st\u00e1t \u201eklimaticky neutr\u00e1ln\u00ed\u201c.\u00a0Aby bylo tohoto c\u00edle dosa\u017eeno, ne\u0161et\u0159\u00ed se \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fdmi v\u00fddaji: v\u017edy\u0165 za to plat\u00ed po\u0161etil\u00fd da\u0148ov\u00fd poplatn\u00edk.\u00a0Aby se zlep\u0161ila bilance CO2 n\u00e1kladn\u00edch vozidel, byly\u00a0na t\u0159ech testovac\u00edch tras\u00e1ch pou\u017eity\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.focus.de\/auto\/news\/dafuer-hatte-man-2000-diesel-lkw-kaufen-koennen-190-millionen-versenkt-elektro-lkw-mit-oberleitung-sind-ein-teurer-flop_id_201432050.html\"><span>n\u00e1kladn\u00ed vozy s trolejov\u00fdm veden\u00edm .\u00a0<\/span><\/a><span>Nyn\u00ed tento projekt selhal kv\u016fli realit\u011b.\u00a0P\u0159edchoz\u00ed n\u00e1klady \u010dinily 191 milion\u016f eur.\u00a0Prvn\u00ed zku\u0161ebn\u00ed tra\u0165 bude zbour\u00e1na p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00ed rok.\u00a0Bankroty, sm\u016fla a krachy jsou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed agendy v zelen\u00e9m N\u011bmecku&#8230;<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span>Kamiony s trolejov\u00fdm veden\u00edm by m\u011bly p\u0159isp\u011bt k \u201edekarbonizaci\u201c rostouc\u00ed silni\u010dn\u00ed dopravy.\u00a0Jedn\u00e1 se o hybridn\u00ed n\u00e1kladn\u00ed vozidla s pantografy, kter\u00e9 funguj\u00ed \u010dist\u011b elektricky a nab\u00edjej\u00ed palubn\u00ed baterii, pokud jsou z\u00e1sobov\u00e1ny horn\u00ed energi\u00ed.\u00a0Na tras\u00e1ch bez trolejov\u00e9ho veden\u00ed pak p\u0159ech\u00e1zej\u00ed na bateriov\u00fd nebo dieselov\u00fd pohon.\u00a0Pro provoz t\u011bchto n\u00e1kladn\u00edch vozidel byly v N\u011bmecku vybudov\u00e1ny t\u0159i zku\u0161ebn\u00ed trasy: jedna na A5 mezi Frankfurtem nad Mohanem a Darmstadtem, druh\u00e1 na A1 mezi L\u00fcbeckem a Reinfeldem (Schleswig-Holstein) a t\u0159et\u00ed na B462 v \u00fadol\u00ed Murg pobl\u00ed\u017e Rastatt (B\u00e1densko-W\u00fcrttembersko).\u00a0Voz\u00edky trolejov\u00e9ho veden\u00ed jsou v provozu od roku 2019 a tato vozidla byla d\u00e1na k dispozici spedit\u00e9r\u016fm pro p\u0159epravu.\u00a0Tato technologie by m\u011bla slou\u017eit<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span>Nevyzr\u00e1l\u00fd, nespolehliv\u00fd, neekonomick\u00fd<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span>Mezit\u00edm se uk\u00e1zalo \u2013 kdo by to byl \u0159ekl \u2013 \u017ee tato technologie nen\u00ed vyzr\u00e1l\u00e1 a nep\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed k\u00fd\u017eenou \u00fasporu paliva.\u00a0V\u00fdzkumn\u00edci z TU Darmstadt zjistili, \u017ee se uvol\u0148uje o 16 a\u017e 21 procent m\u00e9n\u011b sklen\u00edkov\u00fdch plyn\u016f, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e je mo\u017en\u00e9 maxim\u00e1ln\u011b 22 procent.\u00a0A to plat\u00ed pouze v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee se pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 zelen\u00e1 elekt\u0159ina.\u00a0<\/span><strong><span>Nav\u00edc se neust\u00e1le objevuj\u00ed technick\u00e9 probl\u00e9my.<\/span><\/strong><span>Izol\u00e1tory na sto\u017e\u00e1rech byly vadn\u00e9 a bylo nutn\u00e9 je vym\u011bnit.\u00a0P\u0159enos dat z kamion\u016f pro v\u011bdeck\u00e9 vyhodnocen\u00ed dlouho nefungoval spolehliv\u011b.\u00a0Kv\u016fli nep\u0159esn\u00e9mu ovl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed GPS se pantografy automaticky vysouvaj\u00ed p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 pozd\u011b a doh\u00e1n\u011bj\u00ed p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 brzy.\u00a0Po zdr\u017een\u00ed p\u0159i prodlu\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed zku\u0161ebn\u00ed dr\u00e1hy, zdlouhav\u00e9m kontroln\u00edm procesu a nejnov\u011bji po po\u0161kozen\u00ed kabel\u016f bagrem je na hesensk\u00e9 trase od za\u010d\u00e1tku roku odpojena elekt\u0159ina jedn\u00edm sm\u011brem a od dubna druh\u00fdm.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-image-33819 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.infokuryr.cz\/n\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/ces1-300x157.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1357\" height=\"710\" 1357px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong><span>V\u00fdrobci n\u00e1kladn\u00edch vozidel projevili o projekt mal\u00fd z\u00e1jem.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><span>N\u00e1kladn\u00ed vozidla s trolejov\u00fdm veden\u00edm mohla dod\u00e1vat pouze dce\u0159in\u00e1 spole\u010dnost VW Scania.\u00a0Po dokon\u010den\u00ed testovac\u00edch trat\u00ed v\u0161ak nebyly k dispozici \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 hybridn\u00ed vozy Scania s pantografy, proto\u017ee ministerstvo \u017eivotn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed objednalo p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 pozd\u011b.\u00a0Prvn\u00ed n\u00e1kladn\u00ed v\u016fz byl proto po p\u011bti m\u011bs\u00edc\u00edch dod\u00e1n ve ze\u0161t\u00edhlen\u00e9 verzi, posledn\u00ed z 15 voz\u016f p\u016fvodn\u011b objednan\u00fdch v dubnu lo\u0148sk\u00e9ho roku.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Ekonomick\u00fd p\u0159\u00ednos hybridn\u00edch n\u00e1kladn\u00edch vozidel je tak\u00e9 v\u00edce ne\u017e pochybn\u00fd.\u00a0<\/span><strong><span>Aby byl provoz trolejov\u00fdch voz\u00edk\u016f rentabiln\u00ed, muselo by se elektrifikovat 4000 kilometr\u016f d\u00e1lnice.\u00a0Krom\u011b n\u00e1klad\u016f na vybudov\u00e1n\u00ed a \u00fadr\u017ebu s\u00edt\u011b trolejov\u00e9ho veden\u00ed jsou to i ceny elekt\u0159iny, kter\u00e9 razantn\u011b vzrostly.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><span>T\u0159i testovac\u00ed trat\u011b dosud st\u00e1ly da\u0148ov\u00e9 poplatn\u00edky 191 milion\u016f eur.\u00a0Jako prvn\u00ed bude p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00ed rok zbour\u00e1na zku\u0161ebn\u00ed dr\u00e1ha v B\u00e1densku-W\u00fcrttembersku.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span>Ministerstvo Habeckov\u00e9 se dr\u017eelo projektu odsouzen\u00e9ho k z\u00e1niku<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><strong><span>Experiment s nadzemn\u00edm veden\u00edm tehdy financovalo soci\u00e1ln\u011bdemokratick\u00e9 spolkov\u00e9 ministerstvo \u017eivotn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed a nov\u00e9 zelen\u00e9 spolkov\u00e9 ministerstvo hospod\u00e1\u0159stv\u00ed a ochrany klimatu se ho tvrdo\u0161\u00edjn\u011b dr\u017eelo.\u00a0Sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed party byla tak\u00e9 \u201eAgora Verkehrswende\u201c.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><span>V publikaci, kter\u00e1 m\u011bla uk\u00e1zat cestu k dekarbonizovan\u00e9 n\u00e1kladn\u00ed doprav\u011b, nadace v \u0159\u00edjnu 2022 napsala: &#8222;V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b pot\u0159eby je k dispozici i pantograf pro z\u00e1sobov\u00e1n\u00ed energi\u00ed trolejov\u00fdm veden\u00edm.&#8220;\u00a0<\/span><strong><span>Odm\u00edtla tak\u00e9 pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed alternativn\u00edch paliv, jako jsou e-paliva v silni\u010dn\u00edm provozu. <\/span><\/strong><span>\u201eZapo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed paliv na elekt\u0159inu (e-paliva) do limit\u016f vozov\u00e9ho parku CO2 pro n\u00e1kladn\u00ed vozidla by vyslalo \u0161patn\u00fd sign\u00e1l z hlediska pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9 a klimatick\u00e9 politiky.\u00a0E-paliva by m\u011bla b\u00fdt propagov\u00e1na tam, kde neexistuje p\u0159\u00edm\u00e1 elektrick\u00e1 alternativa, zejm\u00e9na p\u0159i l\u00e9t\u00e1n\u00ed,\u201c ozn\u00e1mila Agora v \u00fanoru 2023.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span>Z n\u00e1klad\u016f bylo mo\u017en\u00e9 po\u0159\u00eddit 2 000 modern\u00edch dieselov\u00fdch n\u00e1kladn\u00edch vozidel<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span>Podle Dirka Engelhardta, mluv\u010d\u00edho p\u0159edstavenstva Spolkov\u00e9ho svazu silni\u010dn\u00ed p\u0159epravy, logistiky a likvidace (BGL), kter\u00fd zastupuje 7000 spole\u010dnost\u00ed po cel\u00e9 zemi, by m\u011bla b\u00fdt podrobena zkou\u0161ce cel\u00e1 elektrick\u00e1 strategie spolkov\u00e9 vl\u00e1dy v p\u0159eprav\u011b zbo\u017e\u00ed.\u00a0<\/span><strong><span>\u201ePr\u016fmysl n\u00e1kladn\u00ed dopravy sledoval tento experiment se z\u00e1jmem, ale brzy se objevily zpr\u00e1vy o r\u016fzn\u00fdch technick\u00fdch probl\u00e9mech.\u00a0Nyn\u00ed, kdy\u017e se zjevn\u011b uk\u00e1zalo, \u017ee koncept je st\u00e1le neekonomick\u00fd, je na \u010dase p\u0159ehodnotit elektrickou strategii vl\u00e1dy semafor\u016f jako celek. <\/span><\/strong><span>Na silnic\u00edch zat\u00edm jezd\u00ed sotva 300 t\u011b\u017ek\u00fdch n\u00e1kladn\u00edch vozidel osvobozen\u00fdch od m\u00fdta s alternativn\u00edm pohonem, proto\u017ee vozidla nejsou k dispozici v dostate\u010dn\u00e9m po\u010dtu.\u00a0V porovn\u00e1n\u00ed s dieselov\u00fdmi n\u00e1kladn\u00edmi vozy je st\u00e1le v\u00fdrazn\u011b ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed u\u017eite\u010dn\u00e1 hmotnost a v\u00fdrazn\u011b vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed po\u0159izovac\u00ed n\u00e1klady.\u00a0St\u00e1le si mysl\u00edme, \u017ee vl\u00e1dn\u00ed harmonogram elektrifikace v d\u00e1lkov\u00e9 doprav\u011b je zcela utopick\u00fd,\u201c \u0159ekl Engelhardt online FOCUS.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span>Kritizoval, \u017ee za sumu, kterou st\u00e1ly testy, jste si mohli koupit t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 2000 modern\u00edch dieselov\u00fdch n\u00e1kladn\u00edch vozidel spl\u0148uj\u00edc\u00edch nejnov\u011bj\u0161\u00ed emisn\u00ed normu.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><span>Jejich bilanci CO2 by bylo mo\u017en\u00e9 v\u00fdrazn\u011b zlep\u0161it jednoduch\u00fdmi alternativn\u00edmi palivy, jako je HVO nafta.\u00a0Ale co by m\u011bl \u010dlov\u011bk d\u011blat v N\u011bmecku s rozumn\u00fdmi a praktick\u00fdmi p\u0159\u00edstupy?\u00a0Je lep\u0161\u00ed utratit stovky milion\u016f eur z pen\u011bz da\u0148ov\u00fdch poplatn\u00edk\u016f na projekty, kter\u00e9 jsou od za\u010d\u00e1tku odsouzeny k ne\u00fasp\u011bchu.\u00a0Da\u0148ov\u00fd poplatn\u00edk r\u00e1d zaplat\u00ed zelen\u00e9 kecy, ne?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1185\"
