To plat\u00ed i pro pl\u00e1ny Ruska a \u010c\u00edny na spole\u010dnou v\u00fdzkumnou stanici na M\u011bs\u00edci.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Rusko a \u010c\u00edna pl\u00e1nuj\u00ed spole\u010dnou v\u00fdzkumnou stanici na M\u011bs\u00edci, ale z\u00e1padn\u00ed m\u00e9dia o tom t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 neinformuj\u00ed. Proto jsem\u00a0k t\u00e9matu\u00a0p\u0159elo\u017eil\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/tass.ru\/opinions\/20380319\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><span>\u010dl\u00e1nek z rusk\u00e9 tiskov\u00e9 agentury TASS.<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Za\u010d\u00e1tek p\u0159ekladu:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 18pt; color: #0000ff;\">Nejsyst\u00e9mov\u011bj\u0161\u00ed prostor: Pro\u010d Rusko pot\u0159ebuje mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed v\u011bdeckou lun\u00e1rn\u00ed stanici s \u010c\u00ednou<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><em><strong>Michail Kotov o zvl\u00e1\u0161tnostech \u201e\u010d\u00ednsk\u00e9ho prostoru\u201c a spolupr\u00e1ci mezi Ruskem a \u010c\u00ednou<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><span>Rusk\u00e1 vl\u00e1da schv\u00e1lila n\u00e1vrh z\u00e1kona o ratifikaci dohody s \u010c\u00ednou o vytvo\u0159en\u00ed spole\u010dn\u00e9 mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed v\u011bdeck\u00e9 lun\u00e1rn\u00ed stanice (ILRS).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Jen za posledn\u00edch p\u00e1r let \u010c\u00edna uskute\u010dnila tolik \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00fdch mis\u00ed ve vesm\u00edru, \u017ee by sta\u010dily pro n\u011bkolik zem\u00ed. Od 90. let 20. stolet\u00ed \u010c\u00edna postupn\u011b roz\u0161i\u0159ovala sv\u00e9 vesm\u00edrn\u00e9 mo\u017enosti. I jednoduch\u00fd v\u00fd\u010det t\u011bchto schopnost\u00ed vypad\u00e1 velmi p\u016fsobiv\u011b, nemluv\u011b o rostouc\u00edm po\u010dtu \u010d\u00ednsk\u00fdch dru\u017eic d\u00e1lkov\u00e9ho pr\u016fzkumu Zem\u011b. Ale to je t\u00e9ma na samostatn\u00fd \u010dl\u00e1nek. Dnes se chceme pozastavit pouze u toho, co p\u0159\u00edmo souvis\u00ed s jedn\u00edm z nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00edch \u00fakol\u016f \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e9ho programu \u2013 s pilotovanou lun\u00e1rn\u00ed mis\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">Program s pos\u00e1dkou<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span>Pot\u00e9, co m\u011bla \u010c\u00edna mo\u017enost studovat zku\u0161enosti SSSR a USA, urazila za t\u0159i desetilet\u00ed svou vlastn\u00ed dlouhou cestu. V\u00fdvoj pilotovan\u00e9 kosmick\u00e9 lodi Shenzhou za\u010dal v roce 1992, prvn\u00ed (zku\u0161ebn\u00ed) let byl uskute\u010dn\u011bn v roce 1999 s pomoc\u00ed nosn\u00e9 rakety Changzheng-2F a prvn\u00ed taikonaut Yang Liwei byl vysl\u00e1n v roce 2003 s lod\u00ed Shenzhou-5. K dne\u0161n\u00edmu dni ji\u017e bylo uskute\u010dn\u011bno 17 pilotovan\u00fdch start\u016f.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>V roce 2011 byla spu\u0161t\u011bna prvn\u00ed \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e1 jednomodulov\u00e1 stanice Tiangong-1, ideologick\u00e1 obdoba sov\u011btsk\u00e9ho Saljutu. V roce 2016 byl na ob\u011b\u017enou dr\u00e1hu vypu\u0161t\u011bn Tiangong-2 a od roku 2021 funguje ve vesm\u00edru multimodul\u00e1rn\u00ed n\u00e1rodn\u00ed stanice Tiangong. V podstat\u011b od roku 1992 \u0161la \u010c\u00edna stejnou cestou jako SSSR ke stanici Mir (od roku 1961 do roku 1986 od zah\u00e1jen\u00ed pilotovan\u00e9ho programu) a USA k ISS jako prvn\u00ed multimodul\u00e1rn\u00ed stanici (v letech 1961 a\u017e 1998) .<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b, \u017ee ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s glob\u00e1ln\u00ed rasou v prvn\u00edch letech v\u00fdvoje vesm\u00edru to nevypad\u00e1 tak p\u016fsobiv\u011b ani operativn\u011b. Nap\u0159\u00edklad sov\u011btsk\u00e1 kosmick\u00e1 lo\u010f Sojuz byla vyvinuta za p\u011bt let \u2013 od v\u00fdvoje a\u017e po zah\u00e1jen\u00ed let\u016f s kosmonauty. A Vostok byl je\u0161t\u011b rychlej\u0161\u00ed \u2013 trvalo to asi t\u0159i roky. Ale to je zvl\u00e1\u0161tnost \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e9ho rozvoje: pl\u00e1novan\u00fd, tich\u00fd a bez v\u00e1\u017en\u00e9ho zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed ekonomiky.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Sou\u010dasn\u00e9 pl\u00e1ny \u010c\u00edny zahrnuj\u00ed stavbu pilotovan\u00e9 kosmick\u00e9 lodi nov\u00e9 generace, pojmenovan\u00e9 v \u00fanoru Mengzhou, a vypu\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed dal\u0161\u00edch modul\u016f pro orbit\u00e1ln\u00ed stanici, v\u010detn\u011b modulu dalekohledu.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">Meziplanet\u00e1rn\u00ed program<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span>\u010c\u00edna b\u011bhem let otestovala prakticky v\u0161echny dovednosti pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 pro dobyt\u00ed M\u011bs\u00edce lidskou pos\u00e1dkou. Jedin\u00e1 mise na Mars vynik\u00e1. V roce 2020 bylo na Rudou planetu vysl\u00e1no prvn\u00ed \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e9 voz\u00edtko Zhuzhong na Mars. 14. kv\u011btna 2021 provedlo m\u011bkk\u00e9 p\u0159ist\u00e1n\u00ed na letadle Utopia a stalo se prvn\u00edm neamerick\u00fdm roverem, kter\u00fd operoval na povrchu planety. K 7. kv\u011btnu 2022 m\u011bl Zhuzhong v provozu 349 sol\u016f (mar\u0165ansk\u00fd den trv\u00e1 asi 24 hodin a 39 minut), pokr\u00fdval 1 921 metr\u016f a p\u0159en\u00e1\u0161el 940 GB r\u016fzn\u00fdch v\u011bdeck\u00fdch dat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>V\u011bt\u0161ina \u010d\u00ednsk\u00fdch meziplanet\u00e1rn\u00edch mis\u00ed se v\u0161ak zam\u011b\u0159uje na M\u011bs\u00edc. Jde o rozs\u00e1hl\u00fd, seri\u00f3zn\u00ed, v\u00edcef\u00e1zov\u00fd program, jeho\u017e v\u00fdvoj zah\u00e1jila v roce 1998 V\u011bdeck\u00e1, technick\u00e1 a pr\u016fmyslov\u00e1 komise pro n\u00e1rodn\u00ed obranu \u010c\u00edny. Program byl schv\u00e1len v lednu 2004 a v \u00fanoru pojmenov\u00e1n po \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e9 bohyni m\u011bs\u00edce Chang&#8217;e.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>K dne\u0161n\u00edmu dni bylo v r\u00e1mci programu uskute\u010dn\u011bno p\u011bt mis\u00ed, jejich\u017e v\u00fdsledkem jsou tyto v\u00fdsledky:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span>\u2022 Byl testov\u00e1n provoz na ob\u011b\u017en\u00e9 dr\u00e1ze M\u011bs\u00edce;<\/span><br \/>\n<span>\u2022 Bylo nacvi\u010deno m\u011bkk\u00e9 p\u0159ist\u00e1n\u00ed na povrchu p\u0159irozen\u00e9 dru\u017eice Zem\u011b;<\/span><br \/>\n<span>\u2022 Byly provedeny pr\u00e1ce na ovl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed lun\u00e1rn\u00edch rover\u016f;<\/span><br \/>\n<span>\u2022 Byla vytvo\u0159ena trojrozm\u011brn\u00e1 topografick\u00e1 mapa M\u011bs\u00edce;<\/span><br \/>\n<span>\u2022 Byla provedena dod\u00e1vka regolitu (povrchov\u00e1 vrstva voln\u00e9 p\u016fdy) z M\u011bs\u00edce na Zemi;<\/span><br \/>\n<span>\u2022 Bylo provedeno prvn\u00ed automatick\u00e9 dokov\u00e1n\u00ed na ob\u011b\u017en\u00e9 dr\u00e1ze M\u011bs\u00edce v historii lidstva (v r\u00e1mci mise Chang&#8217;e-5).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>V \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e9m programu nejsou \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 \u201epr\u00e1zdn\u00e9\u201c nebo opakovan\u00e9 mise, ale ka\u017ed\u00e1 m\u00e1 sv\u00e9 jasn\u00e9 d\u016fvody a c\u00edle. V sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b prob\u00edhaj\u00ed p\u0159\u00edpravy na Chang&#8217;e-6, kter\u00fd p\u0159istane pobl\u00ed\u017e m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00edho ji\u017en\u00edho p\u00f3lu, odebere vzorky p\u016fdy a p\u0159iveze je zp\u011bt na Zemi. Jde o \u010dtvrtou f\u00e1zi v\u00fdzkumu p\u0159irozen\u00e9ho satelitu na\u0161\u00ed planety. Pat\u0159\u00ed sem i zah\u00e1jen\u00ed v\u00fdstavby automatick\u00e9 lun\u00e1rn\u00ed stanice, na kter\u00e9 se chce pod\u00edlet Rusko.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">Infrastruktura<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span>Pokud jde o infrastrukturu, \u010c\u00edna moment\u00e1ln\u011b nem\u00e1 konkurenci. Zem\u011b m\u00e1 \u010dty\u0159i kosmodromy: Jiuquan, Xichang, Taiyuan (na pevnin\u011b) a Wenchang (na ostrov\u011b Hainan). Do roku 2025-2026 se pl\u00e1nuje v\u00fdstavba dal\u0161\u00edho kosmodromu v okrese Xiangshan m\u011bsta Ningbo, ze kter\u00e9ho lze uskute\u010dnit a\u017e 100 komer\u010dn\u00edch start\u016f ro\u010dn\u011b. Aktivn\u011b jsou vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1ny tak\u00e9 n\u00e1mo\u0159n\u00ed startovac\u00ed platformy p\u016fsob\u00edc\u00ed ve vod\u00e1ch \u017dlut\u00e9ho mo\u0159e v komplexu \u201eV\u00fdchodn\u00ed leteck\u00fd p\u0159\u00edstav\u201c. Jsou zn\u00e1my nejm\u00e9n\u011b t\u0159i typy takov\u00fdch lod\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Za zm\u00ednku stoj\u00ed zejm\u00e9na \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e1 stavba sedmi lod\u00ed Yuan Wang pro cestov\u00e1n\u00ed vesm\u00edrem a sledov\u00e1n\u00ed balistick\u00fdch raket. \u010cty\u0159i lod\u011b tohoto projektu jsou ji\u017e v provozu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Pokud jde o vesm\u00edrnou infrastrukturu pro lun\u00e1rn\u00ed mise, 20. kv\u011btna 2018 byla vypu\u0161t\u011bna \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e1 um\u011bl\u00e1 dru\u017eice Queqiao, kter\u00e1 slou\u017e\u00ed jako komunika\u010dn\u00ed rel\u00e9, a provoz zah\u00e1jila v prosinci. 22. b\u0159ezna 2024 \u010c\u00edna vyslala dal\u0161\u00ed podobn\u00fd opakova\u010d, Queqiao-2. M\u00e1 zajistit komunikaci se Zem\u00ed pro t\u0159i budouc\u00ed lun\u00e1rn\u00ed mise, Chang&#8217;e-6 (doru\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed p\u016fdy z odvr\u00e1cen\u00e9 strany M\u011bs\u00edce), Chang&#8217;e-7 a Chang&#8217;e-8 (prozkoum\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00ed ji\u017en\u00ed pol\u00e1rn\u00ed z\u00f3ny).<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">Synergie<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span>V\u0161echny tyto individu\u00e1ln\u00ed \u00fasp\u011bchy jsou jen sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed p\u0159\u00edpravy \u010d\u00ednsk\u00fdch vesm\u00edrn\u00fdch cest na \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00fd pr\u016fzkum M\u011bs\u00edce v budoucnosti. Ka\u017ed\u00e1 z t\u011bchto sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed slou\u017e\u00ed spole\u010dn\u00e9mu c\u00edli uskute\u010dnit pilotovanou misi na M\u011bs\u00edc, nikoli prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm n\u00e1hl\u00e9ho a drah\u00e9ho skoku, ale jako sou\u010d\u00e1st ji\u017e existuj\u00edc\u00edho syst\u00e9mu. Mysl\u00edm, \u017ee m\u016f\u017eeme \u0159\u00edci, \u017ee \u010d\u00ednsk\u00fd vesm\u00edrn\u00fd pr\u016fzkum je nejsystemati\u010dt\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ze v\u0161ech syst\u00e9m\u016f, kter\u00e9 v sou\u010dasnosti existuj\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Dal\u0161\u00edm \u201estavebn\u00edm kamenem\u201c budouc\u00edch \u00fasp\u011bch\u016f bude pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b vytvo\u0159en\u00ed Mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed v\u011bdeck\u00e9 lun\u00e1rn\u00ed stanice \u2013 projektu Ruska a \u010c\u00edny ve spolupr\u00e1ci s \u00c1zerb\u00e1jd\u017e\u00e1nem, B\u011bloruskem, Spojen\u00fdmi arabsk\u00fdmi emir\u00e1ty, P\u00e1kist\u00e1nem a Ji\u017en\u00ed Afrikou. Pro na\u0161i zemi je to p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost k pos\u00edlen\u00ed kompetenc\u00ed p\u0159i v\u00fdstavb\u011b meziplanet\u00e1rn\u00edch vesm\u00edrn\u00fdch stanic a modul\u016f; potenci\u00e1l pro pos\u00edlen\u00ed vztah\u016f mezi zem\u011bmi s perspektivou pokra\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed pr\u00e1ce na dal\u0161\u00edch vesm\u00edrn\u00fdch projektech.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>V r\u00e1mci t\u00e9to \u00fazk\u00e9 spolupr\u00e1ce se nav\u00edc ru\u0161t\u00ed specialist\u00e9 mohou od sv\u00fdch \u010d\u00ednsk\u00fdch koleg\u016f nau\u010dit zku\u0161enosti z velmi systematick\u00e9ho a ov\u011b\u0159en\u00e9ho vesm\u00edrn\u00e9ho programu, ve kter\u00e9m prakticky neexistuj\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 nadbyte\u010dn\u00e9 prvky a ka\u017ed\u00e1 mise je v podstat\u011b zam\u011b\u0159ena na podporu dal\u0161\u00edch expedic a start\u016f. .<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Podle cestovn\u00ed mapy projektu ILRS bude v\u00fdstavba z\u00e1kladny prob\u00edhat v p\u011bti f\u00e1z\u00edch. Prvn\u00edm je v\u00fdstavba velitelsk\u00e9ho centra a energetick\u00e9 a komunika\u010dn\u00ed infrastruktury. Pr\u00e1v\u011b zde Rusko zah\u00e1j\u00ed p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm sv\u00e9 vesm\u00edrn\u00e9 projekty Luna-26 a Luna-27. Budou spojeny do jedin\u00e9ho programu spole\u010dn\u011b s \u010d\u00ednsk\u00fdmi expedicemi Chang&#8217;e-6 a Chang&#8217;e-7. Zb\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00ed \u010dty\u0159i f\u00e1ze jsou spojeny p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm s v\u011bdeck\u00fdmi experimenty, odb\u011brem vzork\u016f a vy\u0161et\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00edm na m\u00edst\u011b p\u0159\u00edmo na M\u011bs\u00edci. ILRS se m\u00e1 st\u00e1t v\u011bdeck\u00fdm centrem, kter\u00e9 kombinuje pr\u016fzkum, t\u011b\u017ebu, zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed a zkoum\u00e1n\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00fdch vzork\u016f m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00ed p\u016fdy a meteorit\u016f z povrchu p\u0159irozen\u00e9 dru\u017eice Zem\u011b.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Vzhledem k tomu, \u017ee podobn\u00e9 projekty tohoto druhu neexistuj\u00ed, t\u011b\u017eko \u0159\u00edci, jak si zem\u011b mezi sebou pr\u00e1ci na projektu rozd\u011bl\u00ed, ale vzhledem k pl\u00e1novan\u00e9mu rozsahu nez\u016fstane nikdo zah\u00e1let.
