Udr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed n\u00edzk\u00fdch hladin inzulinu nala\u010dno a vyh\u00fdb\u00e1n\u00ed se expozici rtuti a hlin\u00edku m\u016f\u017ee tak\u00e9 pomoci sn\u00ed\u017eit riziko demence<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Mezi dal\u0161\u00ed strategie pat\u0159\u00ed vyh\u00fdb\u00e1n\u00ed se anticholinergik\u016fm a statinov\u00fdm l\u00e9k\u016fm, kter\u00e9 mohou zv\u00fd\u0161it riziko<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span>Podle americk\u00e9ho Centra pro kontrolu a prevenci nemoc\u00ed (CDC) v sou\u010dasnosti trp\u00ed Alzheimerovou chorobou, nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed formou demence, p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 5,8 milionu Ameri\u010dan\u016f. O\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1 se, \u017ee do roku 2060 toto \u010d\u00edslo vzroste na 14 milion\u016f, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e men\u0161inov\u00e9 skupiny budou pat\u0159it k nejposti\u017een\u011bj\u0161\u00edm.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>I kdy\u017e je snadn\u00e9 p\u0159edpokl\u00e1dat, \u017ee demence je jen n\u011bco, co se objevuje, jak st\u00e1rneme, existuje ve skute\u010dnosti mnoho faktor\u016f, kter\u00e9 ovliv\u0148uj\u00ed riziko tohoto neurodegenerativn\u00edho onemocn\u011bn\u00ed. Nov\u00e1 studie zve\u0159ejn\u011bn\u00e1 v The Lancet zjistila, \u017ee po\u010det p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f demence lze sn\u00ed\u017eit na polovinu, pokud posti\u017een\u00ed u\u010din\u00ed vhodn\u00e9 zm\u011bny \u017eivotn\u00edho stylu.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><span>C\u00edl studie Lancet<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span>Lancet Commission, skupina v\u00fdzkumn\u00edk\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed pravideln\u011b shroma\u017e\u010fuj\u00ed nejnov\u011bj\u0161\u00ed d\u016fkazy o r\u016fzn\u00fdch onemocn\u011bn\u00edch, ned\u00e1vno zve\u0159ejnila aktualizovan\u00fd p\u0159ehled rizikov\u00fdch faktor\u016f spojen\u00fdch s demenc\u00ed. Pravidelnou aktualizac\u00ed sv\u00e9ho v\u00fdzkumu doufaj\u00ed, \u017ee poskytnou nejnov\u011bj\u0161\u00ed praktick\u00e1 doporu\u010den\u00ed, kter\u00e1 pomohou rodin\u00e1m po cel\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b pe\u010dovat o sv\u00e9 bl\u00edzk\u00e9 \u017eij\u00edc\u00ed s demenc\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>V\u011bdci vysv\u011btlili, \u017ee v\u011bnov\u00e1n\u00ed pozornosti t\u011bmto rizikov\u00fdm faktor\u016fm m\u016f\u017ee zabr\u00e1nit demenci a zlep\u0161it o\u010dek\u00e1vanou d\u00e9lku \u017eivota:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><span>\u201eNov\u00e9 d\u016fkazy nazna\u010duj\u00ed, \u017ee sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed rizika demence zvy\u0161uje po\u010det zdrav\u00fdch let \u017eivota a zkracuje d\u00e9lku nemoci u lid\u00ed, u kter\u00fdch se demence rozvine.\u00a0<\/span><\/em><em><span>Preventivn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstupy by se m\u011bly zam\u011b\u0159it na v\u010dasn\u00e9 sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed rizikov\u00fdch faktor\u016f (tj. \u010d\u00edm d\u0159\u00edve, t\u00edm l\u00e9pe) a jejich udr\u017een\u00ed na n\u00edzk\u00e9 \u00farovni po cel\u00fd \u017eivot (tj. \u010d\u00edm d\u00e9le, t\u00edm l\u00e9pe),\u201c<\/span><\/em><span>\u00a0uvedli v\u011bdci.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><span>\u201eA\u010dkoli je \u017e\u00e1douc\u00ed zab\u00fdvat se rizikov\u00fdmi faktory v ran\u00e9m v\u011bku, je tak\u00e9 p\u0159\u00ednosn\u00e9 zab\u00fdvat se riziky v pr\u016fb\u011bhu \u017eivota; &#8222;Nikdy nen\u00ed p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 brzy nebo p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 pozd\u011b na sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed rizika demence.&#8220;<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><span>14 ovlivniteln\u00fdch rizikov\u00fdch faktor\u016f demence<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span>Podle zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed Komise v sou\u010dasnosti existuje 14 rizikov\u00fdch faktor\u016f souvisej\u00edc\u00edch s \u017eivotn\u00edm stylem, kter\u00e9 mohou lid\u00e9 zm\u011bnit, aby sn\u00ed\u017eili riziko rozvoje demence:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><span>1.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><strong><span>Vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed, \u00farove\u0148 vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed a kognitivn\u00ed aktivita \u2013<\/span><\/strong><span>\u00a0The Lancet na z\u00e1klad\u011b informac\u00ed z r\u016fzn\u00fdch zem\u00ed zjistil, \u017ee \u201eza ochrann\u00fd \u00fa\u010dinek na budouc\u00ed kognitivn\u00ed funkce a demenci je zodpov\u011bdn\u00e1 sp\u00ed\u0161e \u00farove\u0148 vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed ne\u017e po\u010det let vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed. .&#8220; V tomto ohledu v\u011bdci zjistili, \u017ee vysoko\u0161kolsk\u00e9 vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed je spojeno s ni\u017e\u0161\u00edm rizikem demence.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span>2.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><strong><span>Ztr\u00e1ta sluchu \u2013<\/span><\/strong><span>\u00a0V\u00fdzkumn\u00edci zjistili, \u017ee riziko demence se zvy\u0161uje se z\u00e1va\u017enost\u00ed ztr\u00e1ty sluchu. A\u010dkoli neidentifikovali p\u0159esn\u00e9 mechanismy, pro\u010d se to d\u011bje, v p\u0159edchoz\u00edch metaanal\u00fdz\u00e1ch zjistili, \u017ee existuj\u00ed v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 souvislosti mezi ztr\u00e1tou sluchu a pozd\u011bj\u0161\u00ed demenc\u00ed. Maj\u00ed tak\u00e9 podez\u0159en\u00ed, \u017ee ztr\u00e1ta sluchu eliminuje dal\u0161\u00ed mo\u017enost stimulace mozku. Osam\u011blost, deprese, soci\u00e1ln\u00ed izolace a zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e1 kognitivn\u00ed v\u00fdkonnost nezbytn\u00e1 pro sluch mohou tak\u00e9 p\u0159isp\u011bt k demenci, uvedli v\u011bdci.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span>3.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><strong><span>Deprese \u2013<\/span><\/strong><span>\u00a0V\u011bdci zjistili, \u017ee deprese m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt p\u0159\u00edznakem rozvoje demence. To bylo pozorov\u00e1no v n\u011bkter\u00fdch v\u00fdzkumech, kter\u00e9 zkoumali, a poznamenali, \u017ee &#8222;zjistili jsme zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 riziko demence u lid\u00ed s depres\u00ed ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s lidmi bez deprese.&#8220;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span>4.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><strong><span>Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) \u2013<\/span><\/strong><span>\u00a0Autonehody, p\u00e1dy a viktimizace n\u00e1sil\u00ed byly identifikov\u00e1ny jako faktory, kter\u00e9 zvy\u0161uj\u00ed riziko pozd\u011bj\u0161\u00ed demence. N\u011bkter\u00e9 sporty, jako je rugby, americk\u00fd fotbal, fotbal a ledn\u00ed hokej, jsou tak\u00e9 spojov\u00e1ny s demenc\u00ed. V\u011bdci dosp\u011bli k z\u00e1v\u011bru, \u017ee p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9 \u00fadery do hlavy zp\u016fsobuj\u00ed patologick\u00e9 zm\u011bny v mozku, kter\u00e9 mohou nakonec v\u00e9st k demenci.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span>5.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><strong><span>Kou\u0159en\u00ed \u2013<\/span><\/strong><span>\u00a0Existuj\u00ed d\u016fkazy, \u017ee kou\u0159en\u00ed cigaret, zejm\u00e9na ve st\u0159edn\u00edm v\u011bku, m\u016f\u017ee zv\u00fd\u0161it riziko demence. V\u00fdzkumn\u00edci naopak zd\u016fraz\u0148uj\u00ed, \u017ee lid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed p\u0159estali kou\u0159it (a neku\u0159\u00e1ci obecn\u011b), maj\u00ed ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed riziko ne\u017e ku\u0159\u00e1ci.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span>6.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><strong><span>LDL cholesterol \u2013<\/span><\/strong><span>\u00a0Studie Lancet cituje studii publikovanou ve Spojen\u00e9m kr\u00e1lovstv\u00ed, kter\u00e1 zjistila, \u017ee ka\u017ed\u00e9 zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed hladiny LDL cholesterolu o 1 mmol\/l u dosp\u011bl\u00fdch do 65 let m\u00e1 za n\u00e1sledek 8% zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed rizika demence ze v\u0161ech p\u0159\u00ed\u010din. Nicm\u00e9n\u011b u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed statin\u016f ke sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed hladiny LDL cholesterolu m\u016f\u017ee tak\u00e9 zv\u00fd\u0161it riziko demence. Podrobn\u00fd p\u0159ehled tohoto t\u00e9matu naleznete v m\u00e9m \u010dl\u00e1nku \u201e\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/articles.mercola.com\/sites\/articles\/archive\/2023\/09\/20\/statin-dementia-risk.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><span>U\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed statin\u016f spojen\u00e9 s demenc\u00ed<\/span><\/a><span>\u00a0\u201c.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span>7.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><strong><span>Fyzick\u00e1 ne\u010dinnost, cvi\u010den\u00ed a kondice \u2013<\/span><\/strong><span>\u00a0N\u00edzk\u00e1 fyzick\u00e1 aktivita m\u016f\u017ee zv\u00fd\u0161it va\u0161e riziko demence a Alzheimerovy choroby. Krom\u011b toho v\u00fdzkum uk\u00e1zal, \u017ee fyzick\u00e1 aktivita v jak\u00e9mkoli v\u011bku je spojena s lep\u0161\u00edm kognitivn\u00edm v\u00fdkonem ne\u017e \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 fyzick\u00e1 aktivita.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span>8.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><strong><span>Diabetes \u2013<\/span><\/strong><span>\u00a0V\u011bdci se domn\u00edvaj\u00ed, \u017ee v\u011bk, ve kter\u00e9m se diabetes poprv\u00e9 objev\u00ed, ovliv\u0148uje riziko demence. Konkr\u00e9tn\u011b zjistili, \u017ee diabetes, kter\u00fd se vyskytuje ve st\u0159edn\u00edm v\u011bku, m\u00e1 vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed riziko z\u00e1va\u017enosti onemocn\u011bn\u00ed ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s pozdn\u00edm n\u00e1stupem. I kdy\u017e nen\u00ed jasn\u00e9, jak m\u016f\u017ee diabetes ovlivnit rozvoj demence, p\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1 se, \u017ee svou roli hraje po\u0161kozen\u00ed, kter\u00e9 zp\u016fsobuje c\u00e9vn\u00edmu syst\u00e9mu. Inzulinov\u00e1 rezistence m\u016f\u017ee nav\u00edc v\u00e9st ke zm\u011bn\u00e1m v centr\u00e1ln\u00edm nervov\u00e9m syst\u00e9mu, kter\u00e9 ovliv\u0148uj\u00ed metabolismus mozku.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span>9.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><strong><span>Vysok\u00fd krevn\u00ed tlak a jeho pr\u016fb\u011bh \u2013<\/span><\/strong><span>\u00a0V\u011bdci v posledn\u00edm vyd\u00e1n\u00ed publikace Komise zd\u016fraznili, \u017ee vysok\u00fd krevn\u00ed tlak m\u016f\u017ee zv\u00fd\u0161it riziko demence ze v\u0161ech p\u0159\u00ed\u010din, Alzheimerovy choroby a vaskul\u00e1rn\u00ed demence.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span>10.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><strong><span>Obezita \u2013<\/span><\/strong><span>\u00a0V\u00fdzkum nazna\u010duje, \u017ee rozvoj obezity ve st\u0159edn\u00edm v\u011bku m\u016f\u017ee ve v\u0161ech p\u0159\u00edpadech zv\u00fd\u0161it riziko demence. Tyto v\u00fdsledky potvrdila i dal\u0161\u00ed studie, kter\u00e1 dodala, \u017ee riziko je vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed u lid\u00ed star\u0161\u00edch 65 let ne\u017e u jin\u00fdch v\u011bkov\u00fdch skupin.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span>11.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><strong><span>Nadm\u011brn\u00e1 konzumace alkoholu \u2013<\/span><\/strong><span>\u00a0Konzumace alkoholu s celkov\u00fdm obsahem etanolu vy\u0161\u0161\u00edm ne\u017e 168 gram\u016f t\u00fddn\u011b ve st\u0159edn\u00edm v\u011bku je spojena se zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fdm rizikem demence. Tyto v\u00fdsledky byly tak\u00e9 potvrzeny v metaanal\u00fdze se 131 415 \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edky z cel\u00e9 Evropy. V jin\u00e9 studii, tentokr\u00e1t s Jihokorejci, v\u011bdci zjistili, \u017ee velk\u00e1 konzumace alkoholu zvy\u0161uje riziko demence. Naopak studie zjistila, \u017ee i sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed spot\u0159eby na m\u00edrn\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee sn\u00ed\u017eit riziko.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span>12.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><strong><span>Soci\u00e1ln\u00ed izolace \u2013<\/span><\/strong><span>\u00a0Du\u0161evn\u00ed zdrav\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee tak\u00e9 ovlivnit riziko demence, zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b pokud m\u00e1te jen z\u0159\u00eddka soci\u00e1ln\u00ed kontakt s ostatn\u00edmi. Nap\u0159\u00edklad osam\u011blost je spojov\u00e1na s demenc\u00ed. Jako rizikov\u00e9 faktory byly identifikov\u00e1ny osam\u011bl\u00e9 bydlen\u00ed, setk\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed s rodinou nebo p\u0159\u00e1teli m\u00e9n\u011b ne\u017e jednou m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u011b a neexistence t\u00fddenn\u00edch skupinov\u00fdch aktivit.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span>13.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><strong><span>Zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed \u2013<\/span><\/strong><span>\u00a0Zhor\u0161uj\u00edc\u00ed se kvalita ovzdu\u0161\u00ed je nyn\u00ed hlavn\u00edm probl\u00e9mem, pokud jde o riziko demence. Citovan\u00e1 metaanal\u00fdza zjistila, \u017ee kvalita ovzdu\u0161\u00ed s vysok\u00fdm obsahem pevn\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stic je spojena s demenc\u00ed. Mezi identifikovan\u00e9 zdroje zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed pat\u0159\u00ed vnit\u0159n\u00ed kamna na uhl\u00ed a d\u0159evo.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span>14.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><strong><span>Nel\u00e9\u010den\u00e1 ztr\u00e1ta zraku \u2013<\/span><\/strong><span>\u00a0V\u00fdzkumn\u00edci zjistili, \u017ee existuje souvislost mezi ztr\u00e1tou zraku a demenc\u00ed. Retrospektivn\u00ed kohorta, kter\u00e1 zahrnovala celkem 14 studi\u00ed, zjistila, \u017ee \u201epo\u0161kozen\u00ed zraku je spojeno se zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fdm rizikem demence a kognitivn\u00edch poruch u star\u0161\u00edch dosp\u011bl\u00fdch\u201c.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><span>Strategie, kter\u00e9 mohou pomoci zm\u011bnit rizikov\u00e9 faktory demence<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span>A\u010dkoli se to m\u016f\u017ee zd\u00e1t skli\u010duj\u00edc\u00ed, zm\u011bna alespo\u0148 jednoho ze 14 rizikov\u00fdch faktor\u016f m\u016f\u017ee pomoci zvl\u00e1dnout onemocn\u011bn\u00ed a dokonce chr\u00e1nit p\u0159ed rozvojem demence v budoucnu. Podle v\u00fdzkumn\u00edk\u016f:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><span>\u201ePotenci\u00e1l prevence je velk\u00fd a celkov\u011b by se t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 polovin\u011b p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f demence dalo teoreticky p\u0159edej\u00edt odstran\u011bn\u00edm t\u011bchto 14 rizikov\u00fdch faktor\u016f.\u00a0<\/span><\/em><em><span>Tyto v\u00fdsledky d\u00e1vaj\u00ed nad\u011bji.\u00a0<\/span><\/em><em><span>A\u010dkoli je zm\u011bna obt\u00ed\u017en\u00e1 a n\u011bkter\u00e9 vztahy mohou b\u00fdt jen \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b kauz\u00e1ln\u00ed, na\u0161e nov\u00e1 synt\u00e9za d\u016fkaz\u016f ukazuje, jak mohou jednotlivci sn\u00ed\u017eit riziko demence&#8230;\u201c<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><span>Jak\u00e9 strategie m\u016f\u017eete pou\u017e\u00edt?
