V\u011bdci doufaj\u00ed, \u017ee pochopen\u00edm souvislost\u00ed najdou opat\u0159en\u00ed, kter\u00e1 by mohla tyto procesy zm\u00edrnit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Vitamin D m\u00e1 v\u00fdznamn\u00fd vliv na strukturu a funkci muskuloskelet\u00e1ln\u00edho syst\u00e9mu a dal\u0161\u00ed studie zjistily, \u017ee hraje roli v mnoha dal\u0161\u00edch org\u00e1nech a syst\u00e9mech, v\u010detn\u011b endoteli\u00e1ln\u00edch bun\u011bk, kardiomyocyt\u016f, nervov\u00fdch kmenov\u00fdch bun\u011bk, neuron\u016f, osteoblast\u016f, monocyt\u016f, makrof\u00e1g\u016f. a epiteli\u00e1ln\u00ed bu\u0148ky a adipocyty. N\u00edzk\u00e9 hladiny vitaminu D jsou spojov\u00e1ny s p\u0159\u00edznaky st\u00e1rnut\u00ed, jako jsou deprese, srde\u010dn\u00ed choroby, rakovina a kognitivn\u00ed \u00fapadek.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Ve studii publikovan\u00e9 v International Journal of Molecular Sciences je st\u00e1rnut\u00ed popisov\u00e1no jako fyziologick\u00e1 progrese po\u0161kozen\u00ed biomolekul a hromad\u011bn\u00ed defektn\u00edch bun\u011b\u010dn\u00fdch slo\u017eek, kter\u00e9 spou\u0161t\u011bj\u00ed a zesiluj\u00ed proces, co\u017e vede k oslaben\u00ed funkc\u00ed cel\u00e9ho t\u011bla. V p\u0159ehledu jsou biomolekul\u00e1rn\u00ed metabolick\u00e9 dr\u00e1hy, kter\u00e9 tvo\u0159\u00ed z\u00e1klad pro imunosenescenci a z\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00e9 procesy, identifikov\u00e1ny jako bioc\u00edle vitaminu D.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Poukazuj\u00ed na to, \u017ee i kdy\u017e v\u00fdzkum pokro\u010dil, st\u00e1le existuj\u00ed omezen\u00ed p\u0159i p\u0159ev\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed t\u011bchto poznatk\u016f do klinick\u00e9 praxe. V prezentovan\u00e9 studii v\u011bdci identifikovali zm\u011bny, kter\u00e9 suplementace vitaminu D zp\u016fsobuje v kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdch rysech st\u00e1rnut\u00ed, a podrobn\u011b popsali tyto popisy z p\u0159edchoz\u00edch studi\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Nap\u0159\u00edklad byl zkoum\u00e1n potenci\u00e1l modulovat genomovou nestabilitu u diabetu 2. typu, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e bylo zji\u0161t\u011bno, \u017ee suplementace vitaminem D m\u00e1 za n\u00e1sledek sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed oxidu dusnat\u00e9ho a zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed sn\u00ed\u017een\u00e9ho glutathionu, co\u017e sni\u017euje celkov\u00e9 oxida\u010dn\u00ed procesy.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Byla nalezena pozitivn\u00ed korelace mezi d\u00e9lkou telomer a s\u00e9rov\u00fdmi hladinami 25(OH)D, co\u017e odpov\u00edd\u00e1 p\u011btilet\u00e9mu rozd\u00edlu ve st\u00e1rnut\u00ed telomer. Anal\u00fdza star\u0161\u00edch dosp\u011bl\u00fdch zjistila pozitivn\u00ed asociaci na za\u010d\u00e1tku, ale nekonzistentn\u00ed vztah p\u0159i pozd\u011bj\u0161\u00edch m\u011b\u0159en\u00edch. Dal\u0161\u00ed studie nezjistily \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd kauz\u00e1ln\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinek. Suplementace zv\u00fd\u0161ila aktivitu telomer\u00e1zy, co\u017e podporuje teorii, \u017ee vitam\u00edn D pozitivn\u011b ovliv\u0148uje pohodu telomer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Epigenetick\u00e9 zm\u011bny jsou spojeny s r\u016fzn\u00fdmi nemocemi, jejich\u017e kumulativn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinky vysoce koreluj\u00ed s chronologick\u00fdm v\u011bkem. Ve studii na t\u011bhotn\u00fdch \u017een\u00e1ch suplementace vitaminu D souvisela s kostn\u00ed hmotou kojenc\u016f a m\u011bla vliv na v\u00fdvoj plic, metabolismu a nervov\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Krom\u011b toho v p\u0159edchoz\u00edch studi\u00edch v\u011bdci zjistili, \u017ee vitam\u00edn D v\u00fdznamn\u011b ovliv\u0148uje mitochondri\u00e1ln\u00ed funkce, v\u010detn\u011b sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed oxida\u010dn\u00edho stresu, zm\u00edrn\u011bn\u00ed po\u0161kozen\u00ed p\u0159i neurodegenerativn\u00edch a srde\u010dn\u00edch chorob\u00e1ch a zlep\u0161en\u00ed funkce sval\u016f a plic.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Studie tak\u00e9 zkoumala, jak m\u016f\u017ee suplementace vitaminu D ovlivnit sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed bun\u011b\u010dn\u00e9ho st\u00e1rnut\u00ed a sekre\u010dn\u00edho fenotypu spojen\u00e9ho se st\u00e1rnut\u00edm (SASP). SASP je fenom\u00e9n, p\u0159i kter\u00e9m senescentn\u00ed bu\u0148ky neum\u00edraj\u00ed, ale za\u010dnou vylu\u010dovat z\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00e9 cytokiny, prote\u00e1zy a dal\u0161\u00ed molekuly do prost\u0159ed\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>To m\u016f\u017ee ovlivnit chov\u00e1n\u00ed bun\u011bk v prost\u0159ed\u00ed a p\u0159isp\u011bt k \u0159ad\u011b fyziologick\u00fdch a patologick\u00fdch proces\u016f.
