barviva a dal\u0161\u00ed \u0161kodliv\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edsady<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>\u017dv\u00fdk\u00e1n\u00ed \u017ev\u00fdka\u010dek je tak\u00e9 spojov\u00e1no s bolestmi hlavy a probl\u00e9my s TMJ a p\u0159edstavuje v\u00fdznamnou hrozbu pro \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed kv\u016fli zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed plasty.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span>\u017dv\u00fdk\u00e1n\u00ed \u017ev\u00fdka\u010dky je celosv\u011btov\u011b b\u011b\u017enou z\u00e1bavou a o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1 se, \u017ee celosv\u011btov\u00e9 tr\u017eby v roce 2025 dos\u00e1hnou 48,68 miliardy dolar\u016f.\u00a0Jen v Severn\u00ed Americe by trh se \u017ev\u00fdka\u010dkami mohl do roku 2024 dos\u00e1hnout 3,5 miliardy dolar\u016f.\u00a0N\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed lid\u00e9 \u017ev\u00fdkaj\u00ed \u017ev\u00fdka\u010dku pro chu\u0165, zat\u00edmco jin\u00ed ji pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed sp\u00ed\u0161e jako n\u00e1stroj k potla\u010den\u00ed chuti nebo k odvyk\u00e1n\u00ed kou\u0159en\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Jin\u00ed zase \u017ev\u00fdkaj\u00ed \u017ev\u00fdka\u010dku jako formu \u00falevy od stresu, proto\u017ee \u017ev\u00fdk\u00e1n\u00ed, zn\u00e1m\u00e9 tak\u00e9 jako \u017ev\u00fdk\u00e1n\u00ed, m\u016f\u017ee sn\u00ed\u017eit \u00fazkost.\u00a0Ne\u017e ale propadnete tomuto zd\u00e1nliv\u011b ne\u0161kodn\u00e9mu zvyku, m\u011bli byste si b\u00fdt v\u011bdomi n\u011bkter\u00fdch nev\u00fdhod \u017ev\u00fdka\u010dek.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>\u017dv\u00fdk\u00e1n\u00ed spou\u0161t\u00ed biologick\u00e9 procesy v t\u011ble<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u017dv\u00fdk\u00e1n\u00ed, zejm\u00e9na pomal\u00e9 \u017ev\u00fdk\u00e1n\u00ed, podporuje proces stimuluje tvorbu slin, kter\u00e9 obsahuj\u00ed enzym zvan\u00fd lingv\u00e1ln\u00ed lip\u00e1za, kter\u00fd pom\u00e1h\u00e1 odbour\u00e1vat tuky, a kter\u00fd (docela m\u00e1lo) pom\u00e1h\u00e1 p\u0159i polyk\u00e1n\u00ed.\u00a0\u010c\u00edm d\u00e9le \u017ev\u00fdk\u00e1te, t\u00edm v\u00edce \u010dasu maj\u00ed tyto enzymy na rozklad va\u0161eho j\u00eddla.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>T\u00edm se p\u0159i tr\u00e1ven\u00ed odleh\u010d\u00ed \u017ealudek a tenk\u00e9 st\u0159evo, proto\u017ee tr\u00e1ven\u00ed vy\u017eaduje hodn\u011b energie.\u00a0Kdy\u017e j\u00eddlo d\u016fkladn\u011b \u017ev\u00fdk\u00e1te, va\u0161e st\u0159eva mohou snadn\u011bji absorbovat \u017eiviny z j\u00eddla.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u017dv\u00fdk\u00e1n\u00ed tak\u00e9 zvy\u0161uje glukagonu podobn\u00fd peptid 1 (GLP-1).\u00a0Jako peptidov\u00fd hormon pat\u0159\u00ed GLP-1 do skupiny inkretinov\u00fdch hormon\u016f, kter\u00e9 se uvol\u0148uj\u00ed p\u0159i j\u00eddle k regulaci inzul\u00ednu, j\u00eddlo str\u00e1vit, i kdy\u017e tomu tak nen\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>\u017dv\u00fdka\u010dka m\u016f\u017ee zp\u016fsobit za\u017e\u00edvac\u00ed pot\u00ed\u017ee a nepohodl\u00ed v \u010delisti<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u017dv\u00fdka\u010dka m\u016f\u017ee zv\u00fd\u0161it mno\u017estv\u00ed vzduchu a slin, nano\u010d\u00e1stic\u00edm TiO2 v\u00fdznamn\u011b zhor\u0161uje funkci st\u0159evn\u00ed bari\u00e9ry a z\u00e1rove\u0148 zvy\u0161uje tvorbu reaktivn\u00edch forem kysl\u00edku, proz\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00e9 sign\u00e1ly a aktivitu st\u0159evn\u00ed alkalick\u00e9 fosfat\u00e1zy, kter\u00e1 hraje roli ve zdrav\u00ed st\u0159ev.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Po expozici nano\u010d\u00e1stic\u00edm TiO2 se tak\u00e9 v\u00fdznamn\u011b sn\u00ed\u017eil transport \u017eeleza, zinku a mastn\u00fdch kyselin.\u00a0Tiskov\u00e1 zpr\u00e1va Binghamtonsk\u00e9 univerzity to vysv\u011btluje:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><span>&#8222;Akutn\u00ed expozice nem\u011bly velk\u00fd \u00fa\u010dinek, ale chronick\u00e9 expozice [t\u0159i j\u00eddla b\u011bhem p\u011bti dn\u016f] sn\u00ed\u017eily absorp\u010dn\u00ed v\u00fdb\u011b\u017eky na povrchu st\u0159evn\u00edch bun\u011bk naz\u00fdvan\u00fdch mikroklky.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><span>S men\u0161\u00edm po\u010dtem zv\u00fd\u0161ily.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><span>Evropsk\u00e1 unie zak\u00e1zala pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed oxidu titani\u010dit\u00e9ho v potravin\u00e1ch v roce 2021 pot\u00e9, co Panel pro potravin\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9 p\u0159\u00eddatn\u00e9 l\u00e1tky a dochucovadla Evropsk\u00e9ho \u00fa\u0159adu pro bezpe\u010dnost potravin dosp\u011bl k z\u00e1v\u011bru, \u017ee \u201eji\u017e nelze vylou\u010dit\u201c.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Temporomandibul\u00e1rn\u00ed poruchy, kter\u00e9 zahrnuj\u00ed poruchy temporomandibul\u00e1rn\u00edho kloubu (TMJ), jsou tak\u00e9 spojeny se \u017ev\u00fdk\u00e1n\u00edm d\u00e1sn\u00ed.\u00a0V\u00fdskyt p\u0159\u00edznak\u016f TMD, v\u010detn\u011b klik\u00e1n\u00ed a bolesti, byl vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed u \u017ev\u00fdka\u010dek ne\u017e u
