Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b, mnoh\u00e9 zpracovan\u00e9 potraviny, kter\u00e9 nesou ozna\u010den\u00ed bio\/organick\u00e9, st\u00e1le obsahuj\u00ed mnoho cukru, \u0159epkov\u00e9ho oleje a jin\u00fdch zdrav\u00ed \u0161kodliv\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edsad, av\u0161ak biopotraviny jsou st\u00e1le nejlep\u0161\u00ed volbou.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Vyh\u00fdb\u00e1n\u00ed se chemick\u00fdm pesticid\u016fm a zdrav\u00ed decimuj\u00edc\u00edm herbicid\u016fm (nap\u0159\u00edklad glyfos\u00e1t od Monsanta\/Bayer) se stalo nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed prioritou zast\u00e1nc\u016f p\u0159irozen\u00e9ho zdrav\u00ed na cel\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Nav\u00edc, s rozmachem internetu jsou dostupn\u00e9 fenomen\u00e1ln\u00ed recepty, kter\u00e9 lze snadno uskute\u010dnit, v\u010detn\u011b sv\u00e9pomocn\u00fdch vide\u00ed na YouTube, tak\u017ee kreativita se zdrav\u00fdmi ingrediencemi je mnohem dnes jednodu\u0161\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e kdysi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Mnoh\u00e9 nebo v\u011bt\u0161inu z pravidel p\u0159i nakupov\u00e1n\u00ed zdrav\u00fdch potravin mo\u017en\u00e1 dob\u0159e zn\u00e1te, ale je snadn\u00e9 na n\u011b zapomenout, kdy\u017e sp\u011bch\u00e1te nebo impulzivn\u011b nakupujete hladov\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Nejlep\u0161\u00ed je sn\u00edst zdrav\u00e9 j\u00eddlo nebo zdravou sva\u010dinu p\u0159edt\u00edm, ne\u017e p\u016fjdete nakupovat, abyste zahnali touhu po nezdrav\u00e9m j\u00eddle nebo nutk\u00e1n\u00ed koupit si n\u011bjak\u00e9 zpracovan\u00e9 j\u00eddlo, kter\u00e9 po\u0161kozuje va\u0161e st\u0159eva, energii a jasn\u00e9 my\u0161len\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>P\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00edme v\u00e1m 10 z\u00e1kladn\u00edch pravidel.
