Karl Jablonowski, vedouc\u00ed v\u011bdeck\u00fd pracovn\u00edk na CHD, vysv\u011btluje, co to je, jak se to d\u011bje a pro\u010d to vyvol\u00e1v\u00e1 zdravotn\u00ed obavy.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Medi\u00e1ln\u00ed ov\u011b\u0159ovatel\u00e9 fakt\u016f a regul\u00e1to\u0159i po cel\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b nad\u00e1le tvrd\u00ed, \u017ee kontaminace DNA ve vakc\u00edn\u00e1ch \u2013 a zejm\u00e9na ve vakc\u00edn\u00e1ch mRNA COVID-19 \u2013 nep\u0159edstavuje pro p\u0159\u00edjemce vakc\u00edn \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 riziko.<\/p>\n<p>N\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed jdou dokonce tak daleko, \u017ee tvrd\u00ed, \u017ee obavy, kter\u00e9 na toto t\u00e9ma vzneslo nespo\u010det v\u00fdzkumn\u00edk\u016f, jsou \u201enepodlo\u017een\u00e9\u201c, \u201edezinformace\u201c a \u201ekonspira\u010dn\u00ed teorie\u201c.<\/p>\n<p>Uzn\u00e1vaj\u00ed, \u017ee jak star\u0161\u00ed vakc\u00edny, tak nov\u011bj\u0161\u00ed vakc\u00edny mRNA mohou obsahovat zbytkovou DNA, kter\u00e1 zbyla z v\u00fdrobn\u00edho procesu \u2013 ale \u0159\u00edkaj\u00ed, \u017ee tato zbytkov\u00e1 DNA je \u201eo\u010dek\u00e1van\u00e1 a pova\u017eov\u00e1na za bezpe\u010dnou\u201c a \u017ee existuj\u00ed regula\u010dn\u00ed kroky, kter\u00e9 zajist\u00ed, \u017ee se bude vyskytovat pouze v omezen\u00e9m mno\u017estv\u00ed. mno\u017estv\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Americk\u00fd \u00fa\u0159ad pro potraviny a l\u00e9\u010diva (FDA) odm\u00edtl obavy zve\u0159ejn\u011bn\u00e9 v Journal of Anorganic Biochemistry ohledn\u011b fragment\u016f DNA lidsk\u00e9ho papilomaviru (HPV) nalezen\u00fdch v produktech, jako je HPV vakc\u00edna Gardasil spole\u010dnosti Merck. Agentura tvrd\u00ed, \u017ee \u00falomky nep\u0159edstavuj\u00ed \u201e\u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 kontaminanty\u201c a nep\u0159edstavuj\u00ed rizikov\u00fd nebo bezpe\u010dnostn\u00ed faktor.<\/p>\n<p>Australsk\u00fd \u00fa\u0159ad Therapeutic Goods Administration vydal minul\u00fd m\u011bs\u00edc prohl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed, v n\u011bm\u017e poznamenal, \u017ee ned\u00e1vn\u00e9 studie tvrd\u00edc\u00ed, \u017ee vakc\u00edny mRNA jsou kontaminov\u00e1ny nadm\u011brn\u00fdm mno\u017estv\u00edm DNA, nejsou v\u011bdecky podlo\u017een\u00e9 a \u017ee rezidu\u00e1ln\u00ed DNA v biotechnologick\u00fdch produktech existuje ji\u017e dlouhou dobu.<\/p>\n<p>Austral\u0161t\u00ed regul\u00e1to\u0159i zd\u016fraznili, \u017ee \u201ev\u00fdhody o\u010dkov\u00e1n\u00ed daleko p\u0159evy\u0161uj\u00ed potenci\u00e1ln\u00ed rizika\u201c.<\/p>\n<p>N\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed v\u011bdci &#8211; v\u010detn\u011b Dr. Karl Jablonowski, vedouc\u00ed v\u00fdzkumn\u00fd pracovn\u00edk z Children&#8217;s Health Defense, kter\u00fd hovo\u0159il s The Defender &#8211; se v\u0161ak domn\u00edv\u00e1, \u017ee zbytkov\u00e1 DNA ve vakc\u00edn\u00e1ch by nem\u011bla b\u00fdt zavrhov\u00e1na. Nic v n\u011bm nen\u00ed p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 \u010dist\u00e9, tak\u017ee ve v\u0161em je kontaminace.<\/p>\n<p>\u0158ekl, \u017ee probl\u00e9my s kontaminanty ve vakc\u00edn\u00e1ch byly od doby, co \u010dasopis Pediatrics nazval &#8222;prvn\u00ed modern\u00ed l\u00e9ka\u0159skou katastrofou&#8220; &#8211; kdy 13 d\u011bt\u00ed zem\u0159elo pot\u00e9, co jim byl pod\u00e1n kontaminovan\u00fd antitoxin proti z\u00e1\u0161krtu.<\/p>\n<p>Dnes se vakc\u00edny vyr\u00e1b\u011bj\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00fdmi zp\u016fsoby, ale p\u0159i v\u00fdrob\u011b v\u011bt\u0161iny vakc\u00edn hraj\u00ed roli \u017eiv\u00e9 bu\u0148ky, vysv\u011btlil Jablonowski. Viry mohou b\u00fdt p\u011bstov\u00e1ny nap\u0159\u00edklad v bakteri\u00edch, kvasink\u00e1ch, zv\u00ed\u0159ec\u00edch nebo lidsk\u00fdch fet\u00e1ln\u00edch bu\u0148k\u00e1ch.<\/p>\n<p>DNA v t\u011bchto bu\u0148k\u00e1ch je obvykle zni\u010dena nebo fragmentov\u00e1na b\u011bhem v\u00fdroby vakc\u00edny. Tento proces v\u0161ak nemus\u00ed eliminovat ve\u0161kerou DNA \u2013 \u010d\u00e1st fragmentovan\u00e9 DNA m\u016f\u017ee z\u016fstat.<\/p>\n<p>Pro mRNA vakc\u00edny COVID-19 byl pou\u017eit jin\u00fd proces. M\u00edsto zaveden\u00ed virov\u00e9ho proteinu byla zavedena messenger RNA, kter\u00e1 stimuluje bu\u0148ky k produkci spike proteinu SARS-CoV-2 a imunitn\u00ed syst\u00e9m tento protein rozpozn\u00e1 a produkuje protil\u00e1tky.<\/p>\n<p>Vakc\u00edny proti COVID-19 pou\u017e\u00edvaly enzym vytv\u00e1\u0159ej\u00edc\u00ed RNA \u2013 RNA polymer\u00e1zu \u2013 kter\u00e1 vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 templ\u00e1t DNA k synt\u00e9ze RNA v laboratorn\u00edm procesu zvan\u00e9m \u201ein vitro transkripce\u201c.<\/p>\n<p>DNA pou\u017eit\u00e1 v tomto procesu mus\u00ed b\u00fdt nejprve replikov\u00e1na. V\u00fdrobci vakc\u00edn jako Pfizer replikovali DNA pro vakc\u00ednu pomoc\u00ed plazmidu. Plazmidy jsou mal\u00e9 kruhov\u00e9 kousky DNA nalezen\u00e9 v bakteri\u00edch, kter\u00e9 se mno\u017e\u00ed, kdy\u017e se bakterie mno\u017e\u00ed. Pro vakc\u00edny COVID-19 pou\u017eili E. coli, b\u011b\u017en\u011b pou\u017e\u00edvanou bakterii p\u0159i v\u00fdrob\u011b vakc\u00edn, pro rychlou amplifikaci.<\/p>\n<p>Tento templ\u00e1t DNA p\u0159edstavuje dal\u0161\u00ed riziko, proto\u017ee DNA plazmidu pou\u017eit\u00e9ho k vytvo\u0159en\u00ed templ\u00e1tu mus\u00ed b\u00fdt z vakc\u00edny odstran\u011bna, ne\u017e m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt injikov\u00e1na lidem.<\/p>\n<p>Kevin McKernan, v\u00fdzkumn\u00edk, kter\u00fd jako prvn\u00ed identifikoval DNA ve vakc\u00edn\u00e1ch proti COVID-19, zjistil, \u017ee v\u00fdrobci vakc\u00edn se sna\u017eili t\u00e9to DNA zbavit \u201enasek\u00e1n\u00edm pomoc\u00ed enzymu zvan\u00e9ho deoxyribonukle\u00e1za nebo DN\u00e1za, kter\u00fd rozkl\u00e1d\u00e1 DNA\u201c. Nepoda\u0159ilo se je v\u0161ak zcela odstranit.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>Jak\u00e1 jsou potenci\u00e1ln\u00ed nebezpe\u010d\u00ed?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Podle Sv\u011btov\u00e9 zdravotnick\u00e9 organizace (WHO) se o potenci\u00e1ln\u00edch rizic\u00edch zbytk\u016f DNA ve vakc\u00edn\u00e1ch diskutovalo des\u00edtky let bez \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed. N\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed v\u011bdci tvrd\u00ed, \u017ee zbytkov\u00e1 DNA je inertn\u00ed. Jin\u00ed tvrd\u00ed, \u017ee jde o d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd rizikov\u00fd faktor, kter\u00fd m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt onkogenn\u00ed \u2013 tedy rakovinotvorn\u00fd \u2013 nebo infek\u010dn\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Imunitn\u00ed syst\u00e9m, citliv\u00fd syst\u00e9m senzor\u016f, m\u00e1 pr\u00e1h pro to, kolik ciz\u00edho materi\u00e1lu snese v t\u011ble, \u0159ekl Jablownoski. Kdy\u017e je DNA p\u0159\u00edtomna mimo bu\u0148ky a v krevn\u00edm \u0159e\u010di\u0161ti, m\u016f\u017ee vyvolat silnou imunitn\u00ed reakci \u2013 naz\u00fdvanou interferonov\u00e1 reakce \u2013 kter\u00e1 agresivn\u011b vyhled\u00e1v\u00e1 \u0161kodliv\u00fd patogen.<\/p>\n<p>To m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9st k nadm\u011brn\u00e9 reakci imunitn\u00edho syst\u00e9mu, kter\u00e1 by mohla b\u00fdt vektorem autoimunitn\u00edch probl\u00e9m\u016f souvisej\u00edc\u00edch s kontaminac\u00ed vakc\u00ednou.<\/p>\n<p>Nap\u0159\u00edklad patolog a odborn\u00edk na detekci molekul\u00e1rn\u00edch gen\u016f Sin Hang Lee identifikoval zbytkovou RNA v HPV vakc\u00edn\u011b Gardasil, kterou testoval na fragmenty DNA pot\u00e9, co se u 13let\u00e9 d\u00edvky Maryanne Demasi vyvinula akutn\u00ed juveniln\u00ed revmatoidn\u00ed artritida, jako Dr. Informovala o tom Maryanne Demasi.<\/p>\n<p>Ve vakc\u00edn\u011b Gardasil Lee na\u0161el p\u0159\u00edtomnou HPV DNA pevn\u011b nav\u00e1zanou na hlin\u00edkov\u00e9 adjuvans. To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee se nerozbije tak snadno, jak by m\u011bl. Lee se domn\u00edval, \u017ee imunitn\u00ed bu\u0148ky, jako jsou makrof\u00e1gy napln\u011bn\u00e9 hlin\u00edkov\u00fdm adjuvans, cestuj\u00ed z m\u00edsta vpichu p\u0159es krev do r\u016fzn\u00fdch org\u00e1n\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Podle Demasiho m\u016f\u017ee HPV DNA nav\u00e1zan\u00e1 na adjuvans \u201eu n\u011bkter\u00fdch lid\u00ed vyvolat chronick\u00e9 imunoz\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00e9 reakce vedouc\u00ed k autoimunitn\u00edm onemocn\u011bn\u00edm\u201c.<\/p>\n<p>Podle Jablonowsk\u00e9ho p\u0159edstavuj\u00ed mRNA vakc\u00edny nov\u00fd a je\u0161t\u011b v\u00e1\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00ed probl\u00e9m, proto\u017ee p\u0159ed zaveden\u00edm mRNA vakc\u00edny neexistoval \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd mechanismus pro vstup ciz\u00ed DNA do bu\u0148ky. Lipidov\u00e9 nano\u010d\u00e1stice to v\u0161ak umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;Odpov\u00eddaj\u00edc\u00ed mno\u017estv\u00ed ciz\u00ed DNA v bu\u0148ce je nulov\u00e9,&#8220; \u0159ekl Jablonowski. &#8222;M\u016f\u017ee se to zbl\u00e1znit se v\u0161\u00ed delik\u00e1tn\u00ed biologi\u00ed nezbytnou k provozu bu\u0148ky.&#8220;<\/p>\n<p>Ciz\u00ed DNA m\u016f\u017ee zp\u016fsobit onemocn\u011bn\u00ed bun\u011bk, naru\u0161it regulaci, a pokud je DNA p\u0159\u00edtomna b\u011bhem bun\u011b\u010dn\u00e9ho d\u011blen\u00ed, vstoupit do bun\u011b\u010dn\u00e9ho j\u00e1dra a zp\u016fsobit r\u016fzn\u00e9 probl\u00e9my, \u0159ekl Jablonowski.<\/p>\n<p>N\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed v\u011bdci tvrdili, \u017ee existuj\u00ed d\u016fkazy, \u017ee tato kontaminuj\u00edc\u00ed DNA by mohla souviset s rostouc\u00ed m\u00edrou rakoviny.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>Co \u0159\u00edkaj\u00ed regul\u00e1to\u0159i?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>V roce 1985 FDA stanovil limit 10 pikogram\u016f na d\u00e1vku. V roce 1987 WHO zv\u00fd\u0161ila sv\u016fj doporu\u010den\u00fd limit na 100 pikogram\u016f a pot\u00e9 znovu na 10 nanogram\u016f (tj. 100kr\u00e1t v\u00edce) \u2013 limit, kter\u00fd nyn\u00ed p\u0159ijala FDA, uvedl Demasi.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00fdzkumn\u00edci jako Lee a McKernan tvrd\u00ed, \u017ee limit neposkytuje dostate\u010dnou ochranu v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b Gardasilu, proto\u017ee HPV DNA m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt obt\u00ed\u017en\u00e9 detekovat, kdy\u017e se v\u00e1\u017ee na adjuvans.<\/p>\n<p>Jablonowski \u0159ekl, \u017ee p\u0159i stanovov\u00e1n\u00ed tohoto limitu brali regula\u010dn\u00ed org\u00e1ny v \u00favahu pouze to, kolik zbytkov\u00e9 DNA m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt v krevn\u00edm ob\u011bhu vakc\u00edn &#8211; proto\u017ee v t\u00e9 chv\u00edli neexistoval \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd mechanismus, kter\u00fdm by se DNA mohla dostat do bu\u0148ky. U mRNA vakc\u00edn v\u0161ak tento limit pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b p\u0159edstavuje v\u00e1\u017en\u00e9 riziko.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>Pro\u010d je kontaminace DNA tak kontroverzn\u00ed?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>V\u00fdzkumn\u00edci a v\u011bdci maj\u00ed ji\u017e des\u00edtky let obavy z kontaminace DNA ve vakc\u00edn\u00e1ch. Minul\u00fd rok v\u0161ak v\u00fdzkumn\u00edk genomu McKernan ozn\u00e1mil, \u017ee vakc\u00edna COVID-19 spole\u010dnosti Pfizer byla kontaminov\u00e1na plasmidovou DNA, kter\u00e1 by nem\u011bla b\u00fdt p\u0159\u00edtomna ve vakc\u00edn\u011b mRNA.<\/p>\n<p>\u0158ekl, \u017ee to vyvol\u00e1v\u00e1 obavy, \u017ee plazmidov\u00e1 DNA by mohla u n\u011bkter\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edjemc\u016f vakc\u00edny v\u00e9st k rakovin\u011b nebo autoimunitn\u00edm probl\u00e9m\u016fm.<\/p>\n<p>Pot\u00e9, co McKernanova laborato\u0159 zve\u0159ejnila sv\u00e9 v\u00fdsledky a potvrdili je dal\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdzkumn\u00edci, Health Canada tak\u00e9 potvrdila, \u017ee vakc\u00edna Pfizer obsahuje tuto DNA.<\/p>\n<p>McKernan tak\u00e9 uvedl, \u017ee Pfizer tyto informace p\u0159ed regul\u00e1tory zatajil. P\u0159i v\u00fdrob\u011b l\u00e9ku pro klinick\u00e9 testy spole\u010dnost Pfizer pou\u017eila testy PCR nam\u00edsto plazmidov\u00e9 DNA, kter\u00e1 byla pozd\u011bji pou\u017eita pro hromadnou v\u00fdrobu. Tak\u017ee prvn\u00ed verze l\u00e9ku, pro kterou FDA ud\u011blil nouzov\u00e9 schv\u00e1len\u00ed, neobsahovala \u017e\u00e1dnou DNA.<\/p>\n<p>Pozd\u011bji se uk\u00e1zalo, \u017ee vakc\u00edny Moderna byly vyrobeny stejn\u00fdm v\u00fdrobn\u00edm procesem &#8211; tak\u017ee mRNA vakc\u00edny Moderna byly tak\u00e9 kontaminov\u00e1ny zbytkovou DNA.<\/p>\n<p>Tato z\u00e1le\u017eitost se rychle zpolitizovala a ti, kte\u0159\u00ed tvrdili, \u017ee vakc\u00edny jsou \u201ebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 a \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9\u201c, naz\u00fdvaj\u00ed tato tvrzen\u00ed \u201edezinformacemi\u201c a konspira\u010dn\u00ed teori\u00ed, kter\u00e1 se stala zn\u00e1mou jako \u201ebr\u00e1na plazmidu\u201c.<\/p>\n<p>Kritici vakc\u00edn proti COVID-19, jako je floridsk\u00fd gener\u00e1l Joseph A. Ladapo, vyzvali regula\u010dn\u00ed org\u00e1ny, aby se probl\u00e9mem zab\u00fdvaly.<\/p>\n<p>FDA v dopise s odpov\u011bd\u00ed uvedla, \u017ee \u201epo d\u016fkladn\u00e9m vyhodnocen\u00ed cel\u00e9ho v\u00fdrobn\u00edho procesu je FDA p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010dena o kvalit\u011b, bezpe\u010dnosti a \u00fa\u010dinnosti vakc\u00edn COVID-19\u201c. \u00da\u0159ad v\u0161ak nep\u0159edlo\u017eil \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 d\u016fkazy na podporu tohoto z\u00e1v\u011bru.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Paul Offit, \u0159editel Vaccine Education Center v D\u011btsk\u00e9 nemocnici ve Filadelfii, kter\u00fd slou\u017e\u00ed v poradn\u00edm v\u00fdboru FDA pro vakc\u00edny COVID \u2013 a s\u00e1m je vyn\u00e1lezcem vakc\u00edny a dr\u017eitelem patentu na RotaTeq, vakc\u00ednu proti rotavir\u016fm schv\u00e1lenou Centry pro kontrolu nemoc\u00ed a Prevence (CDC) pro univerz\u00e1ln\u00ed pou\u017eit\u00ed u kojenc\u016f \u2013 odm\u00edtla obavy vznesen\u00e9 MeKernanem, Ladapem a dal\u0161\u00edmi ve videu na YouTube.<\/p>\n<p>\u0158ekl, \u017ee je mo\u017en\u00e9, \u017ee ve vakc\u00edn\u00e1ch jsou fragmenty DNA, ale je nemo\u017en\u00e9, aby se fragmenty DNA dostaly do lidsk\u00fdch bun\u011bk nebo zp\u016fsobily onemocn\u011bn\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Jablonowski \u0159ekl, \u017ee Offitovo vysv\u011btlen\u00ed by d\u00e1valo smysl pouze tehdy, pokud by biologie byla velmi jednoduch\u00e1 a p\u0159\u00edmo\u010dar\u00e1.
