Patent byl pod\u00e1n 27. z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed 2020 a publikov\u00e1n byl 15. ledna 2021.\u00a0<strong>Patentov\u00e1 p\u0159ihl\u00e1\u0161ka [<a href=\"https:\/\/href.li\/?https:\/\/patents.google.com\/patent\/CN112220919A\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">1<\/a>] je pod\u00e1na s platnost\u00ed na \u00fazem\u00ed \u010c\u00edny a vzhledem k tomu, o jak d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd jde patent, je opravdu zaj\u00edmav\u00e9, \u017ee p\u0159ihl\u00e1\u0161ka nebyla pod\u00e1na ani v EU, ani v USA. Co je v\u0161ak d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9, to je zve\u0159ejn\u011bn\u00ed tohoto patentu. Mnoho farmaceutick\u00fdch spole\u010dnost v USA vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 na utajen\u00ed sv\u00fdch postup\u016f v\u00fdroby n\u011bkolik r\u016fzn\u00fdch odd\u011blen\u00fdch patent\u016f, kter\u00e9 se pod\u00e1vaj\u00ed samostatn\u011b, odd\u011blen\u011b, aby nebylo mo\u017en\u00e9 zjistit, co z t\u011bchto odd\u011blen\u00fdch patent\u016f m\u00e1 dohromady vzniknout. \u010c\u00ednsk\u00fd institut ov\u0161em p\u0159\u00edmo natvrdo sv\u016fj patent nazval jako\u00a0<strong>\u201c<em>Rekombinantn\u00ed vakc\u00edna proti koronaviru na b\u00e1zi nanotechnologi\u00ed s vyu\u017eit\u00edm oxidu grafenu jako nosi\u010de<\/em>\u201c<\/strong>\u00a0a v\u0161echno je tak naprosto jasn\u00e9 a nelze tud\u00ed\u017e\u00a0<em>cemperizovat<\/em>\u00a0tyto informace a ozna\u010dovat je za konspirace, proto\u017ee od tohoto okam\u017eiku je to venku.<\/p>\n<h6><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">\u010c\u00edna si nechala patentovat prvn\u00ed grafenovou vakc\u00ednu proti koronaviru<\/span><\/h6>\n<p>V abstraktu patentu se uv\u00e1d\u00ed, \u017ee vyn\u00e1lez pat\u0159\u00ed do oblasti nanomateri\u00e1l\u016f a biomedic\u00edny a t\u00fdk\u00e1 se vakc\u00edny, zejm\u00e9na v\u00fdvoje rekombinantn\u00ed nanovakc\u00edny proti koronaviru 2019-nCoV. Vyn\u00e1lez rovn\u011b\u017e zahrnuje zp\u016fsob p\u0159\u00edpravy vakc\u00edny a pou\u017eit\u00ed vakc\u00edny p\u0159i pokusech na zv\u00ed\u0159atech. Nov\u00e1 koronavirov\u00e1 vakc\u00edna obsahuje grafen oxid, karnosin, CpG a RBD nov\u00e9ho koronaviru; vazba karnosinu, CpG a RBD neocoronaviru na p\u00e1te\u0159 grafen oxidu; k\u00f3duj\u00edc\u00ed sekvence CpG je uvedena jako SEQ ID NO 1; nov\u00e1 RBD koronaviru se t\u00fdk\u00e1 nov\u00e9 oblasti vazby na proteinov\u00fd receptor koronaviru, kter\u00e1 m\u016f\u017ee vytv\u00e1\u0159et specifick\u00e9 protil\u00e1tky ve vysok\u00e9m titru zam\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 na RBD v t\u011ble my\u0161i a poskytuje silnou podporu pro prevenci a l\u00e9\u010dbu nov\u00e9ho koronaviru.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_47792\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\" style=\"width: 583px;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/aeronet.cz\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/GrapheneChina.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-image-47792 \" src=\"https:\/\/aeronet.cz\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/GrapheneChina-1024x768.jpg\" sizes=\"(max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/aeronet.cz\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/GrapheneChina-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/aeronet.cz\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/GrapheneChina-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/aeronet.cz\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/GrapheneChina-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/aeronet.cz\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/GrapheneChina-700x525.jpg 700w, https:\/\/aeronet.cz\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/GrapheneChina-476x357.jpg 476w, https:\/\/aeronet.cz\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/GrapheneChina-644x483.jpg 644w, https:\/\/aeronet.cz\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/GrapheneChina.jpg 1280w\" alt=\"\" width=\"583\" height=\"437\" \/><\/a><figcaption class=\"wp-caption-text\">\u010c\u00edna je leaderem v oblasti v\u00fdvoje grafenov\u00fdch technologi\u00ed<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Podle v\u00fdzkumu vakc\u00edn proti koronavir\u016fm, jako je SARS a MERS, je hlavn\u00edm c\u00edlov\u00fdm bodem st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed vakc\u00edny proti koronavir\u016fm protein S koronaviru. Vakc\u00edny mus\u00ed vyvolat nejen humor\u00e1ln\u00ed a bun\u011b\u010dnou imunitn\u00ed odpov\u011b\u010f, ale tak\u00e9 slizni\u010dn\u00ed imunitn\u00ed odpov\u011b\u010f, a pomoc\u00ed adjuvans vyvolat vyv\u00e1\u017een\u00e9 dr\u00e1hy Th1 a Th2, aby vznikly skute\u010dn\u011b \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9 vakc\u00edny. V sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b se v\u00fdzkum v\u00edce vakc\u00edn proti SARS a MERS zam\u011b\u0159uje p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm na virov\u00e9 vektorov\u00e9 vakc\u00edny a subjednotkov\u00e9 vakc\u00edny.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A velk\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed v\u00fdzkum\u016f ukazuje, \u017ee pot\u00ed\u017e SARS a MERS spo\u010d\u00edv\u00e1 v tom, \u017ee nelze stimulovat tvorbu dlouhodob\u00e9 pam\u011bti B bun\u011bk<\/strong>, dlouhodob\u00e9 pam\u011b\u0165ov\u00e9 bu\u0148ky u vyl\u00e9\u010den\u00fdch pacient\u016f se SARS a MERS mohou vydr\u017eet pouze 2-3 roky, imunologickou pam\u011b\u0165 nelze vytvo\u0159it a v\u00fdvoj vakc\u00edny selh\u00e1v\u00e1 a v sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b vstupuje do f\u00e1ze klinick\u00e9ho v\u00fdzkumu ve sv\u011bt\u011b pouze 6 potenci\u00e1ln\u00edch vakc\u00edn proti koronavir\u016fm, ale \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e1 vakc\u00edna nen\u00ed schv\u00e1lena k uveden\u00ed na trh.<\/p>\n<h6><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Grafen a rekombinantn\u00ed virus<\/span><\/h6>\n<p>Vyn\u00e1lez popisuje zcela novou metodu v\u00fdvoje vakc\u00edn zalo\u017eenou na materi\u00e1lu oxidu grafenu, kter\u00fd slou\u017e\u00ed jako r\u00e1mec pro vkl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed molekul CpG a rekombinantn\u00edch protein\u016f.\u00a0<strong>Na z\u00e1klad\u011b t\u00e9to technick\u00e9 platformy je p\u0159ipravena nov\u00e1 nanokorunov\u00e1 vakc\u00edna kombinac\u00ed rekombinantn\u00edho proteinu oblasti RBD proteinu Spike viru SAR-CoV-2.<\/strong>\u00a0P\u0159ipraven\u00e1 nano-nov\u00e1 korunov\u00e1 vakc\u00edna m\u00e1 siln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed imunogenicitu v pokusech na my\u0161\u00edch a m\u016f\u017ee vytv\u00e1\u0159et protil\u00e1tky ve vysok\u00e9m titru.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_47777\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/aeronet.cz\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/GrapheneOxides.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-image-47777 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/aeronet.cz\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/GrapheneOxides-1024x273.jpg\" sizes=\"(max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/aeronet.cz\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/GrapheneOxides-1024x273.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/aeronet.cz\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/GrapheneOxides-300x80.jpg 300w, https:\/\/aeronet.cz\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/GrapheneOxides-768x205.jpg 768w, https:\/\/aeronet.cz\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/GrapheneOxides-700x186.jpg 700w, https:\/\/aeronet.cz\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/GrapheneOxides.jpg 1280w\" alt=\"\" width=\"700\" height=\"187\" \/><\/a><figcaption class=\"wp-caption-text\">Jednotliv\u00e9 verze grafenu a jeho oxid\u016f<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>V jednom aspektu vyn\u00e1lez poskytuje koronavirovou vakc\u00ednu obsahuj\u00edc\u00ed oxid grafenu, karnosin, CpG a RBD. V preferovan\u00e9m proveden\u00ed vyn\u00e1lezu se vakc\u00edna naz\u00fdv\u00e1 GO-Car-karnosin-CpG-RBD vakc\u00edna. Oxid grafenu (GO) je oxid grafenu a po oxidaci se na oxidu grafenu zv\u00fd\u0161\u00ed funk\u010dn\u00ed skupiny obsahuj\u00edc\u00ed kysl\u00edk, tak\u017ee oxid grafenu je aktivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e grafen. Nap\u0159\u00edklad hydroxylov\u00e9 skupiny a epoxidov\u00e9 skupiny jsou na monolitu oxidu grafenu rozm\u00edst\u011bny n\u00e1hodn\u011b, zat\u00edmco karboxylov\u00e9 skupiny a karbonylov\u00e9 skupiny jsou zavedeny na okraji monolitu. B\u011b\u017en\u00e9 komer\u010dn\u00ed produkty oxidu grafenu jsou ve form\u011b pr\u00e1\u0161ku, vlo\u010dek a roztok\u016f a maj\u00ed hn\u011bdo\u017elutou barvu.<\/p>\n<h6><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Vakc\u00edna m\u00e1 za \u00fakol pou\u017e\u00edt grafen jako provoka\u010dn\u011b \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00fd mechanismus na vytvo\u0159en\u00ed tlum\u00edc\u00edch l\u00e1tek autoimunitn\u00ed odezvy. Skoro to vypad\u00e1 jako vakc\u00edna, ale je to n\u011bco jin\u00e9ho\u2026 Deus Ex\u2026<\/span><\/h6>\n<p>Karnosin, zn\u00e1m\u00fd pod v\u011bdeck\u00fdm n\u00e1zvem \u03b2 -alanyl-L-histidin, je krystalick\u00e1 pevn\u00e1 l\u00e1tka slo\u017een\u00e1 z dipeptidu sest\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edho ze dvou aminokyselin, \u03b2 -alaninu a L-histidinu. Karnosin m\u00e1 silnou antioxida\u010dn\u00ed schopnost a dok\u00e1\u017ee vychyt\u00e1vat reaktivn\u00ed kysl\u00edkov\u00e9 spektrum (ROS) a alfa-beta nenasycen\u00e9 aldehydy, kter\u00e9 vznikaj\u00ed nadm\u011brnou oxidac\u00ed mastn\u00fdch kyselin v bun\u011b\u010dn\u00fdch membr\u00e1n\u00e1ch b\u011bhem oxida\u010dn\u00edho stresu. Motivy CpG maj\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinek aktivace imunitn\u00edho syst\u00e9mu organismu a mohou b\u00fdt pou\u017eity jako adjuvans. P\u0159ednostn\u011b je k\u00f3dovac\u00ed sekvence CpG uvedena jako SEQ ID NO 1. Technick\u00e1 platforma pln\u011b vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 vlastnosti, \u017ee povrch oxidu grafenu je opat\u0159en COOH, hydroxylov\u00fdmi a dal\u0161\u00edmi skupinami, a vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 interakce mezi vazbami pi-pi k sestaven\u00ed screeningov\u00e9ho rekombinantn\u00edho proteinu RBD, molekul CpG a karnosinu dohromady pro p\u0159\u00edpravu nanorekombinantn\u00ed proteinov\u00e9 vakc\u00edny zalo\u017een\u00e9 na oxidu grafenu jako kost\u0159e.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vakc\u00edna m\u016f\u017ee stimulovat organismus k tvorb\u011b neutraliza\u010dn\u00ed protil\u00e1tky RBD (<em>neutralizuje tzv. autoimunitn\u00ed poplach<\/em>) ve vysok\u00e9m titru zam\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 na SAR-CoV-2 a vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed technick\u00fd z\u00e1klad pro prevenci a l\u00e9\u010dbu koronavirov\u00e9 infekce a budouc\u00edch rozs\u00e1hl\u00fdch epidemi\u00ed podobn\u00e9ho typu.<\/strong>\u00a0V dal\u0161\u00edm aspektu poskytuje vyn\u00e1lez pou\u017eit\u00ed vakc\u00edny GO-Car-carnosine-CpG-RBD, konkr\u00e9tn\u011b pou\u017eit\u00ed vakc\u00edny GO-Car-carnosine-CpG-RBD p\u0159i p\u0159\u00edprav\u011b l\u00e9ku pro prevenci nov\u00e9ho koronaviru.<\/p>\n<p>Tolik citace z patentov\u00e9 p\u0159ihl\u00e1\u0161ky.<\/p>\n<h6><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Studie z roku 2018 obsahuje \u0161okuj\u00edc\u00ed pokus, kter\u00fdm v\u011bdci pomoc\u00ed grafenu vyvolali v my\u0161\u00edch plic\u00edch regul\u00e9rn\u00ed z\u00e1pal plic, jako kdyby pl\u00edce napadl virus. Jen\u017ee, m\u00edsto viru to byl oxid grafenu!<\/span><\/h6>\n<p><strong>Jen\u017ee, to zdaleka nen\u00ed v\u0161echno. Ji\u017e v roce 2018 se objevila v\u011bdeck\u00e1 studie [<a href=\"https:\/\/href.li\/?https:\/\/pubs.acs.org\/doi\/10.1021\/acsnano.8b04758\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">2<\/a>] s n\u00e1zvem \u201c<em>Posuzov\u00e1n\u00ed bezpe\u010dnosti materi\u00e1l\u016f na b\u00e1zi grafenu: Zam\u011b\u0159en\u00ed na lidsk\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed a \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed<\/em>\u201c<\/strong>\u00a0a ve studii se zmi\u0148uj\u00ed z\u00e1va\u017en\u00e1 zdravotn\u00ed rizika. Za citaci stoj\u00ed p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed \u00fasek, kter\u00fd pojedn\u00e1v\u00e1 o \u00fa\u010dinc\u00edch nano\u010d\u00e1stic oxidu grafenu na pl\u00edce my\u0161\u00ed a jejich respira\u010dn\u00ed syst\u00e9m.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Oxidovan\u00e9 deriv\u00e1ty grafenu byly rovn\u011b\u017e zkoum\u00e1ny z hlediska jejich potenci\u00e1ln\u00edho vlivu na pl\u00edce.<\/strong>\u00a0My\u0161\u00edm byly intratrache\u00e1ln\u011b vpraveny listy grafenov\u00fdch oxid\u016f (d\u00e1le jen GO) v nanom\u011b\u0159\u00edtku (p\u0159\u00ed\u010dn\u00fd rozm\u011br: 10-800 nm, 1-2 vrstvy) a jejich vliv na pl\u00edce byl hodnocen v r\u016fzn\u00fdch \u010dasov\u00fdch bodech od 1 dne a\u017e po 3 m\u011bs\u00edce.\u00a0<strong>Z\u00e1n\u011bt se objevil ji\u017e 1. den, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e v z\u00e1vislosti na d\u00e1vce do\u0161lo k n\u00e1boru imunitn\u00edch bun\u011bk v\u010detn\u011b neutrofil\u016f a ke zn\u00e1mk\u00e1m akutn\u00edho po\u0161kozen\u00ed plic.<\/strong>\u00a0Vrchol reakce byl pozorov\u00e1n po 2 dnech a do 7. dne se vr\u00e1til na \u00farove\u0148 bl\u00edzkou, ale st\u00e1le vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e kontroln\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Makrof\u00e1gy s materi\u00e1lem se za\u010daly objevovat v plicn\u00edch \u0159ezech 7. den a byly v plic\u00edch p\u0159\u00edtomny je\u0161t\u011b 3 m\u011bs\u00edce, a\u010dkoli pokles \u010dern\u00e9 barvy plic od 1. dne do 90. dne nazna\u010doval prob\u00edhaj\u00edc\u00ed proces o\u010disty. Plicn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinky pl\u00e1t\u016f GO rozpt\u00fdlen\u00fdch ve vod\u011b (0,5-2 nm\/1 nm) byly porovn\u00e1ny s \u00fa\u010dinky grafenov\u00fdch nano-pl\u00e1t\u016f (d\u00e1le jen GNP) rozpt\u00fdlen\u00fdch ve vod\u011b (1,2-5 nm\/1-5 nm) nebo v 2% pluronu F108 ve vod\u011b (1,2-5 nm\/1-5 nm).\u00a0<strong>Zv\u00ed\u0159ata vystaven\u00e1 GO vykazovala siln\u00fd plicn\u00ed z\u00e1n\u011bt, ale \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 zn\u00e1mky fibr\u00f3zy.<\/strong>\u00a0Naproti tomu GNPs byly m\u00e9n\u011b z\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00e9, co\u017e se d\u00e1le minimalizovalo, pokud byly GNPs dob\u0159e rozpt\u00fdleny pomoc\u00ed blokov\u00e9ho kopolymeru pluronu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Auto\u0159i nazna\u010dili, \u017ee k plicn\u00ed toxicit\u011b grafenu p\u0159isp\u00edv\u00e1 p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm jeho oxidace, co\u017e je v rozporu s p\u0159edchoz\u00ed studi\u00ed<\/strong>, v n\u00ed\u017e byly my\u0161\u00edm i.p. aplikov\u00e1ny koloidn\u011b stabiln\u00ed disperze jednovrstv\u00e9ho GO (&lt;500 nm) bez zn\u00e1mek z\u00e1n\u011btu nebo tvorby granulom\u016f na peritone\u00e1ln\u00edm mezotelu. My\u0161\u00edm byly jednor\u00e1zov\u011b intratrache\u00e1ln\u011b pod\u00e1ny bu\u010f pl\u00e1ty GO (bo\u010dn\u00ed rozm\u011br: 2-3 \u03bcm, tlou\u0161\u0165ka: 1-2 nm, pom\u011br C\/O: 1,4), nebo pl\u00e1ty rGO (bo\u010dn\u00ed rozm\u011br: 1-2 \u03bcm, tlou\u0161\u0165ka: 1-2 nm, pom\u011br C\/O: 8,5). 166) Pl\u00e1ty GO vyvolaly siln\u00fd p\u0159\u00edliv neutrofil\u016f p\u0159i 18, 54 a 162 \u03bcg\/my\u0161, 1 a 3 dny po expozici. To bylo doprov\u00e1zeno plicn\u00ed reakc\u00ed akutn\u00ed f\u00e1ze.<\/p>\n<p>Naproti tomu pl\u00e1ty redukovan\u00fdch GO (d\u00e1le jen rGO) vyvolaly v\u00fdrazn\u011b men\u0161\u00ed influx neutrofil\u016f a ten byl statisticky v\u00fdznamn\u011b zv\u00fd\u0161en pouze p\u0159i 162 \u03bcg\/my\u0161.\u00a0<strong>V\u0161echny t\u0159i \u00farovn\u011b d\u00e1vek v\u0161ak vyvolaly statisticky v\u00fdznamn\u011b zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fd influx neutrofil\u016f po 90 dnech po expozici<\/strong>. Jako srovn\u00e1vac\u00ed \u010d\u00e1stice byly za\u0159azeny nano\u010d\u00e1stice saz\u00ed \u201cPrintex 90\u201d, kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed specifick\u00fd povrch BET podobn\u00fd studovan\u00fdm pl\u00e1t\u016fm rGO. Z\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00e1 reakce na rGO listy byla ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed nebo podobn\u00e1 reakci na saze, zat\u00edmco 1. a 3. den byla z\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00e1 reakce na GO listy siln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e z\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00e1 reakce na saze.<\/p>\n<p>Krom\u011b toho bylo zji\u0161t\u011bno po\u0161kozen\u00ed DNA v bu\u0148k\u00e1ch tekutiny BAL jak u GO, tak u f\u00f3li\u00ed rGO, zat\u00edmco v plicn\u00ed nebo jatern\u00ed tk\u00e1ni nebyla pozorov\u00e1na \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 genotoxicita. To je zaj\u00edmav\u00e9, proto\u017ee to kontrastuje s p\u0159edchoz\u00edmi v\u00fdsledky z\u00edskan\u00fdmi in vitro pro stejn\u00e9 materi\u00e1ly GO a rGO za pou\u017eit\u00ed my\u0161\u00ed epiteli\u00e1ln\u00ed bun\u011b\u010dn\u00e9 linie plic FE1.\u00a0<strong>Je z\u0159ejm\u00e9, \u017ee bu\u0148ky plicn\u00edho epitelu FE1 se velmi li\u0161\u00ed od bun\u011bk BAL (tj. sm\u011bs imunitn\u011b kompetentn\u00edch bun\u011bk) a tento jednoduch\u00fd rozd\u00edl by mohl vysv\u011btlit rozpor mezi ob\u011bma studiemi.<\/strong>\u00a0Podobn\u00e9 genotoxick\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky v\u0161ak byly zaznamen\u00e1ny u n\u011bkter\u00fdch v\u00edcest\u011bnn\u00fdch uhl\u00edkov\u00fdch nanotrubi\u010dek. Na druhou stranu byla prok\u00e1z\u00e1na degradace GBM in vitro a in vivo a ned\u00e1vn\u00e1 studie neprok\u00e1zala \u017e\u00e1dnou genotoxicitu u plicn\u00edch bun\u011bk vystaven\u00fdch degrada\u010dn\u00edm produkt\u016fm po rozkladu GO.<\/p>\n<h6><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Co kdy\u017e lid\u00e9 nekon\u010d\u00ed v nemocnic\u00edch s virem, ale s grafenem v plic\u00edch?<\/span><\/h6>\n<p>Studie grafenov\u00fdch oxid\u016f byla prov\u00e1d\u011bna na my\u0161\u00edch a p\u0159ekvapiv\u011b popisuje proces propuknut\u00ed z\u00e1palu plic stejn\u011b, jako prob\u00edhal u lid\u00ed minul\u00fd rok po \u00fadajn\u00e9 n\u00e1kaze koronavirem.
