u010dinn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed p\u0159i sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed menstrua\u010dn\u00ed bolesti.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span>\u00dazkost<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span>Skv\u011bl\u00e1 bylinka na span\u00ed kozl\u00edku je stejn\u011b dobr\u00e1 jako l\u00e9ky na \u00fazkost.
