I na\u0161i nejmen\u0161\u00ed jsou vystaveni obrovsk\u00e9mu mno\u017estv\u00ed \u201esladk\u00e9ho jedu\u201c. Kdo by si pomyslel, \u017ee britsk\u00fd v\u00e1le\u010dn\u00fd p\u0159\u00edd\u011blov\u00fd syst\u00e9m b\u011bhem druh\u00e9 sv\u011btov\u00e9 v\u00e1lky n\u00e1s m\u016f\u017ee je\u0161t\u011b dnes nau\u010dit n\u011bco o zdrav\u00e9m stravov\u00e1n\u00ed?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>V\u011bdci z University of Southern California, McGill University a UC Berkeley se chopili nedobrovoln\u00fdch \u201epokusn\u00fdch kr\u00e1l\u00edk\u016f\u201c pov\u00e1le\u010dn\u00e9 Brit\u00e1nie \u2013 a ejhle: prvn\u00edch 1000 dn\u00ed \u017eivota bez cukru je podle ned\u00e1vno zve\u0159ejn\u011bn\u00e9 studie s n\u00e1zvem \u201e\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.science.org\/doi\/10.1126\/science.adn5421\">Vystaven\u00ed p\u0159\u00edd\u011blov\u00e9mu cukru v prvn\u00edch 1000 dnech \u017eivota chr\u00e1nilo p\u0159ed chronick\u00fdmi nemocemi,<\/a> kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed hodnotu zlata. \u010c\u00edsla jsou p\u016fsobiv\u00e1: o 35 procent ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed riziko cukrovky a o 20 procent ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed vysok\u00fd krevn\u00ed tlak v pozd\u011bj\u0161\u00edm v\u011bku.<\/p>\n<p>B\u011bhem p\u0159\u00edd\u011blov\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu si Britov\u00e9 museli vysta\u010dit s uboh\u00fdmi osmi l\u017ei\u010dkami cukru denn\u011b \u2013 dnes by se tomu mnoho d\u011bt\u00ed jen unaven\u011b usm\u00edvalo, kdy\u017e si l\u017e\u00edc\u00ed d\u00e1vaj\u00ed sn\u00edda\u0148ov\u00e9 cere\u00e1lie bombardovan\u00e9 cukrem. Jakmile skon\u010dilo p\u0159id\u011blov\u00e1n\u00ed, spot\u0159eba cukru se zdvojn\u00e1sobila rychleji, ne\u017e byste mohli \u0159\u00edct \u201epralinka\u201c.<\/p>\n<p>Vedouc\u00ed studie Tadeja Gracner zjistila, \u017ee\u00a0<strong>rozhoduj\u00edc\u00ed nen\u00ed jen t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed, ale p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm doba po n\u011bm.<\/strong>\u00a0Je to jako s po\u010d\u00edta\u010dem \u2013 z\u00e1kladn\u00ed nastaven\u00ed se naprogramuj\u00ed b\u011bhem f\u00e1ze spou\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed. Pokud se v prvn\u00edch dvou letech \u017eivota vyvarujete cukru, d\u00e1te sv\u00e9mu t\u011blu n\u00e1skok a\u017e o \u010dty\u0159i roky, ne\u017e se diabetes vloud\u00ed. Zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b zaj\u00edmav\u00e9: \u017eeny reaguj\u00ed na sladk\u00e9ho sv\u016fdn\u00edka je\u0161t\u011b citliv\u011bji. V\u011bda m\u00e1 podez\u0159en\u00ed, \u017ee jsou n\u00e1chyln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed k z\u00e1vislosti na cukru.<\/p>\n<p>WHO trv\u00e1 na tom, \u017ee d\u011bti do dvou let by se m\u011bly p\u0159idan\u00e9mu cukru zcela vyh\u00fdbat. Zn\u00ed to drsn\u011b? Mo\u017en\u00e1. Ale vzhledem k tomu, \u017ee pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fd supermarket dnes obsahuje v\u00edce cukru ne\u017e cukr\u00e1rna z 50. let, je nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed \u010das se zamyslet. Gracner v\u0161ak z\u00e1rove\u0148 zd\u016fraz\u0148uje, \u017ee nejde o d\u00e9monizaci ka\u017ed\u00e9ho narozeninov\u00e9ho dortu.\u00a0<strong>Jde o celkov\u00fd obraz, o ka\u017edodenn\u00ed zvyky.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Studie ukazuje: Pokud sv\u00fdm d\u011btem zadr\u017e\u00edte cukr prvn\u00edch 1000 dn\u00ed, ned\u00e1v\u00e1te jim nedostatek, ale sp\u00ed\u0161e n\u00e1skok do \u017eivota. A kdo v\u00ed \u2013 t\u0159eba jednou budou na\u0161e vnou\u010data nev\u011b\u0159\u00edcn\u011b kroutit hlavou, kdy\u017e usly\u0161\u00ed, \u017ee jsme kdysi bez rozmyslu pod\u00e1vali na\u0161im nejmen\u0161\u00edm cukrov\u00e9 bomby v podob\u011b ovocn\u00e9ho jogurtu a sladk\u00fdch kuku\u0159i\u010dn\u00fdch lup\u00ednk\u016f.
