V\u00fdzkum se specificky zam\u011b\u0159il na jedince s kardiometabolick\u00fdmi onemocn\u011bn\u00edmi, jako jsou srde\u010dn\u00ed choroby, cukrovka 2. typu a mrtvice, o nich\u017e je zn\u00e1mo, \u017ee zvy\u0161uj\u00ed riziko demence.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Jedinci s kardiometabolick\u00fdmi onemocn\u011bn\u00edmi, kte\u0159\u00ed dodr\u017eovali protiz\u00e1n\u011btlivou dietu, zaznamenali v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed rizika demence. To nazna\u010duje, \u017ee \u00faprava stravy by mohla hr\u00e1t kl\u00ed\u010dovou roli p\u0159i zvl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed rizika demence, zejm\u00e9na u t\u011bch, kte\u0159\u00ed jsou ji\u017e zraniteln\u00ed v d\u016fsledku jejich jin\u00fdch st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Demence, charakterizovan\u00e1 poklesem pam\u011bti a kognitivn\u00edch funkc\u00ed, je \u010dasto spojena s po\u0161kozen\u00edm mozkov\u00fdch bun\u011bk. Alzheimerova choroba je nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed formou demence.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>P\u0159edchoz\u00ed v\u00fdzkum prok\u00e1zal spojitost mezi stravou a rizikem demence, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e ur\u010dit\u00e9 stravovac\u00ed n\u00e1vyky potenci\u00e1ln\u011b zpomaluj\u00ed progresi Alzheimerovy choroby. Je zn\u00e1mo, \u017ee kardiometabolick\u00e1 onemocn\u011bn\u00ed zvy\u0161uj\u00ed riziko demence.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Z\u00e1n\u011bt m\u016f\u017ee utlumit pr\u016ftok krve do mozku, od\u0159\u00edznout jej od kysl\u00edku a d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdch \u017eivin, \u010d\u00edm\u017e mozek vyhlazuje.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Abigail Doveov\u00e1, hlavn\u00ed autorka studie, pouk\u00e1zala na to, \u017ee kardiometabolick\u00e1 onemocn\u011bn\u00ed, jako jsou diabetes typu 2 a srde\u010dn\u00ed choroby, jsou indik\u00e1tory z\u00e1n\u011btu. Ob\u011b tyto onemocn\u011bn\u00ed individu\u00e1ln\u011b zvy\u0161uj\u00ed riziko demence 1,5 a\u017e 2kr\u00e1t. Nam\u00edsto toho, aby se zam\u011b\u0159ila pouze na konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed potraviny, studie hodnotila z\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00fd vliv \u017eivin a tyto \u00fadaje pou\u017eila pro v\u00fdpo\u010det celkov\u00e9ho sk\u00f3re z\u00e1n\u011btu pro ka\u017ed\u00fd typ diety.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u00da\u010dastn\u00edci byli rozd\u011bleni do t\u0159\u00ed skupin na z\u00e1klad\u011b z\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00e9ho vlivu jejich stravy:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>protiz\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00e9<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>proz\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00e9<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>neutr\u00e1ln\u00ed<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span>K m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed objemu mozku byla pou\u017eita magnetick\u00e1 rezonance, kter\u00e1 odhalila, \u017ee ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed syst\u00e9mov\u00fd z\u00e1n\u011bt byl spojen se zdrav\u011bj\u0161\u00edmi markery mozku a sn\u00ed\u017een\u00fdm rizikem demence.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Z\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00e1 dieta byla spojena s neurodegenerac\u00ed, ztr\u00e1tou objemu v oblasti hipokampu v mozku, kter\u00e1 je zodpov\u011bdn\u00e1 za zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed pam\u011bti.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Protiz\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00e9 potraviny jako ryby, o\u0159echy, ko\u0159enov\u00e1 zelenina, bobule, bylinky a houby zlep\u0161ily kardiometabolick\u00e1 onemocn\u011bn\u00ed.
