O \u0160kod\u011b nepadla zm\u00ednka.<\/p>\n<p>Automobilka pova\u017euje jeden velk\u00fd z\u00e1vod na v\u00fdrobu aut a jednu tov\u00e1rnu na v\u00fdrobu sou\u010d\u00e1stek v N\u011bmecku za zastaral\u00e9, dozv\u00edd\u00e1me se z agentur. Bude tak\u00e9 z\u0159ejm\u011b nucena ukon\u010dit program zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed pracovn\u00edch m\u00edst, kter\u00fd funguje od roku 1994 a a\u017e do roku 2029 br\u00e1n\u00ed propou\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed. Sou\u010dasn\u00e9 pl\u00e1novan\u00e9 sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed po\u010dtu pracovn\u00edch m\u00edst prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm odchodu do d\u016fchodu a odstupn\u00e9ho ji\u017e nesta\u010d\u00ed k dosa\u017een\u00ed c\u00edlov\u00fdch \u00faspor. Jen\u017ee pen\u00edze jsou pot\u0159eba jinde. V\u00fdroba konkurenceschopn\u00fdch elektromobil\u016f vy\u017eaduje obrovsk\u00e9 investice. Dal\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1kladovou polo\u017eku p\u0159idala ztr\u00e1ta levn\u00e9 rusk\u00e9 energie. N\u011bkdej\u0161\u00ed nekone\u010dn\u00e9 trhy evropsk\u00fdch automobilek v\u00a0\u010c\u00edn\u011b obsazuje st\u00e1le d\u016frazn\u011bji \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e1 konkurence. Ztr\u00e1tov\u00e9 evropsk\u00e9 tov\u00e1rny u\u017e nebude z\u00a0\u010deho sanovat.<\/p>\n<p>Je to smutn\u00e9 \u010dten\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Po letech p\u0159ehl\u00ed\u017een\u00ed nadbyte\u010dn\u00fdch kapacit a poklesu konkurenceschopnosti je pravd\u011bpodobn\u00e9, \u017ee kroky n\u011bmeck\u00e9ho automobilov\u00e9ho gigantu odstartuj\u00ed \u0161ir\u0161\u00ed p\u0159ehodnocen\u00ed perspektiv v tomto odv\u011btv\u00ed, p\u00ed\u0161e Bloomberg. D\u016fvody jsou jasn\u00e9: snaha Evropy konkurovat \u010d\u00ednsk\u00fdm rival\u016fm a Tesle v\u00e1zne.<\/p>\n<p>Evrop\u0161t\u00ed v\u00fdrobci automobil\u016f se do z\u00e1vodu s elektromobily pustili jen neochotn\u011b a podcenili nov\u00e9 soupe\u0159e i tempo zm\u011bn. Chystan\u00e9 kroky Volkswagenu v oblasti sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed n\u00e1klad\u016f jsou \u201ebohu\u017eel d\u016fsledkem mnoha promarn\u011bn\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost\u00ed v uplynul\u00fdch letech,&#8220; uvedl Moritz Kronenberger, portfolio mana\u017eer spole\u010dnosti Union Investment.<\/p>\n<p>Hrozba uzav\u0159en\u00ed v\u00fdrobn\u00edch z\u00e1vod\u016f se t\u00fdk\u00e1 zejm\u00e9na star\u0161\u00edch z\u00e1vod\u016f v z\u00e1padn\u00ed Evrop\u011b, kde jsou vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed mzdy a n\u00e1klady. Uzav\u0159en\u00ed tov\u00e1rny m\u00e1 z\u00e1sadn\u00ed dopady na m\u00edstn\u00ed ekonomiku. Tyto z\u00e1vody p\u0159\u00edmo zam\u011bstn\u00e1vaj\u00ed tis\u00edce lid\u00ed a podporuj\u00ed tis\u00edce dal\u0161\u00edch pracovn\u00edch m\u00edst dodavatel\u016f a logistiky a\u017e po ukl\u00edze\u010dky a peka\u0159e. U n\u00e1s to bylo je\u0161t\u011b v\u00fdrazn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. Ozv\u011bna tohoto postoje znovu zazn\u011bla v\u00a0rozhovoru s Vratislavem Kulh\u00e1nkem, b\u00fdval\u00fdm gener\u00e1ln\u00edm \u0159editelem \u0160kody Auto.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eJako re\u00e1ln\u00fd c\u00edlov\u00fd pod\u00edl elektroaut na vozov\u00e9m parku bych za sou\u010dasn\u00fdch podm\u00ednek vid\u011bl 30 a\u017e 35 procent. A ty se obt\u00ed\u017en\u011b zd\u016fvod\u0148uj\u00ed, kdy\u017e se elektrick\u00e1 auta v\u00a0\u010cesku skoro nedaj\u00ed prodat. Letos se jich prodalo do konce \u010dervence jen p\u011bt tis\u00edc, a z\u00a0toho \u0161kodov\u00e1ck\u00fd Enyaq p\u0159edstavuje pouhou desetinu. \u010cesk\u00e9mu trhu v\u017edycky dominovalo dom\u00e1c\u00ed auto, to je v\u00a0p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b nov\u00fdch technologi\u00ed pry\u010d.<\/p>\n<p>Ale kdo si tak\u00e9 m\u016f\u017ee koupit auto za milion? S\u00a0podnikatelskou dotac\u00ed se jeho cena sraz\u00ed na \u00farove\u0148 Octavie, proto taky prakticky v\u0161echny Enyaqy u n\u00e1s kupovali podnikatel\u00e9 a firmy. V\u00a0N\u011bmecku se prod\u00e1v\u00e1 tento \u010desk\u00fd elektromobil podstatn\u011b l\u00edp, ale a\u017e se za\u010dnou v\u00a0N\u011bmecku zav\u00edrat v\u00fdrobn\u00ed z\u00e1vody kv\u016fli nadv\u00fdrob\u011b, m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt \u010desk\u00fd \u00fasp\u011bch hodnocen jinak.<\/p>\n<p>Mnohem v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed brzdou je odpor velk\u00fdch energetick\u00fdch firem proti obnoviteln\u00fdm zdroj\u016fm. T\u011b\u017eko se lou\u010d\u00ed s\u00a0poh\u00e1dkov\u011b v\u00fdnosnou minulost\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eSen\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.seznamzpravy.cz\/tag\/daniel-kretinsky-12172\">Daniela K\u0159et\u00ednsk\u00e9ho<\/a>\u00a0o\u00a0vybudov\u00e1n\u00ed energetick\u00e9ho kolosu evropsk\u00fdch parametr\u016f se napl\u0148uje, p\u0159inejmen\u0161\u00edm podle \u010d\u00edsel. Z\u00a0t\u011b\u017eby uhl\u00ed, v\u00fdroby elekt\u0159iny, p\u0159epravy plynu a\u00a0dal\u0161\u00edch podobn\u00fdch obor\u016f m\u011bly jeho firmy loni dohromady hrub\u00fd zisk (EBITDA) 7,3\u00a0miliardy eur.<\/p>\n<p>V p\u0159epo\u010dtu jde o\u00a0v\u00edc ne\u017e 180\u00a0miliard korun, v\u00edc nejsp\u00ed\u0161 nikdy \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 jin\u00e1 \u010desk\u00e1 firma nevyd\u011blala. \u00da\u010detn\u011b jde o\u00a0sou\u010det v\u00fdsledk\u016f energetick\u00fdch firem zast\u0159e\u0161en\u00fdch skupinou EPCG, do kter\u00e9 se s\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 hlavn\u00ed K\u0159et\u00ednsk\u00e9ho firma jm\u00e9nem Energetick\u00fd a\u00a0pr\u016fmyslov\u00fd holding (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.seznamzpravy.cz\/tag\/energeticky-a-prumyslovy-holding-eph-1243\">EPH<\/a>) a\u00a0n\u011bmeck\u00e9 doly a\u00a0elektr\u00e1rny LEAG, veden\u00e9 ve struktu\u0159e cel\u00e9 skupiny zvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165.<\/p>\n<p>Oba tyto celky \u0159\u00edd\u00ed K\u0159et\u00ednsk\u00fd, firmy spoluvlastn\u00ed se sv\u00fdm dlouholet\u00fdm minoritn\u00edm spole\u010dn\u00edkem Patrikem Tk\u00e1\u010dem ze skupiny J&amp;T. \u010c\u00edsla firma zve\u0159ejnila v\u00a0r\u00e1mci zpr\u00e1vy o\u00a0celoro\u010dn\u00edch v\u00fdsledc\u00edch, \u010dist\u00fd zisk za EPCG neuvedla,\u201c zjistil o v\u00fdsledc\u00edch za rok 2023 Ji\u0159\u00ed N\u00e1doba.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.seznamzpravy.cz\/clanek\/ekonomika-firmy-kretinsky-poprve-secetl-zisky-v-energetice-jeho-firmy-vydelaly-180-miliard-250631\">https:\/\/www.seznamzpravy.cz\/clanek\/ekonomika-firmy-kretinsky-poprve-secetl-zisky-v-energetice-jeho-firmy-vydelaly-180-miliard-250631<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Fosiln\u00ed kr\u00e1l K\u0159et\u00ednsk\u00fd po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 miliardy jako jin\u00fd stokoruny, a stejn\u011b n\u00e1sobn\u00fd je i jeho vliv. Nen\u00ed s\u00e1m, skupin\u011b Sev.en Pavla Tyka\u010de se taky da\u0159ilo, abychom jmenovali jen ty nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed. A v\u00a0zemi, kde je energetika minulosti tak obrovsk\u00fdm zdrojem bohatstv\u00ed, nelze \u010dekat \u00faprk za lep\u0161\u00edm p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00edm v\u00a0podob\u011b decentralizovan\u00e9 energetiky, kde si lid\u00e9 pokryj\u00ed rostouc\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st sv\u00fdch pot\u0159eb vlastn\u00ed v\u00fdrobou.<\/p>\n<p>Elektrick\u00e1 auta mohou \u017e\u00edt se sol\u00e1ry na st\u0159ech\u00e1ch dom\u016f (ale i s\u00a0t\u011bmi na pol\u00edch) v\u00a0synergii, proto\u017ee mohou spot\u0159ebovat nadbytky v\u00fdroby elekt\u0159iny, kter\u00e9 sr\u00e1\u017eej\u00ed spotovou cenu pod nulu. Nen\u00ed to jedin\u00fd zp\u016fsob, jak dos\u00e1hnout v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed flexibility na energetick\u00e9m trhu, ale potenci\u00e1ln\u011b je jedn\u00edm z\u00a0nejv\u00fdznamn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch. Kdy\u017e to bude fungovat, nemus\u00ed b\u00fdt n\u00e1klady na p\u0159izp\u016fsoben\u00ed s\u00edt\u011b energetick\u00e9 decentralizaci tak dramatick\u00e9. Cena elekt\u0159iny bude stabiln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, ale klesaj\u00edc\u00ed, to u\u017e vid\u00edme. Z\u00a0toho mohou m\u00edt centr\u00e1ln\u00ed v\u00fdrobci t\u011b\u017eko radost.<\/p>\n<p>Elektromobilit\u011b nemohou p\u0159\u00e1t ani v\u00fdrobci pohonn\u00fdch hmot. Tak\u00e9 oni, stejn\u011b jako centr\u00e1ln\u00ed dodavatel\u00e9 elekt\u0159iny, v\u00e1m mohou vnutit cenu, pro kterou se v\u017edycky n\u011bjak\u00fd d\u016fvod najde. Tady zat\u00edm do\u0161lo k\u00a0nejmen\u0161\u00ed zm\u011bn\u011b, v\u00a0doprav\u011b sklen\u00edkov\u00e9 plyny dokonce stoupaj\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/archiv.hn.cz\/c1-67354660-snizuje-cesko-emise-sklenikovych-plynu-dost-rychle-v-doprave-stoupaji-planum-navzdory\">https:\/\/archiv.hn.cz\/c1-67354660-snizuje-cesko-emise-sklenikovych-plynu-dost-rychle-v-doprave-stoupaji-planum-navzdory<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u010cesk\u00e1 vl\u00e1da \u0159\u00edk\u00e1, \u017ee se nebude do v\u00fdvoje elektromobility m\u00edchat, chce b\u00fdt technologicky neutr\u00e1ln\u00ed. To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee st\u00e1le v\u011b\u0159\u00ed v\u00a0\u017eivot po \u017eivot\u011b spalovac\u00edch motor\u016f. Uvid\u00edme, jak se to bude vyv\u00edjet. V\u00a0\u010c\u00edn\u011b u\u017e p\u0159ekro\u010dili pades\u00e1tiprocentn\u00ed pod\u00edl elektromobil\u016f mezi nov\u011b prodan\u00fdmi auty. Je tam krut\u00e1 cenov\u00e1 v\u00e1lka, kter\u00e1 dol\u00e9h\u00e1 i k\u00a0n\u00e1m.<\/p>\n<p>Pokud budou cht\u00edt spalovac\u00ed motory v\u00a0t\u011bchto podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch p\u0159e\u017e\u00edt, mus\u00ed zvl\u00e1dnout obdobnou technologickou revoluci, kter\u00e1 taky nab\u00eddne provoz bez uhl\u00edku, jen na jin\u00e9m principu. Ale jak asi budou drah\u00e1 paliva, kter\u00e1 se budou z\u00edsk\u00e1vat ze vzdu\u0161n\u00e9ho oxidu uhl\u00edku nebo zelen\u00e9ho vod\u00edku? Zat\u00edm to vypad\u00e1 na drah\u00e1 auta a drah\u00fd provoz. Majitel\u00e9 Porsche nebo Lamborghini to ustoj\u00ed, ale t\u011b\u017eko si p\u0159edstavit, co by se dalo nab\u00eddnout b\u011b\u017en\u00fdm \u0159idi\u010d\u016fm.<\/p>\n<p>Evropsk\u00e1 komise se pokou\u0161\u00ed ochr\u00e1nit na\u0161e automobilky vysok\u00fdmi cly, ale to nezas\u00e1hne \u010d\u00ednskou v\u00fdrobu v\u00a0Evrop\u011b, na kterou se tato drav\u00e1 konkurence postupn\u011b p\u0159eorientov\u00e1v\u00e1. Proti celn\u00edm bari\u00e9r\u00e1m je i n\u00e1\u0161 automobilov\u00fd pr\u016fmysl.<\/p>\n<p>Tohle je stanovisko \u010desk\u00e9ho Sdru\u017een\u00ed automobilov\u00e9ho pr\u016fmyslu AUTOSAP:<\/p>\n<p><em>Hledisko, kter\u00e9 nem\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt opom\u00edjeno, souvis\u00ed s\u00a0dovozem surovin a\u00a0komponent\u016f z\u00a0\u010c\u00edny. V\u00edc ne\u017e 90 procent kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdch materi\u00e1l\u016f pro v\u00fdrobu elektrick\u00fdch vozidel i\u00a0samotn\u00e9 baterie dov\u00e1\u017e\u00ed evropsk\u00e9 automobilky z\u00a0\u010c\u00edny. Zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed cen t\u011bchto import\u016f nebo dokonce jejich blokace by bylo pro dom\u00e1c\u00ed v\u00fdrobce velk\u00fdm probl\u00e9mem z\u00a0hlediska pln\u011bn\u00ed ambici\u00f3zn\u00edch pl\u00e1n\u016f EU sni\u017eovat CO<sub>2<\/sub>. Evropa toti\u017e zat\u00edm nem\u00e1 spolehliv\u00fd pl\u00e1n, jak b\u00fdt sob\u011bsta\u010dn\u00e1 ve v\u0161ech t\u011b\u017een\u00fdch surovin\u00e1ch a\u00a0komponentech pot\u0159ebn\u00fdch k\u00a0v\u00fdrob\u011b elektromobil\u016f, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b jak si je zajistit jinde. \u0158ada firem v\u00a0\u010c\u00edn\u011b tak\u00e9 vyr\u00e1b\u00ed a\u00a0do Evropy exportuje. P\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e1 cla by se tedy vztahovala i\u00a0na tyto spole\u010dnosti.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Zaveden\u00ed nov\u00fdch celn\u00edch opat\u0159en\u00ed \u010d\u00edn\u0161t\u00ed v\u00fdrobci ur\u010dit\u011b poc\u00edt\u00ed a\u00a0jejich expanzi to m\u016f\u017ee zpomalit, nicm\u00e9n\u011b neo\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1me, \u017ee by to m\u011blo vliv na dota\u010dn\u00ed politiku v\u00a0\u010c\u00edn\u011b. Firmy, kter\u00e9 v\u00a0sou\u010dasnosti v\u00a0\u010c\u00edn\u011b vyr\u00e1b\u011bj\u00ed elektromobily pro Evropu, se zcela jist\u011b dok\u00e1\u017eou p\u0159izp\u016fsobit a\u00a0pokra\u010dovat v\u00a0pr\u016fniku na trh, a\u0165 u\u017e prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm lok\u00e1ln\u00edch investic, spoluprac\u00ed s\u00a0m\u00edstn\u00edmi partnery nebo p\u0159esunem v\u00fdroby do jin\u00fdch zem\u00ed.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>\u201eM\u00e1me za to, \u017ee samotn\u00e1 antisubven\u010dn\u00ed opat\u0159en\u00ed, jako jsou dodate\u010dn\u00e1 cla, probl\u00e9my, kter\u00fdm automobilov\u00fd pr\u016fmysl \u010del\u00ed, nevy\u0159e\u0161\u00ed.\u00a0Pot\u0159ebujeme naopak syst\u00e9mov\u00fd p\u0159\u00edstup, kter\u00fd podpo\u0159\u00ed siln\u00e9 str\u00e1nky evropsk\u00e9ho pr\u016fmyslu, kter\u00e9 zv\u00fd\u0161\u00ed jeho konkurenceschopnost a\u00a0otev\u0159ou nov\u00e9 trhy,\u201c\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><em>uv\u00e1d\u00ed za \u010desk\u00fd sektor automotive v\u00fdkonn\u00fd \u0159editel AUTOSAP\u00a0Zden\u011bk Petzl.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Podle n\u011bj by m\u011bla EK p\u0159ij\u00edt s\u00a0pr\u016fmyslovou strategi\u00ed pro EU a\u00a0ve spolupr\u00e1ci s\u00a0jednotliv\u00fdmi \u010dlensk\u00fdmi st\u00e1ty celkov\u011b zlep\u0161ovat podnikatelsk\u00e9 prost\u0159ed\u00ed s\u00a0d\u016frazem na podporu inovac\u00ed v\u00a0automobilov\u00e9m pr\u016fmyslu. Regula\u010dn\u00ed r\u00e1mec, ve kter\u00e9m se automobilov\u00ed v\u00fdrobci pohybuj\u00ed, by m\u011bl b\u00fdt jen natolik p\u0159\u00edsn\u00fd, aby v\u00a0n\u011bm jednotliv\u00e9 subjekty mohly svobodn\u011b podnikat a\u00a0r\u016fst.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/autosap.cz\/aktualita\/cla-na-cinske-elektromobily-nejsou-resenim\/\">https:\/\/autosap.cz\/aktualita\/cla-na-cinske-elektromobily-nejsou-resenim\/<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Zaznamenal jsem podobnou odbornou debatu v\u00a0USA, tedy v\u00a0zemi, kde p\u0159i\u0161li s\u00a0my\u0161lenkou prohibitivn\u00edch cel na \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e9 elektromobily jako prvn\u00ed. Odpov\u011b\u010f dom\u00e1c\u00edho pr\u016fmyslu byla negativn\u00ed, jako ta na\u0161e. K\u00a0dispozici jsou vlastn\u011b jen dva typy reakc\u00ed, bu\u010f celn\u00ed v\u00e1lka, nebo urychlen\u00ed dom\u00e1c\u00edho v\u00fdvoje dotacemi, subvencemi a dal\u0161\u00edmi c\u00edlen\u00fdmi hospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fdmi opat\u0159en\u00edmi.<\/p>\n<p>Opravdov\u00e1 konkurence a technologick\u00fd v\u00fdvoj je n\u011bco jako p\u0159\u00edroda \u2013 nelze na\u0159\u00eddit mraku, a\u0165 p\u0159estane pr\u0161et.
