Zahrnovaly r\u016fzn\u00e9 aspekty spole\u010dnosti, v\u010detn\u011b ideologie, technologie, n\u00e1bo\u017eenstv\u00ed a kultury.<\/p>\n<p>Makrohistorici pou\u017e\u00edvali tyto modely k p\u0159edpov\u00edd\u00e1n\u00ed velk\u00fdch historick\u00fdch zm\u011bn v ekonomice, mocensk\u00fdch vztaz\u00edch a geopolitice. Je zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00ed, \u017ee nikdo z nich nep\u0159edpov\u00eddal, \u017ee se \u010c\u00edna stane vyzyvatelem glob\u00e1ln\u00ed dominance USA.<\/p>\n<p>Na konci 20. stolet\u00ed upadly poh\u00e1dky v nemilost. Postmodernist\u00e9 tvrdili, \u017ee velk\u00e9 nebo metateorie p\u0159ehl\u00ed\u017eely rozd\u00edly mezi civilizacemi. Vzhledem k tomu, \u017ee nebyly uzn\u00e1v\u00e1ny r\u016fzn\u00e9 kulturn\u00ed perspektivy, m\u011bly mikrohistorie tendenci formulovat eurocentrick\u00fd sv\u011bton\u00e1zor.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e1stup \u010c\u00edny jako sv\u011btov\u00e9 velmoci je v historick\u00e9m kontextu m\u00e9n\u011b p\u0159ekvapiv\u00fd. Po v\u011bt\u0161inu zaznamenan\u00e9 historie, v\u010detn\u011b koloni\u00e1ln\u00edho obdob\u00ed, byla \u010c\u00edna nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed sv\u011btovou ekonomikou, kterou p\u0159ekonala pouze Indie. Z\u00e1padu trvalo dv\u011b stolet\u00ed, ne\u017e se to \u010c\u00edn\u011b poda\u0159ilo industrializovat za m\u00e9n\u011b ne\u017e 50 let. V tomto procesu se \u010c\u00edna stala sv\u011btovou tov\u00e1rnou a pavoukem v s\u00edti glob\u00e1ln\u00edho dodavatelsk\u00e9ho \u0159et\u011bzce. Pokud by byla \u010c\u00edna odstran\u011bna, velk\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st sv\u011bta by se zastavila.<\/p>\n<p>\u010c\u00edna se v posledn\u00edch letech transformovala z levn\u00e9ho v\u00fdrobce levn\u00e9ho dom\u00e1c\u00edho zbo\u017e\u00ed na vysp\u011bl\u00e9ho v\u00fdrobce elektronick\u00fdch produkt\u016f a technologi\u00ed \u0161etrn\u00fdch k \u017eivotn\u00edmu prost\u0159ed\u00ed. Levnou pracovn\u00ed s\u00edlu nahradili roboti a AI. Nov\u00e1 tov\u00e1rna pro Xiaomi, p\u016fvodn\u011b v\u00fdrobce smartphon\u016f, vyr\u00e1b\u00ed nov\u00fd elektromobil ka\u017ed\u00fdch 76 sekund, tedy 40 za hodinu, ani\u017e by se ho dotkla lidsk\u00e1 ruka.<\/p>\n<p>Britsk\u00fd autor Martin Jacques prozkoumal modernizaci \u010c\u00edny ve sv\u00e9m mezin\u00e1rodn\u00edm bestselleru \u201eKdy\u017e \u010c\u00edna vl\u00e1dne sv\u011btu: Konec z\u00e1padn\u00edho sv\u011bta a zrozen\u00ed nov\u00e9ho glob\u00e1ln\u00edho \u0159\u00e1du\u201c. Jacques p\u0159edpov\u011bd\u011bl, \u017ee budouc\u00ed ekonomick\u00e1 moc \u010c\u00edny dramaticky zm\u011bn\u00ed glob\u00e1ln\u00ed politickou a kulturn\u00ed krajinu \u2013 prvn\u00ed takov\u00e1 zm\u011bna za 500 let.<\/p>\n<p>Jacques tvrd\u00ed, \u017ee znovuobjeven\u00ed \u010c\u00edny jako ekonomick\u00e9, politick\u00e9 a kulturn\u00ed supervelmoci je historickou nevyhnutelnost\u00ed, kter\u00e1 vy\u017eaduje p\u0159eorientov\u00e1n\u00ed z\u00e1padn\u00edho pohledu na sv\u011bt. Napsal:<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eZ\u00e1padn\u00ed mainstream p\u0159edpokl\u00e1dal, \u017ee existuje jen jeden zp\u016fsob, jak b\u00fdt modern\u00ed, a to p\u0159ijet\u00ed instituc\u00ed, hodnot, zvyk\u016f a p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010den\u00ed z\u00e1padn\u00edho stylu, jako je pr\u00e1vn\u00ed st\u00e1t, voln\u00fd trh a demokratick\u00e9 normy.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Dalo by se dodat, \u017ee toto je postoj, kter\u00fd obvykle zast\u00e1vaj\u00ed n\u00e1rody a kultury, kter\u00e9 se pova\u017euj\u00ed za rozvinut\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a \u201ecivilizovan\u011bj\u0161\u00ed\u201c ne\u017e ostatn\u00ed: \u017ee pokrok pro ty, kte\u0159\u00ed jsou na stupni rozvoje ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed, znamen\u00e1, \u017ee se st\u00e1vaj\u00ed v\u00edce podobn\u00fdmi t\u011bm, kte\u0159\u00ed jsou v\u00fd\u0161e.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Jaques zm\u00ednil Fukuyamu, kter\u00fd p\u0159edpov\u011bd\u011bl, \u017ee sv\u011bt po studen\u00e9 v\u00e1lce bude zalo\u017een na nov\u00e9m univerzalismu, kter\u00fd zt\u011bles\u0148uje z\u00e1padn\u00ed principy voln\u00e9ho trhu a demokracie.<\/p>\n<p>Ve sv\u00e9 pr\u00e1ci \u201eKonec historie\u201c z roku 1992 Fukuyama tvrdil, \u017ee z\u00e1padn\u00ed liber\u00e1ln\u00ed demokracie zv\u00edt\u011bzila a \u017ee v\u0161echny zem\u011b sv\u011bta, v\u010detn\u011b \u010c\u00edny, nakonec p\u0159ijmou z\u00e1padn\u00ed liber\u00e1ln\u00ed demokracii.<\/p>\n<p>Kdy\u017e Fukuyama psal v roce 1992, nep\u0159edv\u00eddal vznikaj\u00edc\u00ed krizi v z\u00e1padn\u00edch demokraci\u00edch, \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dnou deindustrializaci Z\u00e1padu, rostouc\u00ed koncentraci bohatstv\u00ed ani zvolen\u00ed antiliber\u00e1ln\u00edho Donalda Trumpa a jeho agendy \u201eAmerika na prvn\u00edm m\u00edst\u011b\u201c.<\/p>\n<p>Trump zah\u00e1jil obchodn\u00ed v\u00e1lku s \u010c\u00ednou, kterou zes\u00edlil jeho n\u00e1stupce Joe Biden. \u010c\u00ednsk\u00e9 levn\u00e9 produkty byly pro americk\u00e9 spot\u0159ebitele po\u017eehn\u00e1n\u00edm, ale maj\u00ed svou cenu: ztr\u00e1tu milion\u016f pracovn\u00edch m\u00edst a deindustrializaci velk\u00fdch m\u011bst v srdci Ameriky.<\/p>\n<p>Obchodn\u00ed konflikt mezi Z\u00e1padem a \u010c\u00ednou je opakov\u00e1n\u00edm obchodn\u00edho konfliktu s Japonskem ve v\u011bt\u0161\u00edm m\u011b\u0159\u00edtku. V 80. letech minul\u00e9ho stolet\u00ed Japonsko zdecimovalo z\u00e1padn\u00ed automobilov\u00fd pr\u016fmysl a pr\u016fmysl spot\u0159ebn\u00ed elektroniky. Kdy\u017e bylo p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 pozd\u011b, Z\u00e1pad si uv\u011bdomil, \u017ee Japonsko sn\u011bdlo sv\u016fj ob\u011bd. \u010c\u00ed\u0148an\u00e9 jsou nyn\u00ed p\u0159ipraveni sn\u00edst svou ve\u010de\u0159i.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>D\u011bln\u00edci a obchodn\u00edci<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>V roce 2001 dal americk\u00fd prezident Bill Clinton zelenou \u010dlenstv\u00ed \u010c\u00edny ve Sv\u011btov\u00e9 obchodn\u00ed organizaci (WTO), org\u00e1nu veden\u00e9m USA, kter\u00fd reguluje glob\u00e1ln\u00ed obchod.<\/p>\n<p>\u010c\u00edna v\u00fdm\u011bnou za \u010dlenstv\u00ed souhlasila se sn\u00ed\u017een\u00edm cel na nezem\u011bd\u011blsk\u00e9 produkty a p\u0159ijet\u00edm r\u016fzn\u00fdch opat\u0159en\u00ed k otev\u0159en\u00ed \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e9ho finan\u010dn\u00edho trhu, v\u010detn\u011b odv\u011btv\u00ed \u017eivotn\u00edho poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed a cenn\u00fdch pap\u00edr\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Americk\u00e1 vl\u00e1da tvrdila, \u017ee \u010c\u00edna by se stala politicky liber\u00e1ln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, kdyby byla jej\u00ed ekonomika liberalizov\u00e1na. Zd\u00e1lo se, \u017ee Fukuyam\u016fv \u201eKonec d\u011bjin\u201c tuto teorii potvrzuje. Jak se uk\u00e1zalo, \u010c\u00edna se liberalizovala ekonomicky, ale ne politicky. \u010c\u00ednsk\u00e1 vl\u00e1da cht\u011bla udr\u017eovat firewall mezi byznysem a vl\u00e1dou.<\/p>\n<p>Americk\u00fd futurista Larry Taub, autor knihy \u201eThe Spiritual Imperative\u201c, popsal boj mezi \u010c\u00ednou a Z\u00e1padem pomoc\u00ed v\u00fdraz\u016f \u201ed\u011bln\u00edk\u201c a \u201eobchodn\u00edk\u201c, archetyp\u016f, kter\u00e9 si vyp\u016fj\u010dil z indick\u00e9 filozofie. D\u011bln\u00edci a obchodn\u00edci, spolu s U\u010denci a ochr\u00e1nci, jsou \u010dty\u0159i obecn\u00e9 kategorie, kter\u00e9 tvo\u0159\u00ed z\u00e1klad spole\u010dnost\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Indick\u00e9 \u201esoci\u00e1ln\u011b-psychologick\u00e9\u201c archetypy se objevily pot\u00e9, co lid\u00e9 p\u0159e\u0161li od \u017eivota ko\u010dovn\u00fdch lovc\u016f a sb\u011bra\u010d\u016f k vytv\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed komunit a m\u011bst. Ka\u017ed\u00fd archetyp pokr\u00fdv\u00e1 z\u00e1sadn\u00ed roli v komunit\u011b \u2013 v\u00fduku, produkci, obchodov\u00e1n\u00ed a ochranu.<\/p>\n<p>\u010cty\u0159i archetypy maj\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00e9 psychologick\u00e9 profily a r\u016fzn\u00e9 pohledy na sv\u011bt. D\u011bln\u00edci, v Taubov\u011b modelu ka\u017ed\u00fd, kdo pracuje za mzdu nebo plat, oce\u0148uje jistotu, stabilitu a solidaritu. Jsou to n\u00e1sledovn\u00edci, ne v\u016fdci. Obchodn\u00edci oce\u0148uj\u00ed p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost, inovace a svobodu. Indi\u00e1ni pou\u017e\u00edvali astronomick\u00e9 \u010dasov\u00e9 r\u00e1mce, kter\u00e9 pokr\u00fdvaly miliony let, ale Taub tvrd\u00ed, \u017ee tyto \u010dty\u0159i archetypy mohou vysv\u011btlit sou\u010dasnou historii, stejn\u011b jako sou\u010dasnost a budoucnost.<\/p>\n<p>V Taubov\u011b modelu je sou\u010dasn\u00fd konflikt mezi Z\u00e1padem a \u010c\u00ednou bojem mezi sv\u011bton\u00e1zorem d\u011bln\u00edka a obchodn\u00edka. Psychologick\u00fd profil \u010c\u00edny nejv\u00edce odpov\u00edd\u00e1 archetypu pracovn\u00edka, zat\u00edmco Z\u00e1pad, zejm\u00e9na USA, nejv\u00edce odpov\u00edd\u00e1 archetypu obchodn\u00edka.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>Neoliberalismus<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Taub zast\u00e1val n\u00e1zor, \u017ee boj mezi d\u011bln\u00edky a obchodn\u00edky za\u010dal v 19. stolet\u00ed jako reakce na pr\u016fmyslovou revoluci. D\u011bln\u00edci po\u017eadovali od obchodn\u00edk\u016f lep\u0161\u00ed pracovn\u00ed podm\u00ednky. Vznikl komunismus a socialismus a sjednotil d\u011bln\u00edky, aby bojovali za sv\u00e1 pr\u00e1va.<\/p>\n<p>Do 60. let 20. stolet\u00ed z\u00edskali d\u011bln\u00edci obrovsk\u00e9 zisky, v\u010detn\u011b p\u011btidenn\u00edho t\u00fddne a soci\u00e1ln\u00ed z\u00e1chrann\u00e9 s\u00edt\u011b v\u010detn\u011b zdravotn\u00ed p\u00e9\u010de a d\u016fchod\u016f. Odbory se staly mocn\u00fdmi institucemi, kter\u00e9 mohly ovliv\u0148ovat vl\u00e1dn\u00ed politiku.<\/p>\n<p>V 70. letech do\u0161lo k odporu se vzestupem neoliberalismu. Tato reak\u010dn\u00ed hybridn\u00ed ideologie obhajovala tr\u017en\u011b orientovan\u00e9 reformy, jako je deregulace kapit\u00e1lov\u00fdch trh\u016f a privatizace st\u00e1tem vlastn\u011bn\u00fdch pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch odv\u011btv\u00ed. Byl to anachronick\u00fd po\u017eadavek na \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u00fd n\u00e1vrat k pom\u011br\u016fm panuj\u00edc\u00edm v 19. stolet\u00ed, ve kter\u00fdch je ka\u017ed\u00fd svobodn\u00fd.<\/p>\n<p>S podporou obchodn\u00edk\u016f se neoliber\u00e1ln\u00ed agenda postupn\u011b roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159ila i do politiky. V 80. letech p\u0159ijali neoliber\u00e1ln\u00ed agendu neokonzervativci Ronald Reagan a Margaret Thatcherov\u00e1, po nich v 90. letech \u201elevi\u010d\u00e1ci\u201c Bill Clinton a Tony Blair. Prodali neoliberalismus sv\u00fdm \u0161patn\u011b informovan\u00fdm stoupenc\u016fm jako \u201et\u0159et\u00ed cestu\u201c.<\/p>\n<p>Brzy se uk\u00e1zalo, \u017ee neoliberalismus pro Spojen\u00e9 st\u00e1ty jako zemi nic neud\u011blal. Koncentrace bohatstv\u00ed se vr\u00e1tila na \u00farove\u0148 19. stolet\u00ed a miliony Ameri\u010dan\u016f vypadly ze st\u0159edn\u00ed t\u0159\u00eddy. V roce 1970 byly Spojen\u00e9 st\u00e1ty nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edm v\u011b\u0159itelsk\u00fdm st\u00e1tem na sv\u011bt\u011b. Dnes jsou nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edm dlu\u017en\u00edkem zem\u011b, zat\u00edmco \u010c\u00edna se stala jejich nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edm v\u011b\u0159itelem.<\/p>\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\" style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/asiatimes.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/1_rss.png?w=650&amp;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\"><em>D\u011bdictv\u00ed neoliberalismu<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<p>Obr\u00e1cen\u00ed rol\u00ed mezi USA a \u010c\u00ednou nazna\u010duje, \u017ee tradi\u010dn\u00ed z\u00e1padn\u00ed ideologie ji\u017e nejsou u\u017eite\u010dn\u00fdm vod\u00edtkem pro pochopen\u00ed glob\u00e1ln\u00edch zm\u011bn.<\/p>\n<p>Ideologie se vyv\u00edjely v reakci na soci\u00e1ln\u00ed a ekonomick\u00e9 zm\u011bny. Komunismus (stejn\u011b jako fa\u0161ismus) byl odpov\u011bd\u00ed pracuj\u00edc\u00edch na imperialistickou koloni\u00e1ln\u00ed \u00e9ru ovl\u00e1danou obchodn\u00edky. Byl to sekul\u00e1rn\u00ed ekvivalent teologie osvobozen\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Je ironi\u00ed, \u017ee ortodoxn\u00ed komunismus se stal neudr\u017eiteln\u00fdm, proto\u017ee odstavil obchodn\u00edky na vedlej\u0161\u00ed kolej. Neoliberalismus selh\u00e1v\u00e1, proto\u017ee odv\u00e1d\u00ed d\u011bln\u00edka na vedlej\u0161\u00ed kolej. Jak poznamenali indi\u010dt\u00ed mudrci p\u0159ed tis\u00edcilet\u00edmi, v\u0161echny \u010dty\u0159i archetypy jsou nezbytn\u00e9 pro pln\u011b funguj\u00edc\u00ed spole\u010dnost.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>Vz\u00e1jemnost<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>D\u00edky reform\u00e1m, kter\u00e9 v 70. letech zah\u00e1jil \u010d\u00ednsk\u00fd v\u016fdce Teng Siao-pching, \u010c\u00edna znovu za\u010dlenila obchodn\u00edky do spole\u010dnosti, ani\u017e by jim umo\u017enila un\u00e9st politick\u00fd syst\u00e9m. Kdy\u017e se oslavovan\u00fd miliard\u00e1\u0159 Jack Ma, zakladatel Alibaba, stal p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 velk\u00fdm na sv\u00e9 boty, vl\u00e1da ho postavila na jeho m\u00edsto.<\/p>\n<p>\u010c\u00ednsk\u00e9 veden\u00ed i nad\u00e1le mluv\u00ed o komunistick\u00e9 ideologii, ale zem\u011b vstoupila do postideologick\u00e9 \u00e9ry. Pragmatismus se vr\u00e1til jako v\u016fd\u010d\u00ed princip. Jak \u0159ekl Deng, nez\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed na tom, zda je ko\u010dka \u010dern\u00e1 nebo b\u00edl\u00e1, pokud chyt\u00e1 my\u0161.<\/p>\n<p>Dnes se \u010c\u00edna d\u00edv\u00e1 na svou vlastn\u00ed bohatou kulturn\u00ed a soci\u00e1ln\u00ed historii, aby na\u0161la cestu vp\u0159ed za politickou ideologii.<\/p>\n<p>To neznamen\u00e1, \u017ee \u010c\u00edna n\u011bkdy p\u0159estala b\u00fdt \u010c\u00ed\u0148anem. B\u011bhem revolu\u010dn\u00ed f\u00e1ze komunismu a dokonce i b\u011bhem ideologie \u0159\u00edzen\u00e9ho vandalismu kulturn\u00ed revoluce z\u016fstala \u010c\u00edna v srdci konfuci\u00e1nskou zem\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Konfucianismus je z\u00e1kladem \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e9ho v\u011bdom\u00ed. Je to on, kdo odli\u0161uje zemi od Indie. Konfucianismus zase vych\u00e1zel z konceptu Tao a inspiroval rozvoj kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9ho rysu \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti: konceptu reciprocity.<\/p>\n<p>Konfucius zalo\u017eil sv\u016fj soci\u00e1ln\u00ed konstrukt na I-\u0165ing, \u201eBible\u201c syst\u00e9mu Jin-Jang. I-\u0165ing je zalo\u017een na osmi trigramech, slo\u017een\u00fdch symbolech jin-jang, kter\u00e9 ozna\u010duj\u00ed osm p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00edch jev\u016f. V d\u016fsledku toho byla \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e1 soci\u00e1ln\u00ed struktura spojena s p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00edm principem jin-jang. Otec je Yang, matka je Yin a d\u011bti jsou kombinac\u00ed Yin a Yang.<\/p>\n<p>Syst\u00e9m Jin-Jang m\u00e1 hierarchick\u00fd rozm\u011br, ale v soci\u00e1ln\u00edm kontextu je tato hierarchie situa\u010dn\u00ed. Mu\u017e je jang pro svou \u017eenu, ale jin pro sv\u00e9ho \u0161\u00e9fa, i kdy\u017e je \u0161\u00e9fem \u017eena. \u017dena je pro sv\u00e9ho man\u017eela jinov\u00e1, ale pro sv\u00e9 d\u011bti, chlapce i d\u00edvky, jangov\u00e1. V soci\u00e1ln\u00edm kontextu, nato\u017e v mezin\u00e1rodn\u00edm kontextu, je ur\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed toho, co je jin a jang v dan\u00e9 situaci, um\u011bn\u00edm, nikoli v\u011bdou.<\/p>\n<p>Reciprocita je princip fungov\u00e1n\u00ed v syst\u00e9mu Yin-Yang. Znamen\u00e1 to vz\u00e1jemn\u00e9 p\u0159ijet\u00ed spole\u010dn\u00e9ho c\u00edle a sd\u00edlen\u00fdch hodnot. Na rozd\u00edl od altruismu, kter\u00fd je zalo\u017een na nerovn\u00fdch vztaz\u00edch, je reciprocita zalo\u017eena na vz\u00e1jemn\u00e9 z\u00e1vislosti.<\/p>\n<p>Reciprocita je zako\u0159en\u011bna v \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e9 soci\u00e1ln\u00ed struktu\u0159e a mezilidsk\u00fdch vztaz\u00edch a hraje roli v rodinn\u00e9m i spole\u010densk\u00e9m \u017eivot\u011b. Udr\u017euje harmonii v rodin\u00e1ch, komunit\u00e1ch a podnik\u00e1n\u00ed a podporuje smysl pro solidaritu, spolupr\u00e1ci a t\u00fdmovou pr\u00e1ci.<\/p>\n<p>Tradi\u010dn\u00ed, p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017en\u011b kolektivistick\u00e1 kultura \u010c\u00edny \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b vysv\u011btluje jej\u00ed rychlou modernizaci. \u010c\u00edn\u0161t\u00ed stavebn\u00ed in\u017een\u00fd\u0159i byli pr\u016fkopn\u00edky pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch metod, jako je prefabrikace, standardizace a modularizace. M\u011bsto Daxing, metropole o rozloze 84 kilometr\u016f \u010dtvere\u010dn\u00edch z 6. stolet\u00ed, byla dokon\u010dena za rok.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>Nov\u00fd p\u0159\u00edb\u011bh<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u010c\u00edna se stala p\u0159edn\u00ed sv\u011btovou pr\u016fmyslovou zem\u00ed t\u00edm, \u017ee se pou\u010dila ze Z\u00e1padu. Stejn\u011b jako p\u0159edt\u00edm Japonsko vzalo Z\u00e1padu to, co pova\u017eovalo za cenn\u00e9, a vyh\u00fdbalo se tomu, co neodpov\u00eddalo jeho sv\u011bton\u00e1zoru a hodnot\u00e1m.<\/p>\n<p>B\u011bhem jedin\u00e9 generace se \u010c\u00edna stala pr\u016fmyslovou supervelmoc\u00ed. Dnes celosv\u011btov\u011b dominuje 75 % technologi\u00ed pova\u017eovan\u00fdch za z\u00e1sadn\u00ed pro \u010dtvrtou pr\u016fmyslovou revoluci.<\/p>\n<p>USA nereagovaly na \u010d\u00ednskou v\u00fdzvu s jistotou. Ekonomick\u00e9 p\u0159edb\u011bhnut\u00ed \u010c\u00edny by vy\u017eadovalo z\u00e1sadn\u00ed revizi priorit administrativy \u2013 co\u017e je obt\u00ed\u017en\u00fd \u00fakol vzhledem k vlivu neoliberalismu a polarizace v politice USA.<\/p>\n<p>Komunika\u010dn\u00ed odborn\u00edk Bill Kelly, autor knihy \u201eA New World Arising\u201c, poukazuje na dilema, kter\u00e9mu Z\u00e1pad \u010del\u00ed. \u201eNeoliberalismus,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Kelly, \u201evedl ke kolapsu komunity, odcizen\u00ed jednotlivce a ztr\u00e1t\u011b zast\u0159e\u0161uj\u00edc\u00edho c\u00edle, kter\u00fd by mohla podporovat v\u011bt\u0161ina. To stav\u00ed Z\u00e1pad do zna\u010dn\u00e9 nev\u00fdhody, pokud jde o soci\u00e1ln\u00ed mobilizaci lid\u00ed za vl\u00e1dou.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Neoliberalismus je o\u0161kliv\u00fdm vyj\u00e1d\u0159en\u00edm kupeck\u00e9 mentality a poz\u016fstatkem koloni\u00e1ln\u00ed \u00e9ry. S v\u011bdom\u00edm, \u017ee nem\u016f\u017ee konkurovat \u010d\u00ednsk\u00fdm pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdm gigant\u016fm, se sna\u017e\u00ed za ka\u017edou cenu prodlou\u017eit z\u00e1padn\u00ed vojenskou a finan\u010dn\u00ed hegemonii. Vede v\u00e1lky v zahrani\u010d\u00ed pod z\u00e1minkou ochrany svobody a demokracie doma \u2013 lest, kter\u00e1 m\u00e1 odvr\u00e1tit pozornost pracovn\u00edk\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Nam\u00edsto toho, aby si neoliber\u00e1lov\u00e9 vzali p\u0159\u00edklad od Francise Fukuyamy, m\u011bli db\u00e1t varov\u00e1n\u00ed historika Paula Kennedyho. Kennedy ve sv\u00e9 knize \u201eVzestup a p\u00e1d velmoc\u00ed\u201c vysv\u011btluje, \u017ee relativn\u00ed \u00fapadek velmoc\u00ed je \u010dasto zp\u016fsoben p\u0159\u00edli\u0161nou expanz\u00ed. Upadaj\u00edc\u00ed mocnosti roz\u0161i\u0159uj\u00ed sv\u00e9 vojensk\u00e9 z\u00e1vazky nad r\u00e1mec toho, co mohou podporovat jejich ekonomick\u00e9 zdroje.<\/p>\n<p>Nejen, \u017ee jsou Spojen\u00e9 st\u00e1ty p\u0159et\u00ed\u017een\u00e9, jsou siln\u011b zadlu\u017een\u00e9, maj\u00ed \u00fazkou pr\u016fmyslovou z\u00e1kladnu a jejich nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed ekonomick\u00fd rival je shodou okolnost\u00ed tak\u00e9 jejich nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edm v\u011b\u0159itelem a jedn\u00edm z nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edch obchodn\u00edch partner\u016f.
