Ale studie publikovan\u00e1 v \u010dasopise Nature Communications v\u00e1s mo\u017en\u00e1 p\u0159im\u011bje p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161let o tom, jak d\u00fdch\u00e1te, kdy\u017e se sna\u017e\u00edte nau\u010dit nov\u00e9 my\u0161lenky. Lid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed hledaj\u00ed vod\u00edtka o va\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1lad\u011b nebo \u00farovn\u00edch stresu, mohou zkoumat va\u0161e d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed, proto\u017ee je \u00fazce spojeno s cel\u00fdm va\u0161\u00edm t\u011blem.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Kdy\u017e se n\u011bkdo c\u00edt\u00ed \u00fazkostn\u00fd nebo ve stresu, je t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 instinktivn\u00ed \u0159\u00edct mu, aby se \u201ezhluboka nadechl\u201c. Hlubok\u00e9 d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed a b\u0159i\u0161n\u00ed d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed v\u0161ak m\u016f\u017ee zp\u016fsobit v\u00edce \u0161kody ne\u017e u\u017eitku. Na\u0161t\u011bst\u00ed na rozd\u00edl od mnoha jin\u00fdch nedobrovoln\u00fdch t\u011blesn\u00fdch funkc\u00ed je d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed automatick\u00e9, ale tak\u00e9 umo\u017e\u0148uje dobrovoln\u00e9 zm\u011bny.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>M\u016f\u017eete si nap\u0159\u00edklad upravit frekvenci a hloubku d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed a rozhodnout se, zda budete d\u00fdchat \u00fasty nebo nosem. Takov\u00e1 rozhodnut\u00ed mohou vy\u00fastit ve fyzick\u00e9 i kognitivn\u00ed zm\u011bny, k lep\u0161\u00edmu i hor\u0161\u00edmu. Mnoz\u00ed si tak\u00e9 neuv\u011bdomuj\u00ed, \u017ee dysfunk\u010dn\u00ed d\u00fdchac\u00ed n\u00e1vyky jsou \u010dasto v\u00fdsledkem emo\u010dn\u00edho traumatu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Kdy\u017e jsme ve stresu, na\u0161e dechov\u00e9 vzorce a frekvence se p\u0159irozen\u011b m\u011bn\u00ed, ale je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 si uv\u011bdomit, jak takov\u00e9 spou\u0161t\u011b\u010de m\u011bn\u00ed na\u0161e dechov\u00e9 n\u00e1vyky \u2013 a co m\u016f\u017eeme ud\u011blat, abychom probl\u00e9m vy\u0159e\u0161ili. Nyn\u00ed v\u011bdci zjistili, \u017ee d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed dokonce ovliv\u0148uje, jak si pamatujete fakta.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>Zp\u016fsob, jak\u00fdm d\u00fdch\u00e1te, m\u016f\u017ee ovlivnit va\u0161i pam\u011b\u0165<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Pro studii v Nature Communications v\u011bdci \u0159\u00eddili aktivaci prim\u00e1rn\u00edho inspira\u010dn\u00edho gener\u00e1toru mozku, komplexu PreB\u00f6tzinger (PreB\u00f6tC), mal\u00e9 skupiny bun\u011bk uvnit\u0159 prodlou\u017een\u00e9 m\u00edchy. A\u010dkoli je zn\u00e1mo, \u017ee jde o centrum kontroly d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed v mozku, podrobnosti o jeho neurologick\u00e9 kontrole jsou st\u00e1le nejasn\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Studie pou\u017eila geneticky modifikovan\u00e9 my\u0161i, aby prozkoumala, jak m\u016f\u017ee d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed ovlivnit tvorbu d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdch vzpom\u00ednek v testech rozpozn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed objekt\u016f a strachu. D\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed bylo \u0159\u00edzeno pomoc\u00ed optogenetick\u00e9 manipulace \u2013 metody \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed neuron\u00e1ln\u00ed aktivity pomoc\u00ed sv\u011btla u geneticky modifikovan\u00fdch my\u0161\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>V\u011bdci spustili dechov\u00e9 pauzy, kdy\u017e my\u0161i zak\u00f3dovaly nov\u00e9 informace, co\u017e naru\u0161ilo rozpozn\u00e1n\u00ed nov\u00fdch objekt\u016f. Pauzy v d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed postihly oblasti hipokampu, co\u017e je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 pro ukl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed pam\u011bti. Kdy\u017e si v\u011bdci vynutili nepravideln\u00e9 d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed, zlep\u0161ily se vzpom\u00ednky, ale kdy\u017e se d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed zpomalilo, pam\u011b\u0165 se zhor\u0161ila.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Stejn\u00fd t\u00fdm publikoval v roce 2018 studii, kter\u00e1 uk\u00e1zala, \u017ee p\u0159echod z v\u00fddechu do n\u00e1dechu na za\u010d\u00e1tku nebo uprost\u0159ed pam\u011b\u0165ov\u00e9ho \u00fakolu zp\u016fsobil, \u017ee lid\u00e9 si m\u00e9n\u011b p\u0159esn\u011b vybavuj\u00ed informace. D\u00e1le v\u011bdci pou\u017eili lidsk\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edky a skenov\u00e1n\u00ed mozku, aby propojili \u0161patnou pam\u011b\u0165ovou v\u00fdkonnost s deaktivac\u00ed do\u010dasn\u00e9ho pariet\u00e1ln\u00edho spojen\u00ed mozku, co\u017e je oblast zodpov\u011bdn\u00e1 za zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed informac\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Dal\u0161\u00edm krokem byla p\u0159edlo\u017een\u00e1 studie na zv\u00ed\u0159atech, kter\u00e1 vedla v\u011bdce k p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010den\u00ed, \u017ee dechov\u00e1 cvi\u010den\u00ed mohou b\u00fdt terapeuticky u\u017eite\u010dn\u00e1 nad r\u00e1mec sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed \u00farovn\u011b stresu. Neurov\u011bdec Nozomu Nakamura z Hyogo Medical University v Japonsku, kter\u00fd byl sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed v\u00fdzkumn\u00e9ho t\u00fdmu, uvedl:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><span>\u201eD\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed je u savc\u016f z\u00e1kladn\u00edm procesem podpory \u017eivota. A\u010dkoli podrobnosti o tom, jak funkce d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed ovliv\u0148uje stav mozku, z\u016fst\u00e1vaj\u00ed nejasn\u00e9, ned\u00e1vn\u00e9 studie nazna\u010duj\u00ed, \u017ee d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee hr\u00e1t d\u016fle\u017eitou roli v online stavech mozku.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><span>Stanoven\u00ed detailn\u00ed role d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed a molekul\u00e1rn\u00edch mechanism\u016f v mozku je p\u0159edm\u011btem budouc\u00edho v\u00fdzkumu, kter\u00fd m\u00e1 porozum\u011bt \u00fa\u010dink\u016fm tolerance stresu. Ale nen\u00ed to jen zp\u016fsob, jak\u00fdm d\u00fdch\u00e1te, co m\u016f\u017ee ovlivnit zp\u016fsob va\u0161eho my\u0161len\u00ed \u2013 plat\u00ed to i naopak: zp\u016fsob va\u0161eho my\u0161len\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee ovlivnit zp\u016fsob va\u0161eho d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>V m\u00e9m\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/takecontrol.substack.com\/p\/proper-breathing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/takecontrol.substack.com\/p\/proper-breathing\"><span>rozhovoru s Dr. Peter Litchfield<\/span><\/a><span>\u00a0, odborn\u00edk na d\u00fdchac\u00ed soustavu, kter\u00fd m\u00e1 hlubok\u00e9 znalosti o fyziologii d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed a jej\u00edm dopadu na zdrav\u00ed, vysv\u011btluje, \u017ee hladiny CO2 jsou regulov\u00e1ny automatick\u00fdmi reflexy.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Ve va\u0161em mozku a arteri\u00e1ln\u00edm syst\u00e9mu jsou receptory, kter\u00e9 reaguj\u00ed na koncentraci CO2 a pH r\u016fzn\u00fdch extracelul\u00e1rn\u00edch tekutin, jako je krevn\u00ed plazma a interstici\u00e1ln\u00ed tekutiny (kter\u00e9 obklopuj\u00ed bu\u0148ky). T\u00edmto zp\u016fsobem se zvy\u0161uje nadm\u011brn\u00e9 d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed, proto\u017ee slou\u017e\u00ed jako va\u0161e \u201e\u0159e\u0161en\u00ed\u201c vn\u00edman\u00e9ho probl\u00e9mu. Mnoz\u00ed pak pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed nadm\u011brn\u00e9 d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed jako mechanismus zvl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Jednodu\u0161e, \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Litchfield, zvyk si osvoj\u00edte pouze tehdy, pokud to n\u011bjak\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem slou\u017e\u00ed v\u00e1m nebo va\u0161\u00ed fyziologii. Proto je tak d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 spolupracovat se sv\u00fdm t\u011blem a zkoumat sv\u00e9 n\u00e1vyky \u2013 a jak nebo pro\u010d jste se je v\u016fbec nau\u010dili. Z tohoto d\u016fvodu nen\u00ed u\u010den\u00ed konkr\u00e9tn\u00edch dechov\u00fdch technik dlouhodob\u00fdm \u0159e\u0161en\u00edm, proto\u017ee ne\u0159e\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1vyk a spou\u0161t\u011b\u010de n\u00e1vyk\u016f. Chcete-li probl\u00e9m vy\u0159e\u0161it, mus\u00edte pochopit, pro\u010d se d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed st\u00e1v\u00e1 dysregulovan\u00fdm a jak se lze nau\u010dit nov\u00e9 n\u00e1vyky. Pokud p\u0159\u00edznaky odezn\u00ed, v\u00edte, \u017ee probl\u00e9mem je hypokapnie, a tedy nadm\u011brn\u00e9 d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Nikdy nepou\u017e\u00edvejte plastov\u00fd s\u00e1\u010dek, proto\u017ee m\u016f\u017ee zp\u016fsobit udu\u0161en\u00ed. V\u017edy pou\u017e\u00edvejte pap\u00edrov\u00fd s\u00e1\u010dek o rozm\u011brech asi 6 x 15 centimetr\u016f. CO2 se bude hromadit v s\u00e1\u010dku, co\u017e zvy\u0161uje va\u0161e hladiny CO2, jak se nadechujete.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Abychom se v\u0161ak dostali ke ko\u0159enu probl\u00e9mu, je obvykle nutn\u00e9 nau\u010dit se techniky anal\u00fdzy dechov\u00e9ho chov\u00e1n\u00ed.
