spole\u010dnosti Pfizer vyvolala mezi v\u011bdci obavy z imunodeficienc\u00ed vyvolan\u00fdch vakc\u00ednou.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>VAIDS (vaccine-acquired immunodeficiency syndrome) je nov\u00fd hovorov\u00fd term\u00edn vytvo\u0159en\u00fd v\u00fdzkumn\u00edky a odborn\u00edky na zdrav\u00ed od zaveden\u00ed vakc\u00edny COVID-19.\u00a0A\u010dkoli se nejedn\u00e1 o uzn\u00e1van\u00e9 onemocn\u011bn\u00ed, n\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed odborn\u00edci se domn\u00edvaj\u00ed, \u017ee vakc\u00edny COVID-19 mohou oslabit nebo potla\u010dit imunitn\u00ed odpov\u011b\u010f.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>I kdy\u017e nov\u00e1 studie nepou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 term\u00edn VAIDS, v\u011bdci zjistili celkov\u00fd pokles \u201ecytokinov\u00fdch a chemokinov\u00fdch odpov\u011bd\u00ed\u201c na bakterie, houby a viry jin\u00e9 ne\u017e COVID u d\u011bt\u00ed po o\u010dkov\u00e1n\u00ed proti COVID-19.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u201eN\u00e1\u0161 v\u00fdzkum nazna\u010duje, \u017ee o\u010dkov\u00e1n\u00ed mRNA proti SARS-CoV-2 m\u016f\u017ee ovlivnit imunitn\u00ed odpov\u011b\u010f t\u011bla proti r\u016fzn\u00fdm patogen\u016fm, v\u010detn\u011b t\u011bch, kter\u00fdm lze nebo nelze zabr\u00e1nit o\u010dkov\u00e1n\u00edm,\u201c uvedli auto\u0159i studie publikovan\u00e9 v Frontiers in Immunology.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>&#8222;To je zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 pro d\u011bti, proto\u017ee jsou vysoce vystaveny mikrob\u016fm v jesl\u00edch, \u0161kol\u00e1ch a soci\u00e1ln\u00edch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00edch, \u010dasto p\u0159ich\u00e1zej\u00ed do prvn\u00edho kontaktu s t\u011bmito mikroby a dost\u00e1vaj\u00ed v\u00edcen\u00e1sobn\u00e9 o\u010dkov\u00e1n\u00ed jako sou\u010d\u00e1st rutinn\u00edho d\u011btsk\u00e9ho o\u010dkov\u00e1n\u00ed.&#8220;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>V\u011bdci z Murdoch Children&#8217;s Research Institute a Royal Children&#8217;s Hospital v Melbourne v Austr\u00e1lii odebrali vzorky krve 29 d\u011btem p\u0159ed o\u010dkov\u00e1n\u00edm a po dvou d\u00e1vk\u00e1ch mRNA Pfizer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-image-33819 1359px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span>V\u00fdzkum uk\u00e1zal, \u017ee vzorky krve po vakcinaci m\u011bly sn\u00ed\u017eenou cytokinovou odpov\u011b\u010f na jin\u00e9 patogeny ne\u017e COVID ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed se vzorky p\u0159ed vakcinac\u00ed.\u00a0Tato sn\u00ed\u017een\u00e1 reakce na viry jin\u00e9 ne\u017e COVID byla obzvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b konzistentn\u00ed.\u00a0I po \u0161esti m\u011bs\u00edc\u00edch vzorky od n\u011bkter\u00fdch d\u011bt\u00ed vykazovaly pouze slabou odpov\u011b\u010f na proteiny z viru hepatitidy B a na ty, kter\u00e9 simuluj\u00ed virovou infekci, zat\u00edmco cytokinov\u00e9 odpov\u011bdi se zv\u00fd\u0161ily po expozici bakteri\u00edm.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Imunitn\u00ed reakce na proteiny COVID-19 \u2013 v\u010detn\u011b spike protein\u016f a jejich podjednotek S1 a S2 \u2013 a tak\u00e9 na nukleokapsidov\u00e9 proteiny z\u016fstaly vysok\u00e9 i po o\u010dkov\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Profesor Retsef Levi, specialista na \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed rizik a zdravotn\u00ed syst\u00e9my z Massachusettsk\u00e9ho technologick\u00e9ho institutu (MIT), napsal o 19 o\u010dkov\u00e1n\u00ed.\u00a0Oba praktick\u00fd l\u00e9ka\u0159 Dr.\u00a0Syed Haider a imunolo\u017eka a po\u010d\u00edta\u010dov\u00e1 biolo\u017eka Jessica Rose spojili v\u00fdsledky studie s VAIDS.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span>Vyvr\u00e1cen\u00ed<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span>Marc Veldhoen, imunolog specializuj\u00edc\u00ed se na odpov\u011bdi T bun\u011bk a \u0159editel slo\u017een\u00ed je z\u00e1v\u011br [autor\u016f studie] spekulac\u00ed a pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b neudr\u017eiteln\u00fd,\u201c napsal Veldhoen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span>Hromadn\u00e9 studie nazna\u010duj\u00edc\u00ed sn\u00ed\u017eenou imunitu po o\u010dkov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span>Studie je jednou z mnoha nazna\u010duj\u00edc\u00edch sn\u00ed\u017eenou imunitn\u00ed tak\u00e9 zjistila dlouhodob\u00e9 zm\u011bny v bu\u0148k\u00e1ch vrozen\u00e9ho imunitn\u00edho syst\u00e9mu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>The Epoch Times v lednu informovaly o studii z N\u011bmecka,
