{"id":49039,"date":"2024-03-11T00:32:11","date_gmt":"2024-03-10T23:32:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.infokuryr.cz\/n\/?p=49039"},"modified":"2024-03-10T15:01:03","modified_gmt":"2024-03-10T14:01:03","slug":"studie-slazene-napoje-mohou-zpusobit-srdecni-arytmie","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.infokuryr.cz\/n\/2024\/03\/11\/studie-slazene-napoje-mohou-zpusobit-srdecni-arytmie\/","title":{"rendered":"Studie: Slazen\u00e9 n\u00e1poje mohou zp\u016fsobit srde\u010dn\u00ed arytmie"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"fb-root\"><\/div>\n<p><strong><span>Z\u0159ejm\u011b existuje souvislost mezi vysokou konzumac\u00ed slazen\u00fdch n\u00e1poj\u016f a srde\u010dn\u00edmi arytmiemi.\u00a0Zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 riziko cukrovky nen\u00ed jedin\u00fdm probl\u00e9mem t\u011bchto produkt\u016f.\u00a0To znovu ukazuje, jak d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 je v\u00fd\u017eiva pro lidsk\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span>Rafinovan\u00fd cukr se stal ned\u00edlnou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed modern\u00ed stravy.\u00a0Toto sladidlo ale zp\u016fsobuje i modern\u00ed civiliza\u010dn\u00ed choroby.\u00a0Pat\u0159\u00ed sem mimo jin\u00e9 nemoci, jako je cukrovka.\u00a0Co se ale dosud nev\u011bd\u011blo, je souvislost mezi konzumac\u00ed slazen\u00fdch n\u00e1poj\u016f a srde\u010dn\u00edmi arytmiemi a mozkov\u00fdmi p\u0159\u00edhodami.\u00a0To bylo nast\u00edn\u011bno v ned\u00e1vn\u00e9\u00a0studii publikovan\u00e9 v \u010dasopise \u201e\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ahajournals.org\/doi\/10.1161\/CIRCEP.123.012145\"><span>Circulation: Arrhythmia and Electrophysiology \u201c.<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong><span>V souladu s t\u00edm je vysok\u00e1 konzumace takov\u00fdch n\u00e1poj\u016f spojena s fibrilac\u00ed s\u00edn\u00ed &#8211; nepravideln\u00fdm srde\u010dn\u00edm rytmem.\u00a0Tento stav m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9st ke vzniku krevn\u00edch sra\u017eenin v srdci.\u00a0Zvy\u0161uje riziko srde\u010dn\u00edho selh\u00e1n\u00ed, mrtvice a dal\u0161\u00edch srde\u010dn\u00edch probl\u00e9m\u016f.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><span>V\u011bdci zjistili, \u017ee konzumace v\u00edce ne\u017e dvou litr\u016f slazen\u00fdch n\u00e1poj\u016f a um\u011ble slazen\u00fdch n\u00e1poj\u016f t\u00fddn\u011b byla spojena se zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fdm rizikem fibrilace s\u00edn\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Um\u011ble slazen\u00e9 n\u00e1poje (ty s n\u00e1hra\u017ekami cukru) zvy\u0161uj\u00ed riziko o 20 procent, slazen\u00e9 n\u00e1poje o 10 procent.\u00a0Konzumace jednoho litru nebo m\u00e9n\u011b \u010dist\u00e9 ovocn\u00e9 \u0161\u0165\u00e1vy t\u00fddn\u011b, jako je 100% pomeran\u010dov\u00e1 nebo zeleninov\u00e1 \u0161\u0165\u00e1va, v\u0161ak byla spojena s o 8 procent ni\u017e\u0161\u00edm rizikem onemocn\u011bn\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Auto\u0159i v\u0161ak ve sv\u00e9 pr\u00e1ci tak\u00e9 jasn\u011b uvedli,\u00a0<\/span><strong><span>\u017ee nemohou s jistotou potvrdit, zda slazen\u00e9 n\u00e1poje p\u0159\u00edmo zp\u016fsobuj\u00ed fibrilaci s\u00edn\u00ed<\/span><\/strong><span>\u00a0.\u00a0Podle v\u011bdc\u016f v\u0161ak existuje odpov\u00eddaj\u00edc\u00ed spojen\u00ed, kter\u00e9 p\u0159edpov\u00edd\u00e1 riziko \u201emimo tradi\u010dn\u00ed rizikov\u00e9 faktory\u201c.\u00a0\u201eV\u00fdsledky na\u0161\u00ed studie nemohou definitivn\u011b dosp\u011bt k z\u00e1v\u011bru, \u017ee jeden n\u00e1poj p\u0159edstavuje v\u00edce zdravotn\u00edch rizik ne\u017e jin\u00fd kv\u016fli slo\u017eitosti na\u0161\u00ed stravy a proto\u017ee n\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed lid\u00e9 mohou p\u00edt v\u00edce ne\u017e jeden druh n\u00e1poje,\u201c \u0159ekl vedouc\u00ed studie Ningjian Wang, v\u00fdzkumn\u00edk ze \u0160anghaje.
