p\u0159id\u00e1vaj\u00ed do zpracovan\u00fdch potravin a n\u00e1poj\u016f.\u00a0Kuku\u0159i\u010dn\u00fd sirup s vysok\u00fdm obsahem frukt\u00f3zy je p\u0159\u00edkladem rafinovan\u00e9ho cukru.\u00a0Tyto cukry byly spojov\u00e1ny se zdravotn\u00edmi probl\u00e9my, jako je zubn\u00ed kaz, srde\u010dn\u00ed choroby a rakovina.\u00a0Mnoho zdravotnick\u00fdch organizac\u00ed a vl\u00e1d, zral\u00e9ho ovoce.\u00a0D\u016fvodem, pro\u010d jsem p\u0159e\u0161el na n\u00edzkosacharidovou a n\u00edzkotu\u010dnou stravu, byla pr\u00e1ce zesnul\u00e9ho Raye Peata, o kter\u00e9m jsem se dozv\u011bd\u011bl prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm jeho studenta Georgiho Dinkova.\u00a0Ra\u0161elina byl biolog a odborn\u00edk na \u0161t\u00edtnou \u017el\u00e1zu, Dinkov je v\u00fdzkumn\u00edk v oblasti surov\u00e9ho medu t\u011bsn\u011b na druh\u00e9m m\u00edst\u011b, Ra\u0161elina a Dinkov se domn\u00edvaj\u00ed, \u017ee negativn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinky jsou zp\u016fsobeny p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm
