V neposledn\u00ed \u0159ad\u011b, jak zn\u00e1mo, \u201eukrajinsk\u00e1 bezedn\u00e1 j\u00e1ma\u201c nen\u00ed ani zdaleka \u201euzav\u0159en\u00e1\u201c.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>EU nyn\u00ed pl\u00e1nuje zm\u011bnit pravidla pro leteck\u00fd provoz a jak se \u0159\u00edk\u00e1, celkov\u011b je uvolnit. Jednou z mo\u017enost\u00ed, kter\u00e1 byla vymy\u0161lena v \u201en\u00e1padit\u00e9m\u201c Bruselu, je umo\u017enit na ur\u010dit\u00fdch letech pouze jednoho pilota na palub\u011b osobn\u00edho letadla m\u00edsto obvykl\u00fdch dvou.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>O\u010dek\u00e1van\u00fd odpor sdru\u017een\u00ed pilot\u016f<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Tyto pl\u00e1ny se nepochybn\u011b setkaj\u00ed se siln\u00fdm odporem Evropsk\u00e9 asociace pilot\u016f, jak\u00a0tak\u00e9 informoval\u00a0<em>web watson.ch .<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Na protest proti tomuto projektu EU zah\u00e1jila Evropsk\u00e1 asociace kokpit\u016f (ECA) reklamn\u00ed kampa\u0148. Tato kampa\u0148 s n\u00e1zvem \u201eOneMeansNone\u201c byla spu\u0161t\u011bna 20. \u010dervence a prob\u00edhala do 27. \u010dervence. ECA chce upozornit na mo\u017en\u00e1 bezpe\u010dnostn\u00ed rizika, kter\u00e1 by mohla b\u00fdt spojena s vy\u0161krtnut\u00edm druh\u00e9ho pilota.<\/p>\n<p>Evropsk\u00e1 agentura pro bezpe\u010dnost letectv\u00ed (EASA) ji\u017e uvedla, \u017ee reforma by m\u011bla vych\u00e1zet z p\u0159\u00e1n\u00ed leteck\u00fdch spole\u010dnost\u00ed. Technologick\u00fd pokrok v leteck\u00e9 doprav\u011b, jako je d\u00e1lkov\u00e9 ovl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed a autonomn\u00ed operace, by mohl p\u0159evz\u00edt n\u011bkter\u00e9 \u00fakoly, kter\u00e9 v sou\u010dasnosti vykon\u00e1vaj\u00ed lid\u00e9. Podle EASA se v sou\u010dasnosti projedn\u00e1vaj\u00ed dv\u011b mo\u017enosti.<\/p>\n<p>Jedn\u00edm z nich je roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00fd minim\u00e1ln\u00ed provoz pos\u00e1dky (eMCO). B\u011bhem pravideln\u00e9ho letu by ve skute\u010dnosti musel v kokpitu sed\u011bt pouze jeden ze dvou nebo v\u00edce pilot\u016f na palub\u011b. Druh\u00fd pilot nebo piloti by m\u011bli mo\u017enost si odpo\u010dinout.<\/p>\n<p>Druhou variantou by byly Single Pilot Operations (SiPo), kde by byl pouze jeden pilot na jeden let, tedy od vzletu po p\u0159ist\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>Vyva\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed bezpe\u010dnostn\u00edch rizik a ekonomick\u00fdch z\u00e1jm\u016f<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&#8222;Douf\u00e1me, \u017ee tato kampa\u0148 zah\u00e1j\u00ed konverzaci a jasn\u011b uk\u00e1\u017ee, pro\u010d pot\u0159ebujeme alespo\u0148 dva piloty v kokpitu,&#8220; \u0159ekl kapit\u00e1n Otjan de Bruijn, prezident ECA. &#8222;Vzhledem k vyhl\u00eddce na omezen\u00fd provoz pos\u00e1dky je bezpe\u010dnost zjevn\u011b probl\u00e9mem jak pro piloty, tak pro cestuj\u00edc\u00ed.&#8220;<\/p>\n<p>De Bruijn tvrdil, \u017ee ne nadarmo m\u00e1 letadlo tak\u00e9 rezervy v r\u016fzn\u00fdch oblastech. Na stroji jsou dva motory a dva gener\u00e1tory. \u201eJeden pilot jednodu\u0161e nesta\u010d\u00ed na zvl\u00e1dnut\u00ed mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u00fdch ud\u00e1lost\u00ed a zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed hladk\u00e9ho chodu b\u011bhem letu. Nesm\u00edme dovolit, aby komer\u010dn\u00ed z\u00e1jmy leteck\u00fdch spole\u010dnost\u00ed st\u00e1ly v cest\u011b bezpe\u010dnosti cestuj\u00edc\u00edch,\u201c zd\u016fraznil kapit\u00e1n.<\/p>\n<p>V sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b regula\u010dn\u00ed a pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9 normy vy\u017eaduj\u00ed, aby dva piloti \u0159\u00eddili velk\u00e9 osobn\u00ed letadlo. Leteck\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti a v\u00fdrobci letadel, jako jsou Airbus a Dassault, se v\u0161ak zav\u00e1zali eliminovat pot\u0159ebu, aby pilot sed\u011bl v kokpitu b\u011bhem f\u00e1ze letu (eMCO). ECA m\u00e1 podez\u0159en\u00ed, \u017ee aerolinky cht\u011bj\u00ed nahradit piloty automatizac\u00ed, aby u\u0161et\u0159ily person\u00e1ln\u00ed n\u00e1klady a zv\u00fd\u0161ily zisky. To by v\u0161ak slou\u017eilo pouze ekonomick\u00fdm z\u00e1jm\u016fm aerolinek, proto\u017ee by to pro cestuj\u00edc\u00ed nezlevnilo lety. I zde AI d\u011bl\u00e1 radik\u00e1ln\u00ed pokroky.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>Pilotn\u00ed protesty po cel\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Zd\u00e1 se, \u017ee kapit\u00e1ni spr\u00e1vn\u011b argumentuj\u00ed, \u017ee dva piloti v kokpitu jsou nezbytn\u00ed pro bezpe\u010dnost 200 a\u017e 400 cestuj\u00edc\u00edch, v\u010detn\u011b letov\u00e9 pos\u00e1dky na palub\u011b. Technologick\u00fd v\u00fdvoj a automatizace zlep\u0161ily bezpe\u010dnost a efektivitu letu, ale v \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b nejsou bezpe\u010dn\u00e9. Nahrazen\u00ed pilot\u016f automatizac\u00ed by nepochybn\u011b mohlo zv\u00fd\u0161it zisky aerolinek, ale lety by to pro cestuj\u00edc\u00ed nezlevnilo ani nezlep\u0161ilo.<\/p>\n<p>Piloti nyn\u00ed bojuj\u00ed za bezpe\u010dnost letu n\u00e1rodn\u00edmi kampan\u011bmi. Existuje celosv\u011btov\u00e9 hnut\u00ed proti sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed po\u010dtu \u010dlen\u016f pos\u00e1dky, podporovan\u00e9 evropsk\u00fdmi piloty, Mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed federac\u00ed asociac\u00ed leteck\u00fdch pilot\u016f a nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edm svazem pilot\u016f v USA, Asociac\u00ed pilot\u016f leteck\u00fdch spole\u010dnost\u00ed. Tato kampa\u0148 je podporov\u00e1na n\u00e1rodn\u00edmi snahami, jako je petice v Nizozemsku, demonstrace na leti\u0161t\u00edch ve Francii a It\u00e1lii a dal\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1rodn\u00ed iniciativy.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>N\u00e1zory pilot\u016f a cestuj\u00edc\u00edch<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Kampa\u0148 \u201eOneMeansNone\u201c po\u017e\u00e1dala mnoho cestuj\u00edc\u00edch a pilot\u016f, aby se vyj\u00e1d\u0159ili k tomu, co si mysl\u00ed o pl\u00e1nu pou\u017e\u00edvat pouze jednoho pilota. Cestuj\u00edc\u00ed jm\u00e9nem Alexander \u0159ekl: \u201eJako pasa\u017e\u00e9ra m\u011b d\u011bs\u00ed skute\u010dnost, \u017ee jeden pilot by m\u011bl zvl\u00e1dnout n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fd sc\u00e9n\u00e1\u0159 s po\u010das\u00edm, ru\u0161n\u00fdm leti\u0161t\u011bm a mo\u017en\u00e1 poruchou letadla s 200 lidmi na palub\u011b. \u0160patn\u00fd!&#8220;<\/p>\n<p>Nilton Mesquita da Cruz d\u00e1le pouk\u00e1zal na to, \u017ee \u201ejeden pilot m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt v nouzi ve v\u00fd\u0161ce 11 km a rychlosti 950 km\/h neschopen, p\u0159eta\u017een nebo jednodu\u0161e p\u0159emo\u017een\u201c.<\/p>\n<p>Pablo Alvarez, kapit\u00e1n Cargolux Airlines, \u0159ekl: \u201eAirbus pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b ji\u017e zva\u017euje p\u0159em\u011bnu druh\u00e9ho pilotn\u00edho sedadla v kokpitu na v\u00edce\u00fa\u010delovou toaletu nebo dal\u0161\u00ed sedadlo pro jednotliv\u00e9ho pilota b\u011bhem letu. V pr\u016fb\u011bhu let se pos\u00e1dka v\u00fdrazn\u011b sn\u00ed\u017eila, z p\u011bti lid\u00ed, v\u010detn\u011b navig\u00e1tora, radisty a palubn\u00edho in\u017een\u00fdra, na kapit\u00e1na a prvn\u00edho d\u016fstojn\u00edka. To je v\u0161ak z\u00e1sadn\u00ed hranice, pod kterou bychom nem\u011bli klesnout. Osobn\u011b bych se nec\u00edtil dob\u0159e l\u00e9tat jako pasa\u017e\u00e9r v d\u00e1lkov\u00e9m letadle pouze s jedn\u00edm pilotem po cel\u00e9 hodiny.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e1le je tak\u00e9 t\u0159eba m\u00edt na pam\u011bti, \u017ee vzhledem k \u201en\u00e1hl\u00fdm a ne\u010dekan\u00fdm \u00famrt\u00edm\u201c, kter\u00e1 jsou \u201em\u00e9dii v r\u00e1mci mo\u017enost\u00ed ignorov\u00e1na\u201c, ale p\u0159ib\u00fdvaj\u00ed, by riziko pouh\u00e9ho jednoho pilota v kokpitu bylo nepochybn\u011b ne\u00fanosn\u00e9 a n\u00e1sledn\u011b katastrof\u00e1ln\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1185\" src=\"http:\/\/www.infokuryr.cz\/n\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/kuryr-podpis.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"84\" height=\"24\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Evropsk\u00e1 unie z\u0159ejm\u011b pot\u0159ebuje v\u0161ude ut\u00e1hnout \u0161rouby s \u00fasporn\u00fdmi opat\u0159en\u00edmi.
