zdrojem v\u00fd\u017eivy, zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b pokud je vyroben z nepasterizovan\u00e9ho ml\u00e9ka krmen\u00e9ho tr\u00e1vou a zraj\u00edc\u00ed podle star\u00fdch tradic.\u00a0Mezi mnoha cenn\u00fdmi \u017eivinami v prav\u00e9m s\u00fdru je vitam\u00edn K2, kter\u00fd je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd pro zdrav\u00ed srdce, mozku a kost\u00ed.\u00a0Nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed mno\u017estv\u00ed vitam\u00ednu K2 se nach\u00e1z\u00ed v Goud\u011b, Brie a Edamu.\u00a0Mezi dal\u0161\u00ed s\u00fdry s ni\u017e\u0161\u00edm, ale st\u00e1le vysok\u00fdm obsahem K2 pat\u0159\u00ed Cheddar, Colby, posledn\u00edch letech \u0159ada studi\u00ed odsuzovala s\u00fdr (zejm\u00e9na plnotu\u010dn\u00fd) a prok\u00e1zala, \u017ee vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed spot\u0159eba s\u00fdra vede k lep\u0161\u00edmu \u017eivotnost\u00ed a ni\u017e\u0161\u00edm rizikem onemocn\u011bn\u00ed<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Polyaminy jsou deriv\u00e1ty aminokyselin, kter\u00e9 se nach\u00e1zej\u00ed jak ve strav\u011b, tak ve st\u0159evn\u00ed mikrofl\u00f3r\u011b a jsou rozhoduj\u00edc\u00ed pro bun\u011b\u010dn\u00fd r\u016fst a p\u0159e\u017eit\u00ed.\u00a0Polyaminy zase obsahuj\u00ed chemik\u00e1lie, jako je spermidin a spermin (takto se jmenuj\u00ed, proto\u017ee byly p\u016fvodn\u011b objeveny v lidsk\u00fdch spermi\u00edch) a putrescin.\u00a0Jak uv\u00e1d\u00ed Royal Society of Chemistry:<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eSperma poch\u00e1z\u00ed ze spermidinu.\u00a0A spermidin se tvo\u0159\u00ed pomoc\u00ed spermidinsynt\u00e1zy z jin\u00e9ho polyaminu, p\u016fvodn\u011b nazvan\u00e9ho putrescin pro svou roli v hnij\u00edc\u00edm mase&#8230; [T]yto polyaminy jsou d\u016fvodem, pro\u010d spermie a na ja\u0159e n\u011bkter\u00e9 druhy strom\u016f vyd\u00e1vaj\u00ed pikantn\u00ed [ v\u016fn\u011b]\u2026\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Spermidin, spermin a putrescin maj\u00ed siln\u00e9 protiz\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky, chr\u00e1n\u00ed DNA p\u0159ed po\u0161kozen\u00edm voln\u00fdmi radik\u00e1ly a ve studi\u00edch na zv\u00ed\u0159atech byly spojov\u00e1ny s dlouhov\u011bkost\u00ed \u2013 i kdy\u017e zv\u00ed\u0159ata dost\u00e1vala polyaminy ve st\u0159edn\u00edm v\u011bku.<\/p>\n<p>Polyaminy jsou kladn\u011b nabit\u00e9 molekuly, kter\u00e9 siln\u011b interaguj\u00ed s negativn\u011b nabit\u00fdmi molekulami, jako je DNA, RNA a proteiny.\u00a0Proto jsou tak d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 pro bun\u011b\u010dn\u00e9 procesy, jako je r\u016fst, d\u011blen\u00ed, diferenciace a p\u0159e\u017eit\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>Spermine chr\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159ed srde\u010dn\u00edmi chorobami<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Studie opakovan\u011b prok\u00e1zaly, \u017ee zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed hladiny polyaminu v organismu (v\u010detn\u011b lid\u00ed) zvy\u0161uje bun\u011b\u010dnou aktivitu a sni\u017euje \u00famrtnost, \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b zlep\u0161en\u00edm kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00edch funkc\u00ed a sn\u00ed\u017een\u00edm krevn\u00edho tlaku.\u00a0Ve studii 800 Ital\u016f miluj\u00edc\u00edch s\u00fdr m\u011bli ti s nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed hladinou spermidinu o 40 % ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed riziko srde\u010dn\u00edho selh\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>V jin\u00e9 studii bylo zji\u0161t\u011bno, \u017ee spermin nejen poskytuje \u00fa\u010dinnou ochranu proti srde\u010dn\u00edm onemocn\u011bn\u00edm u zv\u00ed\u0159at i lid\u00ed, ale dokonce se zjistilo, \u017ee p\u016fsob\u00ed proti negativn\u00edm \u00fa\u010dink\u016fm stravy s vysok\u00fdm obsahem soli u my\u0161\u00ed citliv\u00fdch na s\u016fl:<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8222;Suplementace p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00edm polyaminem spermidinem prodlu\u017euje \u017eivotnost my\u0161\u00ed a m\u00e1 kardioprotektivn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinky sn\u00ed\u017een\u00edm srde\u010dn\u00ed hypertrofie a zachov\u00e1n\u00edm diastolick\u00e9 funkce u star\u00fdch my\u0161\u00ed.\u00a0Pod\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed spermidinu zlep\u0161ilo srde\u010dn\u00ed autofagii, mitof\u00e1gii a mitochondri\u00e1ln\u00ed d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed a tak\u00e9 zlep\u0161ilo mechanoelastick\u00e9 vlastnosti kardiomyocyt\u016f in vivo, co\u017e bylo spojeno s&#8230; potla\u010den\u00fdm subklinick\u00fdm z\u00e1n\u011btem&#8230;<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>U potkan\u016f \u200b\u200bDahl citliv\u00fdch na s\u016fl krmen\u00fdch dietou s vysok\u00fdm obsahem soli, co\u017e je model srde\u010dn\u00edho selh\u00e1n\u00ed vyvolan\u00e9ho hypertenz\u00ed, krmen\u00ed spermidinem sn\u00ed\u017eilo syst\u00e9mov\u00fd krevn\u00ed tlak, zv\u00fd\u0161ilo fosforylaci titinu a zabr\u00e1nilo srde\u010dn\u00ed hypertrofii a zhor\u0161en\u00ed diastolick\u00e9 funkce, \u010d\u00edm\u017e se sn\u00ed\u017eila progrese srdce selh\u00e1n\u00ed bylo zpo\u017ed\u011bno.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>U lid\u00ed vysok\u00fd p\u0159\u00edjem spermidinu, m\u011b\u0159en\u00fd dietn\u00edmi dotazn\u00edky, koreloval se sn\u00ed\u017een\u00edm krevn\u00edho tlaku a ni\u017e\u0161\u00edm v\u00fdskytem kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00edch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed.\u00a0&#8222;Na\u0161e v\u00fdsledky nazna\u010duj\u00ed novou a \u017eivotaschopnou strategii ochrany proti kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00edm chorob\u00e1m.&#8220;<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>Polyaminy pom\u00e1haj\u00ed bojovat proti viditeln\u00fdm zn\u00e1mk\u00e1m st\u00e1rnut\u00ed a prodlu\u017euj\u00ed d\u00e9lku \u017eivota<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>P\u0159edchoz\u00ed v\u00fdzkum uk\u00e1zal, \u017ee transgenn\u00ed my\u0161i i p\u0159ed\u010dasn\u00e9 smrti. .<\/p>\n<p>D\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 je, \u017ee polyaminy podporuj\u00ed bun\u011b\u010dnou autofagii, kter\u00e1 m\u00e1 v\u00e1\u017en\u00e9 d\u016fsledky pro dlouhov\u011bkost.\u00a0Autofagie znamen\u00e1 \u201esebepo\u017e\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed\u201c a t\u00fdk\u00e1 se proces\u016f, kter\u00fdmi t\u011blo odstra\u0148uje odpad, v\u010detn\u011b toxin\u016f, a recykluje po\u0161kozen\u00e9 bun\u011b\u010dn\u00e9 slo\u017eky \u2013 procesy, kter\u00e9 s v\u011bkem ub\u00fdvaj\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Celo\u017eivotn\u00ed studie krmen\u00ed na hlodavc\u00edch prok\u00e1zaly, \u017ee strava bohat\u00e1 na spermidin prodlu\u017euje d\u00e9lku \u017eivota a\u017e o 25 %.\u00a0V p\u0159epo\u010dtu na lidi to odpov\u00edd\u00e1 pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 d\u00e9lce \u017eivota 100 let nam\u00edsto 81 let.<\/p>\n<p>U zv\u00ed\u0159at, kter\u00fdm byl spermidin pod\u00e1v\u00e1n v pozd\u011bj\u0161\u00edm v\u011bku, se pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 d\u00e9lka \u017eivota prodlou\u017eila asi o 10 %, co\u017e m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt pro \u010dlov\u011bka st\u00e1le n\u011bkolik let \u017eivota.\u00a0Stejn\u011b jako Dr.\u00a0Leyuan Liu, odborn\u00fd asistent v Centru pro transla\u010dn\u00ed v\u00fdzkum rakoviny na Texas A&amp;M Institute of Biosciences and Technology, poznamenal:<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eExistuj\u00ed pouze t\u0159i opat\u0159en\u00ed, kter\u00e1 prokazateln\u011b prodlu\u017euj\u00ed \u017eivotnost obratlovc\u016f: prudk\u00e9 sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed p\u0159\u00edjmu kalori\u00ed, omezen\u00ed mno\u017estv\u00ed methioninu (aminokyseliny nach\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00ed se v mase a dal\u0161\u00edch b\u00edlkovin\u00e1ch) ve strav\u011b a u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed l\u00e9ku rapamycin.\u00a0Ale m\u00e9n\u011b j\u00edst a vyh\u00fdbat se masu nen\u00ed obyvatelstvem v\u00edt\u00e1no a bylo prok\u00e1z\u00e1no, \u017ee rapamycin potla\u010duje lidsk\u00fd imunitn\u00ed syst\u00e9m.\u00a0Proto m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt spermidin lep\u0161\u00edm p\u0159\u00edstupem.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Krom\u011b obecn\u00fdch \u00fa\u010dink\u016f proti st\u00e1rnut\u00ed je autofagie tak\u00e9 jedn\u00edm onemocn\u011bn\u00ed \u2013 v\u010detn\u011b rakoviny a Alzheimerovy choroby \u2013 a je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd pro dlouhov\u011bkost.\u00a0Podle autor\u016f:<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8222;Polyaminy denn\u00ed akumulaci kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdch enzym\u016f biosynt\u00e9zy polyamin\u016f&#8230;Polyaminy zase \u0159\u00edd\u00ed cirkadi\u00e1nn\u00ed periodu v kultivovan\u00fdch bu\u0148k\u00e1ch a zv\u00ed\u0159atech regulac\u00ed interakce mezi centr\u00e1ln\u00edmi hodinov\u00fdmi represory PER2 a CRY1.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>D\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 je, \u017ee jsme zjistili, \u017ee pokles hladin polyaminu s v\u011bkem u my\u0161\u00ed je spojen s del\u0161\u00edm cirkadi\u00e1nn\u00edm obdob\u00edm, kter\u00e9 lze zvr\u00e1tit suplementac\u00ed polyaminu ve strav\u011b.\u00a0Na\u0161e v\u00fdsledky nazna\u010duj\u00ed interakci mezi cirkadi\u00e1nn\u00edmi hodinami a biosynt\u00e9zou polyamin\u016f a otev\u00edraj\u00ed nov\u00e9 mo\u017enosti pro nutri\u010dn\u00ed intervence proti ztr\u00e1t\u011b funkce hodin souvisej\u00edc\u00ed s v\u011bkem.<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>Fermentac\u00ed se zvy\u0161uje obsah polyamin\u016f<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Polyaminy se nach\u00e1zej\u00ed v mnoha r\u016fzn\u00fdch potravin\u00e1ch, v\u010detn\u011b n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edch (viz seznam n\u00ed\u017ee).\u00a0Obecn\u011b plat\u00ed, \u017ee nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed obsah putrescinu maj\u00ed ovoce a s\u00fdry, nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed obsah spermidinu m\u00e1 zelenina a nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed obsah sperminu maj\u00ed masn\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky.\u00a0V\u00fdzkum tak\u00e9 ukazuje, \u017ee obsah polyaminu se d\u00e1le zvy\u0161uje fermentac\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><a
