\u017ealudek host\u00ed pouze asi 1 000 jednotek tvo\u0159\u00edc\u00edch kolonie (CFU) bakteri\u00ed na mililitr (ml), va\u0161e tlust\u00e9 st\u0159evo m\u016f\u017ee hostit a\u017e 1 bilion CFU\/ml.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Bacteroides jsou p\u0159evl\u00e1daj\u00edc\u00ed mikrobi ve va\u0161em tlust\u00e9m st\u0159ev\u011b;\u00a0Slo\u017een\u00ed t\u011bchto a dal\u0161\u00edch mikrob\u016f ve va\u0161em st\u0159ev\u011b je spojeno se zdravotn\u00edmi stavy, jako je obezita, deprese, Alzheimerova choroba a z\u00e1n\u011bty.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>V\u00e1\u0161 v\u011bk, zdrav\u00ed, strava a prost\u0159ed\u00ed ovliv\u0148uj\u00ed po\u010det a rozmanitost mikroorganism\u016f ve va\u0161em st\u0159ev\u011b<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Zdrav\u00fd st\u0159evn\u00ed mikrobiom z\u00e1vis\u00ed na konzumaci cel\u00fdch, fermentovan\u00fdch potravin a vyh\u00fdb\u00e1n\u00ed se zbyte\u010dn\u00fdm antibiotik\u016fm a dal\u0161\u00edm vliv\u016fm prost\u0159ed\u00ed;\u00a0Probiotika na b\u00e1zi spor jsou jedn\u00edm ze zp\u016fsob\u016f, jak pomoci<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span>Lidsk\u00e9 \u00fatroby se kone\u010dn\u011b dost\u00e1v\u00e1 zaslou\u017een\u00e9ho respektu \u2013 a s n\u00edm i jeho bilion\u016f obyvatel.\u00a0Lid\u00e9 jsou v podstat\u011b mikrobi\u00e1ln\u00ed tvorov\u00e9, a p\u0159esto\u017ee se mikroorganismy nach\u00e1zej\u00ed v\u0161ude, od k\u016f\u017ee p\u0159es \u00fasta a\u017e po krev, je to tlust\u00e9 st\u0159evo, kter\u00e9 je domovem nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edho bakteri\u00e1ln\u00edho ekosyst\u00e9mu v t\u011ble.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Pokud s n\u00edm i se zbytkem sv\u00e9ho mikrobiomu zach\u00e1z\u00edte dob\u0159e, v\u00fdsledkem bude dobr\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed \u2013 du\u0161evn\u00ed i fyzick\u00e9.\u00a0V\u00fd\u017eivou t\u00e9to komplexn\u00ed mikrobi\u00e1ln\u00ed komunity m\u016f\u017eete dokonce ovlivnit svou osu st\u0159evo-mozek, kter\u00e1 reguluje tr\u00e1ven\u00ed, n\u00e1ladu, imunitn\u00ed funkce a dal\u0161\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>Po\u010det mikrob\u016f \u017eij\u00edc\u00edch ve va\u0161em st\u0159ev\u011b je ohromuj\u00edc\u00ed<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Ve va\u0161ich st\u0159evech \u017eij\u00ed bakterie, viry, houby, archaea a eukarya.\u00a0Posledn\u00ed dva jsou podobn\u00e9 bakteri\u00edm, ale jsou to r\u016fzn\u00e9 skupiny mikroorganism\u016f.\u00a0Bakterie tvo\u0159\u00ed drtivou v\u011bt\u0161inu mikrob\u016f ve va\u0161em mikrobiomu.\u00a0Lidsk\u00fd mikrobiom se skl\u00e1d\u00e1 ze t\u0159\u00ed hlavn\u00edch skupin st\u0159evn\u00edch mikrob\u016f, kter\u00e9 pln\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00e9 struktur\u00e1ln\u00ed, ochrann\u00e9 a metabolick\u00e9 funkce:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><span>Bacteroidetes<\/span><\/strong><span>\u00a0\u2013 Porphyromonas, Prevotella a Bacteroides<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span>Firmicutes<\/span><\/strong><span>\u00a0\u2013 Ruminococcus, Clostridium, Lactobacillus a Eubacteria<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span>Actinobacteria<\/span><\/strong><span>\u00a0\u2013 bifidobakterie (nejb\u011b\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00ed druh)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span>Rozlo\u017een\u011b, pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk ukr\u00fdv\u00e1 n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed mno\u017estv\u00ed bakteri\u00ed v r\u016fzn\u00fdch oblastech t\u011bla.\u00a0Pamatujte, \u017ee se jedn\u00e1 pouze o pr\u016fm\u011br \u2013 v\u00e1\u0161 v\u011bk, zdrav\u00ed, strava a prost\u0159ed\u00ed ovliv\u0148uj\u00ed po\u010det a rozmanitost mikroorganism\u016f ve va\u0161em st\u0159ev\u011b.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>\u00dasta \u2013 100 000 jednotek tvo\u0159\u00edc\u00edch kolonie (CFU) na mililitr (ml)<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Proces tr\u00e1ven\u00ed za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 v \u00fastech, kdy\u017e \u017ev\u00fdk\u00e1te j\u00eddlo, co\u017e usnad\u0148uje jeho rozklad ve st\u0159evech.\u00a0Va\u0161e \u00fasta obsahuj\u00ed p\u016fsobiv\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed mikrob\u016f, kter\u00e9 udr\u017euj\u00ed zdrav\u00ed \u00fastn\u00ed dutiny, ale kdy\u017e se stanou nerovnov\u00e1hou, m\u016f\u017ee doj\u00edt k onemocn\u011bn\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>P\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1 se nap\u0159\u00edklad, \u017ee bakterie ve va\u0161ich \u00fastech hraj\u00ed roli v krevn\u00edm tlaku prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm oxidu dusnat\u00e9ho (NO), co\u017e je rozpustn\u00fd plyn ulo\u017een\u00fd ve v\u00fdstelce va\u0161ich krevn\u00edch c\u00e9v naz\u00fdvan\u00fd endotel.\u00a0Antiseptick\u00e9 slou\u010deniny v \u00fastn\u00edch vod\u00e1ch v\u0161ak mohou zni\u010dit prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9 \u00fastn\u00ed bakterie, kter\u00e9 jsou d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 pro udr\u017een\u00ed krevn\u00edho tlaku a p\u0159isp\u00edvaj\u00ed k vysok\u00e9mu krevn\u00edmu tlaku.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>V jedn\u00e9 studii bylo pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed \u00fastn\u00ed vody dvakr\u00e1t denn\u011b spojeno s v\u00fdznamn\u00fdm zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00edm systolick\u00e9ho krevn\u00edho tlaku po jednom t\u00fddnu, zat\u00edmco po p\u0159eru\u0161en\u00ed \u00fastn\u00ed vody bylo \u201ena jazyku pozorov\u00e1no obohacen\u00ed bakteri\u00ed redukuj\u00edc\u00edch dusi\u010dnany\u201c.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Po pou\u017eit\u00ed \u00fastn\u00ed vody byly zji\u0161t\u011bny rozd\u00edly u v\u00edce ne\u017e 10 druh\u016f bakteri\u00ed \u017eij\u00edc\u00edch na jazyku, v\u010detn\u011b ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed mikrobi\u00e1ln\u00ed diverzity po t\u00fddnu pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed.\u00a0Jak je uvedeno ve zpr\u00e1v\u011b Frontiers in Bioscience, p\u00e9\u010de a ochrana \u00fastn\u00edho mikrobiomu m\u016f\u017ee sn\u00ed\u017eit riziko n\u011bkolika onemocn\u011bn\u00ed:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><span>\u201eNed\u00e1vn\u00e9 studie ukazuj\u00ed, \u017ee jedn\u00edm z p\u0159\u00edstup\u016f ke sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed rizika chronick\u00fdch infekc\u00ed, jako je zubn\u00ed kaz, z\u00e1n\u011bt d\u00e1sn\u00ed, parodontitida a z\u00e1pach z \u00fast, je sp\u00ed\u0161e kontrola ekologie \u00fastn\u00edho mikrobiomu ne\u017e \u00fapln\u00e9 odstran\u011bn\u00ed \u0161kodliv\u00fdch i prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00fdch mikroorganism\u016f.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><span>To je zalo\u017eeno na pozn\u00e1n\u00ed, \u017ee onemocn\u011bn\u00ed dutiny \u00fastn\u00ed nejsou zp\u016fsobena jedn\u00edm patogenem, ale posunem v homeost\u00e1ze cel\u00e9 mikrobioty, procesem zn\u00e1m\u00fdm jako dysbi\u00f3za.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><span>Pseudomonadota, kter\u00e1 se nach\u00e1z\u00ed ve vy\u0161\u0161\u00edch koncentrac\u00edch v \u00fastech ne\u017e ve st\u0159evech, tak\u00e9 hraje d\u016fle\u017eitou roli p\u0159i tvorb\u011b mastn\u00fdch kyselin s kr\u00e1tk\u00fdm \u0159et\u011bzcem a podporuje r\u016fst prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00fdch st\u0159evn\u00edch mikrob\u016f.\u00a0Fusobacteriota jsou dal\u0161\u00edm d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdm typem mikrob\u016f v t\u011ble.\u00a0I kdy\u017e mohou pomoci stimulovat z\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00e9 reakce v boji proti patogen\u016fm, mohou tak\u00e9 podporovat z\u00e1n\u011bt a byly spojov\u00e1ny s onemocn\u011bn\u00edm parodontu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>J\u00edcen \u2013 10 milion\u016f CFU\/ml<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Firmicutes b\u00fdvaj\u00ed zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b \u010dast\u00e9 v j\u00edcnu.\u00a0I kdy\u017e je jejich po\u010det relativn\u011b mal\u00fd ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s jin\u00fdmi oblastmi gastrointestin\u00e1ln\u00edho traktu, firmicutes jsou u\u017eite\u010dn\u00e9 pro \u0161t\u011bpen\u00ed cukr\u016f a sacharid\u016f z j\u00eddla, kter\u00e9 j\u00edte.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Je zaj\u00edmav\u00e9, \u017ee Firmicutes, kter\u00e9 se centr\u00e1ln\u011b pod\u00edlej\u00ed na metabolismu gluk\u00f3zy a inzul\u00ednu, pat\u0159\u00ed mezi kmeny nejv\u00edce ovlivn\u011bn\u00e9 um\u011bl\u00fdm sladidlem sukral\u00f3zou.\u00a0Studie na zv\u00ed\u0159atech nazna\u010duj\u00ed, \u017ee st\u0159evn\u00ed mikrobiom pozm\u011bn\u011bn\u00fd sukral\u00f3zou se m\u016f\u017ee pod\u00edlet na z\u00e1n\u011btech st\u0159ev a jater, stejn\u011b jako na rakovin\u011b.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>\u017daludek \u2013 1 000 CFU\/ml<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>N\u00edzk\u00e9 pH \u017ealudku omezuje r\u016fst mikrob\u016f.\u00a0Ale i v tomto kysel\u00e9m prost\u0159ed\u00ed n\u011bkter\u00e9 mikroorganismy p\u0159e\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed.\u00a0Actinomycetota jsou typicky dominantn\u00ed mikroby v \u017ealudku spolu se Streptococcus, Staphylococcus, Peptostreptococcus a Lactobacillus.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Lactobacillus byl naz\u00fdv\u00e1n \u201epsychobiotikem\u201c kv\u016fli jeho \u00fa\u010dink\u016fm na du\u0161evn\u00ed zdrav\u00ed, zejm\u00e9na na \u00fazkost a depresi.\u00a0Bakterie Lactobacillus \u2013 nach\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00ed se v mnoha fermentovan\u00fdch potravin\u00e1ch \u2013 pom\u00e1haj\u00ed tlumit stresov\u00e9 reakce a p\u0159edch\u00e1zej\u00ed depresi a \u00fazkosti, \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b modulac\u00ed imunitn\u00edho syst\u00e9mu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>Tenk\u00e9 st\u0159evo \u2013 1 000 CFU\/ml a\u017e 100 milion\u016f CFU\/ml<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Koncentrace mikrob\u016f v tenk\u00e9m st\u0159ev\u011b se postupn\u011b zvy\u0161uje, po\u010d\u00ednaje 1 000 CFU\/ml v duodenu &#8211; prvn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti tenk\u00e9ho st\u0159eva &#8211; a zvy\u0161uje se na 100 000 CFU\/ml v druh\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti, jejunu.\u00a0Ve t\u0159et\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti, ileu, je kolem 100 milion\u016f CFU\/ml.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Firmicutes se b\u011b\u017en\u011b vyskytuj\u00ed v tenk\u00e9m st\u0159ev\u011b, ale dominantn\u00edm druhem jsou tak\u00e9 Actinomycetota, kter\u00e9 pom\u00e1haj\u00ed \u0161t\u011bpit komplexn\u00ed sacharidy a produkuj\u00ed vitam\u00edny B12 a K2.Pom\u00e1haj\u00ed tak\u00e9 chr\u00e1nit p\u0159ed patogeny.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Bakteroidy se tak\u00e9 nach\u00e1zej\u00ed v tenk\u00e9m st\u0159ev\u011b.\u00a0Hraj\u00ed tak\u00e9 roli p\u0159i rozkladu komplexn\u00edch sacharid\u016f a produkci vitam\u00edn\u016f a tak\u00e9 p\u0159i regulaci imunitn\u00edho syst\u00e9mu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><span style=\"font-size: \u010dasopise Nutrients, ob\u00e9zn\u00ed jedinci m\u00edvaj\u00ed vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed hladiny Firmicutes a Lactobacillus a ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed hladiny Bacteroidetes a Bifidobacterium ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s jedinci s norm\u00e1ln\u00ed hmotnost\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Studie tak\u00e9 spojuj\u00ed ur\u010dit\u00e9 kmeny s ur\u010dit\u00fdmi zdravotn\u00edmi probl\u00e9my.\u00a0Zd\u00e1 se, \u017ee vysok\u00e9 hladiny Bacteroides vulgatus, kter\u00e9 se hojn\u011b vyskytuj\u00ed v lidsk\u00e9m st\u0159ev\u011b, jsou siln\u011b spojeny se z\u00e1n\u011btem, inzulinovou rezistenc\u00ed a zm\u011bn\u011bn\u00fdm metabolismem.\u00a0N\u00edzk\u00e9 hladiny ur\u010dit\u00fdch bakteri\u00ed z kmene Firmicutes, v\u010detn\u011b Blautia a Faecalibacterium, byly specificky spojeny s akumulac\u00ed t\u011blesn\u00e9ho tuku.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>Va\u0161e osa st\u0159eva a mozku je informa\u010dn\u00ed d\u00e1lnice<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u00da\u010dinky st\u0159evn\u00edch mikrob\u016f neovliv\u0148uj\u00ed pouze v\u00e1\u0161 gastrointestin\u00e1ln\u00ed trakt.\u00a0Interaguj\u00ed s centr\u00e1ln\u00edm nervov\u00fdm syst\u00e9mem prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm osy mikrobiota-st\u0159evo-mozek, co\u017e je obousm\u011brn\u00e1 informa\u010dn\u00ed st\u0159evn\u00ed mikrofl\u00f3ry, kter\u00e9 jsou v\u00fdznamn\u011b spojeny s Alzheimerovou chorobou.\u00a0\u0160est rod\u016f je negativn\u011b spojeno s Alzheimerovou chorobou, co\u017e znamen\u00e1, \u017ee jsou m\u00e9n\u011b \u010dast\u00e9 u lid\u00ed s Alzheimerovou chorobou ne\u017e u lid\u00ed bez t\u00e9to choroby, a proto mohou m\u00edt ochrann\u00fd \u00fa\u010dinek.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Zb\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00ed \u010dty\u0159i jsou pozitivn\u011b spojeny s Alzheimerovou chorobou, co\u017e znamen\u00e1, \u017ee jsou \u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed u lid\u00ed s Alzheimerovou chorobou, a proto p\u0159edstavuj\u00ed rizikov\u00fd faktor onemocn\u011bn\u00ed.\u00a0Podrobn\u011b:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Mezi bakterie, kter\u00e9 (Collinsella) a Bacteroidetes (Bacteroides).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>Co \u0161kod\u00ed va\u0161emu mikrobi\u00e1ln\u00edmu zdrav\u00ed?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>V\u011bdci teprve za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00ed odhalovat slo\u017eit\u00fd vztah mezi mikroby a lidsk\u00fdm zdrav\u00edm a nemocemi.\u00a0Je v\u0161ak posti\u017eeni i mlad\u0161\u00ed lid\u00e9.\u00a0Nadu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed antibiotik, elektivn\u00ed c\u00edsa\u0159sk\u00e9 \u0159ezy a zpracovan\u00e9 potraviny byly pops\u00e1ny jako hlavn\u00ed faktory \u201epoh\u00e1n\u011bj\u00edc\u00ed destrukci na\u0161\u00ed vnit\u0159n\u00ed ekologie\u201c.\u00a0Porody c\u00edsa\u0159sk\u00fdm \u0159ezem jsou spojeny se
