Shrnut\u00ed patn\u00e1ctilet\u00e9ho \u00fapadku slu\u017eeb<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<section class=\"perex\"><strong>V\u00e1\u017een\u00ed obchodn\u00ed (ne)p\u0159\u00e1tel\u00e9,<\/strong>r\u00e1da bych se s V\u00e1mi pod\u011blila o to,jak nelib\u011b nesu v\u00fdvoj Va\u0161eho p\u0159\u00edstupu k z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016fm.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e1ce v supermarketu nikdy nepat\u0159ila mezi \u201edream job\u201c zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed, kter\u00e9 by lid\u00e9 v produktivn\u00edm v\u011bku vyhled\u00e1vali, nato\u017e pr\u00e1ce na pozici pokladn\u00ed. V\u017edy ale m\u011blo -a je\u0161t\u011b tak dvacet let zp\u00e1tky to platilo- svoje m\u00edsto na trhu pr\u00e1ce.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"clanek-obsah\">V\u0161emo\u017en\u00e9 pozice obsazovali mlad\u00ed brig\u00e1dn\u00edci nebo lid\u00e9 v p\u0159edd\u016fchodov\u00e9m v\u011bku. Postupem \u010dasu -bohu\u017eel- i lid\u00e9 v d\u016fchodu, kte\u0159\u00ed bez p\u0159iv\u00fdd\u011blku s d\u016fchodem takzvan\u011b nevyjdou.Pokladny byly v\u017edy obsazen\u00e9, na placu \u010dlov\u011bk v\u017edy potkal zam\u011bstnance dopl\u0148uj\u00edc\u00edho zbo\u017e\u00ed, kter\u00fd byl schopen mu poradit. Tedy pln\u00e1 spokojenost, stoprocentn\u00ed z\u00e1kaznick\u00fd servis.<\/p>\n<p>To v\u0161e ale n\u011bkdy v letech po mil\u00e9niu za\u010dalo \u201ebr\u00e1t za sv\u00e9\u201c:<\/p>\n<h2>Krize 1, Okolo r.2010 \u2013 Ciz\u00ed zdroje<\/h2>\n<p>\u017divotn\u00ed n\u00e1klady se zvy\u0161ovaly, ale platy v tomto segmentu nerostly.\u010ce\u0161t\u00ed zam\u011bstnanci za\u010dali b\u00fdt pochopiteln\u011b nespokojen\u00ed co\u017e p\u0159irozen\u011b vy\u00fastilo v men\u0161\u00ed z\u00e1jem o tyto pozice.<\/p>\n<p>Reakce zam\u011bstnavatel\u016f? Levn\u00e1 pracovn\u00ed s\u00edla z v\u00fdchodu!<\/p>\n<p>Usm\u011bvav\u00e9 babi\u010dky na pokladn\u00e1ch a zam\u011bstnance, schopn\u00e9 poradit ohledn\u011b sortimentu, nahradili Ukrajinci.<\/p>\n<p>Provozovatel marketu tak d\u00e1l vysok\u00fdmi cenami drancoval sv\u00e9 z\u00e1kazn\u00edky a na mzd\u00e1ch zam\u011bstnanc\u016f mo\u017en\u00e1 i u\u0161et\u0159il. Zat\u00edmco v modern\u00edch provozech, kdy zam\u011bstnanec na pokladn\u011b nemus\u00ed nic po\u010d\u00edtat a v\u011bt\u0161inou jen \u201ena\u010d\u00edt\u00e1\u201c \u010d\u00e1rkov\u00e9 k\u00f3dy do syst\u00e9mu, mo\u017en\u00e1 jazykov\u00e1 vybavenost p\u0159i\u0161la zam\u011bstnavateli zbyte\u010dn\u00e1,tak na placu \u010di dokonce pultov\u00e9m prodeji je nepostradateln\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Opakovan\u011b jsem sv\u011bdkem situac\u00ed, kdy obsluha uzenin m\u00e1 kv\u016fli jazykov\u00e9 bari\u00e9\u0159e probl\u00e9m s objedn\u00e1vkou, i p\u0159es v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed po\u010det dopl\u0148ova\u010d\u016f na placu nikdo neporad\u00ed se sortimentem, pokladn\u00ed nepom\u016f\u017ee ani s ot\u00e1zkou na u n\u00ed nab\u00edzen\u00e9 d\u00e1rkov\u00e9 kupony.<\/p>\n<p>Pt\u00e1te se, pro\u010d to v\u016fbec zkou\u0161\u00edm, kdy\u017e v\u00edm, jak to dopadne?<\/p>\n<p>Nev\u00edm. Nakupuji v \u010cesk\u00e9 republice a neo\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1m, \u017ee ka\u017ed\u00fd na koho naraz\u00edm zdej\u0161\u00ed jazyk neovl\u00e1d\u00e1, nav\u00edc je \u0161patn\u011b (nebo v\u016fbec) pro\u0161kolen.<\/p>\n<h2>Krize 2, r.2016 \u2013 Ned\u016fstojn\u00e1 mzda<\/h2>\n<p>Markety si toho byly v\u011bdomy a pochopily, \u017ee tudy cesta nevede.V obchodech se znovu za\u010dali objevovat \u010ce\u0161i, p\u0159\u00edp. Slov\u00e1ci.<\/p>\n<p>Ale na\u0161inec m\u00e1 na rozd\u00edl od gastarbaitera mzdov\u00e9 n\u00e1roky odpov\u00eddaj\u00edc\u00ed b\u011b\u017en\u00fdm \u017eivotn\u00edm n\u00e1klad\u016fm \u010desk\u00e9 dom\u00e1cnosti. Nespokojenost s n\u00edzk\u00fdmi mzdami se tak dostala na \u00farove\u0148 ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 debaty.<\/p>\n<p>Po zve\u0159ejn\u011bn\u00ed v\u00fd\u0161e mezd v \u0159et\u011bzc\u00edch holandsk\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti Ahold, kter\u00e9 byly v t\u00e9 dob\u011b (rok 2016) druh\u00e9 nejni\u017e\u0161\u00ed v republice a hluboce pod pr\u016fm\u011brem na podobn\u00fdch pozic\u00edch, se t\u00e9matu chytili i vl\u00e1dn\u00ed politici.<\/p>\n<p>Ahold se sice po nelichotiv\u00e9 publicit\u011b trochu polep\u0161il, ale op\u011bt se uk\u00e1zalo, \u017ee zahrani\u010dn\u00ed \u0159et\u011bzce jinak plat\u00ed zam\u011bstnance na z\u00e1pad\u011b a jinak u n\u00e1s. Kritika tak pokra\u010dovala.<\/p>\n<h3>Zlep\u0161en\u00ed r.2017<\/h3>\n<p>Hlavn\u00ed je, \u017ee se o probl\u00e9mu za\u010dalo mluvit a rok 2017 p\u0159inesl zm\u011bnu.Po vln\u011b \u010dl\u00e1nk\u016f typu \u201eProdava\u010di miz\u00ed z obchod\u016f, zoufal\u00e9 \u0159et\u011bzce jim navy\u0161uj\u00ed platy\u201c se v\u011bci daly do pohybu.<\/p>\n<p>Nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed provozovatel tuzemsk\u00fdch maloobchodn\u00edch \u0159et\u011bzc\u016f, n\u011bmeck\u00e1 Schwarz-Gruppe, ohl\u00e1sila v\u00fdrazn\u00e9 zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed plat\u016f a od t\u00e9 doby se situace v tomto segmentu zlep\u0161ila. Od t\u00e9 doby rostou mzdy v\u00edcem\u00e9n\u011b pravideln\u011b. Obchody kter\u00e9 na zam\u011bstnanc\u00edch nad\u00e1le \u0161et\u0159\u00ed, jdou st\u00e1le poznat na v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed \u00fa\u010dasti v\u00fdchodn\u00edch zam\u011bstnanc\u016f.<\/p>\n<h2>Krize 3, r.2018 \u2013 Lidsk\u00e9 zdroje<\/h2>\n<p>Jako reakci na zvy\u0161uj\u00edc\u00ed se mzdov\u00e9 po\u017eadavky lze vn\u00edmat st\u00e1le ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed stavy zam\u011bstnanc\u016f. B\u011b\u017en\u00fdm obr\u00e1zkem se st\u00e1v\u00e1 \u0159ada uzav\u0159en\u00fdch pokladen a jedna, \u010di dv\u011b obsazen\u00e9 (a to a\u017e po hlasit\u00fdch protestech \u010dekaj\u00edc\u00edch, nespokojen\u00fdch z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016f). Dlouh\u00e1 \u0159ada, t\u00e1hnouc\u00ed se od jedin\u00e9 otev\u0159en\u00e9 pokladny p\u0159es cel\u00fd obchod se ve \u0161pi\u010dce st\u00e1v\u00e1 standardem.<\/p>\n<p>Intern\u00ed pokyny, o tom, \u017ee nikdo nesm\u00ed \u010dekat a po ur\u010dit\u00e9m po\u010dtu lid\u00ed ve front\u011b, se maj\u00ed automaticky otev\u0159\u00edt dal\u0161\u00ed pokladny, \u010dasto nefunguj\u00ed. Zam\u011bstnanci omlouvaj\u00ed neobsazenost pokladen podstavem. Co\u017e jde za mana\u017eery jednotliv\u00fdch podnik\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed bu\u010fto \u0161et\u0159\u00ed, nebo neum\u00ed nov\u00e9 zam\u011bstnance nabrat \u010di ty st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed motivovat.<\/p>\n<h2>Krize 4, r.2019 \u2013 Lidi u\u017e jsou nadbyte\u010dn\u00fd<\/h2>\n<p>Z\u00e1kazn\u00edci si kv\u016fli podstavu \u010di sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed stav\u016f, st\u011b\u017euj\u00ed na nedostate\u010dnou obsluhu, zam\u011bstnanci na p\u0159epracovanost. Co s t\u00edm, kdy\u017e lidi cht\u011bj\u00ed za pr\u00e1ci (p\u0159ekvapiv\u011b) slu\u0161n\u00e9 pen\u00edze?<\/p>\n<p>Z\u0159izovatel\u00e9 \u0159et\u011bzc\u016f si uv\u011bdomili, \u017ee nejlevn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed zam\u011bstnanec je ten, kter\u00e9mu nemus\u00ed platit a zav\u00e1d\u011bj\u00ed tzv. samoobslu\u017en\u00e9 pokladny.<\/p>\n<p>To by samo o sob\u011b nebyl probl\u00e9m. Bohu\u017eel to, co m\u00e1 slou\u017eit (a v zahrani\u010d\u00ed jist\u011b slou\u017e\u00ed) jako rychlopokladny pro mal\u00fd n\u00e1kup, je u n\u00e1s b\u011bhem p\u00e1r m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f praxe zneu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1no mana\u017eery jednotliv\u00fdch prodejen jako n\u00e1hra\u017eka chyb\u011bj\u00edc\u00edho person\u00e1lu a tedy i velk\u00e9 pokladny s \u017eivou obsluhou.<\/p>\n<h2>Krize 5, r.2020 \u2013 Covid<\/h2>\n<p>Vlna covidov\u00fdch restrikc\u00ed, mezi n\u011b\u017e pat\u0159\u00ed obecn\u00e9 doporu\u010den\u00ed minimalizace lidsk\u00e9ho kontaktu, nahr\u00e1v\u00e1 dal\u0161\u00edmu rozvoji automatizace kamenn\u00fdch prodejen, \u010deho\u017e se mana\u017ee\u0159i s vidinou \u00faspor s radost\u00ed chytaj\u00ed. Samoobslu\u017en\u00e9 pokladny tak zav\u00e1d\u00ed v\u011bt\u0161ina provozoven velk\u00fdch \u0159et\u011bzc\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159\u00edstup se r\u016fzn\u00ed. N\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed je zneu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed jako (naprosto nedostate\u010dnou) n\u00e1hradu zam\u011bstnanc\u016f, jin\u00ed (tak jak by to m\u011blo b\u00fdt) pouze jako dobrovolnou alternativu ke klasick\u00fdm pokladn\u00e1m s obsluhou.<\/p>\n<h2>Krize 6, r.2022 \u2013 Nov\u00fd norm\u00e1l ?<\/h2>\n<p>Obavy z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016f se napl\u0148uj\u00ed. Zam\u011bstnanci se na pozice pokladn\u00edch nevrac\u00ed. Automatick\u00e9, ale sp\u00ed\u0161e samoobslu\u017en\u00e9 pokladny jsou b\u011b\u017en\u00fdm jevem, stejn\u011b tak dlouh\u00e1 \u0159ada neobsazen\u00fdch velk\u00fdch pokladen, p\u0159ipom\u00ednaj\u00edc\u00edch zlat\u00e9 \u010dasy a dnes ji\u017e za\u0161lou sl\u00e1vu supermarket\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016f je stejn\u011b, samoobslu\u017en\u00fdch pokladen m\u00e1lo. Jsou pomal\u00e9, obt\u00ed\u017en\u011b ovladateln\u00e9, \u010dasto se neobejdou bez z\u00e1sahu person\u00e1lu (n\u011bkter\u00e9 neumo\u017e\u0148uj\u00ed navolit po\u010det kus\u016f a nut\u00ed V\u00e1s na\u010d\u00edst v\u0161e po jednom, co\u017e je v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b takov\u00e9ho bal\u00edku s n\u00e1poji probl\u00e9m). \u010casto jsou blokovan\u00e9 n\u011bjak\u00fdm z\u00e1drhelem, kter\u00fd \u010dek\u00e1 na p\u0159\u00edchod person\u00e1lu.<\/p>\n<p>Ten v n\u011bkter\u00fdch prodejn\u00e1ch nen\u00ed trvale p\u0159\u00edtomen. Mana\u017eer prodejny tak \u010dasto \u0159e\u0161en\u00edm probl\u00e9m\u016f pov\u011b\u0159\u00ed zam\u011bstnance, kter\u00fd pracuje na vedlej\u0161\u00ed velk\u00e9 pokladn\u011b. Jeho neust\u00e1l\u00e9 odb\u00edh\u00e1n\u00ed \u0159e\u0161it probl\u00e9my samoobslu\u017en\u00fdch pokladen je ale schopno provoz velk\u00e9 pokladny naprosto ochromit.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/stranapro.cz\/\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-40285 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.infokuryr.cz\/n\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/11pro-300x79.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"653\" height=\"172\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.infokuryr.cz\/n\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/11pro-300x79.png 300w, https:\/\/www.infokuryr.cz\/n\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/11pro.png 363w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 653px) 100vw, 653px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Designovan\u00e9 na rychl\u00e9 odbaven\u00ed mal\u00fdch n\u00e1kup\u016f, prost\u011b nejsou samopokladny schopny dlouhodob\u011b klasickou pokladnu plnohodnotn\u011b nahradit.<\/p>\n<p>Roz\u010d\u00edlen\u00fd je tedy jak konzervativn\u00ed z\u00e1kazn\u00edk \u010di z\u00e1kazn\u00edk s velk\u00fdm n\u00e1kupem, kter\u00fd \u010dek\u00e1 v dlouh\u00e9 front\u011b na klasickou pokladnu, ze kter\u00e9 je\u0161t\u011b obsluha odb\u00edh\u00e1 \u0159e\u0161it probl\u00e9my vedle, tak z\u00e1kazn\u00edk s drobn\u00fdm n\u00e1kupem, kter\u00e9mu rychlopokladnu blokuj\u00ed z\u00e1kazn\u00edci s objemem zbo\u017e\u00ed, na kter\u00fd nen\u00ed pokladna stav\u011bn\u00e1.Fronty tak \u010dasto v\u00edd\u00e1me jak u velk\u00fdch tak mal\u00fdch pokladen. Zoufal\u00fd to pohled na z\u00e1kaznick\u00fd servis prodejen v 21. stolet\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Nespokojen\u00ed jsou tedy v\u0161ichni. Mlad\u00ed, sta\u0159\u00ed, s drobnost\u00ed v ruce, s n\u00e1kupem v ko\u0161\u00edku i s pln\u00fdm n\u00e1kupn\u00edm voz\u00edkem.<\/p>\n<p>Mana\u017eery prodejen ani majitel\u00e9 \u0159et\u011bzc\u016f to o\u010dividn\u011b netr\u00e1p\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Lidi nemaj\u00ed na v\u00fdb\u011br. Pokud potraviny cht\u011bj\u00ed, frontu si vystoj\u00ed, probl\u00e9my s ovl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00edm nov\u00fdch pokladen p\u0159ekousnou. Nic jin\u00e9ho jim, krom dov\u00e1\u017ekov\u00fdch slu\u017eeb s diskutabiln\u00ed cenovou v\u00fdhodnost\u00ed, nezb\u00fdv\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Fakt, \u017ee poskytovatel slu\u017eby p\u0159en\u00e1\u0161\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st sv\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce na z\u00e1kazn\u00edka, mana\u017eery netr\u00e1p\u00ed. Hlavn\u00ed je \u00faspora mzdov\u00fdch n\u00e1klad\u016f. Fakt, \u017ee kvalita servisu je prakticky na nule, je netr\u00e1p\u00ed u\u017e v\u016fbec.<\/p>\n<p>Mus\u00edm \u0159\u00edct, \u017ee markovat na t\u00e9 pokladn\u011b n\u00e1kup, pod dohledem obsluhy \u010di ostrahy (obsluha aspo\u0148 um\u00ed poradit) je opravdu za trest. Nedej bo\u017ee abych se \u201euklikla\u201c nebo se n\u011bco nena\u010detlo. Automaticky jste za zlod\u011bje, co\u017e je v\u011bc, kter\u00e1 by V\u00e1s u klasick\u00e9 pokladny s obsluhou nepotkala.<\/p>\n<p>A to maj\u00ed n\u011bkter\u00e9 markety je\u0161t\u011b blokovan\u00fd v\u00fdchod, kter\u00fd se otev\u0159e a\u017e po na\u010dten\u00ed k\u00f3du na \u00fa\u010dtence. Co\u017e moc nejde dohromady s aktu\u00e1ln\u00edm trendem, ned\u00e1vat \u00fa\u010dtenky na klasick\u00fdch pokladn\u00e1ch, proto\u017ee \u201ep\u0159ece \u0161et\u0159\u00edme lesy\u201c, ale to nevad\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h2>Krize 7, r.2023 \u2013 A bude h\u016f\u0159<\/h2>\n<p>Nejeden \u0159et\u011bzec te\u010f vypou\u0161t\u00ed do ve\u0159ejn\u00e9ho prostoru zpr\u00e1vy o tom, jak si samoobslu\u017en\u00e9 pokladny pochvaluje a pl\u00e1nuje je\u0161t\u011b v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed omezen\u00ed klasick\u00fdch pokladen, kter\u00e9 budou -v lep\u0161\u00edm p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b- otev\u0159eny jen v ur\u010dit\u00fd \u010das, p\u0159\u00edp. na po\u017e\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed, tedy v re\u00e1lu \u010cR trvale zav\u0159en\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Opravdu \u0161\u00edlen\u00e9 je, kdy\u017e na samopokladny p\u0159ejde i jeden nejmenovan\u00fd hobby market s oran\u017eov\u00fdm logem, kter\u00fd nejen \u017ee z klasick\u00fdch pokladen m\u00e1 volnou jen tu na informac\u00edch, ale je\u0161t\u011b V\u00e1s nut\u00ed pou\u017e\u00edvat samopokladnu s t\u00edm, \u017ee na informac\u00edch neberou karty. \u010casto tak nast\u00e1v\u00e1 paradoxn\u00ed situace, kdy u samopokladen je fronta a na informac\u00edch se pokladn\u00ed \u201enud\u00ed\u201c.<\/p>\n<p>A\u0165 \u017eije z\u00e1kaznick\u00fd servis!<\/p>\n<p>Zat\u00edmco na z\u00e1pad\u011b, pr\u00fd pod tlakem st\u00ed\u017enost\u00ed, od samopokladen pomalu ustupuj\u00ed, u n\u00e1s robo\u0161\u00edlenstv\u00ed teprve nab\u00edr\u00e1 na obr\u00e1tk\u00e1ch.<\/p>\n<p>A \u017ee jsme v zav\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed v\u0161ech \u201enovinek\u201c v\u017edy tak p\u011bt let pozadu, bude bohu\u017eel je\u0161t\u011b dal\u0161\u00edch p\u011bt let trvat, ne\u017e se trend n\u00e1vratu ke klasice za\u010dne projevovat i u n\u00e1s.Pokud mana\u017ee\u0159i prodejen nenechaj\u00ed klasick\u00e9 pokladny demontovat, mo\u017en\u00e1 i rychleji.<\/p>\n<p>Nad\u011bjnou zpr\u00e1vou je i uzav\u0159en\u00ed pln\u011b robotizovan\u00e9 prodejny nejv\u00fdznamn\u011bj\u0161\u00edho dom\u00e1c\u00edho eshopu.<\/p>\n<p>Automatick\u00e1 ale byla jen co do v\u00fddeje, dopl\u0148ovali ji po noc\u00edch chud\u00e1ci lidi.
