zp\u016fsobeno n\u00e1r\u016fstem bakteri\u00ed Porphyromonas gingivalis, kter\u00e1 tak\u00e9 zhor\u0161uje vrozenou imunitn\u00ed odpov\u011b\u010f a zvy\u0161uje riziko cukrovky 2. typu, srde\u010dn\u00edch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed, z\u00e1palu plic, autoimunitn\u00edch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed a du\u0161evn\u00edch poruch.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Kdy\u017e se bakterie zp\u016fsobuj\u00edc\u00ed zubn\u00ed kaz a onemocn\u011bn\u00ed d\u00e1sn\u00ed dostanou do krevn\u00edho ob\u011bhu, j\u00e1tra uvoln\u00ed C-reaktivn\u00ed proteiny, kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed z\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky.\u00a0Z\u00e1n\u011bt je zase zn\u00e1m\u00e1 nemoc zp\u016fsobuj\u00edc\u00ed s\u00edla, kter\u00e1 vede k v\u011bt\u0161in\u011b chronick\u00fdch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>P. gingivalis byl nalezen v mozc\u00edch pacient\u016f s Alzheimerovou chorobou a m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou tohoto onemocn\u011bn\u00ed.\u00a0Bylo prok\u00e1z\u00e1no, \u017ee ne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed zub\u016f dvakr\u00e1t denn\u011b zvy\u0161uje riziko demence a\u017e o 65 % ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00edm zub\u016f t\u0159ikr\u00e1t denn\u011b<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Ned\u00e1vn\u00e1 studie na 40 175 dosp\u011bl\u00fdch ve st\u0159edn\u00edm v\u011bku, kte\u0159\u00ed nem\u011bli mrtvici ani demenci, zjistila, \u017ee lid\u00e9 se \u0161patn\u00fdm zdrav\u00edm \u00fastn\u00ed dutiny m\u011bli vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed hladiny neurozobrazovac\u00edch marker\u016f spojen\u00fdch s po\u0161kozen\u00edm b\u00edl\u00e9 hmoty mozku.\u00a0Proto\u017ee tyto markery p\u0159edch\u00e1zej\u00ed mozkov\u00e9 mrtvici a demenci a jsou zaveden\u00fdmi rizikov\u00fdmi faktory, v\u00fdsledky nazna\u010duj\u00ed, \u017ee zdrav\u00ed \u00fastn\u00ed dutiny je slibn\u00fdm c\u00edlem pro velmi \u010dasn\u00e9 z\u00e1sahy ke zlep\u0161en\u00ed zdrav\u00ed mozku.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span>Je ne\u0161\u0165astn\u00e9, kolik lid\u00ed si pln\u011b neuv\u011bdomuje d\u016fle\u017eitost zdrav\u00ed \u00fastn\u00ed dutiny pro sv\u00e9 celkov\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed.\u00a0Faktem je, \u017ee k\u0159ehk\u00e1 rovnov\u00e1ha bakteri\u00ed ve va\u0161ich \u00fastech je pro va\u0161e zdrav\u00ed stejn\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 jako v\u00e1\u0161 st\u0159evn\u00ed mikrobiom.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Kdy\u017e jsou n\u011bkter\u00e9 bakterie p\u0159\u00edtomny v p\u0159ebytku, vznikaj\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00e9 probl\u00e9my, a to nejen ve va\u0161ich \u00fastech.\u00a0Jin\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti va\u0161eho t\u011bla mohou b\u00fdt tak\u00e9 v\u00e1\u017en\u011b posti\u017eeny.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Nap\u0159\u00edklad onemocn\u011bn\u00ed parodontu, kter\u00e9 napad\u00e1 m\u011bkkou tk\u00e1\u0148 a kosti v \u00fastech, je zp\u016fsobeno zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fdm v\u00fdskytem Porphyromonas gingivalis, bakterie, kter\u00e1 tak\u00e9 naru\u0161uje vrozenou imunitn\u00ed odpov\u011b\u010f a zvy\u0161uje riziko cukrovky 2. typu, srde\u010dn\u00edch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed, z\u00e1palu plic, autoimunitn\u00edch\u00a0<\/span><a kter\u00e1 vede k v\u011bt\u0161in\u011b chronick\u00fdch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed, v\u010detn\u011b neurodegenerativn\u00edch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed, jako je Alzheimerova choroba, Parkinsonova choroba a roztrou\u0161en\u00e1 skler\u00f3za (RS).\u00a0Vypl\u00fdv\u00e1 to z v\u011bdeck\u00e9 zpr\u00e1vy z roku 2022:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><span>\u201eBylo navr\u017eeno, \u017ee periodont\u00e1ln\u00ed onemocn\u011bn\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee spou\u0161t\u011bt nebo p\u0159isp\u00edvat k rozvoji Alzheimerovy choroby prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm mnoha cest, v\u010detn\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdch parodont\u00e1ln\u00edch patogen\u016f.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><span>Dysbiotick\u00e9 or\u00e1ln\u00ed bakterie mohou uvol\u0148ovat bakteri\u00e1ln\u00ed produkty do krevn\u00edho \u0159e\u010di\u0161t\u011b a nakonec p\u0159ekro\u010dit hematoencefalickou bari\u00e9ru;\u00a0tyto bakterie mohou tak\u00e9 zp\u016fsobit zm\u011bny ve st\u0159evn\u00ed mikrobiot\u011b, zv\u00fd\u0161it z\u00e1n\u011bt a potenci\u00e1ln\u011b ovlivnit funkci mozku prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm osy st\u0159evo-mozek.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><span>Trojklann\u00fd nerv byl navr\u017een jako dal\u0161\u00ed cesta mezi or\u00e1ln\u00edmi bakteri\u00e1ln\u00edmi produkty a mozkem&#8230; Existuj\u00ed klinick\u00e9 d\u016fkazy, \u017ee pacienti s parodontitidou jsou vystaveni vy\u0161\u0161\u00edmu riziku rozvoje Parkinsonovy choroby a RS.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><span>Toto spojen\u00ed mezi mozkem, paradent\u00f3zou a syst\u00e9mov\u00fdm z\u00e1n\u011btem otev\u00edr\u00e1 nov\u00e9 mo\u017enosti, jak mikrogli\u00e1ln\u00ed bu\u0148ky, kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 bu\u0148ky vrozen\u00e9ho imunitn\u00edho syst\u00e9mu, a astrocyty, kritick\u00e9 regul\u00e1tory vrozen\u00fdch a adaptivn\u00edch imunitn\u00edch reakc\u00ed v mozku, p\u0159isp\u00edvaj\u00ed k mozkov\u00e9 patologii.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><span>V sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b nedostate\u010dn\u00e9 porozum\u011bn\u00ed patogenezi neurodegenerace br\u00e1n\u00ed rozvoji terapi\u00ed.\u00a0T\u00e9to patogenezi v\u0161ak m\u016f\u017eeme p\u0159edej\u00edt bojem s jednou z mo\u017en\u00fdch p\u0159\u00ed\u010din (parodontitida) syst\u00e9mov\u00e9ho z\u00e1n\u011btu pomoc\u00ed jednoduch\u00fdch preventivn\u00edch opat\u0159en\u00ed \u00fastn\u00ed hygieny.\u201c<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>\u0160patn\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed \u00fastn\u00ed dutiny po\u0161kozuje v\u00e1\u0161 mozek<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Ve skute\u010dnosti mnoho studi\u00ed spojuje \u0161patn\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed \u00fastn\u00ed dutiny se zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fdm rizikem demence.\u00a0Studie z roku 2019, kter\u00e1 objevila P. gingivalis v mozc\u00edch pacient\u016f s Alzheimerovou chorobou, spekulovala, \u017ee bakterie zodpov\u011bdn\u00e1 za periodont\u00e1ln\u00ed onemocn\u011bn\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt kauz\u00e1ln\u00ed p\u0159isp\u011bvatelem k Alzheimerov\u011b chorob\u011b.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Byly tak\u00e9 nalezeny toxick\u00e9 prote\u00e1zy z bakterie, zvan\u00e9 gingipainy, \u201ea hladiny korelovaly s patologi\u00ed tau a ubikvitinu\u201c.\u00a0Bylo tak\u00e9 prok\u00e1z\u00e1no, \u017ee tyto gingipainy samy o sob\u011b maj\u00ed neurotoxick\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky, a to jak in vivo, tak in vitro.\u00a0Pomoc\u00ed syntetick\u00e9ho inhibitoru bolesti d\u00e1sn\u00ed byli v\u011bdci schopni sn\u00ed\u017eit neuroz\u00e1n\u011bt sn\u00ed\u017een\u00edm bakteri\u00e1ln\u00ed z\u00e1t\u011b\u017ee P. gingivalis.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Jin\u00e1 studie zjistila, \u017ee riziko rozvoje demence se zv\u00fd\u0161ilo o 65 %, kdy\u017e si ne\u010dist\u00edte zuby dvakr\u00e1t denn\u011b, ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00edm t\u0159ikr\u00e1t denn\u011b.\u00a0V posledn\u00ed dob\u011b observa\u010dn\u00ed studie 40 175 dosp\u011bl\u00fdch ve st\u0159edn\u00edm v\u011bku, kte\u0159\u00ed nem\u011bli mrtvici ani demenci, zjistila, \u017ee lid\u00e9 se \u0161patn\u00fdm zdrav\u00edm \u00fastn\u00ed dutiny m\u011bli vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed hladiny neurozobrazovac\u00edch marker\u016f spojen\u00fdch s po\u0161kozen\u00edm b\u00edl\u00e9 hmoty mozku.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><strong><span>&#8222;Proto\u017ee
