Velk\u00e1 rusk\u00e1 m\u00e9dia se k problematice tak\u00e9 v\u011bnuj\u00ed velmi v\u011bcn\u011b a vyh\u00fdbaj\u00ed se spekulac\u00edm. N\u00e1hl\u00e1 smrt mu\u017e\u016f byla vyvrcholen\u00edm jedn\u00e1n\u00ed o kvalit\u011b provozu spole\u010dnosti. Co je p\u0159im\u011blo zakro\u010dit proti firm\u011b a jak se kv\u016fli jej\u00edm produkt\u016fm stala p\u0159edm\u011btem velk\u00fdch skand\u00e1l\u016f, najdete v \u010dl\u00e1nku TASS<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">&#8222;Infekce, kter\u00e1 se vyv\u00edj\u00ed ne\u010dekan\u011b rychle&#8220;<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Atmosf\u00e9ra kolem Boeingu z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 napjat\u00e1. Na pozad\u00ed informac\u00ed o zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00fdch probl\u00e9mech na letadlech spole\u010dnosti se objevuj\u00ed i \u200b\u200bzpr\u00e1vy o tragick\u00fdch osudech t\u011bch, kte\u0159\u00ed na tyto probl\u00e9my upozornili.<\/p>\n<p>Druh\u00fd whistleblower ve vy\u0161et\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed probl\u00e9m\u016f s produkty Boeing, Joshua Dean, b\u00fdval\u00fd inspektor v odd\u011blen\u00ed kvality dodavatele Boeing Spirit AeroSystems, zem\u0159el ve Spojen\u00fdch st\u00e1tech. Podle Seattle Times zem\u0159el 30. dubna na \u201eneo\u010dek\u00e1van\u011b rychle se vyv\u00edjej\u00edc\u00ed infekci\u201c. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 se v \u010dl\u00e1nku p\u00ed\u0161e, \u017ee vedl zdrav\u00fd \u017eivotn\u00ed styl. Asi p\u0159ed dv\u011bma t\u00fddny byl hospitalizov\u00e1n pro probl\u00e9my s d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00edm a byl mu diagnostikov\u00e1n stafylokokov\u00fd z\u00e1pal plic. Jeho stav se navzdory l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00e9 p\u00e9\u010di rychle zhor\u0161oval.<\/p>\n<p>Podle zpr\u00e1v m\u00e9di\u00ed byl Dean vyhozen ze spole\u010dnosti Spirit AeroSystems minul\u00fd rok. P\u0159i pr\u00e1ci tam zjistil, \u017ee mechanici poru\u0161uj\u00ed technologii vrt\u00e1n\u00ed otvor\u016f do hermetick\u00e9ho nosn\u00edku, co\u017e nahl\u00e1sil sv\u00fdm nad\u0159\u00edzen\u00fdm. Pozd\u011bji nahl\u00e1sil poru\u0161en\u00ed Feder\u00e1ln\u00edmu \u00fa\u0159adu pro letectv\u00ed (FAA).<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">Smrt uprost\u0159ed procesu<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>V b\u0159eznu se Boeing dostal na p\u0159edn\u00ed str\u00e1nky m\u00e9di\u00ed dal\u0161\u00ed tragick\u00e1 zpr\u00e1va: b\u00fdval\u00fd zam\u011bstnanec spole\u010dnosti, 62let\u00fd John Barnett, byl nalezen mrtv\u00fd ve Spojen\u00fdch st\u00e1tech. V procesu s Boeingem byl z\u00e1sadn\u00ed, proto\u017ee sv\u011bd\u010dil o \u0161patn\u00e9 kvalit\u011b produkt\u016f spole\u010dnosti.<\/p>\n<p>Barnett pracoval pro Boeing v\u00edce ne\u017e 30 let, ne\u017e v roce 2017 ode\u0161el do d\u016fchodu. Od roku 2010 byl mana\u017eerem kvality v z\u00e1vod\u011b North Charleston, kter\u00fd vyr\u00e1b\u011bl 787 Dreamliner, modern\u00ed dopravn\u00ed letadlo pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm na d\u00e1lkov\u00fdch letech, uv\u00e1d\u00ed BBC.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eJohn byl hluboce znepokojen bezpe\u010dnost\u00ed letadla a cestuj\u00edc\u00edch, identifikoval n\u011bkter\u00e9 v\u00e1\u017en\u00e9 probl\u00e9my, kter\u00e9 podle n\u011bj nebyly \u0159\u00e1dn\u011b \u0159e\u0161eny. &#8222;\u0158ekl, \u017ee Boeing m\u00e1 kulturu zast\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed a \u017ee spole\u010dnost up\u0159ednost\u0148uje zisky nad bezpe\u010dnost\u00ed,&#8220; citovala agentura AP Barnettova bratra Rodneyho.<\/p>\n<p>\u0158ekl, \u017ee John byl vystresovan\u00fd z pr\u00e1ce v Boeingu a trp\u011bl posttraumatickou stresovou poruchou a z\u00e1chvaty paniky, proto\u017ee byl v \u201enep\u0159\u00e1telsk\u00e9m pracovn\u00edm prost\u0159ed\u00ed\u201c. Rodina Barnett m\u00e1 podez\u0159en\u00ed, \u017ee to \u201evedlo k jeho smrti\u201c.<\/p>\n<p>Okolnosti jeho smrti v\u0161ak zat\u00edm nejsou zcela zn\u00e1my. Podle Daily Mail bylo Barnettovo t\u011blo nalezeno v jeho aut\u011b na hotelov\u00e9m parkovi\u0161ti v Ji\u017en\u00ed Karol\u00edn\u011b. Podle policie v North Charleston zem\u0159el na zran\u011bn\u00ed, kter\u00e9 si zp\u016fsobil s\u00e1m. Pro tuto verzi v\u0161ak neexistuje \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 ofici\u00e1ln\u00ed potvrzen\u00ed. Org\u00e1ny \u010dinn\u00e9 v trestn\u00edm \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed \u010dekaj\u00ed na dal\u0161\u00ed informace, kter\u00e9 by mohly objasnit situaci, kter\u00e1 vzbudila \u201ev\u0161eobecnou pozornost\u201c.<\/p>\n<p>Barnett byl v Charlestonu sv\u011bd\u010dit v souvislosti s dlouhotrvaj\u00edc\u00ed pr\u00e1vn\u00ed bitvou proti spole\u010dnosti, uv\u00e1d\u00ed BBC. Soud m\u011bl pokra\u010dovat v sobotu 9. b\u0159ezna, Barnett se ale k soudu nedostavil, na\u010de\u017e z\u00e1stupci spole\u010dnosti kontaktovali spr\u00e1vu hotelu.<\/p>\n<p>Pot\u00e9, co se smrt b\u00fdval\u00e9ho kolegy stala zn\u00e1mou, samotn\u00fd Boeing \u0159ekl, \u017ee je z jeho smrti velmi smutn\u00e9. &#8222;Na\u0161e my\u0161lenky jsou s jeho rodinou a p\u0159\u00e1teli,&#8220; uvedla spole\u010dnost.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">Up\u0159\u00edmn\u011b o Boeingu<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Barnettovo jm\u00e9no se stalo \u0161iroce zn\u00e1m\u00fdm v roce 2019, kdy\u017e otev\u0159en\u011b hovo\u0159il s \u0159adou m\u00e9di\u00ed o poru\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed pravidel p\u0159i v\u00fdrob\u011b letadel Boeing. Zejm\u00e9na hovo\u0159il pro The New York Times o probl\u00e9mech s kvalitou v tov\u00e1rn\u011b Boeing v Ji\u017en\u00ed Karol\u00edn\u011b, kter\u00e1 vyr\u00e1b\u00ed tryskov\u00e9 letadlo 787. Barnett tvrdil, \u017ee p\u0159i pr\u00e1ci na n\u011bkter\u00fdch letadlech objevil \u00falomky titanu vis\u00edc\u00ed nad kabely \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed letu. Pokud by ostr\u00e9 kusy kovu vznikl\u00e9 p\u0159i vkl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed spojovac\u00edch prvk\u016f do matic prop\u00edchly dr\u00e1ty, mohlo by to zp\u016fsobit \u201ekatastrofu,\u201c vysv\u011btlil.<\/p>\n<p>Barnett tuto skute\u010dnost ozn\u00e1mil sv\u00fdm nad\u0159\u00edzen\u00fdm, ti v\u0161ak odm\u00edtli \u00falomky odstranit. A co v\u00edc, v reakci na jeho st\u00ed\u017enosti byl jednodu\u0161e p\u0159em\u00edst\u011bn do jin\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti z\u00e1vodu, \u0159\u00edk\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Jeho dal\u0161\u00ed st\u00ed\u017enost na veden\u00ed, \u0159ekl New York Times, se t\u00fdkala chyb\u011bj\u00edc\u00edch vadn\u00fdch d\u00edl\u016f. Skute\u010dnost, \u017ee chyb\u011bly, podle jeho n\u00e1zoru zv\u00fd\u0161ila pravd\u011bpodobnost, \u017ee byly instalov\u00e1ny na letadlech. Kdy\u017e to ozn\u00e1mil veden\u00ed, bylo mu \u0159e\u010deno, aby pokra\u010doval v pr\u00e1ci, ani\u017e by zjistil, kam zmizeli.<\/p>\n<p>Ve stejn\u00e9m roce o tom informoval BBC. Zam\u011bstnanci Boeingu podle n\u011bj z\u00e1m\u011brn\u011b instalovali pod tlakem nekvalitn\u00ed d\u00edly do letadel. V n\u011bkter\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech, jak tvrdil, byly tyto \u010d\u00e1sti dokonce odebr\u00e1ny z odpadkov\u00fdch ko\u0161\u016f a pot\u00e9 instalov\u00e1ny do letadel.<\/p>\n<p>To v\u0161e bylo provedeno p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm proto, aby nedoch\u00e1zelo ke zpo\u017ed\u011bn\u00edm na v\u00fdrobn\u00ed lince. Barnett \u0159ekl, \u017ee mu to za\u010dalo vadit kr\u00e1tce pot\u00e9, co za\u010dal pracovat v Ji\u017en\u00ed Karol\u00edn\u011b. Ob\u00e1val se, \u017ee mont\u00e1\u017en\u00ed proces bude usp\u011bchan\u00fd a bezpe\u010dnost v\u00fdrobk\u016f bude ohro\u017eena. Spole\u010dnost to pop\u0159ela.<\/p>\n<p>Mezi probl\u00e9my, kter\u00e9 Barnetta znepokojovaly, byly v\u00e1\u017en\u00e9 probl\u00e9my s nouzov\u00fdmi kysl\u00edkov\u00fdmi syst\u00e9my, kter\u00e9 m\u011bly b\u00fdt instalov\u00e1ny na 787. Probl\u00e9my se uk\u00e1zaly b\u011bhem testov\u00e1n\u00ed. Jak Barnett varoval, m\u011bli 25procentn\u00ed poruchovost, co\u017e znamen\u00e1, \u017ee ve skute\u010dn\u00e9 nouzi by selhal jeden ze \u010dty\u0159 respir\u00e1tor\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Na tento probl\u00e9m tak\u00e9 veden\u00ed upozornil, ale \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 akce nen\u00e1sledovala.<\/p>\n<p>Boeing obvin\u011bn\u00ed odm\u00edt\u00e1 a uji\u0161\u0165uje, \u017ee v\u0161echna letadla jsou bezpe\u010dn\u00e1 a postaven\u00e1 podle nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00edch standard\u016f kvality.<\/p>\n<p>Tato obvin\u011bn\u00ed v\u0161ak byla kontroverzn\u00ed u Feder\u00e1ln\u00edho \u00fa\u0159adu pro letectv\u00ed. Barnettovy obavy \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b potvrdil audit regul\u00e1tora v roce 2017. Mimo jin\u00e9 bylo zji\u0161t\u011bno, \u017ee m\u00edsto pobytu nejm\u00e9n\u011b 53 \u201enestandardn\u00edch\u201c d\u00edl\u016f v tov\u00e1rn\u011b bylo nejasn\u00e9 a \u017ee byly pova\u017eov\u00e1ny za ztracen\u00e9. Boeing dostal rozkaz, aby p\u0159ijal opat\u0159en\u00ed k \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed situace.<\/p>\n<p>Pokud jde o kysl\u00edkov\u00fd syst\u00e9m, spole\u010dnost uvedla, \u017ee v roce 2017 \u201eidentifikovala n\u011bkolik kysl\u00edkov\u00fdch lahv\u00ed obdr\u017een\u00fdch od dodavatele, kter\u00e9 nefungovaly spr\u00e1vn\u011b, ale spole\u010dnost pop\u0159ela, \u017ee by n\u011bkter\u00e1 z t\u011bchto lahv\u00ed byla skute\u010dn\u011b instalov\u00e1na v letadle.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">Nouzov\u00e9 stavy a kontrola<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>V\u00fdrobn\u00ed standardy Boeingu jsou dnes pod drobnohledem. D\u016fvodem je \u0159ada mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u00fdch ud\u00e1lost\u00ed, ke kter\u00fdm do\u0161lo u letadel spole\u010dnosti. Obavy o kvalitu produkt\u016f spole\u010dnosti jsou z velk\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti zp\u016fsobeny incidentem Boeingu 737 MAX 9 Alaska Airlines v lednu. Letadlo, kter\u00e9 m\u00ed\u0159ilo z Portlandu v Oregonu do kalifornsk\u00e9ho Ontaria, muselo nouzov\u011b p\u0159ist\u00e1t na odletov\u00e9m leti\u0161ti, proto\u017ee vypadla \u010d\u00e1st trupu a pos\u00e1dka hl\u00e1sila ztr\u00e1tu tlaku. \u201eBylo to velmi n\u00e1hl\u00e9. Pr\u00e1v\u011b jsme nabrali v\u00fd\u0161ku a kus se pr\u00e1v\u011b odd\u011blil od trupu,\u201c \u0159ekl CNN cestuj\u00edc\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>FAA zah\u00e1jila vy\u0161et\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed incidentu. V lednu na\u0159\u00eddil pozastaven\u00ed n\u011bkter\u00fdch Boeing\u016f 737 MAX 9.<\/p>\n<p>V b\u0159eznu Financial Times uvedl, \u017ee americk\u00e9 ministerstvo spravedlnosti zah\u00e1jilo vy\u0161et\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed t\u00e9to z\u00e1le\u017eitosti.<\/p>\n<p>Podle listu Wall Street Journal s odvol\u00e1n\u00edm na zdroje obezn\u00e1men\u00e9 se z\u00e1le\u017eitost\u00ed mohly p\u0159i dod\u00e1n\u00ed letadla chyb\u011bt \u0161rouby pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 k zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed dve\u0159n\u00ed z\u00e1tky.<\/p>\n<p>Mimochodem, specialist\u00e9 z americk\u00e9 aerolinky United Airlines v lednu informovali o uvoln\u011bn\u00fdch \u0161roubech na dve\u0159\u00edch Boeingu 737 MAX.<\/p>\n<p>Zd\u00e1 se ale, \u017ee probl\u00e9my na Boeingu 737 MAX nezp\u016fsobuj\u00ed jen \u0161patn\u011b zabezpe\u010den\u00e9 dve\u0159e. Koncem lo\u0148sk\u00e9ho roku FAA po\u017eadovala, aby leteck\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti zkontrolovaly letouny tohoto modelu, zda nemaj\u00ed z\u00e1vadu v ovl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed kormidla. Jak vysv\u011btlil regul\u00e1tor, odborn\u00edci z mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed leteck\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti zjistili, \u017ee na jednom ze \u0161roub\u016f \u0159\u00eddic\u00edho syst\u00e9mu kormidla chyb\u00ed matice. Experti Boeingu zase p\u0159i sestavov\u00e1n\u00ed letadla objevili uvoln\u011bn\u00fd \u0161roub v syst\u00e9mu kormidla.<\/p>\n<p>Boeing 737, kter\u00fd se vyr\u00e1b\u00ed od roku 1967 a stal se nejvyr\u00e1b\u011bn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm osobn\u00edm letadlem v historii v\u00fdroby osobn\u00edch letadel, se ji\u017e pot\u00fdkal s probl\u00e9my kv\u016fli z\u00e1vad\u00e1m letadla. Nejtraumati\u010dt\u011bj\u0161\u00ed z nich byly dv\u011b nehody. 29. \u0159\u00edjna 2018 se v Indon\u00e9sii z\u0159\u00edtil Boeing 737 MAX 8 spole\u010dnosti Lion Air a zem\u0159elo 189 lid\u00ed. Dne 10. b\u0159ezna 2019 havaroval podobn\u00fd model Ethiopian Airlines v Etiopii a zabil 157 lid\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Veden\u00ed Boeingu p\u0159iznalo, \u017ee v obou p\u0159\u00edpadech do\u0161lo na palub\u00e1ch letadel k poru\u0161e syst\u00e9mu pro zlep\u0161en\u00ed man\u00e9vrovatelnosti (MCAS). Mnoho zem\u00ed, v\u010detn\u011b Ruska, USA a zem\u00ed EU, n\u00e1sledn\u011b z bezpe\u010dnostn\u00edch d\u016fvod\u016f pozastavilo provoz letadel Boeing 737 MAX.<\/p>\n<p>Boeing pozd\u011bji provedl zm\u011bny v MCAS.
