Ty lze nyn\u00ed nal\u00e9zt na v\u0161ech popul\u00e1rn\u00edch platform\u00e1ch, jako jsou YouTube Shorts, Facebook Reels a videa TikTok. Zpr\u00e1va od Forbes vysv\u011btluje vzestup:<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eVzhledem k tomu, \u017ee pozornost je krat\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e kdy jindy, obsah, kter\u00fd je rychle uchopiteln\u00fd a snadno straviteln\u00fd, s v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed pravd\u011bpodobnost\u00ed zaujme a udr\u017e\u00ed z\u00e1jem div\u00e1k\u016f. Kr\u00e1tk\u00e1 videa slou\u017e\u00ed tomuto \u00fa\u010delu t\u00edm, \u017ee poskytuj\u00ed obsah v mal\u00fdch kousc\u00edch, kter\u00e9 u\u017eivatel\u00e9 snadn\u011bji konzumuj\u00ed, u\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed a sd\u00edlej\u00ed.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Zat\u00edmco kr\u00e1tk\u00fd obsah je snaz\u0161\u00ed konzumovat a pou\u017e\u00edvat, existuje nev\u00fdhoda, kter\u00e1 je\u0161t\u011b nebyla pln\u011b prozkoum\u00e1na \u2013 dopad na du\u0161evn\u00ed zdrav\u00ed dosp\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00edch. Pro za\u010d\u00e1tek v\u00fdzkumn\u00edci vybrali 1 629 dosp\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00edch ze t\u0159\u00ed st\u0159edn\u00edch \u0161kol v provincii \u0160an-tung mezi \u010dervnem a \u010dervencem 2023.<\/p>\n<p>Adolescenti dostali dotazn\u00edk vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00ed revidovanou formu \u0161k\u00e1ly z\u00e1vislosti na soci\u00e1ln\u00edch m\u00e9di\u00edch, kterou p\u016fvodn\u011b vyvinula\u00a0<strong>Jasna Milo\u0161evi\u0107-\u0110or\u0111evi\u0107, Ph.D.<\/strong>\u00a0byl vytvo\u0159en. Odpov\u011bdi byly sk\u00f3rov\u00e1ny od nejni\u017e\u0161\u00ed po nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed hodnotu, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed hodnota zna\u010dila vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed \u00farove\u0148 z\u00e1vislosti. Podle v\u00fdzkumn\u00edk\u016f maj\u00ed teenage\u0159i, kte\u0159\u00ed sleduj\u00ed tato videa, \u010dasto pot\u00ed\u017ee s udr\u017een\u00edm sv\u00fdch soci\u00e1ln\u00edch vztah\u016f a rad\u011bji sleduj\u00ed online obsah, aby uspokojili sv\u00e9 pot\u0159eby, kv\u016fli \u201etlaku, kter\u00fd p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed z nep\u0159\u00edzniv\u00e9ho soci\u00e1ln\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed\u201c, strachu. Probl\u00e9m s t\u00edm ale je, \u017ee se t\u00edm vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed za\u010darovan\u00fd kruh, kter\u00fd vede k dal\u0161\u00ed konzumaci kr\u00e1tk\u00fdch vide\u00ed:<\/p>\n<p>Jak\u00a0<em>nazna\u010duje soci\u00e1ln\u00ed kognitivn\u00ed teorie, lid\u00e9 se soci\u00e1ln\u00ed \u00fazkost\u00ed maj\u00ed tendenci negativn\u011b hodnotit sv\u00e9 okol\u00ed a ostatn\u00ed lidi.
