V prvn\u00edm roce pandemie se toto \u010d\u00edslo zv\u00fd\u0161ilo na v\u00edce ne\u017e jednu ze t\u0159\u00ed. Existuje mnoho zp\u016fsob\u016f, jak bojovat s \u00fazkost\u00ed, v\u010detn\u011b skute\u010dn\u00e9ho bonbonu dopl\u0148k\u016f, v\u010detn\u011b vitam\u00ednu B12 nebo jin\u00fdch vitam\u00edn\u016f B, jako je vitam\u00edn B1 a vitam\u00edn B6. Pom\u00e1h\u00e1 ale B12 p\u0159i \u00fazkostn\u00fdch poruch\u00e1ch?<\/em><\/p>\n<p><span>N\u011bkolik studi\u00ed uk\u00e1zalo, \u017ee lid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed maj\u00ed z\u00e1chvaty \u00fazkosti, maj\u00ed ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed hladiny vitam\u00ednu B12. Studie z roku 2000 zjistila, \u017ee mu\u017ei s nedostatkem vitam\u00ednu B12, kte\u0159\u00ed ned\u00e1vno ztratili milovanou osobu, \u010dast\u011bji trp\u00ed \u00fazkost\u00ed a\u00a0<\/span><a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" title=\"deprese\" href=\"https:\/\/www.meinwegausderangst.de\/depressionen\/\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"><span>depres\u00ed<\/span><\/a><span>\u00a0(2).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Jin\u00e1 studie zjistila, \u017ee lid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed pravideln\u011b jed\u00ed pomaz\u00e1nky na b\u00e1zi kvasnic \u2013 kter\u00e9 jsou \u010dasto obohacen\u00e9 o B12 \u2013 jsou m\u00e9n\u011b \u00fazkostn\u00ed ne\u017e lid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed je nejed\u00ed (3). A ve studii z roku 2017 m\u011bla v\u00edce ne\u017e polovina \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f s depres\u00ed a \u00fazkost\u00ed nedostatek vitaminu B12, i kdy\u017e jejich pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fd v\u011bk byl pod 60 let, co\u017e je populace, ve kter\u00e9 pouze 4 procenta maj\u00ed typicky nedostatek vitaminu (4) .<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>I kdy\u017e tyto studie prok\u00e1zaly souvislost mezi B12 a \u00fazkost\u00ed, je\u0161t\u011b neprok\u00e1zaly, \u017ee suplementace zlep\u0161uje \u00fazkost.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Zde je to, co zat\u00edm v\u00edme \u2013 a jak zjistit, zda by va\u0161e t\u011blo (a mozek) mohlo m\u00edt prosp\u011bch ze suplementace vitaminem B12.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 id=\"t-1671794353846\"><span>B12 a \u00fazkost: Z\u00e1klady<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><em>N\u011bkter\u00e9 studie zjistily, \u017ee lid\u00e9 s \u00fazkost\u00ed maj\u00ed ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed hladiny vitaminu B12 a \u017ee lid\u00e9 s \u00fazkost\u00ed a depres\u00ed maj\u00ed v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed pravd\u011bpodobnost nedostatku vitaminu B12.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><span>Tip na \u010dten\u00ed<\/span><\/strong><span>\u00a0:\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><a class=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/www.meinwegausderangst.de\/vitamine-gegen-depressionen\/\"><span>Vitam\u00edny proti depresi<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"t-1671794353847\" class=\"\"><span>Jak m\u016f\u017ee vitam\u00edn B12 ovlivnit \u00fazkost?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span>Vitamin B12, tak\u00e9 zn\u00e1m\u00fd jako kobalamin, hraje nepostradatelnou roli v mnoha t\u011blesn\u00fdch funkc\u00edch, nap\u0159. B. p\u0159i tvorb\u011b \u010derven\u00fdch krvinek, funkci nerv\u016f a tvorb\u011b DNA (5). V\u0161echny tyto funkce souvis\u00ed s n\u00e1ladou.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 id=\"t-1671794353848\" class=\"\"><span>Funkce nerv\u016f<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span>Vitam\u00edn B12 \u2013 obsa\u017een\u00fd v r\u016fzn\u00fdch \u017eivo\u010di\u0161n\u00fdch potravin\u00e1ch, jako jsou ryby, maso, dr\u016fbe\u017e a ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky \u2013 p\u0159isp\u00edv\u00e1 k tvorb\u011b myelinu, tukov\u00e9 l\u00e1tky, kter\u00e1 izoluje nervov\u00e9 bu\u0148ky. Tato sko\u0159\u00e1pka umo\u017e\u0148uje va\u0161im nerv\u016fm komunikovat mezi sebou.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em>Pokud nedostanete dostatek B12, m\u016f\u017ee se rychlost va\u0161eho du\u0161evn\u00edho zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed zpomalit, \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Dr. Lina Begdache, odborn\u00e1 asistentka na Binghamton University, kter\u00e1 studuje souvislost mezi stravou a du\u0161evn\u00edm zdrav\u00edm.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><span>Pomal\u00fd mozek m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt pot\u00ed\u017ee s uklidn\u011bn\u00edm, kdy\u017e ude\u0159\u00ed \u00fazkost. &#8222;Komunikace je pomalej\u0161\u00ed,&#8220; vysv\u011btluje Begdache. &#8222;Proto lid\u00e9 nedok\u00e1\u017eou ovl\u00e1dat emoce. St\u00e1v\u00e1 se z toho za\u010darovan\u00fd kruh. Jedna my\u0161lenka vyvol\u00e1v\u00e1 v\u00edce strachu a paniky a v\u00edce strachu vyvol\u00e1v\u00e1 v\u00edce negativn\u00edch my\u0161lenek.&#8220;<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 id=\"t-1671794353849\" class=\"\"><span>Zdrav\u00ed mozku<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span>Vitamin B12 tak\u00e9 pom\u00e1h\u00e1 p\u0159em\u011bnit neu\u017eite\u010dnou aminokyselinu zvanou homocystein na pou\u017eitelnou slou\u010deninu. Bez dostate\u010dn\u00e9ho mno\u017estv\u00ed B12 stoup\u00e1 hladina homocysteinu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em>&#8222;Homocystein je velmi n\u00e1chyln\u00fd k oxidaci, co\u017e je stejn\u00fd proces, ke kter\u00e9mu doch\u00e1z\u00ed, kdy\u017e kov rezav\u00ed,&#8220; \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Begdache. &#8222;Tak\u017ee to ni\u010d\u00ed na\u0161e proteiny a bu\u0148ky. Ni\u010d\u00ed to\u00a0<a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" title=\"Neurotransmitery\" href=\"https:\/\/www.meinwegausderangst.de\/neurotransmitter\/\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\">neurotransmitery<\/a>\u00a0.&#8220;<\/em><\/p>\n<p><span>Ve studii 6000 lid\u00ed publikovan\u00e9 v\u00a0<\/span><em><span>Journal of Nutrition<\/span><\/em><span>\u00a0nebyly zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 hladiny homocysteinu spojeny s \u00fazkost\u00ed, ale byly spojeny s depres\u00ed (6).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Podle\u00a0<\/span><em><span>Anxiety and Depression Association of America<\/span><\/em><span>\u00a0m\u00e1 t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 50 procent lid\u00ed s diagn\u00f3zou deprese tak\u00e9 diagnostikovanou \u00fazkostnou poruchu (7). &#8222;\u00dazkost je p\u0159edpokladem deprese,&#8220; \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Dr. Teodoro Bottiglieri, spoluautor knihy\u00a0<\/span><em><span>Homocystein: Related Vitamins and Neuropsychiatric Disorders<\/span><\/em><span>\u00a0. &#8222;Ne\u017e se objev\u00ed klinick\u00e1 deprese, obvykle &#8211; ne v\u017edy, ale v mnoha p\u0159\u00edpadech &#8211; je obdob\u00ed, ve kter\u00e9m jsou [lid\u00e9] velmi \u00fazkostn\u00ed.&#8220;<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 id=\"t-1671794353850\" class=\"\"><span>DNA a produkce \u010derven\u00fdch krvinek<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span>Vitamin B12 je pot\u0159ebn\u00fd pro tvorbu \u010derven\u00fdch krvinek, kter\u00e9 z\u00e1sobuj\u00ed mozek kysl\u00edkem \u2013 nezbytn\u00fdm pro ve\u0161ker\u00fd \u017eivot. To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee nedostatek B12 m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9st k poklesu po\u010dtu \u010derven\u00fdch krvinek \u2013 a t\u00edm i z\u00e1sobov\u00e1n\u00ed mozku kysl\u00edkem.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>B12 je tak\u00e9 pot\u0159ebn\u00fd pro tvorbu DNA. Pokud va\u0161e t\u011blo nen\u00ed schopno produkovat dostatek vysoce kvalitn\u00ed DNA, mohou nov\u00e9 bu\u0148ky postr\u00e1dat pot\u0159ebn\u00fd genetick\u00fd materi\u00e1l, \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Begdache. &#8222;Pokud nem\u00e1te dostatek prekurzor\u016f k produkci chemick\u00fdch l\u00e1tek v mozku, kter\u00e9 pot\u0159ebujete &#8211; v\u010detn\u011b chemick\u00fdch l\u00e1tek reguluj\u00edc\u00edch n\u00e1ladu dopaminu a serotoninu &#8211; m\u016f\u017eete za\u017e\u00edt zv\u00fd\u0161enou \u00fazkost,&#8220; \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Begdache.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 id=\"t-1671794353851\"><span>B12 a dobrou n\u00e1ladu<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><em>Vitamin B12 je nezbytn\u00fd pro n\u011bkolik d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdch funkc\u00ed ve va\u0161em t\u011ble, kter\u00e9 jsou spojeny s n\u00e1ladou, jako jsou: B. pro tvorbu DNA, funkci nerv\u016f a \u010derven\u00fdch krvinek. <\/em><em>Pokud jsou va\u0161e hladiny B12 n\u00edzk\u00e9, va\u0161e t\u011blo nemus\u00ed b\u00fdt schopno tyto d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 procesy dob\u0159e prov\u00e1d\u011bt.<\/em><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"t-1671794353852\" class=\"\"><span>M\u016f\u017ee u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed vitam\u00ednu B12 zm\u00edrnit \u00fazkost?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span>Navzdory jasn\u00e9 roli B12 v na\u0161em mozku neexistuje \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010div\u00fd v\u00fdzkum dopl\u0148k\u016f k l\u00e9\u010db\u011b \u00fazkosti.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em>Nap\u0159\u00edklad v australsk\u00e9 studii vystresovan\u00ed pracovn\u00edci, kte\u0159\u00ed dost\u00e1vali dopln\u011bk vitaminu B, neuv\u00e1d\u011bli po t\u0159ech m\u011bs\u00edc\u00edch \u017e\u00e1dnou zm\u011bnu \u00farovn\u011b \u00fazkosti (8). Ve skute\u010dnosti si nevedli o nic l\u00e9pe ne\u017e ti, kte\u0159\u00ed u\u017e\u00edvali placebo. Dopln\u011bk v\u0161ak obsahoval pouze 30 mikrogram\u016f vitaminu B12 \u2013 mnohem ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed d\u00e1vku, ne\u017e se b\u011b\u017en\u011b pod\u00e1v\u00e1 terapeuticky \u2013 a v\u011bdci nezkoumali, zda \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edci studie p\u0159ed zah\u00e1jen\u00edm suplementace nem\u011bli nedostatek.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><span>Metaanal\u00fdza z roku 2019 (9) dosp\u011bla k z\u00e1v\u011bru, \u017ee zat\u00edmco u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed vitam\u00edn\u016f B m\u016f\u017ee pomoci sn\u00ed\u017eit stres, nemaj\u00ed pozitivn\u00ed vliv na \u00fazkost. (Stres je obvykle spou\u0161t\u011bn n\u011b\u010d\u00edm mimo v\u00e1s, zat\u00edmco \u00fazkost se objevuje, i kdy\u017e neexistuje \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed stresor.) Ale pohled na studovanou populaci ukazuje, \u017ee v pr\u016fm\u011bru byly hladiny B12 \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f dostate\u010dn\u00e9 a \u017ee ti s poruchami n\u00e1lady nebyli tam.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Jin\u00fdmi slovy, studie neprok\u00e1zaly, \u017ee u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed vitam\u00ednu B12 m\u016f\u017ee zm\u00edrnit \u00fazkost.
