Ubytovac\u00ed kapacity v\u0161ak nesta\u010d\u00ed"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"fb-root\"><\/div>\n<p><strong>Vysok\u00e9 \u0161koly letos op\u011bt \u010del\u00ed rostouc\u00edmu z\u00e1jmu o ubytov\u00e1n\u00ed, a to jak od dom\u00e1c\u00edch, tak zahrani\u010dn\u00edch student\u016f. Mnoh\u00e9 \u0161koly v\u0161ak nemaj\u00ed dostate\u010dn\u00e9 kapacity. To studenty nut\u00ed hledat bydlen\u00ed mimo vysoko\u0161kolsk\u00e9 koleje. S hled\u00e1n\u00edm soukrom\u00e9ho bydlen\u00ed se v\u0161ak poj\u00ed i skryt\u00e1 rizika.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>Z\u00e1jem o ubytov\u00e1n\u00ed na kolej\u00edch roste<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>V roce 2023 studovalo na \u010desk\u00fdch ve\u0159ejn\u00fdch a soukrom\u00fdch vysok\u00fdch \u0161kol\u00e1ch 309 tis\u00edc student\u016f. Letos jich do nov\u00e9ho akademick\u00e9ho roku nastoup\u00ed op\u011bt tis\u00edce. I p\u0159es rostouc\u00ed ceny kolejn\u00e9ho je z\u00e1jem student\u016f o ubytov\u00e1n\u00ed st\u00e1le vysok\u00fd.<em> \u201eVzhledem ke kriz\u00edm posledn\u00edch let, a\u0165 u\u017e v\u00a0podob\u011b cen energi\u00ed \u010di n\u00e1sledn\u00e9 kumulovan\u00e9 inflaci, se ned\u00e1 o\u010dek\u00e1vat, \u017ee by se na tom m\u011blo n\u011bco v\u00a0dohledn\u00e9 dob\u011b m\u011bnit,\u201c<\/em> uv\u00e1d\u00ed tiskov\u00fd mluv\u010d\u00ed brn\u011bnsk\u00e9 Masarykovy univerzity Roman Sajbot. Dle n\u011bj se po\u010det neuspokojen\u00fdch \u017e\u00e1dost\u00ed o ubytov\u00e1n\u00ed na kolej\u00edch \u010dasem sn\u00ed\u017e\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>S t\u00edm, jak se popt\u00e1vka po ubytov\u00e1n\u00ed zvy\u0161uje, z\u00e1rove\u0148 roste i cena kolejn\u00e9ho. Pra\u017esk\u00e9 koleje na Strahov\u011b nab\u00edzej\u00ed pokoje od 2430 korun na m\u011bs\u00edc se t\u0159emi a\u017e osmi l\u016f\u017eky. V\u00a0nab\u00eddce jsou i jednol\u016f\u017ekov\u00e9 pokoje, cena je 7410 korun za m\u011bs\u00edc. Ceny se v\u00fdrazn\u011b neli\u0161\u00ed ani v\u00a0jin\u00fdch metropol\u00edch. Masarykova univerzita v\u00a0Brn\u011b nab\u00edz\u00ed ubytov\u00e1n\u00ed od 3150 korun za m\u011bs\u00edc v\u00a0p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b p\u011btil\u016f\u017ekov\u00e9ho pokoje, za jednol\u016f\u017eko si studenti je\u0161t\u011b 4500 p\u0159iplat\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>Vysok\u00e9 \u0161koly hl\u00e1s\u00ed stop stav<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Vysok\u00e9 \u0161koly se dost\u00e1vaj\u00ed do situace, kdy nemohou uspokojit v\u0161echny \u017e\u00e1dosti o ubytov\u00e1n\u00ed. <em>\u201eSm\u011brem k nadch\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00edmu akademick\u00e9mu roku m\u00e1me p\u0159ipravenou kapacitu 3 440 l\u016f\u017eek. Tato kapacita je po 6. srpnu, kdy si l\u016f\u017eka mohli rezervovat tak\u00e9 budouc\u00ed studenti prvn\u00edch ro\u010dn\u00edk\u016f, zcela zapln\u011bna,\u201c<\/em> popisuje Sajbot.<\/p>\n<p>Stejn\u00e1 situace panuje i v\u00a0Praze.<em> \u201eVzhledem k\u202fcelkov\u00e9 kapacit\u011b l\u016f\u017eek se n\u00e1m zat\u00edm da\u0159\u00ed uspokojovat popt\u00e1vku ubytov\u00e1n\u00ed student\u016f Univerzity Karlovy. Aktu\u00e1ln\u011b jsou v\u0161echna l\u016f\u017eka na kolej\u00edch rezervov\u00e1na,\u201c <\/em>uv\u00e1d\u00ed vedouc\u00ed odd\u011blen\u00ed komunikace Univerzity Karlovy Lucie P\u0159\u00edv\u011btiv\u00e1, a dod\u00e1v\u00e1, \u017ee nevyhov\u011bli 300 \u017eadatel\u016fm o ubytov\u00e1n\u00ed, zejm\u00e9na t\u011bm z\u00a0jin\u00fdch vysok\u00fdch \u0161kol. Podobn\u00e9 stanovisko hl\u00e1s\u00ed i \u010cVUT. <em>\u201eO ubytov\u00e1n\u00ed na kolej\u00edch pro leto\u0161n\u00ed akademick\u00fd rok po\u017e\u00e1dalo 4490 z\u00e1jemc\u016f, co\u017e je \u010d\u00edslo srovnateln\u00e9 s p\u0159edchoz\u00edmi roky. Ubytov\u00e1n\u00ed bylo p\u0159id\u011bleno v\u0161em student\u016fm \u010cVUT, kte\u0159\u00ed o n\u011bj po\u017e\u00e1dali,\u201c <\/em>sd\u011blila Kate\u0159ina Vesel\u00e1 z odboru PR a marketingu.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>\u0158e\u0161en\u00ed v\u00a0podob\u011b pron\u00e1jm\u016f <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Dle dat Bezrealitky.cz se v\u00a0Praze uch\u00e1z\u00ed o jeden byt a\u017e 51 z\u00e1jemc\u016f, co\u017e vedlo k r\u016fstu n\u00e1jm\u016f o 2 %, tak\u017ee za standardn\u00ed byt zaplat\u00ed n\u00e1jemn\u00edci o 1 850 korun v\u00edce ne\u017e loni. V Brn\u011b ceny vzrostly o 1 %, co\u017e znamen\u00e1 n\u00e1r\u016fst n\u00e1jmu o 620 korun m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u011b, zat\u00edmco ve St\u0159edo\u010desk\u00e9m kraji se ceny meziro\u010dn\u011b zv\u00fd\u0161ily o 4 %, tedy o 685 korun.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e1jemn\u00edci, p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm ti mlad\u0161\u00ed, \u010dasto podce\u0148uj\u00ed rizika do\u010dasn\u00e9ho bydlen\u00ed. N\u00e1jemn\u00ed smlouva a sjednan\u00e9 poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 nejen pro majitele, ale i pro n\u011b. <em>\u201eN\u00e1jemn\u00ed smlouva mezi pronaj\u00edmatelem a u\u017eivateli bytu vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed pr\u00e1vn\u00ed vztah, d\u00edky kter\u00e9mu je mo\u017en\u00e9 poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00edm odpov\u011bdnosti chr\u00e1nit i tyto osoby v do\u010dasn\u00e9m n\u00e1jmu,\u201c<\/em> popisuje UNIQA. Pronaj\u00edmatel\u00e9 nejsou zodpov\u011bdn\u00ed za \u0161kody n\u00e1jemc\u016f, proto je vhodn\u00e9 sjedn\u00e1n\u00ed poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed odpov\u011bdnosti.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>Skryt\u00e1 rizika nov\u00e9ho bydlen\u00ed: Na co si d\u00e1t pozor?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>V roce 2022 do\u0161lo v \u010desk\u00fdch dom\u00e1cnostech k 116 tis\u00edc\u016fm ne\u010dekan\u00fdch majetkov\u00fdch ud\u00e1lost\u00ed, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e necel\u00e9 dv\u011b t\u0159etiny byly poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00e9. Anal\u00fdza \u010cesk\u00e9 asociace poji\u0161\u0165oven ukazuje, \u017ee p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 1,8 milionu dom\u00e1cnost\u00ed z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 nepoji\u0161t\u011bn\u00fdch, co\u017e je za posledn\u00edch 10 let st\u00e1lo 6,8 miliardy korun.<\/p>\n<p>Spolu s poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00edm dom\u00e1cnosti by si n\u00e1jemn\u00edci m\u011bli sjednat i poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed odpov\u011bdnosti<em>. \u201eTo se sjedn\u00e1v\u00e1 pro p\u0159\u00edpad, \u017ee provozem sv\u00e9 dom\u00e1cnosti \u010dlov\u011bk zp\u016fsob\u00ed necht\u011bn\u011b \u0161kodu jin\u00e9mu obyvateli domu, nap\u0159\u00edklad vodou z p\u0159ete\u010den\u00e9 vany nebo vytekl\u00e9 pra\u010dky, zakou\u0159en\u00edm jin\u00e9 dom\u00e1cnosti kv\u016fli po\u017e\u00e1ru anebo p\u00e1dem n\u011bjak\u00e9ho p\u0159edm\u011btu na sousedovo auto,\u201c<\/em> vysv\u011btluje UNIQA.
