Tato data se nejen pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed v re\u00e1ln\u00e9m \u010dase k zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed bezpe\u010dn\u00e9ho provozu, ale \u010dasto se ukl\u00e1daj\u00ed a analyzuj\u00ed za \u00fa\u010delem zlep\u0161en\u00ed v\u00fdkonu vozidla a \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed dopravy.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><span>Komplexn\u00ed sb\u011br dat: AV shroma\u017e\u010fuj\u00ed podrobn\u00e9 informace o sv\u00e9m okol\u00ed, jako jsou: Nap\u0159. SPZ nebo obr\u00e1zky chodc\u016f. Tato data mohou b\u00fdt pou\u017eita ke sledov\u00e1n\u00ed pohybu a aktivit lid\u00ed bez jejich souhlasu.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Ohro\u017een\u00ed osobn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f: Krom\u011b \u00fadaj\u016f o poloze mohou samo\u0159iditeln\u00e1 auta tak\u00e9 shroma\u017e\u010fovat informace o zvyc\u00edch, preferenc\u00edch a konverzac\u00edch cestuj\u00edc\u00edch, pokud jsou vybavena vestav\u011bn\u00fdmi hlasov\u00fdmi asistenty. K takov\u00fdm \u00fadaj\u016fm by se mohly dostat neopr\u00e1vn\u011bn\u00e9 strany, a to bu\u010f prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm poru\u0161en\u00ed zabezpe\u010den\u00ed \u00fadaj\u016f, nebo prodejem t\u0159et\u00edm stran\u00e1m, v\u010detn\u011b reklamn\u00edch spole\u010dnost\u00ed.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Sledov\u00e1n\u00ed interi\u00e9ru: Z bezpe\u010dnostn\u00edch a provozn\u00edch d\u016fvod\u016f je mnoho AV vybaveno vnit\u0159n\u00edmi kamerami a senzory, kter\u00e9 monitoruj\u00ed stav \u0159idi\u010de a chov\u00e1n\u00ed cestuj\u00edc\u00edch. Tento dohled se m\u016f\u017ee roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159it i na soukrom\u00e9 interakce a osobn\u00ed okam\u017eiky, co\u017e vyvol\u00e1v\u00e1 obavy o ochranu soukrom\u00ed jednotlivce ve vozidle.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>Monitorov\u00e1n\u00ed kapacit a probl\u00e9m\u016f<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Integrace AV do na\u0161eho ka\u017edodenn\u00edho \u017eivota tak\u00e9 vede k nov\u00fdm n\u00e1stroj\u016fm sledov\u00e1n\u00ed, a to jak pro vl\u00e1dn\u00ed agentury, tak pro soukrom\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>1) Vl\u00e1dn\u00ed dohled: Vzhledem k jejich rozs\u00e1hl\u00fdm mo\u017enostem sb\u011bru dat by samo\u0159\u00edd\u00edc\u00ed auta mohla b\u00fdt vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1na vl\u00e1dami jako sledovac\u00ed n\u00e1stroje. Org\u00e1ny \u010dinn\u00e9 v trestn\u00edm \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed by nap\u0159\u00edklad mohly z\u00edskat p\u0159\u00edstup k \u00fadaj\u016fm o vozidlech, aby mohly sledovat podez\u0159el\u00e9 nebo monitorovat ve\u0159ejn\u00e1 m\u00edsta, mo\u017en\u00e1 bez p\u0159\u00edkazu k prohl\u00eddce nebo ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 kontroly.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>2) Dohled nad spole\u010dnostmi: V\u00fdrobci automobil\u016f nebo poskytovatel\u00e9 slu\u017eeb by mohli pou\u017e\u00edt data shrom\u00e1\u017ed\u011bn\u00e1 AV k vytvo\u0159en\u00ed podrobn\u00fdch profil\u016f \u017eivotn\u00edho stylu, pohybu a chov\u00e1n\u00ed lid\u00ed. Tyto informace by mohly b\u00fdt pou\u017eity nejen pro c\u00edlenou reklamu, ale tak\u00e9 pro ru\u0161iv\u011bj\u0161\u00ed formy pr\u016fzkumu trhu a predikce chov\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>3) Hackov\u00e1n\u00ed a neopr\u00e1vn\u011bn\u00fd p\u0159\u00edstup: Hrozba hackingu je hlavn\u00edm probl\u00e9mem. Kyberzlo\u010dinci by mohli zneu\u017e\u00edt slab\u00e1 m\u00edsta v softwaru samo\u0159\u00edd\u00edc\u00edch automobil\u016f k z\u00edsk\u00e1n\u00ed neopr\u00e1vn\u011bn\u00e9ho p\u0159\u00edstupu k osobn\u00edm a obecn\u00fdm \u00fadaj\u016fm shrom\u00e1\u017ed\u011bn\u00fdm t\u011bmito vozidly. To by mohlo v\u00e9st k v\u00fdznamn\u00e9mu naru\u0161en\u00ed soukrom\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>Pr\u00e1vn\u00ed a etick\u00e9 d\u016fsledky<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Potenci\u00e1l pro naru\u0161en\u00ed soukrom\u00ed a zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fd dohled vy\u017eaduje pevn\u00fd pr\u00e1vn\u00ed r\u00e1mec pro pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed audiovizu\u00e1ln\u00edch technologi\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>1) Z\u00e1kony na ochranu dat: Je pot\u0159eba p\u0159\u00edsn\u00fdch z\u00e1kon\u016f na ochranu dat, kter\u00e9 jsou speci\u00e1ln\u011b p\u0159izp\u016fsobeny jedine\u010dn\u00fdm v\u00fdzv\u00e1m AV technologie. To zahrnuje z\u00e1kony, kter\u00e9 upravuj\u00ed shroma\u017e\u010fov\u00e1n\u00ed, ukl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed a sd\u00edlen\u00ed dat, stejn\u011b jako z\u00e1kony, kter\u00e9 zaji\u0161\u0165uj\u00ed pr\u00e1vo jednotlivc\u016f na p\u0159\u00edstup k jejich dat\u016fm a jejich kontrolu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>2) Transparentnost a souhlas: Spole\u010dnosti, kter\u00e9 se pod\u00edlej\u00ed na v\u00fdrob\u011b a provozu samo\u0159\u00edd\u00edc\u00edch automobil\u016f, by m\u011bly b\u00fdt transparentn\u00ed ohledn\u011b toho, jak\u00e1 data se shroma\u017e\u010fuj\u00ed, jak se pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed a s k\u00fdm jsou sd\u00edleny. V opa\u010dn\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b je kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9, aby p\u0159ed shroma\u017e\u010fov\u00e1n\u00edm citliv\u00fdch \u00fadaj\u016f byl od u\u017eivatel\u016f z\u00edsk\u00e1n v\u00fdslovn\u00fd souhlas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>3) Etick\u00e9 standardy: Stanoven\u00ed etick\u00fdch standard\u016f pro v\u00fdvoj a pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed AV je z\u00e1sadn\u00ed.
