Tvo\u0159\u00ed asi 1 % va\u0161\u00ed t\u011blesn\u00e9 hmotnosti a m\u00e1 plochu 5000 metr\u016f \u010dtvere\u010dn\u00edch<\/li>\n<li>Endotel se p\u0159\u00edmo pod\u00edl\u00ed na \u0159ad\u011b onemocn\u011bn\u00ed, v\u010detn\u011b srde\u010dn\u00edch chorob, cukrovky a chronick\u00e9ho selh\u00e1n\u00ed ledvin<\/li>\n<li>\u010cern\u00e1 malina sni\u017euje z\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00e9 markery a zlep\u0161uje funkci endotelu, \u010d\u00edm\u017e sni\u017euje rizikov\u00e9 faktory kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00edch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed<\/li>\n<li>Konzumace zelen\u00e9ho \u010daje je spojena se zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00edm pr\u016ftokem zprost\u0159edkovan\u00e9 dilatace (FMD) brachi\u00e1ln\u00ed tepny, co\u017e je m\u011b\u0159\u00edtko endoteli\u00e1ln\u00ed funkce<\/li>\n<li>Gran\u00e1tov\u00e9 jablko, extrakt z hroznov\u00fdch jader a \u010desnek jsou dal\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00ed slou\u010deniny, kter\u00e9 podporuj\u00ed zdrav\u00ed endotelu<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>V\u00e1\u0161 endotel je kolektivn\u00ed skupina bun\u011bk, kter\u00e9 lemuj\u00ed va\u0161e krevn\u00ed c\u00e9vy. Endotel tvo\u0159\u00ed p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 1 % t\u011blesn\u00e9 hmoty a plocha povrchu 5000 metr\u016f \u010dtvere\u010dn\u00edch a je popisov\u00e1n jako \u201emultifunk\u010dn\u00ed endokrinn\u00ed org\u00e1n strategicky um\u00edst\u011bn\u00fd mezi st\u011bnou c\u00e9v a cirkuluj\u00edc\u00ed krv\u00ed\u201c.<\/p>\n<p>Pro srovn\u00e1n\u00ed: Jedna vrstva endoteli\u00e1ln\u00edch bun\u011bk vyst\u00fdl\u00e1 vnit\u0159n\u00ed povrch cel\u00e9ho c\u00e9vn\u00edho syst\u00e9mu a odd\u011bluje krev od c\u00e9vn\u00ed st\u011bny. Tato \u201etk\u00e1\u0148ov\u011b-krevn\u00ed bari\u00e9ra\u201c je semipermeabiln\u00ed a hraje kl\u00ed\u010dovou roli v regulaci p\u0159enosu molekul a vaskul\u00e1rn\u00ed homeost\u00e1ze.<\/p>\n<p>Zat\u00edmco dysfunkce endotelu \u2013 \u010dasn\u00fd p\u0159\u00edznak ateroskler\u00f3zy \u2013 je charakteristick\u00fdm znakem mnoha onemocn\u011bn\u00ed, v\u010detn\u011b kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00edch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed, existuje \u0159ada p\u0159irozen\u00fdch zp\u016fsob\u016f, jak endotel chr\u00e1nit a udr\u017eovat jej zdrav\u00fd.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>Role endotelu v celkov\u00e9m zdrav\u00ed<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Zat\u00edmco endotel byl kdysi pova\u017eov\u00e1n za jednoduchou bari\u00e9ru, nyn\u00ed je pova\u017eov\u00e1n za dynamick\u00fd endokrinn\u00ed org\u00e1n, kter\u00fd m\u00e1 z\u00e1sadn\u00ed vliv na lidsk\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed. International Journal of Biological Sciences uv\u00e1d\u00ed:<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eEndotel byl d\u0159\u00edve pova\u017eov\u00e1n za \u201acelof\u00e1nov\u00fd obal\u2018 c\u00e9vn\u00edho stromu, kter\u00fd nem\u011bl \u017e\u00e1dnou specifickou funkci krom\u011b selektivn\u00ed permeability pro vodu a elektrolyty. Obrovsk\u00fd pokrok od 80. let 20. stolet\u00ed v\u0161ak vedl k lep\u0161\u00edmu pochopen\u00ed komplexn\u00edch funkc\u00ed tohoto velk\u00e9ho endokrinn\u00edho org\u00e1nu. C\u00e9vn\u00ed endoteli\u00e1ln\u00ed bu\u0148ky lemuj\u00ed cel\u00fd ob\u011bhov\u00fd syst\u00e9m, od srdce a\u017e po nejmen\u0161\u00ed kapil\u00e1ry.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Tyto bu\u0148ky maj\u00ed velmi odli\u0161n\u00e9 a jedine\u010dn\u00e9 funkce, kter\u00e9 jsou \u00fast\u0159edn\u00ed pro vaskul\u00e1rn\u00ed biologii. Mezi tyto funkce pat\u0159\u00ed filtrace kapalin, nap\u0159. B. v glomerulech ledvin, tonus krevn\u00edch c\u00e9v, hemost\u00e1za, n\u00e1bor neutrofil\u016f a obchodov\u00e1n\u00ed s hormony.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Endoteli\u00e1ln\u00ed bu\u0148ky neslou\u017e\u00ed pouze jako fyzick\u00e1 bari\u00e9ra, ale metabolizuj\u00ed, syntetizuj\u00ed a uvol\u0148uj\u00ed vazoaktivn\u00ed a dal\u0161\u00ed slou\u010deniny, kter\u00e9 ovliv\u0148uj\u00ed vaskul\u00e1rn\u00ed tonus, krevn\u00ed tlak, pr\u016ftok krve, koagulaci, fibrinol\u00fdzu, z\u00e1n\u011bt, imunologick\u00e9 reakce a dal\u0161\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eJak\u00e1koli porucha, kter\u00e1 naru\u0161uje schopnost a rovnov\u00e1hu endotelu p\u016fsobit jako fyzick\u00e1 bari\u00e9ra a metabolizovat, syntetizovat a uvol\u0148ovat tyto l\u00e1tky, vede k endoteli\u00e1ln\u00ed dysfunkci, kter\u00e1 p\u0159isp\u00edv\u00e1 k rozvoji a progresi kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00edch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed,\u201c uv\u00e1d\u00ed zpr\u00e1va. World Journal of Cardiology. Krom\u011b toho je endotel p\u0159\u00edmo zapojen do \u0159ady onemocn\u011bn\u00ed, v\u010detn\u011b:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Onemocn\u011bn\u00ed perifern\u00edch c\u00e9v<\/li>\n<li>mrtvice<\/li>\n<li>srde\u010dn\u00ed choroba<\/li>\n<li>cukrovka<\/li>\n<li>Rezistence na inzul\u00edn<\/li>\n<li>Chronick\u00e9 selh\u00e1n\u00ed ledvin<\/li>\n<li>R\u016fst n\u00e1doru a metast\u00e1zy<\/li>\n<li>\u017diln\u00ed tromb\u00f3za<\/li>\n<li>Virov\u00e1 infek\u010dn\u00ed onemocn\u011bn\u00ed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>\u010cern\u00e1 malina a dal\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00ed mo\u017enosti pro zdrav\u00ed endotelu<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Zdrav\u00fd \u017eivotn\u00ed styl v\u010detn\u011b stravy a cvi\u010den\u00ed podporuje funkci endotelu, ale tak\u00e9 \u0159adu l\u00e1tek z p\u0159\u00edrody.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Black Raspberry<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Antokyany, nejhojn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed flavonoidy v \u010dern\u00fdch malin\u00e1ch, maj\u00ed protiz\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00e9 a antiangiogenn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinky, co\u017e znamen\u00e1, \u017ee zabra\u0148uj\u00ed angiogenezi, kter\u00e1 m\u016f\u017ee podporovat rakovinu. V lidsk\u00fdch st\u0159evn\u00edch mikrovaskul\u00e1rn\u00edch endoteli\u00e1ln\u00edch bu\u0148k\u00e1ch a lidsk\u00fdch mikrovaskul\u00e1rn\u00edch endoteli\u00e1ln\u00edch bu\u0148k\u00e1ch j\u00edcnu m\u011bl extrakt z \u010dern\u00fdch malin jak antiangiogenn\u00ed, tak protiz\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky. Ve studii pacient\u016f s metabolick\u00fdm syndromem \u010dern\u00e1 malina tak\u00e9 zv\u00fd\u0161ila cirkuluj\u00edc\u00ed endoteli\u00e1ln\u00ed progenitorov\u00e9 bu\u0148ky (EPC) a zlep\u0161ila kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00ed riziko po 12 t\u00fddnech. Samostatn\u00fd v\u00fdzkum, prov\u00e1d\u011bn\u00fd tak\u00e9 u lid\u00ed s metabolick\u00fdm syndromem, zjistil, \u017ee \u010dern\u00fd malin\u00edk v\u00fdznamn\u011b sn\u00ed\u017eil z\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00e9 cytokiny a zlep\u0161il funkci vaskul\u00e1rn\u00edho endotelu. Studie na zv\u00ed\u0159atech tak\u00e9 nazna\u010duj\u00ed, \u017ee \u010dern\u00fd malin\u00edk sni\u017euje z\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00e9 markery a zlep\u0161uje endoteli\u00e1ln\u00ed funkci, \u010d\u00edm\u017e sni\u017euje rizikov\u00e9 faktory kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00edch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed. Flavonoidy, jako jsou ty, kter\u00e9 se nach\u00e1zej\u00ed v \u010dern\u00fdch malin\u00e1ch, dokonce sni\u017euj\u00ed dysfunkci vaskul\u00e1rn\u00ed endoteli\u00e1ln\u00ed bari\u00e9ry zp\u016fsobenou kone\u010dn\u00fdmi produkty pokro\u010dil\u00e9 glykace. P\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1 se, \u017ee metabolismus flavonoid\u016f se pod\u00edl\u00ed na jejich pozitivn\u00ed roli v kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00edm zdrav\u00ed, proto\u017ee metabolismus zvy\u0161uje vaskul\u00e1rn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinnost flavonoid\u016f, co\u017e m\u00e1 za n\u00e1sledek vznik r\u016fzn\u00fdch struktur s r\u016fznou bioaktivitou v lidsk\u00fdch endoteli\u00e1ln\u00edch bu\u0148k\u00e1ch.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Zelen\u00fd \u010daj<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Pit\u00ed zelen\u00e9ho \u010daje je spojeno se zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00edm pr\u016ftokem zprost\u0159edkovan\u00e9 dilatace (FMD) brachi\u00e1ln\u00ed tepny, co\u017e je m\u011b\u0159\u00edtko funkce endotelu. \u201ePozitivn\u00ed vliv zelen\u00e9ho \u010daje na funkci endotelu lze p\u0159i\u010d\u00edst jeho vysok\u00e9mu obsahu flavonoid\u016f. \u201eUk\u00e1zalo se, \u017ee epigalokatechin gal\u00e1t, hlavn\u00ed katechin v \u010daji, akutn\u011b zlep\u0161uje endoteli\u00e1ln\u00ed funkci u lid\u00ed s onemocn\u011bn\u00edm koron\u00e1rn\u00edch tepen,\u201c vysv\u011btluj\u00ed v\u011bdci v European Journal of Preventive Cardiology. Zelen\u00fd \u010daj tak\u00e9 zvy\u0161uje produkci oxidu dusnat\u00e9ho v endoteli\u00e1ln\u00edch bu\u0148k\u00e1ch a m\u016f\u017ee zlep\u0161it vaskul\u00e1rn\u00ed funkci prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm protiz\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00fdch cest. Podle v\u011bdc\u016f v European Journal of Preventive Cardiology:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>\u201eFunkce endotelu je nanejv\u00fd\u0161 d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 pro spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 fungov\u00e1n\u00ed kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00edho syst\u00e9mu a jeho dysfunkce je kl\u00ed\u010dovou ud\u00e1lost\u00ed v progresi ateroskler\u00f3zy. &#8222;Pozitivn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinek zelen\u00e9ho \u010daje na kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00ed riziko lze \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b vysv\u011btlit zlep\u0161en\u00edm endoteli\u00e1ln\u00ed dysfunkce&#8230;zelen\u00fd \u010daj m\u00e1 akutn\u00ed pozitivn\u00ed vliv na endoteli\u00e1ln\u00ed funkci u zdrav\u00fdch jedinc\u016f.&#8220;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Zelen\u00fd \u010daj je tak\u00e9 bohat\u00fdm zdrojem kvercetinu. Ve studii 30 mu\u017e\u016f s onemocn\u011bn\u00edm koron\u00e1rn\u00edch tepen vedla konzumace polyfenolov\u00e9ho extraktu bohat\u00e9ho na kvercetin ke zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed pr\u016ftokem zprost\u0159edkovan\u00e9 dilatace tepen, co\u017e nazna\u010duje zlep\u0161en\u00ed endoteli\u00e1ln\u00edho zdrav\u00ed. Inhibuje tak\u00e9 agregaci krevn\u00edch desti\u010dek a m\u00e1 vazodilata\u010dn\u00ed vlastnosti, kter\u00e9 pom\u00e1haj\u00ed sni\u017eovat krevn\u00ed tlak a zabra\u0148uj\u00ed srde\u010dn\u00ed hypertrofii, p\u0159i kter\u00e9 se srde\u010dn\u00ed svaly zahu\u0161\u0165uj\u00ed.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Aronia \u010dern\u00e1<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Aronia \u010dern\u00e1 (Aronia melanocarpa), zn\u00e1m\u00e1 sv\u00fdmi sv\u00edrav\u00fdmi plody, je dal\u0161\u00edm koncentrovan\u00fdm zdrojem prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00fdch fenolick\u00fdch slou\u010denin, v\u010detn\u011b proanthokyanidin\u016f, flavanol\u016f, antokyan\u016f, flavonoid\u016f a chlorogenov\u00fdch a k\u00e1vov\u00fdch kyselin. Extrakty \u010dern\u00e9 aronie v\u00fdznamn\u011b indukuj\u00ed produkci oxidu dusnat\u00e9ho (NO) v endoteli\u00e1ln\u00edch bu\u0148k\u00e1ch, a to i p\u0159i relativn\u011b n\u00edzk\u00fdch koncentrac\u00edch. NO hraje d\u016fle\u017eitou roli ve funkci c\u00e9v a dysfunkce endoteli\u00e1ln\u00edch bun\u011bk m\u016f\u017ee naru\u0161it produkci NO a zv\u00fd\u0161it riziko kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00edch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed. V Journal of Food Biochemistry v\u011bdci vysv\u011btluj\u00ed:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>&#8222;Tyto v\u00fdsledky in vitro lze p\u0159ev\u00e9st do potenci\u00e1ln\u00edch budouc\u00edch klinick\u00fdch aplikac\u00ed, kde lze extrakty z aronie pou\u017e\u00edt k prevenci a dopl\u0148kov\u00e9 l\u00e9\u010db\u011b kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00edch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed endoteli\u00e1ln\u00ed synt\u00e9zy NO a souvisej\u00edc\u00edho zlep\u0161en\u00ed vaskul\u00e1rn\u00edch funkc\u00ed.&#8220;<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Extrakt z hroznov\u00fdch jader<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Extrakt z hroznov\u00fdch jader obsahuje antioxida\u010dn\u00ed proanthokyanidiny, typ polyfenol\u016f, kter\u00e9 mohou tak\u00e9 podporovat endoteli\u00e1ln\u00ed funkci, a t\u00edm chr\u00e1nit zdrav\u00ed srdce. V \u010dasopise Nutrients v\u011bdci z Tokyo Medical and Dental University p\u00ed\u0161\u00ed:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>\u201eV posledn\u00edch desetilet\u00edch se uk\u00e1zalo, \u017ee naru\u0161en\u00e1 endoteli\u00e1ln\u00ed funkce hraje kl\u00ed\u010dovou roli v \u010dasn\u00fdch stadi\u00edch ateroskler\u00f3zy, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00ed rizikov\u00e9 faktory, jako je hypertenze, dyslipid\u00e9mie, diabetes mellitus a chronick\u00e9 kou\u0159en\u00ed, jsou spojeny s endoteli\u00e1ln\u00ed dysfunkc\u00ed.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Oxid dusnat\u00fd (NO), relaxant z\u00e1visl\u00fd na endotelu, tak\u00e9 hraje \u00fast\u0159edn\u00ed roli p\u0159i kontrole krevn\u00edho tlaku. Proto je udr\u017een\u00ed norm\u00e1ln\u00ed endoteli\u00e1ln\u00ed funkce a regulace krevn\u00edho tlaku z\u00e1sadn\u00ed pro prevenci progrese kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00edch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Ve studii dosp\u011bl\u00fdch st\u0159edn\u00edho v\u011bku s vysok\u00fdm krevn\u00edm tlakem \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edci dost\u00e1vali po dobu 12 t\u00fddn\u016f bu\u010f n\u00edzkou nebo vysokou d\u00e1vku proanthokyanidinov\u00e9ho extraktu z hroznov\u00fdch jader nebo placebo. Extrakt z hroznov\u00fdch jader zlep\u0161il elasticitu c\u00e9v, zat\u00edmco extrakt z hroznov\u00fdch jader ve vysok\u00fdch d\u00e1vk\u00e1ch tak\u00e9 sn\u00ed\u017eil krevn\u00ed tlak.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Gran\u00e1tov\u00e9 jablko<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 D\u00edky vysok\u00e9mu obsahu polyfenol\u016f p\u016fsob\u00ed gran\u00e1tov\u00e9 jablko proti oxidativn\u00edmu stresu a je u\u017eite\u010dn\u00e9 p\u0159i endoteli\u00e1ln\u00ed dysfunkci. Gran\u00e1tov\u00e9 jablko obsahuje antihypertenzn\u00ed, antiaterogenn\u00ed, antihyperglykemick\u00e9 a protiz\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00e9 slou\u010deniny, kter\u00e9 chr\u00e1n\u00ed zdrav\u00ed srdce zlep\u0161en\u00edm funkce endotelu.
