tygrem\u201c.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><span>Pomoc\u00ed testu ASI (Adrenal Stress Index), kter\u00fd m\u011b\u0159\u00ed hladiny kortizolu r\u00e1no, dopoledne, odpoledne a t\u011bsn\u011b rytmus.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><span>Kortizol a inzulin jsou v noci velmi vysok\u00e9, tak\u017ee je t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 usnout a z\u016fstat sp\u00e1t&#8230; M\u016f\u017ee se tak\u00e9 st\u00e1t, \u017ee v\u00e1\u0161 cirkadi\u00e1nn\u00ed rytmus brzy vyst\u0159el\u00ed.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><span>Kdy\u017e se probud\u00edte ve 3 hodiny r\u00e1no a v\u00e1\u0161 mozek p\u00e1l\u00ed na v\u0161echny v\u00e1lce, va\u0161e hladina kortizolu a inzulinu tak\u00e9 stoupne a z\u00edsk\u00e1te ten soumrakov\u00fd efekt zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fdch hladin krevn\u00edho cukru a
