P\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1 se, \u017ee hlavn\u00ed p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou je to, \u017ee spike protein vyvolan\u00fd vakc\u00ednou se v\u00e1\u017ee na estrogenov\u00fd receptor alfa, co\u017e vede k t\u011bmto rakovin\u00e1m.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Japon\u0161t\u00ed v\u011bdci ve studii zalo\u017een\u00e9 na rozs\u00e1hl\u00fdch l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00fdch statistik\u00e1ch zve\u0159ejn\u011bn\u00fdch za\u010d\u00e1tkem tohoto m\u011bs\u00edce v l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00e9m v\u011bdeck\u00e9m \u010dasopise\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cureus.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><span>Cureus<\/span><\/a><span>\u00a0prok\u00e1zali , \u017ee nadm\u011brn\u00e1 \u00famrtnost v japonsk\u00e9 populaci explodovala po t\u0159et\u00ed d\u00e1vce vakc\u00edny Covid. Studie citovan\u00e1 The Epoch Times s n\u00e1zvem \u201eV\u011bkem p\u0159izp\u016fsoben\u00e9 zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed \u00famrtnosti na rakovinu po t\u0159et\u00ed d\u00e1vce vakc\u00edny lipidov\u00e9 nano\u010d\u00e1stice mRNA b\u011bhem pandemie Covid-19 v Japonsku\u201c byla tak\u00e9 hodnocena americk\u00fdmi v\u00fdzkumn\u00edky.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Studie ukazuje, \u017ee k 115 799 \u00famrt\u00edm p\u0159izp\u016fsoben\u00fdm v\u011bku v roce 2022 do\u0161lo pot\u00e9, co dv\u011b t\u0159etiny japonsk\u00e9 populace dostaly t\u0159et\u00ed d\u00e1vku vakc\u00edny proti Covid, zat\u00edmco hl\u00e1\u0161en\u00e1 \u00famrt\u00ed na Covid letos byla 39 060. ER (estrogenov\u00e9 receptory) jsou skupinou protein\u016f v bu\u0148k\u00e1ch, kter\u00e9 mohou b\u00fdt aktivov\u00e1ny pohlavn\u00edm hormonem estrogenem. ER\u03b1 je jednou ze dvou t\u0159\u00edd ER, d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdm regul\u00e1torem v reproduk\u010dn\u00edm syst\u00e9mu t\u011bla, uvedli v\u011bdci.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Ve studii publikovan\u00e9 v listopadu 2022 v \u010dasopise Science Advances bylo analyzov\u00e1no 9 000 lidsk\u00fdch protein\u016f, aby se ur\u010dilo, kter\u00fd protein se nejl\u00e9pe v\u00e1\u017ee na spike protein (S protein) SARS-CoV-2, a bylo zji\u0161t\u011bno, \u017ee spike protein se v\u00e1\u017ee specificky na ER\u03b1. Jin\u00fdmi slovy, kdy\u017e se spike protein SARS-CoV-2 dostane do lidsk\u00e9ho t\u011bla (v d\u016fsledku infekce nebo o\u010dkov\u00e1n\u00ed), nav\u00e1\u017ee se na ER\u03b1 a p\u016fsob\u00ed jako koregul\u00e1tor jadern\u00e9ho receptoru, naru\u0161uje norm\u00e1ln\u00ed bun\u011b\u010dnou funkci a vede k bun\u011b\u010dn\u00e9 dysfunkci.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>Zbaven\u00ed imunity<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Vakc\u00edna obsahuje S gen SARS-CoV-2, kter\u00fd stimuluje hostitelsk\u00e9 bu\u0148ky k produkci S protein\u016f. Proteiny S jsou produkov\u00e1ny v bu\u0148ce a pot\u00e9 se v\u00e1\u017eou na ER\u03b1, \u010d\u00edm\u017e naru\u0161uj\u00ed norm\u00e1ln\u00ed bun\u011b\u010dnou funkci a vedou k rozvoji rakoviny, dod\u00e1vaj\u00ed v\u011bdci. \u201eVakc\u00edna mRNA m\u00e1 nejen potenci\u00e1l zp\u016fsobit rakovinu, ale m\u016f\u017ee tak\u00e9 oslabit schopnost imunitn\u00edho syst\u00e9mu rozpoznat a potla\u010dit rakovinn\u00e9 n\u00e1dory.
