To je mo\u017en\u00e1 d\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed prvek jeho \u00fasp\u011bchu, ne\u017e jsou st\u00e1tn\u00ed dotace.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Z\u00a0evropsk\u00e9 n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvy \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e9ho prezidenta Si \u0164in-pchinga byla pro n\u00e1s nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed zast\u00e1vka v\u00a0Ma\u010farsku. Ta u\u017e je jasn\u011b rozjeta na p\u0159echod k\u00a0aut\u016fm na baterky, ale ocit\u00e1 se uprost\u0159ed cenov\u00e9 v\u00e1lky, ve kter\u00e9 Evropa marn\u011b hled\u00e1 odpov\u011b\u010f na \u010d\u00ednskou produkci.<\/p>\n<p>Ta z\u00a0dovozu bude mo\u017en\u00e1 zat\u00ed\u017een\u00e1 clem EU, n\u011bkter\u00e9 \u00favahy m\u00ed\u0159\u00ed a\u017e ke 50 procent\u016fm, ale v\u00fdrobu v\u00a0Evrop\u011b nelze tak snadno postihnout. \u0160ermuje se s\u00a0obvin\u011bn\u00edmi z\u00a0nekal\u00fdch tr\u017en\u00edch praktik, spo\u010d\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00edch v\u00a0nep\u0159im\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 st\u00e1tn\u00ed pomoci v\u00fdrobc\u016fm \u010d\u00ednsk\u00fdch elektrick\u00fdch voz\u016f automobilov\u00e9mu pr\u016fmyslu. Od t\u00e9 doby v\u0161ak dos\u00e1hl p\u016fsobiv\u00e9 kvalitativn\u00ed a cenov\u00e9 konkurenceschopnosti ve strategick\u00e9 sekci elektromobil\u016f. V roce 2023 \u010d\u00ednsk\u00fd gigant BYD p\u0159edstihl Teslu jako nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdrobce elektromobil\u016f s 3 miliony nov\u00fdch energetick\u00fdch vozidel (NEV). B\u011bhem uveden\u00e9ho roku vzrostl \u010d\u00ednsk\u00fd v\u00fdvoz nov\u00fdch elektrick\u00fdch voz\u016f o 64 %. Spolu s dobr\u00fdm prodejem spalovac\u00edch motor\u016f (ICE) a ruskou popt\u00e1vkou vyvolanou z\u00e1padn\u00edmi sankcemi \u010c\u00edna ji\u017e p\u0159ekonala Japonsko jako celkov\u011b nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed sv\u011btov\u00fd v\u00fdvozce automobil\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Jak budou z\u00e1padn\u00ed vl\u00e1dy reagovat na konkurenci v odv\u011btv\u00ed, kter\u00e9 bylo dlouho pova\u017eov\u00e1no za test ekonomick\u00e9 zdatnosti, je ot\u00e1zka, kter\u00e1 je pro jednadvac\u00e1t\u00e9 stolet\u00ed kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e1, p\u00ed\u0161e d\u00e1l autor. V USA i EU byl vzestup \u010d\u00ednsk\u00fdch elektromobil\u016f odsouzen jako v\u00fdsledek nekal\u00fdch praktik. Kdy\u017e Ursula von der Leyenov\u00e1 v z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed ozn\u00e1mila zah\u00e1jen\u00ed vy\u0161et\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed \u010d\u00ednsk\u00fdch elektromobil\u016f a st\u00e1tn\u00ed podpory, tvrdila, \u017ee jejich konkurenceschopnost je v\u00fdsledkem &#8222;manipulace s trhem&#8220;. Joe Biden se podobn\u011b zav\u00e1zal, \u017ee zabr\u00e1n\u00ed tomu, aby \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e9 elektromobily &#8222;zaplavily n\u00e1\u0161 trh&#8220;, a Donald Trump ozna\u010dil dopad \u010d\u00ednsk\u00fdch elektromobil\u016f za ekonomickou &#8222;krvavou l\u00e1ze\u0148&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p>V pozad\u00ed t\u011bchto podn\u011btn\u00fdch v\u00fdrok\u016f se v\u0161ak skr\u00fdv\u00e1 pr\u016fmyslov\u00e1 transformace, kter\u00e1 nen\u00ed o nic m\u00e9n\u011b v\u00fdznamn\u00e1 ne\u017e transformace japonsk\u00fdch automobilek v 80. letech 20. stolet\u00ed. Vzestup \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e9ho pr\u016fmyslu elektrick\u00fdch vozidel byl umo\u017en\u011bn nejen \u0161t\u011bdr\u00fdmi vl\u00e1dn\u00edmi dotacemi, ale tak\u00e9 hlubok\u00fdmi zm\u011bnami ve strategii a organizaci, a zejm\u00e9na v\u00fdrazn\u00fdm o\u017eiven\u00edm vertik\u00e1ln\u00ed integrace \u2013 jak na \u00farovni jednotliv\u00fdch firem, tak na n\u00e1rodn\u00ed \u00farovni.<\/p>\n<p>Tento p\u0159\u00edstup dokonale ilustruje spole\u010dnost BYD, kter\u00e1 se sna\u017eila dostat pod svou kontrolu prakticky v\u0161echny slo\u017eky hodnotov\u00e9ho \u0159et\u011bzce: od technologie bateri\u00ed, co\u017e byla jej\u00ed p\u016fvodn\u00ed hlavn\u00ed \u010dinnost, p\u0159es mikro\u010dipy a\u017e po vlastnictv\u00ed dol\u016f na lithium a lod\u00ed p\u0159epravuj\u00edc\u00edch automobily.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/stranapro.cz\/\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-image-40285 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.infokuryr.cz\/n\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/11pro-300x79.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"615\" height=\"162\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.infokuryr.cz\/n\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/11pro-300x79.png 300w, https:\/\/www.infokuryr.cz\/n\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/11pro.png 363w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 615px) 100vw, 615px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>D\u00e1le vyu\u017eila v\u00fdrazn\u011b ni\u017e\u0161\u00edch mzdov\u00fdch n\u00e1klad\u016f v \u010c\u00edn\u011b ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed se zem\u011bmi, jako je Japonsko, N\u011bmecko a USA, a vyu\u017eila tak obrovskou arm\u00e1du tov\u00e1rn\u00edch d\u011bln\u00edk\u016f ve v\u00fdrobn\u00edm procesu v\u00fdrazn\u011b n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm na pracovn\u00ed s\u00edlu, ne\u017e maj\u00ed konkurenti.<\/p>\n<p>Je to n\u00e1vrat k\u00a0metod\u00e1m, na kter\u00fdch kdysi vybudoval sv\u016fj \u00fasp\u011bch americk\u00fd Ford. Te\u010f umo\u017enily spole\u010dnosti BYD sn\u00ed\u017eit n\u00e1klady a z\u00e1rove\u0148 koordinovat a urychlit inovace r\u016fzn\u00fdch kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdch komponent\u016f. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 zm\u00edrnil rizika nedostatku r\u016fzn\u00fdch vstupn\u00edch faktor\u016f a slu\u017eeb, jako je nap\u0159\u00edklad p\u0159etrv\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed nedostatek \u010dip\u016f od roku 2020.<\/p>\n<p>\u010c\u00ednsk\u00e1 vl\u00e1da prosazuje vertik\u00e1ln\u00ed integraci na n\u00e1rodn\u00ed \u00farovni a m\u00e1 z\u00e1jem na tom, aby 80 procent hodnotov\u00e9ho \u0159et\u011bzce elektrick\u00fdch vozidel bylo dom\u00e1c\u00edho p\u016fvodu, jak s\u00a0t\u00edm po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 pl\u00e1n &#8222;Made in China 2025&#8220;, jeho\u017e c\u00edlem je minimalizovat dopady naru\u0161en\u00ed dodavatelsk\u00fdch \u0159et\u011bzc\u016f a pos\u00edlit nebo aspo\u0148 zachovat technologickou p\u0159evahu. Autor uveden\u00e9 anal\u00fdzy soud\u00ed, \u017ee tento obrat k &#8222;reintegraci&#8220; a &#8222;reinternalizaci&#8220; p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 pou\u010den\u00ed o budoucnosti hospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9 organizace a pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9 politiky.<\/p>\n<p>Pro \u010c\u00ednu byla p\u016fvodn\u011b v\u00fdroba elektrick\u00fdch aut n\u00e1hradn\u00edm \u0159e\u0161en\u00edm, kdy\u017e si uv\u011bdomila, \u017ee n\u011bmeck\u00fdm BMW nebo Mercedes\u016fm se spalovac\u00edmi motory se nikdy nevyrovn\u00e1. Zato v\u00a0nov\u00e9 technologii aut na baterky st\u00e1li v\u0161ichni na stejn\u00e9 startovn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1\u0159e. Brzy se pak uk\u00e1zalo, \u017ee to byla spr\u00e1vn\u00e1 volba.<\/p>\n<p>Krom\u011b toho, \u017ee se elektromobily mohou pochlubit sportovn\u011bj\u0161\u00edmi v\u00fdkony (v rozporu s obecn\u00fdm m\u00edn\u011bn\u00edm), nab\u00edzej\u00ed ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed provozn\u00ed n\u00e1klady, ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1klady na \u00fadr\u017ebu a opravy, v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed pohodl\u00ed p\u0159i ka\u017edodenn\u00edm pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed a ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed hlu\u010dnost. \u00daspory provozn\u00edch n\u00e1klad\u016f jsou obzvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b p\u016fsobiv\u00e9, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e se p\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1, \u017ee dob\u00edjen\u00ed elektromobil\u016f sn\u00ed\u017e\u00ed n\u00e1klady na energii vozidla o 50-80 % do roku 2030 ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed se srovnateln\u00fdm benz\u00ednov\u00fdm vozidlem. S rozvojem technologi\u00ed a infrastruktury samoz\u0159ejm\u011b z\u016fst\u00e1vaj\u00ed v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 nev\u00fdhody v podob\u011b vy\u0161\u0161\u00edch po\u010d\u00e1te\u010dn\u00edch n\u00e1klad\u016f, omezen\u00e9ho dojezdu, dlouh\u00e9 doby nab\u00edjen\u00ed a v mnoha zem\u00edch i nedostatku dob\u00edjec\u00edch m\u00edst.<\/p>\n<p>Od vyn\u00e1lezu lithiov\u00e9 baterie, kter\u00e1 te\u010f oboru dominuje, se jejich energetick\u00e1 hustota zv\u00fd\u0161ila trojn\u00e1sobn\u011b, zat\u00edmco n\u00e1klady na kilowatthodinu klesly o v\u00edce ne\u017e 90 procent. Dal\u0161\u00ed zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed kapacity a rychlej\u0161\u00ed nab\u00edjen\u00ed slibuje lithium-\u017eelezo-fosf\u00e1tov\u00e1 varianta (LFP), kterou ji\u017e spole\u010dnost BYD pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1, a p\u0159echod od kapaln\u00fdch k pevn\u00fdm elektrolyt\u016fm.<\/p>\n<p>Spole\u010dnost BYD p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm opakuje fordistick\u00fd d\u016fraz na vertik\u00e1ln\u00ed integraci. Stejn\u011b jako Ford z\u00edskal \u017eelezn\u00e9 a uheln\u00e9 doly na v\u00fdrobu oceli, kau\u010dukov\u00e9 plant\u00e1\u017ee v Braz\u00edlii na v\u00fdrobu pneumatik (ne\u017e vulkanizace odstranila pot\u0159ebu p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00edho kau\u010duku), doly na b\u00edl\u00fd k\u0159emi\u010dit\u00fd p\u00edsek na v\u00fdrobu \u010deln\u00edch skel, oken a zrc\u00e1tek, a dokonce lesy na v\u00fdrobu d\u0159ev\u011bn\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed automobil\u016f, BYD p\u0159e\u0161la ke kontrole v\u00fdroby a mont\u00e1\u017ee bateriov\u00fdch \u010dl\u00e1nk\u016f, v\u00fdroby elektrick\u00fdch pohonn\u00fdch jednotek, polovodi\u010d\u016f a elektronick\u00fdch modul\u016f a nyn\u00ed dokonce i t\u011b\u017eby lithia.<\/p>\n<p>Ve vlastn\u00ed re\u017eii vyr\u00e1b\u00ed tak\u00e9 n\u00e1pravy, p\u0159evodovky, kokpity, brzdy a odpru\u017een\u00ed sv\u00fdch voz\u016f. A podobn\u011b jako Ford s\u00e1zel na ob\u0159\u00ed z\u00e1vody v Highland Parku a River Rouge, spole\u010dnost BYD vybudovala obrovsk\u00e9 pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9 z\u00e1vody na v\u00fdrobu bateri\u00ed a dal\u0161\u00edch d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdch komponent\u016f a na mont\u00e1\u017e automobil\u016f. \u010cty\u0159i z nich se nach\u00e1zej\u00ed v domovsk\u00e9m m\u011bst\u011b BYD, \u0160en-\u010denu, dvacet jinde po cel\u00e9 \u010c\u00edn\u011b a n\u011bkolik nov\u00fdch z\u00e1vod\u016f se stav\u00ed v zahrani\u010d\u00ed, od Ma\u010farska a\u017e po Braz\u00edlii.<\/p>\n<p>V prvn\u00ed polovin\u011b dvac\u00e1t\u00e9ho stolet\u00ed umo\u017enila vertik\u00e1ln\u00ed integrace spole\u010dnosti Ford a dal\u0161\u00edm firm\u00e1m sn\u00ed\u017eit n\u00e1klady na zprost\u0159edkov\u00e1n\u00ed, kontrolovat v\u00fdrobu a koordinovat inovace v r\u016fzn\u00fdch f\u00e1z\u00edch v\u00fdroby, od n\u00e1kupu gumy a oceli a\u017e po standardizaci d\u00edl\u016f a dodavatel\u016f. Vysok\u00e1 produktivita a vysok\u00e9 mzdy na oligopoln\u00edm trhu zaji\u0161\u0165ovaly stabiln\u00ed zisky v expanzivn\u00edm makroekonomick\u00e9m prost\u0159ed\u00ed, tj. ve zlat\u00e9 \u00e9\u0159e fordismu mezi koncem druh\u00e9 sv\u011btov\u00e9 v\u00e1lky a koncem \u0161edes\u00e1t\u00fdch let.<\/p>\n<p>Ropn\u00e1 krize v 70. letech 20. stolet\u00ed odhalila strnulost tohoto pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9ho modelu, proto\u017ee mzdov\u00e1 inflace a popt\u00e1vka po efektivn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch vozidlech zp\u016fsobily, \u017ee americk\u00e9 automobilky p\u0159estaly b\u00fdt konkurenceschopn\u00e9. Z\u00e1padn\u00ed pr\u016fmysln\u00edci se pak inspirovali pru\u017enou v\u00fdrobou just-in-time, kter\u00e9 dos\u00e1hly japonsk\u00e9 firmy jako Toyota, je\u017e se spol\u00e9haly na s\u00ed\u0165 extern\u00edch dodavatel\u016f a kontingentn\u00ed pracovn\u00ed s\u00edlu, aby mohly absorbovat tr\u017en\u00ed \u0161oky a odd\u011blovat v\u00fdrobu komponent\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Japonsk\u00e9 automobilky rozd\u011blily mont\u00e1\u017en\u00ed linku na v\u00fdrobn\u00ed ostr\u016fvky obsazen\u00e9 t\u00fdmy kvality a kooptovaly odbory do podnikov\u00fdch c\u00edl\u016f. Tato logika organizace podniku p\u0159isp\u011bla ke zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed discipl\u00edny pracovn\u00ed s\u00edly a dezorganizaci odbor\u016f, jejich\u017e vyjedn\u00e1vac\u00ed s\u00edla se zhroutila, kdy\u017e u\u017e nemohly hrozit zastaven\u00edm pr\u00e1ce nap\u0159\u00ed\u010d v\u00fdrobn\u00edmi stupni.<\/p>\n<p>Outsourcing \u0161el ruku v ruce s p\u0159en\u00e1\u0161en\u00edm velk\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti hodnotov\u00e9ho \u0159et\u011bzce do zem\u00ed s ni\u017e\u0161\u00edmi mzdov\u00fdmi n\u00e1klady. Od konce 80. let 20. stolet\u00ed v\u00fdrobci automobil\u016f v Evrop\u011b, Japonsku a USA jako General Motors, Ford, Toyota, Honda, Volkswagen, Audi a Daimler Chrysler vyv\u00e1d\u011bli st\u00e1le v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed pod\u00edl automobilov\u00e9 v\u00fdroby do rozv\u00edjej\u00edc\u00edch se zem\u00ed, aby mohli t\u011b\u017eit z ni\u017e\u0161\u00edch v\u00fdrobn\u00edch n\u00e1klad\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>To vedlo k &#8222;mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed d\u011blb\u011b pr\u00e1ce&#8220; nebo, negativn\u011bji \u0159e\u010deno, k &#8222;mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed fragmentaci&#8220;, tedy k situaci, kdy se r\u016fzn\u00e9 zem\u011b specializuj\u00ed na r\u016fzn\u00e9 f\u00e1ze dodavatelsk\u00e9ho \u0159et\u011bzce, kde z\u00edsk\u00e1vaj\u00ed konkuren\u010dn\u00ed v\u00fdhodu. Tento posun m\u011bl za c\u00edl zlep\u0161it kvalitu a sn\u00ed\u017eit n\u00e1klady, ale z\u00e1rove\u0148 u\u010dinil v\u00fdrobce automobil\u016f zraniteln\u00fdmi v\u016f\u010di naru\u0161en\u00ed dodavatelsk\u00e9ho \u0159et\u011bzce, kter\u00e9 se v t\u00e9to nestabiln\u00ed dob\u011b st\u00e1v\u00e1 st\u00e1le v\u011bt\u0161\u00edm rizikem.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-image-52970 alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/www.infokuryr.cz\/n\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/rajch-pro-212x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"589\" height=\"833\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.infokuryr.cz\/n\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/rajch-pro-212x300.jpg 212w, https:\/\/www.infokuryr.cz\/n\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/rajch-pro.jpg 556w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 589px) 100vw, 589px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Slabiny glob\u00e1ln\u00edch dodavatelsk\u00fdch \u0159et\u011bzc\u016f se staly je\u0161t\u011b z\u0159eteln\u011bj\u0161\u00edmi v d\u016fsledku pandemie a bezpe\u010dnostn\u00ed konkurence. V d\u016fsledku toho se do politick\u00fdch debat vloudily \u00favahy o n\u00e1vratu pr\u016fmyslu dom\u016f. Podle firmy jsou pouze pneumatiky a okna zcela outsourcov\u00e1ny. Zpr\u00e1va den\u00edku New York Times zd\u016fraznila, \u017ee p\u0159i v\u00fdrob\u011b hatchbacku Sedan Seal spole\u010dnost BYD vyr\u00e1b\u00ed intern\u011b neuv\u011b\u0159iteln\u00e9 t\u0159i \u010dtvrtiny v\u0161ech komponent\u016f, ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s pouhou jednou t\u0159etinou u srovnateln\u00e9ho elektromobilu Volkswagen, co\u017e j\u00ed d\u00e1v\u00e1 35procentn\u00ed n\u00e1skok v n\u00e1kladech.<\/p>\n<p>\u010c\u00edna se nyn\u00ed nach\u00e1z\u00ed v pozici zd\u00e1nliv\u011b neot\u0159esiteln\u00e9 p\u0159evahy v tomto odv\u011btv\u00ed: 60 % v\u0161ech elektromobil\u016f vyroben\u00fdch v roce 2023 bylo vyrobeno v \u010c\u00edn\u011b. \u010c\u00ednsk\u00e9 firmy maj\u00ed nav\u00edc oproti star\u0161\u00edm konkurent\u016fm obrovskou n\u00e1kladovou v\u00fdhodu, kter\u00e1 se podle \u0161v\u00fdcarsk\u00e9 banky UBS odhaduje v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b spole\u010dnosti BYD na p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 25 procent.<\/p>\n<p>Stejn\u011b jako v\u0161echny zem\u011b mus\u00ed \u010c\u00edna dov\u00e1\u017eet n\u011bkter\u00e9 suroviny, zejm\u00e9na uhli\u010ditan lithn\u00fd z Chile a Argentiny a kobalt z Konga. Ovl\u00e1d\u00e1 v\u0161ak tak\u00e9 kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 prvky dod\u00e1vek kritick\u00fdch materi\u00e1l\u016f: v\u00edce ne\u017e polovinu sv\u011btov\u00e9 produkce lithia, p\u0159es 60 % produkce kobaltu a 70 % materi\u00e1l\u016f vz\u00e1cn\u00fdch zemin. Krom\u011b toho \u010d\u00ednsk\u00fd pr\u016fmysl zaji\u0161\u0165uje v\u00edce ne\u017e 70 procent komponent bateri\u00ed a v\u00fdroby bateriov\u00fdch \u010dl\u00e1nk\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Dv\u011b t\u0159etiny celosv\u011btov\u00e9 v\u00fdroby bateri\u00ed se nach\u00e1z\u00ed v \u010c\u00edn\u011b, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e spole\u010dnosti CATL a BYD se pod\u00edlej\u00ed na celosv\u011btov\u00e9 produkci v\u00edce ne\u017e 50 procenty. Tato snaha o vytvo\u0159en\u00ed nez\u00e1visl\u00e9ho a do zna\u010dn\u00e9 m\u00edry sob\u011bsta\u010dn\u00e9ho hodnotov\u00e9ho \u0159et\u011bzce se uk\u00e1zala jako proz\u00edrav\u00e1 v p\u0159edv\u00edd\u00e1n\u00ed naru\u0161en\u00ed, kter\u00fdm \u010del\u00ed glob\u00e1ln\u00ed dodavatelsk\u00e9 \u0159et\u011bzce v d\u016fsledku extr\u00e9mn\u00edho po\u010das\u00ed, v\u00e1lky a rostouc\u00edho soupe\u0159en\u00ed mezi mocnostmi.<\/p>\n<p>Odhaduje se, \u017ee \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e1 vl\u00e1da v letech 2009 a\u017e 2017 vynalo\u017eila na dotace na elektromobily 60 miliard dolar\u016f.
