Vitam\u00edn K2<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Existuj\u00ed dva typy vitaminu K: fylochinon (vitamin K1) a menachinon (vitamin K2).\u00a0Vitamin K1 poch\u00e1z\u00ed ze zelen\u00e9 listov\u00e9 zeleniny, udr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed bun\u011b\u010dn\u00e9ho zdrav\u00ed.\u00a0Ve v\u011bdeck\u00e9m \u010dasopise \u201eNutrients\u201c v\u011bdci vysv\u011btlili:<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201e\u2026[V]itam\u00edn K2 v\u011bdci se domn\u00edvaj\u00ed, \u017ee hlavn\u00ed roli mohou hr\u00e1t epigenetick\u00e9 zm\u011bny.<\/p>\n<p>Dok\u00e1zali tak\u00e9 obnovit genovou regulaci ve st\u00e1rnouc\u00edch mitochondri\u00edch do mladistv\u011bj\u0161\u00edho stavu pomoc\u00ed glycinu.\u00a0Studie uv\u00e1d\u00ed: &#8222;L\u00e9\u010dba star\u0161\u00edch fibroblast\u016f glycinem \u00fa\u010dinn\u011b zabr\u00e1nila expresi t\u011bchto st\u00e1rnouc\u00edch fenotyp\u016f.&#8220;<\/p>\n<p>Kolagen \u2013 nejroz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u011bj\u0161\u00ed b\u00edlkovina v na\u0161em t\u011ble \u2013 je v\u011bt\u0161inou tvo\u0159en glycinem.\u00a0Je tak\u00e9 prekurzorem glutathionu, siln\u00e9ho antioxidantu, kter\u00fd se s v\u011bkem sni\u017euje.\u00a0D\u016fvodem \u00fa\u010dink\u016f glycinu proti st\u00e1rnut\u00ed by v\u0161ak mohla b\u00fdt stimulace autofagie a napodobov\u00e1n\u00ed omezen\u00ed methioninu.\u00a0Dokonce i do\u010dasn\u00e9 omezen\u00ed methioninu vede k v\u00fdhod\u00e1m, jako je zlep\u0161en\u00ed homeost\u00e1zy gluk\u00f3zy, sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed obezity a ochrana proti ztu\u010dn\u011bn\u00ed jater.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00fdzkumn\u00edci z Baylor College of Medicine tak\u00e9 studovali suplementaci kombinac\u00ed glycinu a N-acetylcysteinu (NAC), dvou prekurzor\u016f glutathionu, kter\u00e9 jsou spole\u010dn\u011b zn\u00e1m\u00e9 jako GlyNAC.<\/p>\n<p>Ji\u017e d\u0159\u00edve prok\u00e1zali, \u017ee mlad\u00e9 my\u0161i s deficitem glutathionu maj\u00ed mitochondri\u00e1ln\u00ed dysfunkci a dopln\u011bn\u00ed GlyNAC u star\u0161\u00edch my\u0161\u00ed nejen zlep\u0161ilo nedostatek glutathionu, ale tak\u00e9 po\u0161kozen\u00ed mitochondri\u00ed, oxida\u010dn\u00ed stres a inzul\u00ednovou rezistenci.<\/p>\n<p>Dal\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdzkum byl proveden na pacientech s HIV a zjistil, \u017ee suplementace GlyNAC zlep\u0161ila \u201edeficity spojen\u00e9 s p\u0159ed\u010dasn\u00fdm endoteli\u00e1ln\u00ed dysfunkce, z\u00e1n\u011btu, kognitivn\u00edch schopnost\u00ed, s\u00edly a dal\u0161\u00edch.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>#3 Koenzym Q10 (CoQ10)<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>CoQ10, antioxidant rozpustn\u00fd v tuc\u00edch, se nach\u00e1z\u00ed t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 v ka\u017ed\u00e9 bu\u0148ce va\u0161eho t\u011bla, ale je koncentrov\u00e1n v mitochondri\u00edch, kde se pod\u00edl\u00ed na v\u00fdrob\u011b energie.\u00a0Jako kofaktor v elektronov\u00e9m transportn\u00edm \u0159et\u011bzci se CQ10 prim\u00e1rn\u011b pod\u00edl\u00ed na synt\u00e9ze adenosintrifosf\u00e1tu (ATP), kter\u00fd va\u0161e bu\u0148ky pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed k \u017eivotu, oprav\u011b a regeneraci.<\/p>\n<p>Zd\u00e1 se, tk\u00e1n\u011b a pouze 3 a\u017e 8 % objemu tk\u00e1n\u011b kostern\u00edho svalstva.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159esto\u017ee CoQ10 nestimuluje r\u016fst nov\u00fdch mitochondri\u00ed, je nezbytn\u00fd pro jejich metabolickou funkci.\u00a0Nav\u00edc podle v\u00fdzkumn\u00edk\u016f z Liverpool John Moores University ve Velk\u00e9 Brit\u00e1nii:<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eSekund\u00e1rn\u00ed nedostatek CoQ10 se typicky vyskytuje u mitochondri\u00e1ln\u00edch myopati\u00ed, kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00edch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed, diabetu typu II, chronick\u00e9ho onemocn\u011bn\u00ed ledvin, onemocn\u011bn\u00ed jater a kritick\u00fdch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed.\u00a0Nedostatek CoQ10 u t\u011bchto onemocn\u011bn\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee ovlivnit bun\u011b\u010dn\u00fd antioxida\u010dn\u00ed stav a v\u00e9st k poru\u0161e mitochondri\u00e1ln\u00ed funkce a z\u00e1sobov\u00e1n\u00ed bu\u0148ky energi\u00ed, nap\u0159.\u00a0B. m\u00e1 za n\u00e1sledek srde\u010dn\u00ed selh\u00e1n\u00ed.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Ubiquinol je redukovan\u00e1 verze CoQ10.\u00a0Mlad\u00ed lid\u00e9 sn\u00e1\u0161ej\u00ed dopl\u0148ky CoQ10 docela dob\u0159e, ale star\u0161\u00edm lidem je voln\u011b uloven\u00fd losos, makrela, sardinky, vejce a svalovina.<\/p>\n<p>M\u016f\u017eete tak\u00e9 zlep\u0161it p\u0159em\u011bnu CoQ10 na ubiquinol v t\u011ble t\u00edm, \u017ee budete j\u00edst hodn\u011b zelen\u00e9 listov\u00e9 zeleniny, kter\u00e1 m\u00e1 vysok\u00fd obsah chlorofylu, a p\u0159itom se vystavit slunci.<\/p>\n<p>Pokud u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1te statinov\u00fd l\u00e9k, budete tak\u00e9 muset u\u017e\u00edvat alespo\u0148 100 a\u017e 200 mg ubiquinolu nebo CoQ10 denn\u011b nebo v\u00edce.\u00a0Suplementace je vhodn\u00e1 i pro osoby s chronick\u00fdmi
