{"id":51254,"date":"2024-04-07T00:46:34","date_gmt":"2024-04-06T22:46:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.infokuryr.cz\/n\/?p=51254"},"modified":"2024-04-06T19:03:42","modified_gmt":"2024-04-06T17:03:42","slug":"ivan-cicha-bydlet-ve-vlastnim-nebo-setrvat-v-eu","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.infokuryr.cz\/n\/2024\/04\/07\/ivan-cicha-bydlet-ve-vlastnim-nebo-setrvat-v-eu\/","title":{"rendered":"Ivan C\u00edcha: Bydlet ve vlastn\u00edm, nebo setrvat v EU?"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"fb-root\"><\/div>\n<p align=\"justify\">Mo\u017en\u00e1 se bude n\u011bkomu zd\u00e1t n\u00e1zev tohoto \u010dl\u00e1nku p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 kontroverzn\u00ed, ale kdo sleduje kon\u00e1n\u00ed Evropsk\u00e9 unie a Evropsk\u00e9ho parlamentu a na n\u011b nav\u00e1zanou \u010dinnost Fialovy vl\u00e1dy, ten potvrd\u00ed opr\u00e1vn\u011bnost t\u011bchto obav.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Od roku 1989 se pot\u00fdk\u00e1me s neust\u00e1l\u00fdm a d\u00e1 se \u0159\u00edci \u201cz \u0159et\u011bz\u016f utr\u017een\u00fdm\u201c n\u00e1r\u016fstem cen pozemn\u00edch, dopravn\u00edch a ostatn\u00edch staveb.\u00a0<b>Jenom\u00a0<\/b><b>v letech 2015-<\/b><b>2022 se cena\u00a0<\/b><b>rodinn\u00fdch domk\u016f a<\/b><b>\u00a0byt\u016f zv\u00fd\u0161ila o 120-160 %<\/b>. Stejn\u00fd n\u00e1r\u016fst zaznamenaly i ceny pozemk\u016f. P\u0159itom v tomto obdob\u00ed pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 \u010dist\u00e1 mzda \u010dinila v roce 2015 21 tis\u00edc K\u010d a v roce 2022 se zvedla pouze na 35 tis\u00edc K\u010d. Tedy \u010dist\u00e1 mzda se zv\u00fd\u0161ila jen o 67 %.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">P\u0159esto byli doned\u00e1vna \u010de\u0161t\u00ed ob\u010dan\u00e9, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b soukrom\u00ed stavebn\u00edci, d\u00edky uskromn\u011bn\u00ed se (a i sv\u00e9pomoc\u00ed) schopni svoje vlastn\u00ed bydlen\u00ed budovat. Proto i d\u00edky proz\u00edrav\u00e9 privatizaci bytov\u00e9ho fondu na p\u0159elomu tis\u00edcilet\u00ed se m\u016f\u017ee k dne\u0161n\u00edmu dni vlastnick\u00fdm bydlen\u00edm v \u010cR pochlubit cca 80 % obyvatel. V z\u00e1padn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti Evropy to je pouze cca 50 %. A to le\u017e\u00ed bankovn\u00edm dom\u016fm, Evropsk\u00e9 komisi a dal\u0161\u00edm org\u00e1n\u016fm globalist\u016f v \u017ealudku.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Kv\u016fli vlastizr\u00e1dn\u00e9 Fialov\u011b vl\u00e1d\u011b se \u010cR spole\u010dn\u011b s EU musela odst\u0159ihnout od v\u00fdhodn\u00e9ho odb\u011bru rusk\u00e9ho plynu a ropy. To vedlo k velk\u00e9mu n\u00e1r\u016fstu v\u0161ech cen a zejm\u00e9na cen stavebn\u00edch materi\u00e1l\u016f.\u00a0<strong>T\u00edm v roce 2022 i pracovit\u00fd a \u0161ikovn\u00fd \u010desk\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk narazil v\u011bt\u0161inou na svoje limity.<\/strong>\u00a0Tedy pokud takov\u00fd ob\u010dan, ev. rodina s pr\u016fm\u011brnou mzdou nebyli nap\u0159. \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edci d\u011bdick\u00e9ho \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed po bohat\u00e9m str\u00fd\u010dkovi nebo nebyli sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed vl\u00e1dn\u00edch mafi\u00e1nsk\u00fdch struktur. Pouze tehdy se p\u0159i velikosti bytu 2+1 s jeho cenou 92 tis\u00edc K\u010d\/m<sup>2<\/sup>\u00a0mohli dostat k pot\u0159ebn\u00fdm 5,5 mili\u00f3n\u016fm K\u010d. U men\u0161\u00edho RD by t\u011bch mili\u00f3n\u016f pot\u0159eboval p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 10. Ani hypot\u00e9ky nic ne\u0159e\u0161ily a ne\u0159e\u0161\u00ed, jeliko\u017e jsou na nich p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 vysok\u00e9 \u00faroky a p\u0159\u00edsn\u00e9 po\u017eadavky pro jejich z\u00edsk\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Glob\u00e1ln\u00ed struktury v\u010d. EU \u010desk\u00e9ho ob\u010dana u\u017e 30 let ekonomicky vys\u00e1vaj\u00ed skrze n\u00edzk\u00e9 mzdy a d\u016fchody (oproti p\u016fvodn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti EU se jedn\u00e1 o 30-50% v\u00fd\u0161i), zadlu\u017euj\u00ed ho a pos\u00edlaj\u00ed na n\u011bho exekutory. A on si dovoluje je\u0161t\u011b norm\u00e1ln\u011b \u017e\u00edt a nechce se ve sv\u00e9 v\u011bt\u0161in\u011b pod\u0159\u00eddit tzv. evropsk\u00fdm hodnot\u00e1m. To je zejm\u00e9na multikulturalismus spojen\u00fd s migrac\u00ed, genderov\u00e1 agenda spojen\u00e1 s deviacemi a se zm\u011bnami pohlav\u00ed d\u011bt\u00ed a tzv. Green Deal, jen\u017e znamen\u00e1 zelenou cestu do nevolnictv\u00ed. A klidn\u011b si takov\u00fd \u010cech d\u00e1le preferuje bydlen\u00ed ve vlastn\u00edm.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Nejaktivn\u011bji se proti tomuto \u201cne\u0161varu\u201c postavila \u010desk\u00e1 Pir\u00e1tsk\u00e1 strana, kter\u00e1 iniciovala zvy\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed dan\u011b z nemovitosti. Na jejich diskusn\u00edm f\u00f3ru padaly dokonce n\u00e1vrhy na da\u0148 ve v\u00fd\u0161i 3 % z ceny nemovitosti.\u00a0<b>To by znamenalo p\u0159i cen\u011b domku 10 milion\u016f 300 tis\u00edc K\u010d ka\u017ed\u00fd rok!<\/b>\u00a0Tuto \u010d\u00e1stku si nevyd\u011bl\u00e1 za rok velk\u00e1 v\u011bt\u0161ina obyvatel.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Jedna aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed perli\u010dka: Abychom vid\u011bli, \u017ee Ministerstvo pro m\u00edstn\u00ed rozvoj pod veden\u00edm pir\u00e1ta Barto\u0161e nesp\u00ed,\u00a0<b>zdra\u017eil n\u00e1m v t\u011bchto dnech\u00a0<\/b><b>mj.<\/b><b>\u00a0poplatek za \u017e\u00e1dost o studnu z 300 K\u010d na rov<\/b><b>n\u00fdch<\/b><b>\u00a010 000 K\u010d.<\/b>\u00a0Tomu se tam ten pir\u00e1t v\u011bnuje, ale zdlouhav\u00e9 povolovac\u00ed procesy na stavebn\u00ed povolen\u00ed nezkr\u00e1t\u00ed podle odborn\u00e9ho tisku \u010cKAIT ani j\u00edm p\u0159ipravovan\u00fd stavebn\u00ed z\u00e1kon a jeho nov\u00e9 prov\u00e1d\u011bc\u00ed p\u0159edpisy.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Ke zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed dan\u011b z nemovitosti skute\u010dn\u011b v roce 2023 do\u0161lo, ale zat\u00edm v ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed \u010d\u00e1stce. Nejbou\u0159liv\u011bji se ozvali na\u0161i zem\u011bd\u011blci, kte\u0159\u00ed cht\u011bj\u00ed cenu dan\u011b vr\u00e1tit na p\u016fvodn\u00ed hodnotu. Dob\u0159e pochopili spole\u010dn\u011b s evropsk\u00fdmi zem\u011bd\u011blci i zni\u010duj\u00edc\u00ed dopady Green dealu na potravinovou bezpe\u010dnost. Budeme jim dr\u017eet palce a jejich opr\u00e1vn\u011bn\u00e9 protesty podporovat.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Cesta k odn\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed nemovitost\u00ed p\u0159es dan\u011b a nesmysln\u00e9 zp\u0159\u00eds\u0148uj\u00edc\u00ed po\u017eadavky na zateplov\u00e1n\u00ed aj. bude v EU a pota\u017emo v \u010cR jist\u011b pokra\u010dovat, ale pro jistotu si st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed Evropsk\u00fd parlament na vlastn\u00edky byt\u016f a domk\u016f, po vzoru Klause Schwaba, v b\u0159eznu rad\u011bji po\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b posv\u00edtil a\u00a0<b>skrz zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00fd Green deal se chyst\u00e1\u00a0<\/b><b>zt\u00ed\u017eit a pot\u00e9 znemo\u017enit vlastnick\u00e9 bydlen\u00ed<\/b>\u00a0a postupn\u011b nemovitost\u00ed (byt\u016f a domk\u016f,v\u010detn\u011b chat a chalup) ob\u010dany bezpe\u010dn\u011b zbavit.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><b>Pro novostavby zak\u00e1zal od 1. 1. 2030 vyt\u00e1p\u011bt zemn\u00edm plynem, uhl\u00edm a dal\u0161\u00edmi fosiln\u00edmi palivy.\u00a0<\/b><b>Pro stavby kolaudovan\u00e9 do roku 2030 to bude zak\u00e1zan\u00e9 od 1. 1. 2040.<\/b>\u00a0Tento z\u00e1kaz se bude t\u00fdkat v\u0161ech budov, tedy i budov ob\u010dansk\u00e9 vybavenosti (\u0161koly, administrativn\u00ed budovy, \u00fa\u0159ady aj.). Povolen\u00e9 bude pouze centr\u00e1ln\u00ed d\u00e1lkov\u00e9 vyt\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed (v m\u011bstech) a vyt\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed elekt\u0159inou a tepeln\u00fdmi \u010derpadly (kter\u00e1 se v teplot\u00e1ch pod nulou stejn\u011b chovaj\u00ed jako p\u0159\u00edmotopy). Na tyto zdroje bude samoz\u0159ejm\u011b uvalena uhl\u00edkov\u00e1 da\u0148, ji\u017e zaplat\u00ed v kone\u010dn\u00e9 f\u00e1zi u\u017eivatel\u00e9 bytu.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><b>Nedovedu si p\u0159edstavit, jak budou chud\u00ed \u010ce\u0161i a zejm\u00e9na d\u016fchodci\u00a0<\/b><b>na vesnic\u00edch\u00a0<\/b><b>p\u0159estavovat svoje domky, aby spl\u0148ovaly postupn\u011b zvy\u0161uj\u00edc\u00ed se po\u017eadavky EU na tepeln\u00e9 ztr\u00e1ty,<\/b>\u00a0a akceptovat povolen\u00e9 zdroje vyt\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed. Ani vyt\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed d\u0159evem jim toti\u017e nebude povoleno, to bude klasifikov\u00e1no jako trestn\u00fd \u010din! Cena elekt\u0159iny a centr\u00e1ln\u00edho vyt\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed bude kontinu\u00e1ln\u011b stoupat do t\u00e9 doby, ne\u017e majitel\u00e9 svoje (do t\u00e9 doby vlastn\u011bn\u00e9) byty a RD neprodaj\u00ed. Nadn\u00e1rodn\u00ed korporace s nimi pak nalo\u017e\u00ed tak, aby vygenerovaly chudoby a tot\u00e1ln\u00ed kontrolu obyvatel EU.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">S nedostupnost\u00ed automobil\u016f to EU skrz nesmysln\u00e9 zp\u0159\u00eds\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed emis\u00ed a t\u00edm postupn\u00e9 zakazov\u00e1n\u00ed spalovac\u00edch motor\u016f rozjela ji\u017e p\u0159ed 10 lety, te\u010f p\u0159i\u0161ly na \u0159adu i byty a domky.\u00a0<b>Tak\u017ee se jedn\u00e1 o mohutnou deindustrializaci EU spojenou s hospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fdm poklesem a r\u016fstem nezam\u011bstnanosti.\u00a0<\/b>Na to bude nav\u00e1z\u00e1na trestn\u00e1 \u010dinnost \u010d\u00e1sti zchudl\u00e9ho obyvatelstva dopl\u0148ovan\u00e1 migranty z r\u016fzn\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed sv\u011bta. St\u00e1t se bude nad\u00e1le postupn\u011b zbavovat zodpov\u011bdnosti za v\u0161e, na co byl \u010desk\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk dosud a zejm\u00e9na do roku 1989 zvykl\u00fd.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><b>Aliance za nez\u00e1vislost \u010cR se chce v Evropsk\u00e9m parlamentu t\u011bmto snah\u00e1m, spole\u010dn\u011b s ostatn\u00edmi n\u00e1rodoveck\u00fdmi stranami EU, postavit!<\/b><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">M\u00e1me naopak v pl\u00e1nu v\u00a0\u010cR,\u00a0krom\u011b podpory\u00a0sou\u010dasn\u00e9ho\u00a0vlastnick\u00e9ho bydlen\u00ed,\u00a0rozh\u00fdbat\u00a0masivn\u00ed bytovou v\u00fdstavbu st\u00e1tn\u00edch n\u00e1jemn\u00edch byt\u016f.\u00a0Tento programov\u00fd bod jsme rozpracovali a prezentovali\u00a0ji\u017e\u00a0p\u0159ed parlamentn\u00edmi volbami v roce 2021.\u00a0Jedn\u00e1 se o bod IV.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/narodnidemokracie.cz\/program\/podrobny-volebni-program-2021\/\">Podrobn\u00fd volebn\u00ed program 2021 \u2013 N\u00e1rodn\u00ed demokracie (narodnidemokracie.cz)<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Podle p\u0159edb\u011b\u017en\u00fdch propo\u010dt\u016f budou n\u00e1mi nov\u011b zalo\u017een\u00e9 st\u00e1tn\u00ed podniky na v\u00fdstavbu byt\u016f schopny stav\u011bt za 40-50 tis\u00edc K\u010d\/m<sup>2<\/sup>\u00a0u\u017eitn\u00e9 plochy bytu. To by potom vych\u00e1zela cena bytu 2+1 o v\u00fdm\u011b\u0159e 50 metr\u016f \u010dtvere\u010dn\u00edch na 2 a\u017e 2,5 milionu K\u010d.\u00a0<b>T\u00edm by se n\u00e1jemn\u00e9 oproti dne\u0161ku sn\u00ed\u017eilo t\u00e9\u017e o 50 %.<\/b><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Sou\u010dasn\u00e9 tr\u017en\u00ed ceny vlastn\u011bn\u00fdch nemovitost\u00ed (mimo Prahu a velk\u00e1 m\u011bsta) jsou 80-100 K\u010d\/m<sup>2<\/sup>\u00a0u\u017eitn\u00e9 plochy bytu. Sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed na polovinu by bylo doc\u00edleno t\u00edm, \u017ee by se unifikac\u00ed zna\u010dn\u011b u\u0161et\u0159ilo na n\u00e1kladech v\u00fdstavby a projektov\u00e9 dokumentaci, d\u00e1le by se do n\u00e1jmu neprom\u00edtala cena pozemku, kter\u00fd by nad\u00e1le vlastnily obce. Jeliko\u017e bychom zalo\u017eili i st\u00e1tn\u00ed banku, klesly by finan\u010dn\u00ed n\u00e1klady (\u00faroky) spojen\u00e9 s v\u00fdstavbou a v neposledn\u00ed \u0159ad\u011b by st\u00e1tn\u00ed podniky nemusely generovat nep\u0159im\u011b\u0159en\u011b vysok\u00fd zisk, tak jako sou\u010dasn\u00ed develope\u0159i.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">N\u00e1\u0161 pl\u00e1n je re\u00e1ln\u00fd, ale m\u00e1 jeden podstatnou podm\u00ednku \u2013\u00a0<b>mus\u00edme vystoupit z EU!<\/b><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><em><a href=\"https:\/\/narodnidemokracie.cz\/ing-ivan-cicha-bydlet-ve-vlastnim-nebo-setrvat-v-eu\/\">Ing.
