Hormon leptin je uvol\u0148ov\u00e1n tukov\u00fdmi bu\u0148kami v pom\u011bru k z\u00e1sob\u00e1m tuku a signalizuje hypotalamu, aby reguloval energetickou rovnov\u00e1hu<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>V\u00fdzkumn\u00edci zjistili, \u017ee lid\u00e9 s nealkoholick\u00fdm ztu\u010dn\u011bn\u00edm jater (NAFLD) maj\u00ed \u010dasto nedostatek vitam\u00ednu D; V\u00fdzkum suplementace v\u0161ak nen\u00ed konzistentn\u00ed, mo\u017en\u00e1 proto, \u017ee d\u00e1vky suplement\u016f nejsou dostate\u010dn\u011b vysok\u00e9, aby do\u0161lo k rozd\u00edlu<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Vitamin D je metabolizov\u00e1n v j\u00e1trech a d\u00e1le hydroxylov\u00e1n v ledvin\u00e1ch za vzniku 1,25 dihydroxyvitam\u00ednu D3, kter\u00fd upreguluje transkrip\u010dn\u00ed faktor, kter\u00fd sni\u017euje reaktivn\u00ed formy kysl\u00edku a sni\u017euje st\u00e1rnut\u00ed bun\u011bk.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Nedostatek vitaminu D je spojen s n\u011bkolika negativn\u00edmi zdravotn\u00edmi stavy, v\u010detn\u011b rakoviny a kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00edch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed. I kdy\u017e je nejlep\u0161\u00ed optimalizovat hladiny vitaminu D bezpe\u010dn\u00fdm vystavov\u00e1n\u00edm se slunci, pokud po testu s\u00e9rov\u00e9ho vitaminu D zjist\u00edte, \u017ee je nutn\u00e1 suplementace, m\u011bli byste tak\u00e9 zv\u00e1\u017eit p\u0159\u00edjem ho\u0159\u010d\u00edku a vitaminu K2 (MK-7).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span>Va\u0161e t\u011blo pot\u0159ebuje vitam\u00edny a ur\u010dit\u00e9 \u017eiviny, aby mohlo norm\u00e1ln\u011b r\u016fst a vyv\u00edjet se. Vitamin D je jedn\u00edm z nich. A\u010dkoli to technicky nen\u00ed vitam\u00edn \u2013 je to ve skute\u010dnosti hormon rozpustn\u00fd v tuc\u00edch, kter\u00fd se v t\u011ble p\u0159em\u011b\u0148uje na vitam\u00edn D \u2013 je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd pro r\u016fzn\u00e9 t\u011blesn\u00e9 procesy. Obvykle se nevyskytuje v potravin\u00e1ch, ale p\u0159id\u00e1v\u00e1 se do n\u011bkter\u00fdch zpracovan\u00fdch potravin. Je k dispozici tak\u00e9 ve form\u011b dopl\u0148ku.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>V ide\u00e1ln\u00edm p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b t\u011blo produkuje vitam\u00edn D, kdy\u017e je poko\u017eka vystavena slune\u010dn\u00edmu z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed; proto se mu tak\u00e9 \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 slune\u010dn\u00ed vitam\u00edn. Jak ji\u017e bylo zm\u00edn\u011bno, hraje v t\u011ble \u0159adu rol\u00ed, v\u010detn\u011b toho, \u017ee pom\u00e1h\u00e1 st\u0159ev\u016fm vst\u0159eb\u00e1vat v\u00e1pn\u00edk nezbytn\u00fd pro siln\u00e9 kosti, moduluje r\u016fst bun\u011bk a optimalizuje neuromuskul\u00e1rn\u00ed a imunologick\u00e9 funkce.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>K dne\u0161n\u00edmu dni je nejlep\u0161\u00edm indik\u00e1torem stavu vitaminu D s\u00e9rov\u00e1 (krevn\u00ed) koncentrace 25-hydroxy vitaminu D, naz\u00fdvan\u00e9ho tak\u00e9 25-OH vitamin D. V\u00fdsledky krevn\u00edch test\u016f slou\u017e\u00ed jako biomarker expozice vitaminu D.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Chronick\u00fd nedostatek vede k onemocn\u011bn\u00edm kost\u00ed, jako je k\u0159ivice a kostern\u00ed deformity. V\u00fdzkum tak\u00e9 uk\u00e1zal, \u017ee nedostatek je spojen s nemocemi. Ned\u00e1vno v\u011bdci zam\u011b\u0159ili svou pozornost na souvislost mezi vitam\u00ednem D a leptinem, hormonem, kter\u00fd \u0159\u00edd\u00ed hlad, a tak\u00e9 na mo\u017en\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky vitam\u00ednu D souvisej\u00edc\u00ed se st\u00e1rnut\u00edm.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>Fyziologick\u00e1 souvislost mezi leptinem, vitam\u00ednem D a obezitou<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Kanad\u0161t\u00ed v\u011bdci zkoumali souvislost mezi zv\u00fd\u0161enou hladinou leptinu, nedostatkem vitaminu D a jejich vztahem k tukov\u00e9 tk\u00e1ni. Zapsali 113 mu\u017e\u016f se sedav\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem \u017eivota, kte\u0159\u00ed trp\u011bli abdomin\u00e1ln\u00ed obezitou, neu\u017e\u00edvali dopl\u0148ky vitaminu D a m\u011bli dyslipid\u00e9mii.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u00da\u010dastn\u00edci se rok \u00fa\u010dastnili programu \u00fapravy \u017eivotn\u00edho stylu, kde se jim prvn\u00ed \u010dty\u0159i m\u011bs\u00edce ka\u017ed\u00e9 dva t\u00fddny dost\u00e1valo individu\u00e1ln\u00edho poradenstv\u00ed nutri\u010dn\u00edho specialisty a kineziologa. C\u00edlem bylo sn\u00ed\u017eit p\u0159\u00edjem kalori\u00ed o 500 kalori\u00ed denn\u011b a zv\u00fd\u0161it denn\u00ed fyzickou aktivitu a cvi\u010den\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Po prvn\u00edch \u010dty\u0159ech m\u011bs\u00edc\u00edch \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edci nad\u00e1le dost\u00e1vali poradenstv\u00ed jednou m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u011b. Na za\u010d\u00e1tku a na konci ro\u010dn\u00ed studie bylo provedeno CT vy\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed k detekci tukov\u00fdch usazenin. Rovn\u011b\u017e byly m\u011b\u0159eny kardiometabolick\u00e9 biomarkery.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>V\u00fdzkumn\u00edci zjistili, \u017ee po zm\u011bn\u011b \u017eivotn\u00edho stylu \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edci zaznamenali zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed hladiny vitaminu D, co\u017e nep\u0159\u00edmo korelovalo s jejich hladinami leptinu. Jin\u00fdmi slovy, jak se jejich hladina vitaminu D zvy\u0161ovala, hladina leptinu u nich klesala.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u00da\u010dastn\u00edci ud\u011blali v\u00edce krok\u016f za den a jejich srde\u010dn\u00ed frekvence byla ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e jejich maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed \u00fasil\u00ed po roce tempem na b\u011b\u017e\u00edc\u00edm p\u00e1su. Krom\u011b toho v\u011bdci objevili souvislost mezi hladinou vitaminu D a objemem usazenin tukov\u00e9 tk\u00e1n\u011b.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>V\u011bdci se domn\u00edvali, \u017ee to nazna\u010duje mo\u017enou fyziologickou souvislost mezi t\u011bmito dv\u011bma m\u011b\u0159en\u00edmi, kter\u00e1 byla nez\u00e1visl\u00e1 na ukl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed tukov\u00fdch bun\u011bk. To vedlo k doporu\u010den\u00ed prov\u00e9st zm\u011bny \u017eivotn\u00edho stylu ke sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed hladiny leptinu v klinick\u00e9 l\u00e9\u010db\u011b nedostatku vitaminu D.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>Interakce leptinu a \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed hmotnosti<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Hormon leptin je p\u0159\u00edmo spojen s t\u011blesn\u00fdm tukem a obezitou, tak\u017ee je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd pro ty, kte\u0159\u00ed bojuj\u00ed s regulac\u00ed hmotnosti. Je to adipokin neboli bun\u011b\u010dn\u00fd sign\u00e1ln\u00ed protein (cytokin) uvol\u0148ovan\u00fd tukov\u00fdmi bu\u0148kami v pom\u011bru k tukov\u00fdm z\u00e1sob\u00e1m. Po dlouhou dobu byla tukov\u00e1 tk\u00e1\u0148 pova\u017eov\u00e1na za pomalou tk\u00e1\u0148 t\u011bla, ve kter\u00e9 se ukl\u00e1d\u00e1 energie.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>S objevem leptinu v roce 1994 se n\u00e1hle zm\u011bnilo ch\u00e1p\u00e1n\u00ed funkce t\u011blesn\u00e9ho tuku. Existuj\u00ed dv\u011b formy tukov\u00e9 tk\u00e1n\u011b, b\u00edl\u00e1 a hn\u011bd\u00e1.\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/takecontrol.substack.com\/p\/why-coffee-affects-metabolism\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/takecontrol.substack.com\/p\/why-coffee-affects-metabolism\"><span>Hn\u011bd\u00e1 tukov\u00e1 tk\u00e1\u0148<\/span><\/a><span>\u00a0je \u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed u novorozenc\u016f a je rozm\u00edst\u011bna nad kl\u00ed\u010dn\u00ed kost\u00ed a v oblasti krku. Jeho hlavn\u00ed funkc\u00ed je generovat teplo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>B\u00edl\u00e1 tukov\u00e1 tk\u00e1\u0148 se nach\u00e1z\u00ed v cel\u00e9m t\u011ble a n\u011bkdy je ozna\u010dov\u00e1na jako podko\u017en\u00ed nebo viscer\u00e1ln\u00ed tuk. Jednou z fyziologick\u00fdch funkc\u00ed b\u00edl\u00e9 tukov\u00e9 tk\u00e1n\u011b je regulace metabolismu prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm uvol\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed leptinu. Leptin vys\u00edl\u00e1 sign\u00e1ly do hypotalamu, kde pom\u00e1h\u00e1 regulovat energetickou rovnov\u00e1hu a zap\u00ednat nebo vyp\u00ednat reakci na hlad.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>N\u00edzk\u00e1 hladina leptinu nap\u0159\u00edklad vyvol\u00e1v\u00e1 zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed chuti k j\u00eddlu. Proto\u017ee se v\u0161ak leptin uvol\u0148uje \u00fam\u011brn\u011b mno\u017estv\u00ed tukov\u00fdch bun\u011bk ve va\u0161em t\u011ble, pokud zhubnete, va\u0161e chu\u0165 k j\u00eddlu se zv\u00fd\u0161\u00ed, kdy\u017e hladina hormon\u016f klesne. To m\u016f\u017ee zt\u00ed\u017eit kontrolu hmotnosti.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Kdy\u017e vytvo\u0159\u00edte v\u00edce tukov\u00fdch bun\u011bk, produkuj\u00ed v\u00edce leptinu, co\u017e obvykle sni\u017euje chu\u0165 k j\u00eddlu. Va\u0161e t\u011blo to d\u011bl\u00e1, aby si udr\u017eelo homeostatickou hladinu tukov\u00fdch z\u00e1sob. P\u0159i obezit\u011b se v\u0161ak t\u011blo m\u016f\u017ee st\u00e1t leptin odoln\u00fdm, tzn. H. ji\u017e nen\u00ed citliv\u00fd na hormon.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>V tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b m\u016f\u017eete pokra\u010dovat v j\u00eddle, proto\u017ee se nec\u00edt\u00edte syt\u00ed. T\u011blo pak produkuje v\u00edce leptinu, co\u017e zvy\u0161uje hladinu a d\u00e1le zvy\u0161uje odolnost. N\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed lid\u00e9 se rod\u00ed s nedostatkem leptinu; to signalizuje neovladateln\u00fd hlad, zvy\u0161uje p\u0159\u00edjem energie a vede jak k t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 d\u011btsk\u00e9 obezit\u011b, tak k opo\u017ed\u011bn\u00e9 pubert\u011b.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>Existuje souvislost mezi vitaminem D a NAFLD?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>V\u00fdsledky n\u011bkolika studi\u00ed zkoumaj\u00edc\u00edch souvislost mezi vitaminem D a nealkoholick\u00fdm ztu\u010dn\u011bn\u00edm jater (NAFLD) jsou nekonzistentn\u00ed, co\u017e nazna\u010duje, \u017ee existuje dal\u0161\u00ed, dosud neprozkouman\u00fd faktor ovliv\u0148uj\u00edc\u00ed v\u00fdsledky t\u011bchto studi\u00ed, v\u010detn\u011b d\u00e1vkov\u00e1n\u00ed suplementace vitaminu D, kter\u00e1 by m\u011bla b\u00fdt pou\u017eita. .<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Komunitn\u00ed studie na Tchaj-wanu se pokusila prozkoumat souvislost mezi hladinami vitaminu D a NAFLD. Byly zkoum\u00e1ny pr\u016fvodn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edznaky metabolick\u00e9ho syndromu, vysok\u00fd C-reaktivn\u00ed protein a vysok\u00e9 hladiny adipokin\u016f v\u010detn\u011b leptinu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Ti, kte\u0159\u00ed m\u011bli virovou hepatitidu B nebo C, \u010dasto pili alkohol, u\u017e\u00edvali dopl\u0148ky vitaminu D, u\u017e\u00edvali steroidn\u00ed l\u00e9\u010dbu, byli t\u011bhotn\u00ed nebo odm\u00edtli ultrazvuk b\u0159icha, byli ze studie vylou\u010deni. Do skupiny NAFLD bylo nakonec za\u0159azeno 564 lid\u00ed se ztu\u010dn\u011bn\u00edm jater, ale bez virov\u00e9ho nebo alkoholick\u00e9ho onemocn\u011bn\u00ed jater.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Kontroln\u00ed skupinu tvo\u0159ilo 564 lid\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed byli v\u011bkem a pohlav\u00edm shodn\u00fdm s experiment\u00e1ln\u00ed skupinou a jejich\u017e ultrazvukov\u00e9 n\u00e1lezy a jatern\u00ed testy byly norm\u00e1ln\u00ed. V\u011bdci zjistili, \u017ee ti, kte\u0159\u00ed m\u011bli nedostatek nebo nedostate\u010dnou hladinu vitaminu D, m\u011bli vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed riziko metabolick\u00e9ho syndromu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Nezjistili v\u0161ak, \u017ee by nedostatek vitaminu D nebo nedostatek vitaminu D, jak je definov\u00e1no v protokolu studie, zv\u00fd\u0161ily riziko NAFLD ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s t\u011bmi, kte\u0159\u00ed m\u011bli dostate\u010dn\u00e9 hladiny vitaminu D. V t\u00e9to studii byla norm\u00e1ln\u00ed hodnota 30 nanogram\u016f na mililitr (ng\/ml) pova\u017eov\u00e1na za norm\u00e1ln\u00ed, nedostatek 20 a\u017e 30 ng\/ml byl pova\u017eov\u00e1n za nedostate\u010dn\u00fd a hodnota ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e 20 ng\/ml byla pova\u017eov\u00e1na za nedostate\u010dnou.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/stranapro.cz\/\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-40285 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.infokuryr.cz\/n\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/11pro-300x79.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"684\" height=\"180\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.infokuryr.cz\/n\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/11pro-300x79.png 300w, https:\/\/www.infokuryr.cz\/n\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/11pro.png 363w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 684px) 100vw, 684px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span>Systematick\u00fd p\u0159ehled randomizovan\u00fdch kontrolovan\u00fdch studi\u00ed o souvislosti mezi nedostatkem vitaminu D a NAFLD zjistil, \u017ee suplementace vitaminem D m\u016f\u017ee zlep\u0161it p\u0159\u00edznaky. Dal\u0161\u00ed studie zjistila, \u017ee epidemiologick\u00e9 studie nazna\u010duj\u00ed souvislost a podporuj\u00ed my\u0161lenku, \u017ee suplementace m\u016f\u017ee pomoci l\u00e9\u010dit NAFLD.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Jin\u00fd v\u00fdzkum do\u0161el k z\u00e1v\u011bru, \u017ee sou\u010dasn\u00fd v\u00fdskyt nedostatku vitaminu D a NAFLD nazna\u010duje p\u0159ijatelnou l\u00e9\u010dbu. Omezen\u00fd po\u010det prospektivn\u00edch studi\u00ed na lidech a nedostatek konsenzu nap\u0159\u00ed\u010d studiemi v\u0161ak vedly v\u00fdzkumn\u00edky k z\u00e1v\u011bru, \u017ee je p\u0159ed\u010dasn\u00e9 doporu\u010dovat suplementaci vitaminu D pro specifickou l\u00e9\u010dbu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Nekonzistentn\u00ed d\u016fkazy mohou souviset s d\u00e1vkov\u00e1n\u00edm dopl\u0148ku pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9ho k m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed zm\u011bn u lid\u00ed s NAFLD nebo nealkoholickou steatohepatitidou (NASH). NASH je forma NAFLD, kter\u00e1 tak\u00e9 zahrnuje hepatitidu. Ve studii, kter\u00e1 pod\u00e1vala 2 000 IU vitaminu D denn\u011b po dobu \u0161esti m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f, nebyly n\u00edzk\u00e9 hladiny vitaminu D upraveny.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>Vitamin D hraje roli v boji proti st\u00e1rnut\u00ed<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Vitamin D se v j\u00e1trech p\u0159em\u011b\u0148uje na 25-hydroxy (OH)-vitam\u00edn D. Ten pak putuje do ledvin, kde dal\u0161\u00ed hydroxylac\u00ed vznik\u00e1 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin D.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Testovali teorii, \u017ee vitamin upreguluje jadern\u00fd faktor (erythroid derivovan\u00fd 2) podobn\u00fd 2 (Nrf2), \u010d\u00edm\u017e sni\u017euje reaktivn\u00ed formy kysl\u00edku a po\u0161kozen\u00ed DNA. V t\u011ble jsou reaktivn\u00ed formy kysl\u00edku vyv\u00e1\u017eeny antioxida\u010dn\u00edm syst\u00e9mem, kter\u00fd je regulov\u00e1n reak\u010dn\u00edmi cestami, aby byla zaji\u0161t\u011bna reakce. Nrf2 je jedn\u00edm z regul\u00e1tor\u016f odolnosti v\u016f\u010di oxidant\u016fm.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Nrf2 m\u00e1 za n\u00e1sledek sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed reaktivn\u00edch forem kysl\u00edku a sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed po\u0161kozen\u00ed DNA. V kombinaci se zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00edm bun\u011b\u010dn\u00e9 proliferace a sn\u00ed\u017een\u00edm st\u00e1rnut\u00ed bun\u011bk byli v\u011bdci schopni prok\u00e1zat, \u017ee my\u0161i s nedostatkem 1,25 (OH)2 D3 p\u0159e\u017eily v pr\u016fm\u011bru pouze t\u0159i m\u011bs\u00edce.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Pokud v\u0161ak byla potrava my\u0161\u00ed dopln\u011bna v\u00e1pn\u00edkem a fosf\u00e1tem, jejich \u017eivotnost se prodlou\u017eila na v\u00edce ne\u017e osm m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f.
