laborato\u0159i Billa Gatese, jsou spojeny s kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00edmi chorobami a \u00famrt\u00edm na srde\u010dn\u00ed selh\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span>V\u00fdsledky studie jsou velkou ranou pro tvrzen\u00ed, \u017ee vegetari\u00e1nsk\u00e1 a vegansk\u00e1 strava sni\u017euje riziko kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00edch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Podle nov\u00e9 britsk\u00e9 studie Biobank, kter\u00e1 analyzovala stravu v\u00edce ne\u017e 118 000 \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f, v\u011bdci zjistili, \u017ee bezmas\u00e1 strava p\u0159edstavuje vysok\u00e9 riziko srde\u010dn\u00edch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed, pokud je vysoce zpracovan\u00e1.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Studie, ned\u00e1vno publikovan\u00e1 v \u010dasopise\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.thelancet.com\/journals\/lanepe\/article\/PIIS2666-7762(24)00115-7\/fulltext\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.thelancet.com\/journals\/lanepe\/article\/PIIS2666-7762(24)00115-7\/fulltext\"><span>Lancet Regional Health<\/span><\/a><span>\u00a0, uv\u00e1d\u00ed, \u017ee p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00ed produkty, jako je \u010derstv\u00e9 ovoce a zelenina, nebyly br\u00e1ny v \u00favahu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Ultrazpracovan\u00e9 produkty vyp\u011bstovan\u00e9 z rostlin, hmyzu nebo v laborato\u0159i v\u0161ak p\u0159edstavuj\u00ed zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 riziko srde\u010dn\u00edho selh\u00e1n\u00ed a smrti.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>V\u011bdci zjistili, \u017ee ultra zpracovan\u00e9 potraviny, jako je hov\u011bz\u00ed maso vyp\u011bstovan\u00e9 v laborato\u0159i nebo \u201ehamburgery proti hmyzu\u201c, jsou spojeny s o 15 procent vy\u0161\u0161\u00edm rizikem srde\u010dn\u00edho infarktu a mrtvice.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>V\u011bdci zjistili, \u017ee tato rizika existuj\u00ed i \u200b\u200bu rostlinn\u00fdch potravin, kter\u00e9 byly dlouho nab\u00edzeny jako \u201ezdrav\u00e9\u201c alternativy masa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Studie, do kter\u00e9 se zapojili odborn\u00edci z Imperial College London, vyhodnocovala data od v\u00edce ne\u017e 118 000 britsk\u00fdch ob\u010dan\u016f.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u00da\u010dastn\u00edk\u016fm ve v\u011bku 40 a\u017e 69 let byl posuzov\u00e1n jejich j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dek nejm\u00e9n\u011b dva dny.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>V\u011bdci rozd\u011bluj\u00ed potraviny na rostlinn\u00e9 produkty, jako je ovoce, zelenina, obiloviny a chl\u00e9b, d\u00e1le kol\u00e1\u010de a sladkosti a \u017eivo\u010di\u0161n\u00e9 produkty, jako jsou ryby, dr\u016fbe\u017e, \u010derven\u00e9 maso, vejce a ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Tyto dv\u011b skupiny pak byly rozd\u011bleny na ultra-zpracovan\u00e9 a neupraven\u00e9 potraviny.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Tyto \u00fadaje byly pot\u00e9 spojeny s \u00fadaji o hospitalizaci a \u00famrtnosti, aby poskytly informace o kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00edch onemocn\u011bn\u00edch.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Lid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed jedli hodn\u011b ultrazpracovan\u00fdch rostlinn\u00fdch potravin, m\u011bli o sedm procent vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed riziko vzniku onemocn\u011bn\u00ed, jako jsou ucpan\u00e9 srde\u010dn\u00ed tepny.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>M\u011bli tak\u00e9 o 15 procent vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed riziko \u00famrt\u00ed ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s vegetari\u00e1ny, jejich\u017e strava obsahovala m\u00e9n\u011b UPF.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>10procentn\u00ed n\u00e1r\u016fst spot\u0159eby nezpracovan\u00fdch vegetari\u00e1nsk\u00fdch potravin, jako je \u010derstv\u00e9 ovoce a zelenina, byl spojen s o 8 procent ni\u017e\u0161\u00edm rizikem srde\u010dn\u00edch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Mezi vegetari\u00e1ny s nejni\u017e\u0161\u00ed spot\u0159ebou nezpracovan\u00fdch potravin klesl po\u010det \u00famrt\u00ed na srde\u010dn\u00ed choroby o p\u011btinu a celkov\u00fd po\u010det \u00famrt\u00ed na kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00ed onemocn\u011bn\u00ed klesl o 13 procent.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>V\u011bdci zjistili, \u017ee UPF vede k ukl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed tuku v tepn\u00e1ch.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Dr. Spoluautorka studie Eszter Vamos z School of Public Health na Imperial College London \u0159ekla:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u201eJe zn\u00e1mo, \u017ee \u010derstv\u00e9 rostlinn\u00e9 potraviny, jako je ovoce a zelenina, celozrnn\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky a lu\u0161t\u011bniny, maj\u00ed d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 zdravotn\u00ed a ekologick\u00e9 p\u0159\u00ednosy.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u201eZat\u00edmco ultra-zpracovan\u00e9 potraviny jsou \u010dasto uv\u00e1d\u011bny na trh jako zdrav\u00e9 potraviny, tato rozs\u00e1hl\u00e1 studie nazna\u010duje, \u017ee ultra-zpracovan\u00e9 rostlinn\u00e9 potraviny z\u0159ejm\u011b nemaj\u00ed ochrann\u00fd \u00fa\u010dinek na zdrav\u00ed a jsou spojeny se \u0161patn\u00fdmi zdravotn\u00edmi v\u00fdsledky.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>V\u011bdci se domn\u00edvaj\u00ed, \u017ee potravin\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9 p\u0159\u00eddatn\u00e9 l\u00e1tky a pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9 kontaminanty v t\u011bchto potravin\u00e1ch mohou zp\u016fsobit oxida\u010dn\u00ed stres a z\u00e1n\u011bt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Dod\u00e1vaj\u00ed, \u017ee dietn\u00ed pokyny, kter\u00e9 podporuj\u00ed rostlinnou stravu a vyh\u00fdb\u00e1n\u00ed se masu, by tak\u00e9 m\u011bly zd\u016fraz\u0148ovat d\u016fle\u017eitost vyh\u00fdb\u00e1n\u00ed se UPF pro zdrav\u00ed srdce.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Autor studie Dr. Fernanda Rauber, expertka na preventivn\u00ed medic\u00ednu na univerzit\u011b v S\u00e3o Paulu v Braz\u00edlii, uvedla, \u017ee jde o prvn\u00ed d\u016fkaz, \u017ee pad\u011blan\u00e9 masn\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky jsou spojeny se zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fdm rizikem kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00edch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>&#8222;P\u0159esto\u017ee jsou tyto potraviny rostlinn\u00e9ho p\u016fvodu, jejich slo\u017een\u00ed a zp\u016fsoby zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed mohou p\u0159isp\u00edvat k rizikov\u00fdm faktor\u016fm, jako je dyslipid\u00e9mie a hypertenze,&#8220; \u0159ekla.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>&#8222;Potravin\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edsady a pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9 kontaminanty obsa\u017een\u00e9 v t\u011bchto potravin\u00e1ch mohou zp\u016fsobit oxida\u010dn\u00ed stres a z\u00e1n\u011bt, co\u017e d\u00e1le zvy\u0161uje rizika.&#8220;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>&#8222;Na\u0161e v\u00fdsledky proto podporuj\u00ed p\u0159echod na potraviny rostlinn\u00e9ho p\u016fvodu, kter\u00e9 berou v \u00favahu \u00farove\u0148 zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed pro zlep\u0161en\u00ed kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00edho zdrav\u00ed.&#8220;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>V\u011bdci zjistili, \u017ee produkty ozna\u010den\u00e9 jako \u201ebezmas\u00e9\u201c, \u201erostlinn\u00e9\u201c nebo \u201evyp\u011bstovan\u00e9 v laborato\u0159i\u201c se mohou zd\u00e1t zdrav\u00e9, ale p\u0159edstavuj\u00ed hrozbu pro ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed kv\u016fli sv\u00e9mu extr\u00e9mn\u00edmu zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Studie p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed v dob\u011b, kdy je ve\u0159ejnost st\u00e1le v\u00edce naklon\u011bna nahrazovat tradi\u010dn\u00ed maso a ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky fale\u0161n\u00fdmi \u201epotravinami\u201c.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Jak ned\u00e1vno uvedl Slay News, demokrat\u00e9 bojovali za to, aby hmyz z\u016fstal skryt\u00fd v potravin\u00e1ch, kter\u00e9 konzumuj\u00ed Ameri\u010dan\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>V Minnesot\u011b demokrat\u00e9 v Sen\u00e1tu zablokovali dodatek, kter\u00fd by vy\u017eadoval ozna\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed potravin obsahuj\u00edc\u00edch hmyz.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Republik\u00e1ni obhajuj\u00ed za\u0159azen\u00ed hmyzu na seznamy slo\u017eek potravin, aby informovali spot\u0159ebitele.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Ale z d\u016fvod\u016f, kter\u00e9 nejsou okam\u017eit\u011b z\u0159ejm\u00e9, demokrat\u00e9 prosazuj\u00ed,
