Pozemky a budovy toti\u017e jen tak nikdo neodnese. Trendem tedy bylo za sv\u00e9 mnohokr\u00e1t st\u00e1tem zdan\u011bn\u00e9 pen\u00edze po\u0159\u00eddit n\u011bco, co si dr\u017eelo svou hodnotu, i kdy\u017e to v\u00a0p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b pozemk\u016f le\u017eelo ladem. A dokonce se to d\u00edky hospoda\u0159en\u00ed st\u00e1tu, inflaci a po\u010dtu r\u016fstu obyvatel zhodnocovalo.<\/span><\/p>\n<div id=\"pagetext\">\n<p>\u00a0 Ceny nemovitost\u00ed za posledn\u00edch deset lest brut\u00e1ln\u011b narostly. V\u011bt\u0161inou \u00fapln\u011b nesmysln\u011b a p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm pro mlad\u00e9 rodiny je jejich nedostupnost evidentn\u00ed. Na pot\u0159eb\u011b bydlet se ,,pakuj\u00ed\u201c banky, st\u00e1t, p\u0159ekupn\u00edci, develope\u0159i. Dost\u00e1v\u00e1me se do situace, kdy se d\u011bti vrac\u00ed k\u00a0rodi\u010d\u016fm, k\u00a0samostatn\u00e9mu bydlen\u00ed se jen tak nedostanou a ze sv\u00fdch mezd hrad\u00ed p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017en\u011b vysok\u00e9 n\u00e1jmy, ti \u0161\u00edlen\u011bj\u0161\u00ed zdrcuj\u00edc\u00ed hypot\u00e9ky. V\u00fd\u0161e spl\u00e1tek jsou \u010dasto tak devastuj\u00edc\u00ed, \u017ee na kvalitn\u00ed \u017eivot rodiny u\u017e moc nezb\u00fdv\u00e1. Bohu\u017eel, slo\u017eitosti situace nenapom\u00e1haj\u00ed ani ceny samotn\u00fdch pozemk\u016f, kter\u00e9 se doslova zbl\u00e1znily. P\u0159isp\u00edv\u00e1 tomu i tot\u00e1ln\u00ed neochota st\u00e1tn\u00edch \u00fa\u0159edn\u00edk\u016f p\u0159i \u0159\u00edzen\u00edch umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00edc\u00edch stav\u011bt, \u010dast\u00e1 korupce a pocit vlastn\u00ed d\u016fle\u017eitosti u takov\u00fdch odbor\u016f, jak\u00fdmi jsou mimo stavebn\u00edch \u00fa\u0159ad\u016f i pam\u00e1tk\u00e1\u0159i. P\u0159idejme n\u00e1roky spojen\u00e9 s\u00a0naprosto v\u0161e devastuj\u00edc\u00edm Green Dealem extr\u00e9mn\u011b stavby prodra\u017euj\u00edc\u00edmi a snahu lidem v\u00edcem\u00e9n\u011b neumo\u017enit stav\u011bt cenov\u011b p\u0159ijateln\u00e9 domy, jejich\u017e vymy\u0161len\u00e9 emisn\u00ed normy jsou \u010dasto za hranic\u00ed splnitelnosti. P\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b mus\u00edte vybrat op\u011bt p\u0159edra\u017een\u00e9 technologie, jejich\u017e v\u00fdvoj je tak enormn\u00ed, \u017ee st\u00e1rnou mnohem rychleji ne\u017e majitel\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>V\u0161e v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00e9 jasn\u011b ukazuje na to, \u017ee EU nem\u00e1 z\u00e1jem na tom, abyste vlastnili nemovitosti. Lidsk\u00e1 touha po vlastn\u00edm bydlen\u00ed je v\u0161ak natolik siln\u00e1, \u017ee se i p\u0159es v\u0161echny snahy elit lid\u00e9 zadlu\u017euj\u00ed, usilovn\u011b pracuj\u00ed a investuj\u00ed do rodinn\u00fdch dom\u016f i byt\u016f. P\u0159esto\u017ee se zd\u00e1, \u017ee prostor pro po\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed sv\u00e9 nemovitosti u\u017e nen\u00ed velk\u00fd, co\u017e je prost\u011b realita, mizern\u011b hospoda\u0159\u00edc\u00ed st\u00e1t neust\u00e1le hled\u00e1 zdroje pen\u011bz pro vlastn\u00ed provoz a k\u00a0uspokojen\u00ed kratochv\u00edl\u00ed politik\u016f. Re\u017eie st\u00e1tu roste s\u00a0marnotratnost\u00ed t\u011bch, kte\u0159\u00ed ho vedou. Dobr\u00e9 spr\u00e1vce jsme si p\u0159estali volit u\u017e d\u00e1vno, v\u00a0re\u00e1lu \u0159ekn\u011bme naposled za1.republiky, ov\u0161em ani o komunistech nelze \u0159\u00edct, \u017ee by zplundrovali st\u00e1t tak kvalitn\u011b jako vl\u00e1dy po roku 1989. Po jejich odchodu tu z\u016fstala minim\u00e1ln\u011b zadlu\u017een\u00e1 zem\u011b s\u00a0trochu zastaral\u00fdm, ov\u0161em pln\u011b funk\u010dn\u00edm pr\u016fmyslem, zem\u011bd\u011blstv\u00ed, kvalitn\u00edm \u0161kolstv\u00edm a zdravotnictv\u00edm, soci\u00e1ln\u00edmi slu\u017ebami a p\u0159\u00edstupn\u00fdm bydlen\u00edm. To se rychle zm\u011bnilo.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/stranapro.cz\/\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-40285 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.infokuryr.cz\/n\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/11pro-300x79.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"627\" height=\"165\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.infokuryr.cz\/n\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/11pro-300x79.png 300w, https:\/\/www.infokuryr.cz\/n\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/11pro.png 363w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 627px) 100vw, 627px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>V\u00fdprodej st\u00e1tu byla brut\u00e1ln\u00ed. Privatizace se vymknula z\u00a0rukou, restituce vr\u00e1tily majetky lidem, kte\u0159\u00ed v\u016fbec s\u00a0vlastnictv\u00edm nem\u011bli zku\u0161enosti a nemovitosti skon\u010dily p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017en\u011b v\u00a0ruk\u00e1ch italsk\u00e9 realitn\u00ed mafie, zbytky zase po druh\u00e9m kole restituc\u00ed v\u00a0portfoliu i ji\u017e zanikl\u00fdch a znovu obnoven\u00fdch c\u00edrkevn\u00edch \u0159\u00e1d\u016f napojen\u00fdch na Vatik\u00e1n. Tov\u00e1rny se zav\u0159ely, zem\u011bd\u011blsk\u00e1 dru\u017estva se rozpadla, finan\u010dn\u00ed \u00fastavy se staly ko\u0159ist\u00ed zahrani\u010dn\u00edch bank a politici dr\u017e\u00edc\u00ed moc nejd\u0159\u00edve razantn\u011b zbohatnuli, aby nakonec zdegenerovali. Ne dost na to, aby si neuv\u011bdomovali, \u017ee i chud\u00fd a vyprodan\u00fd st\u00e1t jim zaji\u0161\u0165uje p\u0159epln\u011bn\u00e9 koryto. Bohu\u017eel jim tak\u00e9 do\u0161lo, \u017ee u\u017e nen\u00ed \u010deho se zbavovat a cht\u011bj\u00ed li se m\u00edt st\u00e1le nadstandardn\u011b, z\u00e1rove\u0148 mus\u00ed plnit p\u0159\u00edkazy t\u011bch, kte\u0159\u00ed jim pomohli k\u00a0moci, je t\u0159eba hledat dal\u0161\u00ed zdroje pot\u0159ebn\u00fdch pen\u011bz. A k\u00a0tomu slou\u017e\u00ed nejpropracovan\u011bj\u0161\u00ed zlod\u011bjsk\u00fd syst\u00e9m, tedy dan\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>Spojen\u00edm v\u0161ech t\u011bchto aspekt\u016f jsme se dostali do situace, kdy \u010cesk\u00e1 republika u\u017e nepat\u0159\u00ed mezi m\u00e1lo zadlu\u017een\u00e9 pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9 a vysp\u011bl\u00e9 zem\u011b. Z\u00a0jej\u00edho n\u00e1zvu se stala sko\u0159\u00e1pka p\u0159ipom\u00ednaj\u00edc\u00ed kraslici. Z\u00e1pad vycucnul v\u0161e, co v\u00a0n\u00ed bylo, z\u016fstal jen prostor a lid\u00e9. S\u00a0lidmi se manipuluje a prostor se stal p\u0159edra\u017een\u00fdm. P\u0159esto neu\u0161el pozornosti a dle politik\u016f a jim slou\u017e\u00edc\u00edm ekonom\u016fm m\u00e1 poskytnout jednu z\u00a0posledn\u00edch mo\u017enost\u00ed, jak n\u00e1s \u201eodrbat\u201c. Existuj\u00ed \u010dty\u0159i oblasti, kde to je v\u00a0podstat\u011b mo\u017en\u00e9. Automobilismus a doprava, potraviny, bydlen\u00ed a energie. Doprava u\u017e se st\u00e1v\u00e1 luxusem a jej\u00ed omezov\u00e1n\u00ed m\u00e1 dov\u00e9st \u017eivot do patn\u00e1ctiminutov\u00fdch m\u011bst. J\u00eddlo se st\u00e1v\u00e1 p\u0159epychem a ceny potravin jsou astronomick\u00e9, jejich kvalita mizern\u00e1. Energie vyl\u00e9tly nahoru a p\u0159ipom\u00ednaj\u00ed sv\u00fdm r\u016fstem sope\u010dnou erupci. Tak\u017ee zb\u00fdv\u00e1 bydlen\u00ed. A tady zas\u00e1hnou da\u0148ov\u00e9 \u00fa\u0159ady. Ty maj\u00ed za \u00fakol nejd\u0159\u00edve nastavit nep\u0159esko\u010diteln\u011b vysokou la\u0165ku, t\u00edm zajistit velk\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed nemovitost\u00ed na trhu a umo\u017enit velk\u00fdm hr\u00e1\u010d\u016fm skoupit v\u0161e, co p\u016fjde, pot\u00e9 se samoz\u0159ejm\u011b dan\u011b sn\u00ed\u017e\u00ed, ov\u0161em jen n\u011bkter\u00fdm vlastn\u00edk\u016fm. A ber\u0148\u00e1ky se zase na \u010das zam\u011b\u0159\u00ed na jinou oblast, t\u0159eba na auta a pohonn\u00e9 hmoty. Nebo na elekt\u0159inu poh\u00e1n\u011bj\u00edc\u00ed nyn\u00ed prosazovan\u00e9 elektromobily.<\/p>\n<p>Zdan\u011bn\u00ed nemovitost\u00ed bude dal\u0161\u00ed obrovskou loupe\u017e\u00ed, kterou vymysl\u00ed st\u00e1t. M\u00edsto sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed vlastn\u00ed re\u017eie a vyhazov\u00e1n\u00ed pen\u011bz ukrajinsk\u00fdm, eurounijn\u00edm a africk\u00fdm oknem ud\u011bl\u00e1 v\u0161e proto, aby zv\u00fd\u0161il sv\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edjmy. N\u00e1klady klidn\u011b nav\u00fd\u0161\u00ed a pokryje je jen dal\u0161\u00edm v\u00fdb\u011brem dan\u011bn\u00ed. \u017div\u00edme desetitis\u00edce nepot\u0159ebn\u00fdch st\u00e1tn\u00edch \u00fa\u0159edn\u00edk\u016f neschopn\u00fdch ochr\u00e1nit st\u00e1tn\u00ed finance a umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00edc\u00ed odliv kapit\u00e1lu do zahrani\u010d\u00ed, tis\u00edce politik\u016f zneu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00edch v\u00fdsadn\u00ed postaven\u00ed, stovky jejich kamar\u00e1d\u00ed\u010dk\u016f, ale tak\u00e9 p\u0159isp\u00edv\u00e1me na existenci eurounijn\u00edho molocha a ukrajinskou zkorumpovanou spole\u010dnost a v\u00e1lku, kter\u00e1 zdaleka nen\u00ed na\u0161e, a jen na ni dopl\u00e1c\u00edme ztr\u00e1tou posledn\u00edho tradi\u010dn\u00edho rusk\u00e9ho trhu. Z\u00a0na\u0161ich ji\u017e pr\u00e1zdn\u00fdch kapes tak plat\u00edme luxusn\u00ed \u017eivot jak politik\u016fm, tak i z\u00e1padn\u00edm miliard\u00e1\u0159\u016fm nemaj\u00edc\u00edm nikdy dost. Te\u010f si v\u0161imnuli \u010desk\u00e9ho fenom\u00e9nu, tedy rozs\u00e1hl\u00e9ho vlastnictv\u00ed nemovitost\u00ed. Kdy v\u00e1m to dojde? A\u017e budete p\u0159ed\u00e1vat kl\u00ed\u010de od domu, kter\u00fd vlastn\u00edma rukama postavili Va\u0161i rodi\u010de nebo dokonce Vy samotn\u00ed? Co se vzep\u0159\u00edt a \u0159\u00edct kone\u010dn\u011b NE! Nebo chcete p\u0159ij\u00edt \u00fapln\u011b o v\u0161e?
