Mnohem hor\u0161\u00ed je v\u0161ak dopad v\u00e1lky na pr\u016fmysl, kter\u00fd m\u00e1 t\u0159ikr\u00e1t dra\u017e\u0161\u00ed elekt\u0159inu ne\u017e z\u00e1mo\u0159sk\u00e1 konkurence.<\/p>\n<p>A te\u010f si k\u00a0tomu p\u0159idejme zpo\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed v\u00a0rozvoji nov\u00fdch technologi\u00ed, od digitalizace a \u010dip\u016f a\u017e po elektrick\u00e1 auta. Dorazil to pokus odd\u011blit se od \u010c\u00edny, nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edho exportn\u00edho trhu Evropy. Jak v\u0161ak \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 klasik, jen blbec nikdy nem\u011bn\u00ed sv\u00e9 n\u00e1zory. Role \u010c\u00edny se m\u011bn\u00ed, za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 b\u00fdt nejvhodn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm prost\u0159ed\u00edm pro rozvoj pr\u016fmyslu budoucnosti.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00a0t\u011bmi auty je to opravdu b\u00edda. N\u011bmci omezuj\u00ed v\u00fdrobu elektrick\u00fdch aut, proto\u017ee nesta\u010d\u00ed na \u010d\u00ednskou konkurenci nebo na exporty Tesly vyr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00e9 v\u00a0\u0160anghaji. Zat\u00edm se to odehr\u00e1v\u00e1 jen na periferii, by\u0165 t\u00e9 nejvysp\u011blej\u0161\u00ed, tedy v\u00a0Dr\u00e1\u017e\u010fanech nebo Cvikov\u011b. To n\u00e1s v\u0161ak m\u016f\u017ee zamrazit hned dvakr\u00e1t. Je to bezprost\u0159edn\u011b u na\u0161ich hranic a t\u00fdk\u00e1 se to Volkswagenu, matky \u0160kody Auto.<\/p>\n<p>Nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edm bezprost\u0159edn\u00edm probl\u00e9mem je vysok\u00e1 cena energie, kterou vyvolal americk\u00fd tlak na odst\u0159i\u017een\u00ed Evropy od levn\u00fdch rusk\u00fdch zdroj\u016f. To odst\u0159i\u017een\u00ed se moc nepovedlo, ale zdra\u017een\u00ed energie ano.<\/p>\n<p>Podle statistik \u010desk\u00e9ho ministerstva pr\u016fmyslu se v\u00a0roce 2022 dovezlo z\u00a0Ruska skoro 7,5 milionu tun ropy, to je o 8,5 procenta v\u00edce ne\u017e rok p\u0159edt\u00edm. J\u00e1 bych dodal, dov\u00e1\u017e\u00ed se zhruba stejn\u011b ropy jako v\u00a090. letech, tohle je prost\u011b n\u00e1\u0161 standard. Zato plyn mus\u00edme kupovat zkapaln\u011bn\u00fd z\u00a0USA a Bl\u00edzk\u00e9ho v\u00fdchodu, tedy za \u0161\u00edlen\u00e9 ceny. Rusk\u00fd plynovod v\u00a0Baltsk\u00e9m mo\u0159i byl pro jistotu vyhozen do vzduchu.<\/p>\n<p>To m\u00e1 dramatick\u00e9 d\u016fsledky pro \u00favahy o nov\u00fdch investic\u00edch, kter\u00e9 si vy\u017eaduje t\u0159eba elektromobilita. Obs\u00e1hle o tom informuje Echo24, kter\u00fd to p\u0159evzal z\u00a0britsk\u00e9ho\u00a0<em>Autocar<\/em>:<\/p>\n<p>\u201eChceme investovat do\u00a0technologi\u00ed, bateri\u00ed, \u010dip\u016f, ale Evropa je v\u00a0t\u00e9hle h\u0159e p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 pomal\u00e1,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Thomas Schaefer, \u0161\u00e9f koncernu Volkswagen. \u201ePro\u00a0tov\u00e1rnu na\u00a0baterie je kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e1 cena elekt\u0159iny. \u010c\u00edna\u00a0je na\u00a0\u0161esti, p\u011bti i\u00a0m\u00e9n\u011b eurocentech za\u00a0kilowatthodinu. Kanada je na\u00a0sedmi centech. (&#8230;) V\u00a0N\u011bmecku je to a\u017e\u00a0t\u0159ikr\u00e1t v\u00edc. Je dnes levn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed vyr\u00e1b\u011bt v\u00a0Kanad\u011b, a\u00a0pak to dov\u00e1\u017eet do\u00a0N\u011bmecka. Dokonce i\u00a0s\u00a0ve\u0161kerou logistikou a\u00a0clem to vyjde l\u00e9pe.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Statistiky potvrzuj\u00ed tento negativn\u00ed v\u00fdhled. Podle n\u011bmeck\u00e9ho ekonomick\u00e9ho institutu IW, dovoz \u010d\u00ednsk\u00fdch automobil\u016f a\u00a0automobilov\u00fdch sou\u010d\u00e1stek do\u00a0N\u011bmecka v\u00a0prvn\u00ed polovin\u011b roku vzrostl o\u00a075 procent, zat\u00edmco v\u00fdvoz aut a\u00a0d\u00edl\u016f z\u00a0N\u011bmecka do\u00a0\u010c\u00edny klesl o\u00a021 procent. Jeden z\u00a0n\u011bmeck\u00fdch z\u00e1vod\u016f, kde Volkswagen vyr\u00e1b\u00ed sv\u016fj st\u011b\u017eejn\u00ed elektrick\u00fd model ID.3, u\u017e zastavil provoz. Stalo se to bohu\u017eel v\u00a0Dr\u00e1\u017e\u010fanech, v\u00a0na\u0161em sousedstv\u00ed, kde zav\u0159eli Transparent Factory. Dal\u0161\u00ed z\u00e1vod v sask\u00e9m Cvikov\u011b, kter\u00fd byl p\u0159estav\u011bn pro elektromobily za 1,2 miliardy euro, omezuje v\u00fdrobu, p\u0159esto\u017ee nen\u00ed ani na dvou t\u0159etin\u00e1ch pl\u00e1novan\u00e9 kapacity.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/echo24.cz\/a\/HjU5z\/zpravy-svet-nemci-udat-elektroauta-propousteni-skoda-spalovaci\">https:\/\/echo24.cz\/a\/HjU5z\/zpravy-svet-nemci-udat-elektroauta-propousteni-skoda-spalovaci<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Drah\u00e1 elekt\u0159ina n\u00e1m te\u010f br\u00e1n\u00ed doh\u00e1n\u011bt \u010das, kter\u00fd jsme ztratili v\u00e1h\u00e1n\u00edm nad nevyhnutelnou zm\u011bnou k elektromobilit\u011b. Evropsk\u00e1 elektrick\u00e1 auta jsou nejenom dra\u017e\u0161\u00ed a m\u00e9n\u011b vysp\u011bl\u00e1 ne\u017e americk\u00e1 Tesla z\u00a0\u010c\u00edny nebo \u010d\u00ednsk\u00fd BYD, ale zaostali jsme i ve v\u00fdrob\u011b komponent\u016f, jak o tom mluv\u00ed gener\u00e1ln\u00ed \u0159editel Thomas Schaefer. V\u00a0plenk\u00e1ch je tak\u00e9 infrastruktura v\u010detn\u011b nab\u00edje\u010dek, bez\u00a0kter\u00fdch se daleko nedostanete. V\u00a0z\u00e1sad\u011b \u0161lo o naivn\u00ed pokus obor zabrzdit, aby d\u00e9le vydr\u017eela na\u0161e konkuren\u010dn\u00ed p\u0159evaha ve spalovac\u00edch motorech. Te\u010f se n\u00e1m to vysloven\u011b vymyk\u00e1 z\u00a0rukou.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00a0minul\u00fdch dnech vyrazil do \u010c\u00edny v\u00fdkonn\u00fd m\u00edstop\u0159edseda Evropsk\u00e9 komise Valdis Dombrovskis a pokusil se vyhro\u017eovat celn\u00ed ochranou evropsk\u00e9ho trhu, nebo\u0165 ceny \u010d\u00ednsk\u00fdch elektrick\u00fdch aut jsou podle p\u0159edsedkyn\u011b EK Ursuly von der Leyen \u201eum\u011ble n\u00edzk\u00e9\u201c.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bloomberg.com\/graphics\/2023-breaking-china-ev-supply-chain-dominance\">https:\/\/www.bloomberg.com\/graphics\/2023-breaking-china-ev-supply-chain-dominance<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Nejv\u00edc je to vid\u011bt na baterk\u00e1ch, kter\u00e9 jsou na elektrick\u00e9m autu to nejdra\u017e\u0161\u00ed. Kapacita jedn\u00e9 kilowatthodiny v \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e9 baterce stoj\u00ed 127 dolar\u016f (t\u0159i tis\u00edce korun), zat\u00edmco v\u00a0USA je o \u010dtvrtinu dra\u017e\u0161\u00ed a v\u00a0Evrop\u011b dokonce o t\u0159etinu, uv\u00e1d\u00ed Bloomberg. (A to nemluv\u00edme o elekt\u0159in\u011b, kterou se to nab\u00edj\u00ed, pokud to nen\u00ed z vlastn\u00edho\u00a0fotovoltaick\u00e9ho panelu na st\u0159e\u0161e domu.)<\/p>\n<p>Dombrovskis \u010c\u00ed\u0148an\u016fm vy\u010d\u00edtal st\u00e1tn\u00ed dotace, levn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed \u00fav\u011bry ze st\u00e1tn\u00edch bank nebo vst\u0159\u00edcnost povolovac\u00edch a regula\u010dn\u00edch org\u00e1n\u016f, nemluv\u011b o p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvc\u00edch st\u00e1tn\u00edho v\u00fdzkumu. Dokonce zak\u00e1zali jakoukoliv spolupr\u00e1ci s\u00a0\u010c\u00ednou na v\u00fdzkumu v\u00fdroby nejpokro\u010dilej\u0161\u00edch \u010dip\u016f, nemluv\u011b o dod\u00e1vk\u00e1ch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed a prvk\u016f, kter\u00e9 jsou pro takovou v\u00fdrobu pot\u0159eba. Jen\u017ee v\u00a0dob\u011b, kdy tento z\u00e1kaz vstoupil v\u00a0platnost, Huawei uvedla na trh mobil s\u00a0nov\u00fdm procesorem Kirin, kter\u00fd m\u00e1 vodi\u010de o \u0161\u00ed\u0159ce 7 nanometr\u016f (miliardtin metru) a zkr\u00e1til odstup o \u0161pi\u010dkov\u00fdch americk\u00fdch \u010dip\u016f na dv\u011b generace. Americk\u00e1 omezen\u00ed jej m\u011bla udr\u017eovat v\u00a0odstupu \u010dty\u0159 generac\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Z\u00e1vod o prvenstv\u00ed v\u00a0sou\u010dasn\u00fdch \u010dipech je v\u0161ak z\u00e1vodem do zdi. \u0160pi\u010dkov\u00e1 nizozemsk\u00e1 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed EUV, kter\u00fdm trvalo od objevu principu k\u00a0masov\u00e9 v\u00fdrob\u011b v\u00a0z\u00e1vodech ASML \u010dtvrt stolet\u00ed, u\u017e dorazila na hranici mo\u017enost\u00ed pou\u017eit\u00ed extr\u00e9mn\u00edho ultrafialov\u00e9ho sv\u011btla p\u0159i litografii (tisku) obvod\u016f na \u010dipu. Je to slo\u017eit\u00e9, ale sta\u010d\u00ed uv\u00e9st, \u017ee pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e1 vlnov\u00e1 d\u00e9lka ultrafialov\u00e9ho sv\u011btla 13,5 nanometru, hnan\u00e9ho p\u0159es syst\u00e9m rovn\u00fdch i zak\u0159iven\u00fdch zrcadel, neumo\u017e\u0148uje vyrobit men\u0161\u00ed detail ne\u017e sou\u010dasn\u00fdch \u0161pi\u010dkov\u00fdch 3 nanometry.<\/p>\n<p>I nad t\u00edm si dop\u0159ejme chv\u00edli \u00fa\u017easu. Cel\u00e9 vakuovan\u00e9 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed ASML, kter\u00e9 se muselo kv\u016fli mo\u017enostem leteck\u00e9 p\u0159epravy (pro budov\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00fdrobn\u00edch z\u00e1vod\u016f na Tchajwanu a v Ji\u017en\u00ed Koreji) vt\u011bsnat do velkosti autobusu, m\u00e1 100 tis\u00edc p\u0159esn\u00fdch sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed a je t\u00edm nejdokonalej\u0161\u00edm v\u00fdrobkem, jak\u00fd kdy lidstvo vytvo\u0159ilo. Fascinuj\u00edc\u00ed je konvexn\u00ed zrcadlo od n\u011bmeck\u00e9ho Zeisse, jeho\u017e povrch je tak hladk\u00fd, \u017ee by p\u0159i zv\u011bt\u0161en\u00ed na obvod Zem\u011b vykazoval nerovnosti do 0,2 milimetru.<\/p>\n<p>Replikovat n\u011bco takov\u00e9ho by \u010c\u00edn\u011b trvalo opravdu dlouho. Ani se j\u00ed do toho nechce, kdy\u017e je jasn\u00e9, \u017ee o moc d\u00e1l se s\u00a0t\u00edm stejn\u011b nedostane. Zvol\u00ed rad\u011bji postup, kter\u00fd zn\u00e1me z n\u00e1stupu elektrick\u00fdch automobil\u016f. \u010c\u00ednskou strategi\u00ed nebylo doh\u00e1n\u011bn\u00ed, v\u00a0dan\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b doh\u00e1n\u011bn\u00ed luxusn\u00edch BMW a Mercedes\u016f se spalovac\u00edmi motory, ale skok do nov\u00e9 technologick\u00e9 etapy. Tou byla elektromobilita, kde v\u0161ichni za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00ed na stejn\u00e9 startovn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1\u0159e.<\/p>\n<p>Tam mohla \u010c\u00edna vyu\u017e\u00edt p\u0159ednosti strategick\u00e9ho \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, jeho\u017e jednou z\u00a0podob byl rozvoj v\u00fdzkumu cel\u00e9ho ekosyst\u00e9mu elektromobility. Je\u0161t\u011b p\u0159ed reformami uva\u017eovali o cel\u00e9m komplexu, od aut, baterek a nab\u00edje\u010dek a\u017e po suroviny a jejich zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed. Reformy to na \u010das rozbily, ale na druhou stranu umo\u017enily, aby \u0161pi\u010dkov\u00ed in\u017een\u00fd\u0159i z\u00a0v\u00fdzkum\u00e1k\u016f za\u010dali proudit do pr\u016fmyslu, zat\u00edmco st\u00e1t experimentoval s\u00a0r\u016fzn\u00fdmi formami (by\u0165 ob\u010das ne\u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9) podpory.<\/p>\n<p>Dnes v \u010c\u00edn\u011b funguje takov\u00e9 prost\u0159ed\u00ed, \u017ee americk\u00e1 Tesla si vytvo\u0159ila v\u00a0\u0160anghaji svou hlavn\u00ed exportn\u00ed z\u00e1kladnu. Tak\u00e9 Volkswagen a dal\u0161\u00ed evropsk\u00e9 automobilky intenzivn\u011b investuj\u00ed v\u00a0\u010c\u00edn\u011b a rozhodn\u011b necht\u011bj\u00ed o tuto v\u00fdhodu p\u0159ij\u00edt.<\/p>\n<p>A jak to bude s\u00a0\u010d\u00ednsk\u00fdmi \u010dipy s\u00a0obvody na hranici n\u011bkolika atom\u016f?\u00a0<em>The China Academy<\/em>, pravideln\u00fd poskytovatel zpr\u00e1v o hork\u00fdch novink\u00e1ch v\u00a0\u010d\u00ednsk\u00e9 v\u011bd\u011b, informuje o v\u00fdvoji zcela odli\u0161n\u00e9 \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e9 technologie SSMB-EUV, kter\u00e1 p\u0159ekra\u010duje hranice ultrafialov\u00e9ho sv\u011btla a posouv\u00e1 se k\u00a0je\u0161t\u011b krat\u0161\u00edmu rentgenov\u00e9mu z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed. Americk\u00e9 embargo \u010c\u00edn\u011b tento technologick\u00fd posun usnad\u0148uje. Zbavuje ji konkurence, kter\u00e1 by brzdila rozvoj dom\u00e1c\u00edch v\u00fdrob a nut\u00ed ji soust\u0159edit v\u0161echny s\u00edly na vlastn\u00ed v\u00fdzkum, kdy\u017e nic jin\u00e9ho nezb\u00fdv\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/chinaacademy.substack.com\/p\/china-may-be-constructing-euv-lithography\">https:\/\/chinaacademy.substack.com\/p\/china-may-be-constructing-euv-lithography<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Nov\u00e1 technologie se op\u00edr\u00e1 o \u201e<em>mechanismus ust\u00e1len\u00e9ho mikrobunchingu<\/em>\u201c (steady-state microbunching mechanism \u2013 SSMB). V\u00a0z\u00e1sad\u011b se jedn\u00e1 o snahu litograficky tisknout prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm elektron\u016f let\u00edc\u00edch ve vyrovnan\u00fdch \u00fatvarech (<em>bunching<\/em>), \u010deho\u017e se dosahuje vysoce energetick\u00fdmi lasery na okruhu urychlova\u010de. Od roku 2017 pak pracoval na experimentu, kter\u00fd se odehr\u00e1val v\u00a0Berl\u00edn\u011b ve spolupr\u00e1ci s\u00a0kolegy z\u00a0Helmholzova centra pro materi\u00e1ly a energie, kde maj\u00ed k\u00a0dispozici synchrotron t\u0159et\u00ed generace, a s\u00a0metrologicky orientovan\u00fdm Spolkov\u00fdm fyzik\u00e1ln\u011b-technick\u00fdm \u00fastavem (aby se vyznali v\u00a0t\u011bch nanometrech). Uveden\u00fd experiment popisuje zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00e1 zpr\u00e1va z\u00a0roku 2022.<\/p>\n<p>\u010c\u00ed\u0148ani nehodlaj\u00ed sv\u00e9 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed zmen\u0161ovat, aby se ve\u0161lo do letadla, nebudou je vyv\u00e1\u017eet za v\u00fdrobou. Vyr\u00e1b\u011bt se bude p\u0159\u00edmo u n\u011bj. Proto m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt velikost fotbalov\u00e9ho h\u0159i\u0161t\u011b. Je pravd\u011bpodobn\u00e9, \u017ee bude pat\u0159it k\u00a0ozdob\u00e1m technologick\u00e9 sekce bl\u00ed\u017e\u00edc\u00edho se v\u00fdro\u010dn\u00edho f\u00f3ra iniciativy P\u00e1s a stezka.
