Nev\u00edme, je li p\u0159edsedkyn\u011b EK zainteresovan\u00e1 v\u00a0pr\u016fmyslu dod\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed izola\u010dn\u00ed materi\u00e1ly stejn\u011b, jako m\u011bla sv\u016fj pod\u00edl na zisku farmaceutick\u00fdch spole\u010dnost\u00ed vyr\u00e1b\u011bj\u00edc\u00edch pseudovakc\u00edny proti covidu, d\u00edky \u010demu\u017e dote\u010f st\u00e1ty EU nakupuj\u00ed a vz\u00e1p\u011bt\u00ed vyhazuj\u00ed tento produkt v\u00a0hodnot\u011b miliard korun m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u011b, ale nikoho by to u\u017e asi nijak nep\u0159ekvapilo. Jist\u00e9 je, \u017ee cel\u00fd proces zateplen\u00ed budov (u genderov\u00e9ho se jim to u\u017e nadm\u00edru da\u0159\u00ed) je v\u00a0pl\u00e1nu na bl\u00edzkou budoucnost a jde o naprosto tot\u00e1ln\u00ed a extr\u00e9mn\u011b n\u00e1kladn\u00fd nesmysl.<\/span><\/p>\n<div id=\"pagetext\">\n<p>\u00a0 Podstatn\u00e9 na cel\u00e9m prvn\u00edm odstavci je p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm jedno slovo, a to to p\u0159edposledn\u00ed. Tedy ,,n\u00e1kladn\u00fd\u201c. Z\u00e1m\u011brem elit je znemo\u017enit ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed a st\u0159edn\u00ed vrstv\u011b vlastnit sv\u00e9 bydlen\u00ed. Nejde o \u017e\u00e1dnou \u00fasporu energie, cel\u00fd Green Deal je p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm n\u00e1strojem k\u00a0z\u00edsk\u00e1n\u00ed moci a nadvl\u00e1dy nad t\u011bmi n\u00e1rody, kter\u00e9 se inteligenc\u00ed a schopnostmi vymykaj\u00ed celosv\u011btov\u00e9mu pr\u016fm\u011bru. Nikoho v\u00a0r\u00e1mci ekologie nezaj\u00edm\u00e1 Afrika \u010di Ji\u017en\u00ed Amerika, St\u0159edn\u00ed \u010di Bl\u00edzkov\u00fdchodn\u00ed Asie, Green Deal m\u00e1 dopadat p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm na Evropu a \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b na Severn\u00ed Ameriku a V\u00fdchodn\u00ed Asii. Zat\u00edmco Evropa j\u00edm bude str\u00e1dat, USA, a p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm \u010c\u00edna, by mohly sp\u00ed\u0161e profitovat. A to d\u00edky dod\u00e1vk\u00e1m plynu, kter\u00fd m\u00e1 nahradit jin\u00e1 fosiln\u00ed paliva, ani\u017e by se kdokoliv zaj\u00edmal o ekologickou z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e p\u0159i jeho p\u0159eprav\u011b p\u0159es oce\u00e1n, zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b kdy\u017e ho Rusov\u00e9 maj\u00ed v\u00fdrazn\u00fd nadbytek a v\u011bt\u0161in\u011b st\u00e1t\u016f ho r\u00e1di prodaj\u00ed. Zda li i n\u00e1m po eskap\u00e1d\u00e1ch militantn\u00edch p\u011btikoali\u010dn\u00edch politik\u016f, to je ot\u00e1zka. A u \u010c\u00edny jde p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm o dod\u00e1vku technologi\u00ed. O Green Dealu, ekologii, CO2, elektromobilit\u011b a obrovsk\u00e9m mno\u017estv\u00ed l\u017e\u00ed a manipulac\u00ed bychom mohli hovo\u0159it bez p\u0159est\u00e1vky t\u00fddny, to ale nen\u00ed z\u00e1m\u011brem tohoto \u010dl\u00e1nku.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00edm je naopak snaha p\u0159ipravit n\u00e1s o nemovitosti. Povinnost zateplit budovy a\u00a0 z\u00edskat energetick\u00fd \u0161t\u00edtek m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt prvn\u00ed selekc\u00ed majitel\u016f na ty, kte\u0159\u00ed na to maj\u00ed, a na zbytek p\u0159inucen\u00fd odprodat sv\u00e9 domy a budovy. T\u00fdk\u00e1 se to jak soukromn\u00edk\u016f, tak i firem. Pozor na to, zm\u011bna majitele m\u00e1 b\u00fdt v\u00a0brzk\u00e9 dob\u011b podm\u00edn\u011bna pr\u00e1v\u011b vlastnictv\u00edm energetick\u00e9ho \u0161t\u00edtku a v\u011bt\u0161ina i pom\u011brn\u011b nov\u00fdch dom\u016f spad\u00e1 do kategorie mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b neekonomick\u00e9, by\u0165 v\u00a0re\u00e1lu to v\u016fbec nemus\u00ed b\u00fdt pravda. Nikoho nezaj\u00edm\u00e1 s\u00edla zd\u00ed Va\u0161eho domu, stavebn\u00ed materi\u00e1l. Sta\u010d\u00ed, \u017ee jste logicky odm\u00edtli olepit d\u016fm plesniv\u011bj\u00edc\u00edm polystyr\u00e9nem a stav\u011bli jste v\u00a0dob\u011b, kdy dvojskla byla vrcholn\u00e1 technologie p\u0159i v\u00fdrob\u011b oken, a m\u00e1te sm\u016flu. A to m\u016f\u017eete m\u00edt \u010dty\u0159ia\u010dty\u0159ic\u00edtku porotherm, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b i s\u00a0izola\u010dn\u00ed p\u011bnou v\u00a0p\u00f3rech, nikoho to nezaj\u00edm\u00e1. Stejn\u011b tak jsou diskriminov\u00e1ny ur\u010dit\u00e9 zdroje tepla, proto\u017ee ,,fr\u010d\u00ed\u201c drah\u00e1 a neekonomick\u00e1 tepeln\u00e1 \u010derpadla a nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 st\u0159e\u0161n\u00ed sol\u00e1rn\u00ed panely schopn\u00e9 V\u00e1m zatopit zaho\u0159en\u00edm i v\u00a0l\u00e9t\u011b. Jist\u00e9 je, \u017ee n\u00e1prava tepeln\u00fdch ,,nedostatk\u016f\u201c jde do mili\u00f3n\u016f zaplacen\u00fdch i p\u0159es \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u00e9 dotace pr\u00e1v\u011b majiteli nemovitost\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/stranapro.cz\/\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-40285 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.infokuryr.cz\/n\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/11pro-300x79.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"615\" height=\"162\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.infokuryr.cz\/n\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/11pro-300x79.png 300w, https:\/\/www.infokuryr.cz\/n\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/11pro.png 363w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 615px) 100vw, 615px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Jak jsme \u0159ekli, zateplen\u00ed budov je prvn\u00ed selekc\u00ed mezi majiteli. N\u00e1sledovat bude nav\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed dan\u00ed. NERV, tedy vl\u00e1dn\u00ed poradn\u00ed t\u00fdm pseudoekonom\u016f navrhuje vl\u00e1d\u011b razantn\u00ed zdra\u017een\u00ed nemovitost\u00ed, a to \u00fadajn\u011b dle zahrani\u010dn\u00edch model\u016f. Nap\u0159\u00edklad \u0161v\u00fdcarsk\u00e9ho. Jen\u017ee cel\u00fd \u0161v\u00fdcarsk\u00fd syst\u00e9m je jaksi naprosto odli\u0161n\u00fd od na\u0161eho. Jestli\u017ee u\u017e letos zaplat\u00ed majitel\u00e9 mnohem vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed dan\u011b z\u00a0nemovitosti, ne\u017e tomu bylo loni, pak v\u00a0pl\u00e1nu je mnohem vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00edtok financ\u00ed do st\u00e1tn\u00ed pokladny. A p\u0159i v\u011bdom\u00ed, \u017ee jakkoliv pln\u00e1 st\u00e1tn\u00ed kasa nebude pro politiky nikdy dostate\u010dn\u011b napln\u011bna, proto\u017ee\u2026.t\u0159eba Ukrajina, EU, v\u00e1lka s Ruskem \u010di nap\u0159\u00edklad solidarita s\u00a0barmsk\u00fdmi \u017eenami.<\/p>\n<p>Co bude n\u00e1sledovat? Nem\u00e1te na dan\u011b, zabav\u00ed V\u00e1m nemovitost. St\u00e1tn\u00ed budovy jsou z\u00a0obliga, st\u00e1t s\u00e1m sob\u011b m\u016f\u017ee platit do aleluja. Bohat\u00e9 firmy si pen\u00edze na dan\u011b vyt\u00e1hnou ze z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016f, tedy z\u00a0n\u00e1s, nebo odejdou podnikat jinam, co\u017e je tak\u00e9 kontraproduktivn\u00ed. Z\u00e1mo\u017en\u00ed jednotlivci si sv\u00e9 bydlen\u00ed tak\u00e9 ,,ut\u00e1hnou\u201c, jejich zp\u016fsob ob\u017eivy umo\u017en\u00ed na povinn\u00e9 odvody z\u00edskat prost\u0159edky z\u00a0podnikatelsk\u00e9 \u010dinnosti. St\u0159edn\u00ed vrstva u\u017e v\u00fdrazn\u011b zchudnula a na dal\u0161\u00ed zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed dan\u00ed v\u011bt\u0161ina z\u00a0n\u00ed m\u00edt nebude. A v\u00a0tu chv\u00edli nastoup\u00ed gang exekutor\u016f podporovan\u00fd st\u00e1tem schopn\u00fd vyhnat dosavadn\u00ed majitele dom\u016f do stan\u016f \u010di n\u00e1ru\u010de velk\u00fdch pronaj\u00edmatel\u016f v\u010detn\u011b toho, kter\u00e9ho ze sebe m\u016f\u017ee ud\u011blat pr\u00e1v\u011b st\u00e1t. S\u00a0lehkou nads\u00e1zkou tomu \u0159\u00edkejme zn\u00e1rodn\u011bn\u00ed Va\u0161eho dosavadn\u00edho majetku. A k\u00a0n\u011bmu nad\u0161en\u011b P\u011btikoalice (a ned\u011blejme si iluzi o ANO) m\u00ed\u0159\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Levice nikdy nem\u011bla v\u00a0pl\u00e1nu nechat lidem majetek. A ozna\u010dovat liber\u00e1ly jako pravici, je protimluva a drzost. i kdy\u017e jde o ODS \u010di Top09. Nejen Pir\u00e1ti maj\u00ed v\u00a0\u00famyslu n\u00e1vrat k\u00a0rud\u00fdm praktik\u00e1m, i kdy\u017e dopln\u011bn\u00fdm stejn\u011b nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdm zelen\u00fdm n\u00e1dechem. A je t\u0159eba si tak\u00e9 uv\u011bdomit, \u017ee dan\u011b z\u00a0nemovitost\u00ed se net\u00fdkaj\u00ed jen budov, ale i pozemk\u016f. Tedy ka\u017ed\u00e9ho, kdo na nich cokoliv p\u011bstuje \u010di chov\u00e1. Jde o dal\u0161\u00ed \u00fatok na na\u0161e ob\u010dany pe\u010dliv\u011b p\u0159ipraven\u00fd tak, aby n\u00e1m nic nezbylo. P\u0159esn\u011b tak, jak prosazuje Schwab na WEF v\u00a0Davosu. Jen to p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010den\u00ed, \u017ee budete \u0161\u0165astn\u00ed, kdy\u017e nebudete nic vlastnit, si jen t\u011b\u017eko dok\u00e1\u017eeme p\u0159edstavit.
