V\u00fdro\u010d\u00ed se bude slavit se ve velk\u00e9m v N\u011bmecku, p\u0159esto\u017ee vol\u00e1n\u00ed po odzbrojen\u00ed je dnes tam pova\u017eov\u00e1no za nesv\u011btsk\u00e9 a pacifist\u00e9 za hlup\u00e1ky n\u00e1rod\u016f. Podobn\u011b je tomu bohu\u017eel dnes i v\u00a0\u010desk\u00e9 kotlin\u011b. V\u00a0n\u00ed ale se slavit nebude, a ji\u017e v\u016fbec nebude se mluvit \u010di ps\u00e1t o v\u011b\u010dn\u00e9m m\u00edru. Ot\u00e1zka: Kde jsou ti state\u010dn\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed uzav\u00edraj\u00ed, nebo by mohli uzav\u0159\u00edt m\u00edr?<\/p>\n<p>V d\u00edle \u201eK v\u011b\u010dn\u00e9mu m\u00edru\u201c (je mo\u017en\u00fd i p\u0159eklad \u201eO\u00a0v\u011b\u010dn\u00e9m m\u00edru\u201c) publikovan\u00e9m v\u00a0z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed 1795, kr\u00e1tce po separ\u00e1tn\u00edm basilejsk\u00e9m m\u00edru mezi Pruskem a Franci\u00ed, Kant aplikuje svou mor\u00e1ln\u00ed filozofii na politiku a stanov\u00ed podm\u00ednky pro trval\u00fd m\u00edr. Ty jasn\u011b po\u017eaduj\u00ed, \u017ee m\u00edsto p\u0159\u00edm\u011b\u0159\u00ed mus\u00ed b\u00fdt uzav\u0159en skute\u010dn\u00fd m\u00edr, kter\u00fd vylu\u010duje jakoukoli p\u0159\u00edpravu na dal\u0161\u00ed v\u00e1lku.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eK v\u011b\u010dn\u00e9mu m\u00edru\u201c p\u0159edstavuje utopick\u00e9 revolu\u010dn\u00ed pojedn\u00e1n\u00ed i proto, \u017ee p\u0159edt\u00edm neexistoval \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd ofici\u00e1ln\u00ed m\u00edrov\u00fd stav, ale pouze \u0159ada dohod o p\u0159\u00edm\u011b\u0159\u00ed. V d\u016fsledku toho Kant uzn\u00e1val, \u017ee p\u0159irozen\u00fdm stavem lidstva je v\u00e1lka, a \u017ee m\u00edr mus\u00ed b\u00fdt aktivn\u011b nastolen a zaji\u0161t\u011bn. Proto se zab\u00fdval ot\u00e1zkami, kter\u00e9 zam\u011bstn\u00e1vaj\u00ed mnoho intelektu\u00e1l\u016f po stalet\u00ed: Jak lze vytvo\u0159it v\u011b\u010dn\u00fd m\u00edr? Jak\u00e9 pr\u00e1vn\u00ed z\u00e1klady mus\u00ed m\u00edt? Jak prosadit mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed pr\u00e1vo a zaru\u010dit suverenitu v\u0161ech st\u00e1t\u016f?<\/p>\n<p>Za sebe dod\u00e1v\u00e1m: Pro\u010d nelze z\u00edskat finance na zalo\u017een\u00ed a rozvoj teorie o veden\u00ed m\u00edru, <em>paxologie <\/em>podle docenta Felixe \u010cernocha, v \u010cesk\u00e9 republice?<\/p>\n<p>Minul\u00fd t\u00fdden zah\u00e1jil n\u011bmeck\u00fd prezident Frank-Walter Steinmeier v pal\u00e1ci Bellevue v\u00fdstavu ru\u010dn\u011b psan\u00fdm \u00faryvkem z\u00a0pojedn\u00e1n\u00ed \u201eK v\u011b\u010dn\u00e9mu m\u00edru\u201c. Dnes, v\u00a0pond\u011bl\u00ed 22. dubna, n\u011bmeck\u00fd prezident chce v Berl\u00edn\u011b oslavit t\u0159\u00edst\u00e9 narozeniny Kanta, mimo jin\u00e9 proto, \u017ee ohromn\u00fd z\u00e1jem o Kantovu filozofii lze <em>vysv\u011btlit starost\u00ed o stav na\u0161eho sv\u011bta<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Na ot\u00e1zku-Jak\u00e1 je z\u00e1kladn\u00ed my\u0161lenka Kantova pojet\u00ed m\u00edru? lze odpov\u011bd\u011bt kr\u00e1tce: M\u00edr nen\u00ed pouhou lidskou touhou, ale povinnost\u00ed stejn\u011b jako individu\u00e1ln\u00ed mor\u00e1lka.<\/p>\n<p>\u010casto ve sv\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvc\u00edch se zmi\u0148uji o mor\u00e1lce, proto\u017ee jej\u00ed deficit nebo neexistence v\u00a0jedn\u00e1n\u00ed v\u017edy vede k\u00a0nenahraditeln\u00e9 nebo nen\u00e1vratn\u00e9 ztr\u00e1t\u011b. V\u00a0p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b st\u00e1tu, ztr\u00e1t\u011b teritori\u00ed, instituc\u00ed, v\u00a0p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b mal\u00fdch st\u00e1t\u016f, ke ztr\u00e1t\u011b n\u00e1roda, etnicity. Sta\u010d\u00ed p\u0159ipomenout si Bl\u00edzk\u00fd v\u00fdchod, Ukrajinu nebo n\u00e1sledky nepromy\u0161len\u00e9 migra\u010dn\u00ed politiky EU a zbrojen\u00ed, aby si nejenom politici-v\u00e1le\u010dn\u00edci, ale i zbroja\u0159i-obchodn\u00edci a chamtiv\u00ed spekulanti uv\u011bdomili, co \u0159ekl Kant: \u201e<em>Politika mus\u00ed pokleknout p\u0159ed mravnost\u00ed\u2026 Mravnost utv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed politiku odm\u00edt\u00e1n\u00edm v\u00e1lky, trv\u00e1n\u00edm na v\u011b\u010dn\u00e9m m\u00edru a pr\u00e1vech \u010dlov\u011bka<\/em>.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Nen\u00ed proto divu, \u017ee nejenom v Kantov\u011b dob\u011b, ale i dnes n\u00e1zev &#8222;K v\u011b\u010dn\u00e9mu m\u00edru&#8220; m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt ch\u00e1p\u00e1n ironicky nebo satiricky s ohledem na situaci ve sv\u011bt\u011b, tenkr\u00e1t a dnes. V\u00a0dob\u011b Kanta jeden nizozemsk\u00fd hostinsk\u00fd napsal na ceduli na dve\u0159e sv\u00e9 hospody n\u00e1pis &#8222;K v\u011b\u010dn\u00e9mu m\u00edru&#8220; a p\u0159ipojil odkaz na nedalek\u00fd h\u0159bitov. Stalo se tak, proto\u017ee hned v \u00favodu sv\u00e9ho d\u00edla se Kant zmi\u0148uje o v\u00fdv\u011bsn\u00edm \u0161t\u00edtu hospody s odv\u00e1\u017enou ironi\u00ed. Pro Kanta my\u0161lenka v\u011b\u010dn\u00e9ho m\u00edru, ani s\u00a0\u0161anc\u00ed pouze ve smrti, nen\u00ed bl\u00e1zniv\u00e1. M\u00edr podle Kanta nepad\u00e1 z nebe, nen\u00ed v lidsk\u00e9 p\u0159irozenosti, ale mus\u00ed b\u00fdt nastolen a zachov\u00e1n pevnou v\u016fl\u00ed, neochv\u011bjn\u00fdm rozumem a politickou moc\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Vytv\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed m\u00edru by dnes m\u011blo b\u00fdt na\u0161\u00edm \u00fakolem. A ne zbrojen\u00ed s\u00a0v\u011bdom\u00edm historicky potvrzen\u00e9 pravdy, \u017ee zbran\u011b se nikdy nevyr\u00e1b\u011bly, a ani dnes nevyr\u00e1b\u011bj\u00ed pro sklad, ale pro pou\u017eit\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Byla by to senzace a vhodn\u00fd d\u00e1rek k\u00a0narozenin\u00e1m filozofa, kdyby prezident Steinmeier a kancl\u00e9\u0159 Scholz m\u011bli ve sv\u00fdch slavnostn\u00edch projevech konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed n\u00e1vrhy na vytvo\u0159en\u00ed m\u00edru, alespo\u0148 v Evrop\u011b.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/stranapro.cz\/\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-40285 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.infokuryr.cz\/n\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/11pro-300x79.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"684\" height=\"180\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.infokuryr.cz\/n\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/11pro-300x79.png 300w, https:\/\/www.infokuryr.cz\/n\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/11pro.png 363w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 684px) 100vw, 684px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>S\u00a0up\u0159\u00edmn\u00fdm respektem r\u00e1d p\u0159ipom\u00edn\u00e1m posledn\u00ed koment\u00e1\u0159 b\u00fdval\u00e9ho soudce Prof. Dr. Heriberta Prantla, dnes sloupka\u0159e S\u00fcddeutsche Zeitung na t\u00e9ma Kant. Ve sv\u00e9m koment\u00e1\u0159i mimo jin\u00e9 p\u00ed\u0161e, (v\u00a0neautorizovan\u00e9m p\u0159ekladu autora p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvku):<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eMoje babi\u010dka (v dopise jsem se o n\u00ed ji\u017e n\u011bkolikr\u00e1t vd\u011b\u010dn\u011b zm\u00ednil) Kanta neznala; Nebyla studentkou, ale filozofkou m\u00edru ka\u017edodenn\u00edho \u017eivota. Kniha, kterou studovala znovu a znovu, nebyla o v\u011b\u010dn\u00e9m m\u00edru, ale byla to Bible. Porodila \u010dtrn\u00e1ct d\u011bt\u00ed. V jej\u00edm pokoji st\u00e1la velk\u00e1 d\u0159ev\u011bn\u00e1 bedna s n\u00e1pisem &#8222;V\u00e1lka&#8220; napsan\u00fdm s\u00fctterlinsk\u00fdm p\u00edsmem. Uvnit\u0159 byly dopisy, kter\u00e9 jej\u00ed synov\u00e9 a ze\u0165ov\u00e9 psali dom\u016f ze v\u0161ech front druh\u00e9 sv\u011btov\u00e9 v\u00e1lky. N\u011bkdy sed\u011bla na bedn\u011b a mluvila o v\u00e1lce. Co by dnes \u0159ekla babi\u010dka, kdyby byla je\u0161t\u011b na\u017eivu? &#8222;Napi\u0161 n\u011bco, chlap\u010de,&#8220; \u0159\u00edk\u00e1vala, &#8222;napi\u0161 n\u011bco proti v\u00e1lce.&#8220; A pak mi vypr\u00e1v\u011bla o prvn\u00ed sv\u011btov\u00e9 v\u00e1lce, o tom, jak ta v\u00e1lka najednou p\u0159i\u0161la, uprost\u0159ed nejkr\u00e1sn\u011bj\u0161\u00edho srpna, a jak se lid\u00e9 v t\u00e9 dob\u011b nejprve radovali a pak zoufali.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0&#8222;Napi\u0161 n\u011bco, chlap\u010de. Napi\u0161 n\u011bco proti v\u00e1lce.&#8220; Nyn\u00ed, dobr\u00e9 dva roky po za\u010d\u00e1tku v\u00e1lky na Ukrajin\u011b, jsem tak u\u010dinil na 240 stran\u00e1ch knihy, kter\u00e1 pr\u00e1v\u011b vy\u0161la. Psal jsem o Kantovi a Martinu Lutheru Kingovi, o n\u00e1sil\u00ed a pacifismu, o moci a bezmocnosti nen\u00e1sil\u00ed. &#8222;V\u00edt\u011bzstv\u00ed v m\u00edru&#8220; je n\u00e1zev knihy. Ze v\u0161ech knih, kter\u00e9 jsem napsal, je mo\u017en\u00e1 nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>V\u011b\u0159\u00edm, \u017ee tomu tak je a bude. Sou\u010dasn\u011b ale nechci se chlubit, ani srovn\u00e1vat se s\u00a0autorem, profesorem Prantlem, kdy\u017e si neodpust\u00edm zm\u00ednku o vnuknut\u00ed <em>Napi\u0161 n\u011bco proti v\u00e1lce<\/em> u mne. Vnuknut\u00ed se prom\u011bnilo v ideji a n\u00e1sledn\u011b v knihu nazvanou-M\u00edr-Frieden.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00edr-Frieden p\u0159edstavuje sborn\u00edk 16 \u010dl\u00e1nk\u016f autor\u016f z\u00a0\u010cR, N\u011bmecka, Rakouska, Ruska, Severn\u00ed Koreje, Kazachst\u00e1nu aj. Byl vyd\u00e1n v\u00a0n\u011bmeck\u00e9m a \u010desk\u00e9m jazyce. Auto\u0159i napsali \u010dl\u00e1nky o sv\u00e9m pojet\u00ed m\u00edru po m\u00e9 prosb\u011b. D\u011bkuji v\u0161em je\u0161t\u011b jednou touto cestou.<\/p>\n<p>Sborn\u00edk se jev\u00ed zaj\u00edmav\u00fdm a obohacuj\u00edc\u00edm, jak dokazuj\u00ed p\u00edsemn\u00e9 a telefonick\u00e9 reakce \u010dten\u00e1\u0159\u016f z\u00a0\u010cR a N\u011bmecka, kte\u0159\u00ed si sborn\u00edk koupili prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm pan\u00ed Jany Trnovsk\u00e9 (724\u00a0724\u00a0432, <a href=\"mailto:trnovska@jin.cz\">trnovska@jin.cz<\/a>). Ta nab\u00eddla pomoc s\u00a0distribuc\u00ed, proto\u017ee mar\u017ee kamenn\u00fdch knihkupectv\u00ed jsou vysok\u00e9, podobn\u011b jako finan\u010dn\u00ed riziko vyd\u00e1n\u00ed knihy v\u00a0dob\u011b homeopatick\u00e9ho p\u0159\u00edjmu autora, a kdy slovo m\u00edr vzbuzuje i u tzv. sp\u0159\u00edzn\u011bn\u00fdch du\u0161\u00ed strach a m\u011bn\u00ed je v\u00a0slibotechny.<\/p>\n<p>Zat\u00edm jsem ne\u010detl knihu profesora Prantla \u201eV\u00edt\u011bzstv\u00ed m\u00edru\u201c. P\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1m na z\u00e1klad\u011b mnohalet\u00e9 znalosti autora, \u017ee i jeho kniha se zab\u00fdv\u00e1 hodnotou \u010dlov\u011bka. Ta se projevuje vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00edm rozumu nejen k uspokojen\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dost\u00ed a p\u0159\u00e1n\u00ed, ale k rozli\u0161en\u00ed dobra a zla, a v n\u00e1sledn\u00e9m mor\u00e1ln\u00edm jedn\u00e1n\u00ed. Ka\u017ed\u00fd, kdo jedn\u00e1 nemor\u00e1ln\u011b, zn\u00e1sil\u0148uje toti\u017e sv\u016fj rozum k \u00fa\u010del\u016fm, kter\u00e9 poch\u00e1zej\u00ed ze sv\u011bta zv\u00ed\u0159at. Jakkoli je \u010dlov\u011bk sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed sv\u011bta zv\u00ed\u0159at, sv\u011bta p\u0159\u00edrody, nesm\u00ed zapom\u00ednat na svoji \u201et\u0159et\u00ed du\u0161i\u201c, proto\u017ee v takov\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b se zpronev\u011b\u0159uje vlastn\u00ed lidskosti a kles\u00e1 ve sv\u00e9 hodnot\u011b na \u00farove\u0148 instinktivn\u011b jednaj\u00edc\u00edch zv\u00ed\u0159at.<\/p>\n<p>Bohu\u017eel zv\u00ed\u0159ec\u00edho chov\u00e1n\u00ed vid\u00edm ka\u017ed\u00fd den v\u00edc a v\u00edc. A sou\u010dasn\u011b se pt\u00e1m, kde a co je \u010dlov\u011bk? A vzpom\u00edn\u00e1m si na Aristotelovo u\u010den\u00ed o t\u0159ech du\u0161\u00edch: vegetativn\u00ed (vy\u017eivovac\u00ed) du\u0161i m\u00e1 \u010dlov\u011bk spole\u010dnou s rostlinami. Smyslovou du\u0161i (zrak, sluch) m\u00e1 spole\u010dnou se zv\u00ed\u0159aty. Ta posledn\u00ed, rozumov\u00e1 du\u0161e je vlastn\u00ed pouze \u010dlov\u011bku a nejenom podle Aristotela je proto jeho podstatou.<\/p>\n<p>Ano, skute\u010dn\u011b jen \u010dist\u00fd rozum s\u00e1m pro sebe jsouc\u00ed, neschopn\u00fd se jakkoli projevit, proto\u017ee nem\u00e1 t\u011blo, kter\u00e9 by \u0159\u00eddil, ani potravu, z n\u00ed\u017e by \u017eil. Je proto nepochybn\u00e9, \u017ee podstatu \u010dlov\u011bka tvo\u0159\u00ed jak jeho smyslovost, tak i rozum. A tak se nab\u00edz\u00ed v\u00a0dob\u011b rostouc\u00ed nesvobody ot\u00e1zka: Za jak\u00fdch okolnost\u00ed je lidsk\u00e1 v\u016fle svobodn\u00e1? Podle Kanta je v\u016fle svobodn\u00e1 tehdy, je-li pod\u0159\u00edzena mravn\u00edmu z\u00e1konu: <em>\u201e&#8230;svobodn\u00e1 v\u016fle a v\u016fle pod\u0159\u00edzena mravn\u00edm z\u00e1kon\u016fm znamen\u00e1 tot\u00e9\u017e<\/em>.\u201c Na prvn\u00ed pohled se m\u016f\u017ee zd\u00e1t, \u017ee citace z Kantova d\u00edla je nelogick\u00e1. Vysv\u011btlen\u00ed tohoto paradoxu je p\u0159ekvapiv\u011b jednoduch\u00e9. Sta\u010d\u00ed uv\u011bdomit si, \u017ee svobodnou se v\u016fle st\u00e1v\u00e1 proto, \u017ee se pod\u0159izuje z\u00e1konu, kter\u00fd si sama stanovila.<\/p>\n<p>Kant v\u011bd\u011bl velmi dob\u0159e, \u017ee hlavn\u00ed probl\u00e9m pro dosa\u017een\u00ed m\u00edru spo\u010d\u00edv\u00e1 v tendenci politik\u016f prohla\u0161ovat sou\u010dasnou situaci za v\u00fdjimku: \u010dlov\u011bk je v\u017edy proti v\u00e1lce, s v\u00fdjimkou t\u011bch sou\u010dasn\u00fdch.
