Ale zat\u00edmco digit\u00e1ln\u00ed p\u0159ipojen\u00ed m\u00e1 jasn\u00e9 v\u00fdhody, tot\u00e9\u017e nelze \u0159\u00edci o digit\u00e1ln\u00ed z\u00e1vislosti. Ur\u010dit\u011b jste za\u017eili rodinn\u00fd v\u00fdlet, kdy jeden po druh\u00e9m vytahuj\u00ed telefony, aby zkontrolovali notifikace, textov\u00e9 zpr\u00e1vy nebo e-maily.<\/p>\n<p>To se d\u011bje v restaurac\u00edch, na ru\u0161n\u00fdch ulic\u00edch a v p\u0159\u00edm\u011bstsk\u00fdch vlac\u00edch. Mo\u017en\u00e1 byla touha b\u00fdt odm\u011bn\u011bna sv\u00fdm telefonem tak siln\u00e1, \u017ee jste riskovali sv\u016fj \u017eivot t\u00edm, \u017ee jste se b\u011bhem j\u00edzdy pokusili p\u0159e\u010d\u00edst nebo poslat textovou zpr\u00e1vu. Batolata dost\u00e1vaj\u00ed vlastn\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, aby se zabavila, a desetilet\u00e9 d\u011bti nos\u00ed sv\u00e9 vlastn\u00ed telefony. Tam, kde d\u011bti kdysi telefonovaly, mluvily tv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed v tv\u00e1\u0159 a st\u00fdkaly se se skute\u010dn\u00fdmi lidmi v re\u00e1ln\u00fdch situac\u00edch, nyn\u00ed tr\u00e1v\u00ed hodiny snahou udr\u017eet \u201es\u00e9rii\u201c na\u017eivu.<\/p>\n<p>Z\u00e1vislost na digit\u00e1ln\u00ed komunikaci p\u0159edstavuje r\u016fzn\u00e1 fyzick\u00e1 a emocion\u00e1ln\u00ed zdravotn\u00ed rizika. Po\u0161kozen\u00ed mitochondri\u00ed, vystaven\u00ed elektromagnetick\u00e9mu z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed a pokles soci\u00e1ln\u00edch dovednost\u00ed jsou jen \u0161pi\u010dkou ledovce, kter\u00fd m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt hlub\u0161\u00ed ko\u0159eny, ne\u017e si mysl\u00edte. V\u00fdzkum identifikoval okam\u017eit\u00e9 fyzick\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edznaky, ke kter\u00fdm doch\u00e1z\u00ed, kdy\u017e digit\u00e1ln\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed u\u017e prost\u011b nejsou v dosahu.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Digit\u00e1ln\u00ed z\u00e1vislost se net\u00fdk\u00e1 jen teenager\u016f<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Procento vlastn\u00edk\u016f mobiln\u00edch telefon\u016f v USA se zv\u00fd\u0161ilo z 68 % v roce 2015 na 97 %. Z t\u011bchto majitel\u016f 90 % pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 chytr\u00fd telefon. Majitel\u00e9 smartphon\u016f jsou rovnom\u011brn\u011b rozd\u011bleni podle pohlav\u00ed, v\u011bku a etnick\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161nosti, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e nejni\u017e\u0161\u00ed po\u010det majitel\u016f smartphon\u016f je star\u0161\u00edch 65 let.<\/p>\n<p>V roce 2014 bylo 6 % sv\u011btov\u00e9 populace posti\u017eeno z\u00e1vislost\u00ed nebo\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/articles.mercola.com\/sites\/articles\/archive\/2023\/11\/30\/internet-social-media-addiction.aspx\">z\u00e1vislost\u00ed na digit\u00e1ln\u00edm za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed<\/a>\u00a0s p\u0159\u00edstupem k internetu. Toto \u010d\u00edslo se na prvn\u00ed pohled nemus\u00ed zd\u00e1t p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 vysok\u00e9, ale m\u011bjte na pam\u011bti, \u017ee 6 % sv\u011btov\u00e9 populace tvo\u0159\u00ed v\u00edce ne\u017e 420 milion\u016f lid\u00ed. Pro srovn\u00e1n\u00ed, podle \u00da\u0159adu OSN pro drogy a kriminalitu v posledn\u00edm roce u\u017eilo neleg\u00e1ln\u00ed drogu 3,5 a\u017e 7 % sv\u011btov\u00e9 populace ve v\u011bku 15 a\u017e 64 let.<\/p>\n<p>Procento z\u00e1visl\u00fdch na internetu by mohlo b\u00fdt je\u0161t\u011b vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed, proto\u017ee v roce 2014 m\u011blo p\u0159\u00edstup k internetu pouze 39 % sv\u011btov\u00e9 populace, tak\u017ee skute\u010dn\u00e9 procento z\u00e1visl\u00fdch je 15 %. P\u0159\u00edznaky z\u00e1vislosti jsou podobn\u00e9 jako u jin\u00fdch typ\u016f z\u00e1vislosti, ale jsou spole\u010densky p\u0159ijateln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. Auto\u0159i studie poznamenali, \u017ee z\u00e1vislost na internetu (IA) je:<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201e&#8230;Obecn\u011b pova\u017eov\u00e1na za poruchu, kter\u00e1 vyvol\u00e1v\u00e1 obavy, proto\u017ee neur\u00e1ln\u00ed abnormality (nap\u0159. atrofie v dorzolater\u00e1ln\u00ed prefront\u00e1ln\u00ed k\u016f\u0159e) a kognitivn\u00ed poruchy (nap\u0159. zhor\u0161en\u00e1 pracovn\u00ed pam\u011b\u0165) spojen\u00e9 s IA jsou podobn\u00e9 t\u011bm, kter\u00e9 jsou spojeny se z\u00e1vislostmi na l\u00e1tk\u00e1ch a chov\u00e1n\u00ed.\u00a0<\/em><em>Krom\u011b toho je IA \u010dasto spojov\u00e1na s psychologick\u00fdmi poruchami, jako je porucha pozornosti s hyperaktivitou a deprese.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Reach Out Recovery identifikuje stavy, kter\u00e9 mohou vyvolat z\u00e1vislost na internetu nebo nutk\u00e1n\u00ed, v\u010detn\u011b \u00fazkosti, deprese, jin\u00fdch z\u00e1vislost\u00ed, soci\u00e1ln\u00ed izolace a stresu. Internetov\u00e9 aktivity mohou stimulovat syst\u00e9m odm\u011bn v mozku, podobn\u011b jako\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/articles.mercola.com\/sites\/articles\/archive\/2024\/03\/28\/drugged-driving-death-rate.aspx\">drogy a alkohol<\/a>\u00a0, t\u00edm, \u017ee poskytuj\u00ed st\u00e1l\u00fd zdroj informac\u00ed a z\u00e1bavy. P\u0159esto\u017ee ka\u017ed\u00fd pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 internet jinak, v\u00fdsledky mohou b\u00fdt stejn\u00e9. Dlouhodob\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky mohou zahrnovat:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Podr\u00e1\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed, kdy\u017e n\u011bkdo vyru\u0161\u00ed va\u0161i online interakci<\/li>\n<li>Obt\u00ed\u017enost pln\u011bn\u00ed \u00fakol\u016f<\/li>\n<li>Zvy\u0161uj\u00edc\u00ed se izolace<\/li>\n<li>Euforie na internetu<\/li>\n<li>Neschopnost p\u0159estat navzdory n\u00e1sledk\u016fm<\/li>\n<li>Zvy\u0161uj\u00edc\u00ed se stres<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Fyzick\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky sta\u017een\u00ed z internetu<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Fyzick\u00e9 a psychick\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky z\u00e1vislosti v kombinaci s fyzick\u00fdmi \u00fa\u010dinky abstinen\u010dn\u00edho syndromu mohou zv\u00fd\u0161it riziko dlouhodob\u00fdch zdravotn\u00edch probl\u00e9m\u016f. Ve studii zahrnuj\u00edc\u00ed 144 lid\u00ed ve v\u011bku od 18 do 33 let v\u011bdci zjistili, \u017ee jak srde\u010dn\u00ed frekvence, tak krevn\u00ed tlak byly ovlivn\u011bny u t\u011bch, kte\u0159\u00ed uvedli, \u017ee tr\u00e1v\u00ed del\u0161\u00ed dobu online.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159edchoz\u00ed v\u00fdzkum uk\u00e1zal, \u017ee studen\u00e1 kr\u016fta z internetu zp\u016fsobuje u t\u011b\u017ek\u00fdch u\u017eivatel\u016f p\u0159\u00edznaky \u00fazkosti, podobn\u00e9 t\u011bm, kter\u00e9 za\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed lid\u00e9 z\u00e1visl\u00ed na drog\u00e1ch nebo alkoholu. Sou\u010dasn\u00e1 studie tak\u00e9 zaznamenala fyziologick\u00e9 zm\u011bny, v\u010detn\u011b pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9ho 3 a\u017e 4%\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/articles.mercola.com\/sites\/articles\/archive\/2023\/12\/15\/insulin-resistance-salt-high-blood-pressure.aspx\">zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed krevn\u00edho tlaku<\/a>\u00a0a srde\u010dn\u00ed frekvence mezi \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edky. U n\u011bkter\u00fdch \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f \u010dinil n\u00e1r\u016fst a\u017e 8 %.<\/p>\n<p>Jednalo se o prvn\u00ed kontrolovanou uk\u00e1zku fyziologick\u00fdch zm\u011bn vyvolan\u00fdch pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00edm internetu. N\u00e1r\u016fsty zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00e9 ve studii nebyly tak z\u00e1va\u017en\u00e9, aby byly bezprost\u0159edn\u011b \u017eivot ohro\u017euj\u00edc\u00ed; tyto typy zm\u011bn jsou v\u0161ak spojeny s \u00fazkost\u00ed a sn\u00ed\u017een\u00edm funkce imunitn\u00edho syst\u00e9mu.<\/p>\n<p>Zm\u011bny v \u00farovn\u00edch \u00fazkosti mohou b\u00fdt tak\u00e9 fyziologick\u00fdm spou\u0161t\u011b\u010dem pro u\u017eivatele, aby se znovu zapojili do sv\u00fdch digit\u00e1ln\u00edch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, aby se sn\u00ed\u017eila fyzick\u00e1 odezva a \u00farove\u0148 \u00fazkosti. Dr. Spoluautorka studie Lisa Osborne ze Swansea University komentovala:<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8222;Probl\u00e9m s fyziologick\u00fdmi zm\u011bnami, jako je zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e1 srde\u010dn\u00ed frekvence, je, \u017ee mohou b\u00fdt nespr\u00e1vn\u011b interpretov\u00e1ny jako n\u011bco fyzicky ohro\u017euj\u00edc\u00edho, zejm\u00e9na lidmi s vysokou \u00farovn\u00ed \u00fazkosti, co\u017e m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9st k je\u0161t\u011b v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed \u00fazkosti a pot\u0159eb\u011b ji sn\u00ed\u017eit.&#8220;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Jin\u00fdmi slovy, zejm\u00e9na u lid\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed poci\u0165uj\u00ed \u00fazkost \u010dast\u011bji, mohou fyzick\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edznaky odvyk\u00e1n\u00ed internetu zv\u00fd\u0161it \u00fazkost a v\u00e9st k chov\u00e1n\u00ed, jeho\u017e c\u00edlem je sn\u00ed\u017eit \u00fazkost \u2013 jmenovit\u011b n\u00e1vrat k pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed internetu.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Zav\u011b\u0161en\u00ed telefonu m\u016f\u017ee zv\u00fd\u0161it \u00farove\u0148 \u00fazkosti<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u010cty\u0159icet procent \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f t\u00e9to studie p\u0159iznalo, \u017ee maj\u00ed n\u011bjak\u00fd probl\u00e9m s internetem a tr\u00e1v\u00ed na internetu p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 mnoho \u010dasu. \u00da\u010dastn\u00edci uvedli, \u017ee tr\u00e1v\u00ed na internetu v pr\u016fm\u011bru p\u011bt hodin denn\u011b a 20 % tr\u00e1v\u00ed v\u00edce ne\u017e \u0161est hodin denn\u011b. Zdaleka nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00edmi d\u016fvody pro pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed online byly soci\u00e1ln\u00ed s\u00edt\u011b a nakupov\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159edchoz\u00ed studie stejn\u00e9 skupiny v\u011bdc\u016f uk\u00e1zaly, \u017ee \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edci studie zaznamenali kr\u00e1tkodob\u00fd n\u00e1r\u016fst \u00fazkosti, kdy\u017e byla jejich digit\u00e1ln\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed odstran\u011bna. Kdy\u017e byla tato za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed na dlouhou dobu odstran\u011bna, hl\u00e1sily n\u00e1r\u016fst osam\u011blosti a deprese, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e n\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed v\u00fdzkumn\u00edci zaznamenali zm\u011bny ve skute\u010dn\u00fdch struktur\u00e1ch mozku.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00fdzkumn\u00fd psycholog Larry Rosen, Ph.D., a jeho kolegov\u00e9 z Kalifornsk\u00e9 st\u00e1tn\u00ed univerzity zkoumali, jak technologie ovliv\u0148uje na\u0161i \u00farove\u0148 \u00fazkosti. Zjistili, \u017ee typick\u00e1 osoba kontroluje sv\u016fj telefon ka\u017ed\u00fdch 15 minut, zda obdr\u017eela ozn\u00e1men\u00ed ze za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. Podle jeho slov si m\u016f\u017eete myslet:<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8222;Chv\u00edli jsem nekontroloval Facebook.&#8220;\u00a0<\/em><em>Dlouho jsem tento kan\u00e1l na Twitteru nekontroloval.\u00a0<\/em><em>Zaj\u00edmalo by m\u011b, jestli n\u011bkdo komentoval m\u016fj p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvek na Instagramu.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Tyto my\u0161lenky vedou ke zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9mu uvol\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed kortizolu, co\u017e vede ke zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed \u00fazkosti. Nakonec si v\u0161imnete zvy\u0161uj\u00edc\u00ed se \u00fazkosti a hled\u00e1te zp\u016fsob, jak tuto zku\u0161enost omezit. P\u0159ihla\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed na soci\u00e1ln\u00ed s\u00edti v telefonu m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt jedn\u00edm ze zp\u016fsob\u016f, jak sn\u00ed\u017eit \u00fazkost.<\/p>\n<p>Auto\u0159i studie ze Swansea University nazna\u010duj\u00ed, \u017ee pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed internetu nen\u00ed motivov\u00e1no pouze kr\u00e1tkodob\u00fdm vzru\u0161en\u00edm nebo radost\u00ed z pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed technologie. M\u00edsto toho m\u016f\u017ee zp\u016fsobit negativn\u00ed fyziologick\u00e9 a psychologick\u00e9 zm\u011bny, jako jsou: B. \u00dazkost, kter\u00e1 m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9st k obr\u00e1cen\u00ed se zp\u011bt k za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, kter\u00e9 probl\u00e9m zp\u016fsobuje.<\/p>\n<p>Mnoho studi\u00ed z cel\u00e9ho sv\u011bta prok\u00e1zalo, \u017ee nadm\u011brn\u00e9 pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed internetu a digit\u00e1ln\u00edch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed vede k fyzick\u00fdm a psychick\u00fdm p\u0159\u00edznak\u016fm z\u00e1vislosti a rodinn\u00e9 dysfunkce. \u0160patn\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed, nespokojenost a deprese byly zji\u0161t\u011bny u mu\u017e\u016f a \u017een, kte\u0159\u00ed uv\u00e1d\u011bj\u00ed nadm\u011brn\u00e9 pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed internetu, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e depresivn\u00ed d\u00edvky maj\u00ed vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed m\u00edru z\u00e1vislosti na internetu ne\u017e chlapci. Celkov\u011b maj\u00ed lid\u00e9 se z\u00e1vislost\u00ed na internetu m\u00e9n\u011b impulzivn\u00ed kontroly.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Google chce, abyste i nad\u00e1le pou\u017e\u00edvali internet<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Nem\u011blo by b\u00fdt p\u0159ekvapen\u00edm, \u017ee spole\u010dnosti, kter\u00e9 vyd\u011bl\u00e1vaj\u00ed pen\u00edze, kdy\u017e v\u00edce lid\u00ed tr\u00e1v\u00ed v\u00edce \u010dasu a pen\u011bz online, se v\u011bdom\u011b sna\u017e\u00ed manipulovat va\u0161e chov\u00e1n\u00ed. B\u00fdval\u00fd produktov\u00fd mana\u017eer Google Tristan Harris prozradil, jak digit\u00e1ln\u00ed giganti vyv\u00edjej\u00ed aplikace pro chytr\u00e9 telefony a zp\u011btnou vazbu na soci\u00e1ln\u00edch s\u00edt\u00edch, aby v\u00e1s p\u0159im\u011bli neust\u00e1le kontrolovat internet.<\/p>\n<p>Ale i kdy\u017e se pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed internetu stalo spole\u010densky p\u0159ijateln\u011bj\u0161\u00edm, digit\u00e1ln\u00ed spole\u010dnosti nejsou jedin\u00e9, kter\u00e9 pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed neurologick\u00e9 a psychologick\u00e9 strategie ke zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed sv\u00fdch ziskov\u00fdch mar\u017e\u00ed. Vzorce chov\u00e1n\u00ed jsou \u010dasto zape\u010deny do nervov\u00fdch drah, a kdy\u017e jsou tato chov\u00e1n\u00ed spojena tak\u00e9 s uvol\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00edm hormon\u016f a fyziologick\u00fdmi reakcemi, st\u00e1vaj\u00ed se je\u0161t\u011b efektivn\u011bj\u0161\u00edmi.<\/p>\n<p>Harris popisuje proces odm\u011b\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed za pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed smartphonu jako \u201ehran\u00ed automatu\u201c.
