Vitamin D se m\u016f\u017ee p\u0159ipojit k receptoru vitaminu D (VDR) ve va\u0161ich bu\u0148k\u00e1ch a spustit \u0159adu sign\u00e1l\u016f, kter\u00e9 mohou ovlivnit r\u016fst, v\u00fdvoj a p\u0159e\u017eit\u00ed bun\u011bk.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>A\u010dkoli zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed hladiny vitaminu D m\u016f\u017ee pomoci sn\u00ed\u017eit \u00famrt\u00ed na rakovinu, zdravotnick\u00e9 \u00fa\u0159ady jen z\u0159\u00eddka doporu\u010duj\u00ed optimalizovat hladiny pro tento \u00fa\u010del<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Vitamin D m\u00e1 protirakovinn\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky r\u016fzn\u00fdmi zp\u016fsoby, v\u010detn\u011b protirakovinn\u00fdch, antimetastatick\u00fdch a protin\u00e1dorov\u00fdch \u00fa\u010dink\u016f<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Nejlep\u0161\u00edm zp\u016fsobem, jak optimalizovat hladinu vitaminu D, je pravideln\u00e9 vystavov\u00e1n\u00ed se slunci, kter\u00e9 zvy\u0161uje produkci melatoninu \u2013 \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9ho \u010dinidla v boji proti rakovin\u011b.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span>D\u016frazn\u011b doporu\u010duji se ka\u017ed\u00fd den v rozumn\u00e9 m\u00ed\u0159e vystavovat slunci. Jedn\u00edm z d\u016fvod\u016f je, \u017ee to pom\u00e1h\u00e1 p\u0159irozen\u011b optimalizovat hladinu vitaminu D. N\u00edzk\u00e1 hladina vitaminu D je spojena se zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fdm rizikem rakoviny. Vitam\u00edn D se m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e1zat na receptor vitam\u00ednu D (VDR) ve va\u0161ich bu\u0148k\u00e1ch a spustit \u0159adu sign\u00e1l\u016f, kter\u00e9 mohou ovlivnit jejich r\u016fst, v\u00fdvoj a p\u0159e\u017eit\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>T\u00edmto zp\u016fsobem vitamin D p\u016fsob\u00ed jako brzda procesu r\u016fstu bun\u011bk v mnoha tk\u00e1n\u00edch t\u011bla a pom\u00e1h\u00e1 \u0159\u00eddit rychlost mno\u017een\u00ed bun\u011bk. To je zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9, pokud jde o rakovinu, proto\u017ee jednou z hlavn\u00edch charakteristik tohoto onemocn\u011bn\u00ed je nekontrolovan\u00fd r\u016fst bun\u011bk. Krom\u011b toho bylo ve studi\u00edch na zv\u00ed\u0159atech pozorov\u00e1no, \u017ee vitam\u00edn D pom\u00e1h\u00e1 odd\u00e1lit n\u011bkter\u00e9 zm\u011bny souvisej\u00edc\u00ed s v\u011bkem aktivac\u00ed dal\u0161\u00ed d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 sign\u00e1ln\u00ed dr\u00e1hy prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm receptoru vitam\u00ednu D.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Tato sign\u00e1ln\u00ed dr\u00e1ha zahrnuje molekulu zvanou Nrf2, kter\u00e1 hraje z\u00e1sadn\u00ed roli v ochran\u011b t\u011bla p\u0159ed oxida\u010dn\u00edm stresem a po\u0161kozen\u00edm DNA \u2013 dva faktory, kter\u00e9 jsou \u010dasto spojov\u00e1ny se vznikem rakoviny. Celkov\u011b se hromad\u00ed d\u016fkazy, \u017ee vitam\u00edn D je mocn\u00fdm spojencem v boji proti rakovin\u011b.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>Vitamin D sni\u017euje \u00famrtnost na rakovinu<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Rakovina je celosv\u011btov\u011b druhou nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou \u00famrt\u00ed, pouze ji p\u0159ed\u010d\u00ed kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00ed onemocn\u011bn\u00ed. Mezit\u00edm je glob\u00e1ln\u00ed prevalence nedostatku vitaminu D (definovan\u00e9ho jako hladina ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e 20 ng\/ml) a insuficience (definovan\u00e1 jako hladina 20 a\u017e m\u00e9n\u011b ne\u017e 30 ng\/ml) 40 a\u017e 100 %. A\u010dkoli zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed hladiny vitaminu D m\u016f\u017ee pomoci sn\u00ed\u017eit \u00famrt\u00ed na rakovinu, zdravotnick\u00e9 \u00fa\u0159ady jen z\u0159\u00eddka doporu\u010duj\u00ed optimalizovat hladiny pro tento \u00fa\u010del.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>V\u00fdzkum nap\u0159\u00edklad uk\u00e1zal, \u017ee riziko rakoviny kles\u00e1 o 67 %, jakmile je dosa\u017eeno minim\u00e1ln\u00ed hladiny vitaminu D v s\u00e9ru 40 ng\/ml, ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s hladinou 20 ng\/ml nebo m\u00e9n\u011b.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Systematick\u00fd p\u0159ehled a metaanal\u00fdza z roku 2023 zve\u0159ejn\u011bn\u00e1 v Aging Research Reviews tak\u00e9 zjistila, \u017ee suplementace vitaminem D3 sn\u00ed\u017eila \u00famrtnost na rakovinu o 6 %. To nebylo pova\u017eov\u00e1no za statisticky v\u00fdznamn\u00e9, ale kdy\u017e byly analyzov\u00e1ny pouze studie s denn\u00edm p\u0159\u00edjmem vitaminu D, \u00famrtnost na rakovinu klesla o v\u00fdznamn\u00fdch 12 %. Toto \u0159\u00edkaj\u00ed v\u00fdzkumn\u00edci:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><span>\u201eZ biologick\u00e9ho hlediska je pravd\u011bpodobn\u00e9, \u017ee dostate\u010dn\u00fd stav vitaminu D m\u00e1 vliv na progn\u00f3zu rakoviny: Vazbou na receptor vitaminu D (VDR) aktivn\u00ed hormon 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin D (1,25 (OH)2D) sign\u00e1ln\u00ed dr\u00e1hy, kter\u00e9 reguluj\u00ed bun\u011b\u010dnou proliferaci, bun\u011b\u010dnou diferenciaci a p\u0159e\u017eit\u00ed bun\u011bk, a tak p\u016fsob\u00ed jako antiproliferativn\u00ed \u010dinidlo v mnoha tk\u00e1n\u00edch a mohou zpomalit r\u016fst malign\u00edch bun\u011bk.\u201c<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><span>Dal\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdzkum tak\u00e9 podporuje roli vitaminu D v ochran\u011b p\u0159ed \u00famrt\u00edm na rakovinu. Ve studii s 25 871 pacienty bylo zji\u0161t\u011bno, \u017ee suplementace vitaminem D sni\u017euje riziko metastatick\u00e9 rakoviny a \u00famrt\u00ed o 17 %. U t\u011bch, kte\u0159\u00ed si udr\u017eeli zdravou v\u00e1hu, bylo riziko o 38 % ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b pozoruhodn\u00e9 je, \u017ee v t\u00e9to studii bylo \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016fm pod\u00e1v\u00e1no pouze 2 000 IU vitaminu D denn\u011b a hladiny v krvi nebyly m\u011b\u0159eny. I p\u0159es tyto v\u00fdzkumn\u00e9 nedostatky byl st\u00e1le zji\u0161t\u011bn v\u00fdznamn\u00fd p\u0159\u00ednos. Ale jin\u00fd v\u00fdzkum zjistil je\u0161t\u011b v\u00fdznamn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdhody, v\u010detn\u011b anal\u00fdzy GrassrootsHealth publikovan\u00e9 v PLOS ONE.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Zjistilo se, \u017ee \u017eeny s hladinami vitaminu D alespo\u0148 60 ng\/ml (150 nmol\/l) m\u011bly o 82 % ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed riziko rakoviny prsu ne\u017e \u017eeny s hladinami pod 20 ng\/ml (50 nmol\/l). Riziko rakoviny plic, tlust\u00e9ho st\u0159eva, prsu, mo\u010dov\u00e9ho m\u011bch\u00fd\u0159e a lymfomu je p\u0159itom vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed u lid\u00ed s n\u00edzkou hladinou vitaminu D, zat\u00edmco vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed hladiny jsou spojeny s lep\u0161\u00ed progn\u00f3zou u rakoviny prsu a tlust\u00e9ho st\u0159eva.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Studie Aging Research Reviews tak\u00e9 zjistila, \u017ee ka\u017edodenn\u00ed suplementace vitaminem D byla zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00e1 pro lidi ve v\u011bku 70 let a star\u0161\u00ed, stejn\u011b jako pro ty, kte\u0159\u00ed denn\u011b u\u017e\u00edvali vitamin D a pozd\u011bji jim byla diagnostikov\u00e1na rakovina. Autor studie Ben Sch\u00f6ttker, Ph.D., z n\u011bmeck\u00e9ho centra pro v\u00fdzkum rakoviny v Heidelbergu, d\u00e1le vysv\u011btlil:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><span>\u201eTo znamen\u00e1, \u017ee v podstat\u011b v\u0161ichni lid\u00e9 ve v\u011bku 50 a v\u00edce let, v\u010detn\u011b t\u011bch, kte\u0159\u00ed nikdy nem\u011bli rakovinu, by mohli m\u00edt prosp\u011bch ze suplementace vitaminu D, pokud maj\u00ed nedostatek vitaminu D&#8230;L\u00e9ka\u0159i nemaj\u00ed jak v\u011bd\u011bt, kdo by mohl pozd\u011bji onemocn\u011bt rakovinou. \u201c<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>Vitamin D m\u00e1 protirakovinn\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky proti mnoha typ\u016fm rakoviny<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Mal\u00fd p\u0159ehledov\u00fd \u010dl\u00e1nek o \u00fa\u010dinc\u00edch vitaminu D na rakovinu, publikovan\u00fd v Journal of Steroid Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, uv\u00e1d\u00ed, \u017ee zat\u00edmco vitamin D je \u0161iroce uzn\u00e1v\u00e1n pro svou d\u016fle\u017eitou roli p\u0159i regulaci miner\u00e1ln\u00ed rovnov\u00e1hy v t\u011ble, existuje zde nedostatek. je spojov\u00e1n s v\u00fdskytem a progres\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00fdch typ\u016f rakoviny. Vitamin D p\u016fsob\u00ed proti rakovin\u011b r\u016fzn\u00fdmi zp\u016fsoby, v\u010detn\u011b:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><span>Protirakovinn\u00e9 p\u016fsoben\u00ed<\/span><\/strong><span>\u00a0, to znamen\u00e1, \u017ee p\u016fsob\u00ed na r\u016fzn\u00e1 st\u00e1dia v\u00fdvoje a progrese rakoviny, v\u010detn\u011b vzniku, r\u016fstu a \u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed rakovinn\u00fdch bun\u011bk.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span>Antimetastatick\u00fd \u00fa\u010dinek<\/span><\/strong><span>\u00a0, tedy schopnost br\u00e1nit \u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed rakovinn\u00fdch bun\u011bk z p\u016fvodn\u00edho n\u00e1dorov\u00e9ho lo\u017eiska do jin\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed t\u011bla. Vzhledem k tomu, \u017ee metast\u00e1zy jsou \u010dasto zodpov\u011bdn\u00e9 za smrteln\u00e9 n\u00e1sledky rakoviny, zabr\u00e1n\u011bn\u00ed jej\u00edmu \u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee v\u00fdrazn\u011b zlep\u0161it \u0161ance na p\u0159e\u017eit\u00ed.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span>Protin\u00e1dorov\u011b aktivn\u00ed<\/span><\/strong><span>\u00a0, tedy vitam\u00edn D pom\u00e1h\u00e1 p\u0159edch\u00e1zet tvorb\u011b nebo r\u016fstu n\u00e1dor\u016f. K tomu mohou p\u0159isp\u011bt mechanismy, jako je indukce bun\u011b\u010dn\u00e9 smrti v rakovinn\u00fdch bu\u0148k\u00e1ch, blokov\u00e1n\u00ed progrese bun\u011b\u010dn\u00e9ho cyklu nebo inhibice sign\u00e1ln\u00edch drah, kter\u00e9 podporuj\u00ed r\u016fst n\u00e1doru.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Zpr\u00e1va zd\u016fraz\u0148uje roli vitaminu D v boji proti n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edm typ\u016fm rakoviny:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Prsa<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Prostaty<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>M\u011bch\u00fd\u0159<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Dvojte\u010dka<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Glioblastom<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Melanom<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Spinocelul\u00e1rn\u00ed karcinom<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Vaje\u010dn\u00edk<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Mnoho\u010detn\u00fd myelom<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Osteosarkom<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Hlava a krk<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span>Pokud jde o rakovinu prsu, celosv\u011btov\u011b hlavn\u00ed p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinu \u00famrt\u00ed u \u017een, je mezi pacientkami b\u011b\u017en\u00fd nedostatek vitaminu D a u t\u011bch s nedostatkem je pravd\u011bpodobn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, \u017ee budou m\u00edt agresivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a obt\u00ed\u017en\u011bji l\u00e9\u010diteln\u00e9 podtypy rakoviny prsu, nap\u0159. grade a n\u00e1dory negativn\u00ed na estrogenn\u00ed receptory.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Studie tak\u00e9 zd\u016fraz\u0148uje roli genetick\u00fdch rozd\u00edl\u016f ve VDR, kter\u00e9 by mohly ovlivnit riziko rakoviny prsu. Variace v genu VDR byly identifikov\u00e1ny jako potenci\u00e1ln\u00ed rizikov\u00e9 faktory, zejm\u00e9na v ur\u010dit\u00fdch populac\u00edch, jako jsou severoindick\u00e9 \u017eeny z Nov\u00e9ho Dill\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>U rakoviny prostaty \u2013 nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed rakoviny u mu\u017e\u016f \u2013 jsou n\u00edzk\u00e9 hladiny vitaminu D spojeny s vysok\u00fdmi hladinami dihydrotestosteronu (DHT) v prostat\u011b, co\u017e souvis\u00ed s progres\u00ed rakoviny prostaty. Krom\u011b toho m\u016f\u017ee vitam\u00edn D ovlivnit aktivitu sirtuinu 1 (SIRT1), zn\u00e1m\u00e9ho jako protein dlouhov\u011bkosti. Optimalizace hladin vitaminu D m\u016f\u017ee pomoci pos\u00edlit p\u0159irozenou obranyschopnost t\u011bla proti rakovin\u011b, \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm mechanism\u016f zahrnuj\u00edc\u00edch SIRT1.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Dal\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdzkum nazna\u010duje, \u017ee existuj\u00ed v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 rozd\u00edly ve zp\u016fsobu, jak\u00fdm geny r\u016fzn\u00fdch lid\u00ed reaguj\u00ed na suplementaci vitaminu D, co\u017e m\u016f\u017ee vysv\u011btlovat, pro\u010d ne ka\u017ed\u00fd t\u011b\u017e\u00ed z dodate\u010dn\u00e9ho p\u0159\u00edjmu vitaminu D stejn\u011b.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Pro dosa\u017een\u00ed optim\u00e1ln\u00edch v\u00fdsledk\u016f v\u011bdci navrhuj\u00ed personalizaci suplementace vitaminu D a \u201eobhajov\u00e1n\u00ed mo\u017enost\u00ed p\u0159izp\u016fsoben\u00fdch individu\u00e1ln\u00edm pot\u0159eb\u00e1m vitaminu D v kombinaci s komplexn\u00ed intervenc\u00ed, kter\u00e1 kombinuje prevenci se zdrav\u00fdm p\u0159\u00edstupem k \u017eivotn\u00edmu prost\u0159ed\u00ed a podporuje zodpov\u011bdn\u00e9 chov\u00e1n\u00ed ke zdrav\u00ed\u201c.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>Pro\u010d je pobyt na slunci nejlep\u0161\u00edm zdrojem vitam\u00ednu D<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Za typick\u00e9ho slune\u010dn\u00e9ho dne m\u016f\u017ee va\u0161e t\u011blo produkovat a\u017e 25 000 mezin\u00e1rodn\u00edch jednotek (IU) vitaminu D, i kdy\u017e mnoho lid\u00ed nem\u00e1 dostatek slunce k optimalizaci hladiny vitaminu D. D\u016frazn\u011b v\u0161ak doporu\u010duji z\u00edsk\u00e1vat vitam\u00edn D prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm p\u0159im\u011b\u0159en\u00e9ho slune\u010dn\u00edho z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed, pokud je to mo\u017en\u00e9, proto\u017ee to poskytuje v\u00fdhody nad r\u00e1mec optimalizace hladin vitam\u00ednu D.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed hladiny vitaminu D mohou dokonce slou\u017eit jako indik\u00e1tor zdrav\u00e9ho vystavov\u00e1n\u00ed se slunci, co\u017e zase m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou mnoha zdravotn\u00edch p\u0159\u00ednos\u016f vitaminu D, v\u010detn\u011b ni\u017e\u0161\u00edho rizika rakoviny a prodlou\u017een\u00ed d\u00e9lky \u017eivota.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Slune\u010dn\u00ed bl\u00edzk\u00e9 infra\u010derven\u00e9 paprsky pronikaj\u00ed hluboko do va\u0161eho t\u011bla a aktivuj\u00ed cytochrom c oxid\u00e1zu, kter\u00e1 n\u00e1sledn\u011b stimuluje produkci melatoninu ve va\u0161ich mitochondri\u00edch. Va\u0161e mitochondrie produkuj\u00ed ATP, energetickou m\u011bnu va\u0161eho t\u011bla. Vedlej\u0161\u00edm produktem t\u00e9to produkce ATP jsou reaktivn\u00ed oxida\u010dn\u00ed l\u00e1tky (ROS), kter\u00e9 jsou zodpov\u011bdn\u00e9 za oxida\u010dn\u00ed stres.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Nadm\u011brn\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed ROS po\u0161kozuje mitochondrie a p\u0159isp\u00edv\u00e1 k suboptim\u00e1ln\u00edmu zdrav\u00ed, z\u00e1n\u011bt\u016fm a chronick\u00fdm onemocn\u011bn\u00edm, jako je cukrovka, obezita a tromb\u00f3za (krevn\u00ed sra\u017eeniny). Melatonin na druh\u00e9 stran\u011b v podstat\u011b vychyt\u00e1v\u00e1 ROS, kter\u00e9 po\u0161kozuj\u00ed mitochondrie. Pokud se tedy budete p\u0159es den hodn\u011b vystavovat slunci, va\u0161e mitochondrie budou zaplaveny melatoninem, \u010d\u00edm\u017e se sn\u00ed\u017e\u00ed oxida\u010dn\u00ed stres.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Pokud se nem\u016f\u017eete ka\u017ed\u00fd den dostate\u010dn\u011b vystavovat slunci, m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt nezbytn\u00e9 dopl\u0148ovat vitam\u00edn D.
