Typicky se protil\u00e1tkov\u00e9 reakce proti COVID-19 skl\u00e1daj\u00ed z podt\u0159\u00edd IgG1 a IgG3, kter\u00e9 jsou spojeny s ochrann\u00fdmi imunitn\u00edmi reakcemi. V\u011bdci v\u0161ak zjistili, \u017ee rok po druh\u00e9m o\u010dkov\u00e1n\u00ed se hladiny IgG4 v\u00fdznamn\u011b zv\u00fd\u0161ily u d\u011bt\u00ed ve v\u011bku 5 a\u017e 11 let \u2013 co\u017e je vzorec pozorovan\u00fd tak\u00e9 u dosp\u011bl\u00fdch. Vzhledem k \u0161irok\u00e9mu pou\u017eit\u00ed technologie mRNA auto\u0159i zd\u016fraz\u0148uj\u00ed, \u017ee je nezbytn\u00e9 l\u00e9pe porozum\u011bt specifick\u00fdm odpov\u011bd\u00edm IgG4.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Vedouc\u00ed studie Robin Kobbe z Univerzitn\u00ed nemocnice Hamburg-Eppendorf a Institutu pro tropickou medic\u00ednu Bernharda Nochta uvedli, \u017ee n\u00e1r\u016fst hladin IgG4 specifick\u00fdch pro hroty u d\u011bt\u00ed byl podobn\u00fd v\u00fdsledk\u016fm u dosp\u011bl\u00fdch. A\u010dkoli omezen\u00e1 velikost studovan\u00e9 kohorty znamen\u00e1, \u017ee v\u00fdzkumn\u00edci nemohou vyvodit komplexn\u00ed z\u00e1v\u011bry pro celou populaci, zd\u016fraz\u0148uj\u00ed d\u016fle\u017eitost studia dynamick\u00e9ho slo\u017een\u00ed podt\u0159\u00edd IgG.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed hladin IgG4 po vakcinaci mRNA by mohlo vyvolat obavy, proto\u017ee IgG4 je obvykle spojen s &#8222;tolerantn\u00ed&#8220; imunitn\u00ed odpov\u011bd\u00ed &#8211; u\u017eite\u010dn\u00e9 p\u0159i alergi\u00edch, ale potenci\u00e1ln\u011b m\u00e9n\u011b \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9 p\u0159i obran\u011b proti patogen\u016fm. Vakc\u00edny se obvykle zam\u011b\u0159uj\u00ed na IgG1 a IgG3, kter\u00e9 stimuluj\u00ed siln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed imunitn\u00ed obranu. Vysok\u00e1 koncentrace IgG4 by mohla nazna\u010dovat, \u017ee imunitn\u00ed syst\u00e9m pravd\u011bpodobn\u011bji toleruje virov\u00e9 proteiny, co\u017e by mohlo ovlivnit dlouhodobou \u00fa\u010dinnost vakc\u00edny.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Dal\u0161\u00edm probl\u00e9mem by mohla b\u00fdt prodlou\u017een\u00e1 expozice antigenu, jak k tomu doch\u00e1z\u00ed u v\u00edce d\u00e1vek vakc\u00edny, co\u017e m\u016f\u017ee podporovat adaptivn\u00ed posun IgG4 \u2013 odpov\u011b\u010f, kter\u00e1 by mohla b\u00fdt nep\u0159\u00edzniv\u00e1 pro akutn\u00ed infekce.
