tak\u00e9 nazna\u010duje, \u017ee avok\u00e1dov\u00e9 listy jsou slibnou p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00ed terapeutickou alternativou k obnov\u011b tk\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00edce po\u0161kozen\u00fdch org\u00e1n\u016f.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span>Extrakt z list\u016f avok\u00e1da a fenolick\u00e9 slou\u010deniny<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span>V ned\u00e1vn\u00e9 studii v\u011bdci zjistili, \u017ee v\u00fdta\u017eky z list\u016f avok\u00e1da pomohly opravit po\u0161kozen\u00ed srdce, ledvin a jater.\u00a0Podrobnosti o studii byly publikov\u00e1ny v \u017eurn\u00e1lu\u00a0<\/span><em><span>International Journal of Phytomedicine and Phytotherapy<\/span><\/em><span>\u00a0.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Ve studii v\u011bdci rozdrtili na vzduchu su\u0161en\u00e9 listy avok\u00e1da na pr\u00e1\u0161ek a t\u0159i dny jej vyluhovali v 80% ethanolu.\u00a0Potom lyofilizovali (su\u0161en\u00ed mrazem p\u0159i n\u00edzk\u00e9 teplot\u011b a tlaku) sm\u011bs obsahuj\u00edc\u00ed extrakt z list\u016f avok\u00e1da.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>V\u011bdci n\u00e1sledn\u011b pozorovali 40 potkan\u016f, kter\u00e9 byly n\u00e1hodn\u011b rozd\u011bleny do osmi skupin.\u00a0B\u011bhem dvou t\u00fddn\u016f dostaly skupiny potkan\u016f \u200b\u200br\u016fzn\u00e9 l\u00e9\u010dby:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Skupiny jedna a dv\u011b dostaly vodu.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Skupiny t\u0159i a \u010dty\u0159i dostaly extrakt z dopis\u016f avok\u00e1da.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Skupina p\u011bt dost\u00e1vala silymarin, extrakt z ostropest\u0159ce mari\u00e1nsk\u00e9ho, kter\u00fd je \u010dasto pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n jako podp\u016frn\u00e1 l\u00e9\u010dba p\u0159i probl\u00e9mech se \u017elu\u010dn\u00edkem a j\u00e1try.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Skupin\u011b \u0161est\u00e9 byl pod\u00e1v\u00e1n rifampicin, l\u00e9k pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00fd k l\u00e9\u010db\u011b infekc\u00ed krve, lepry a tuberkul\u00f3zy.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Skupiny sedm a osm dostaly rifampicin (antibiotikum) a extrakt z list\u016f avok\u00e1da.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span>Studie odhalila, \u017ee extrakt z list\u016f avok\u00e1da dosahoval p\u0159\u00edzniv\u00fdch v\u00fdsledk\u016f ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s komer\u010dn\u011b dostupn\u00fdmi l\u00e9ky pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00fdmi k l\u00e9\u010db\u011b chorob srdce, ledvin a jater.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>V\u00fdzkumn\u00edci rovn\u011b\u017e uvedli, \u017ee extrakt z list\u016f avok\u00e1da vykazoval m\u00e9n\u011b vedlej\u0161\u00edch \u00fa\u010dink\u016f v porovn\u00e1n\u00ed s rifampicinem, kter\u00fd zp\u016fsobil v\u00fdznamn\u00fd oxida\u010dn\u00ed stres na tk\u00e1n\u011b v srdci a j\u00e1trech.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>V\u011bdci se domn\u00edvaj\u00ed, \u017ee za svou \u00fa\u010dinnost vd\u011b\u010d\u00ed listy avok\u00e1da fenolov\u00fdm slou\u010denin\u00e1m a flavonoid\u016fm s protirakovinn\u00fdmi, protiz\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00fdmi a antivirov\u00fdmi vlastnostmi, kter\u00e9 potla\u010duj\u00ed nemoci.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Studie nazna\u010duje, \u017ee listy avok\u00e1da jsou potenci\u00e1ln\u00edm alternativn\u00edm l\u00e9kem na zvl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed poruch postihuj\u00edc\u00edch n\u011bkolik hlavn\u00edch org\u00e1n\u016f.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span>P\u0159\u00edrodn\u00ed l\u00e9k na otravu olovem<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span>V dal\u0161\u00ed studii v\u011bdci zjistili, \u017ee listy avok\u00e1da mohou pomoci p\u0159i l\u00e9\u010db\u011b otravy olovem v mozku a podpo\u0159it regeneraci tk\u00e1n\u00ed v moze\u010dku (zadn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st mozku zodpov\u011bdn\u00e1 za rovnov\u00e1hu).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>V\u00fdzkumn\u00edci pozorovali zv\u00ed\u0159ata a zjistili, \u017ee po vystaven\u00ed octanu olovnat\u00e9mu vykazovaly potkany p\u0159\u00edznaky agresivity, z\u00e1n\u011bt\u016f a podr\u00e1\u017ed\u011bnosti.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Po pod\u00e1n\u00ed extraktu z list\u016f avok\u00e1da se v\u0161ak jejich proces l\u00e9\u010dby v\u00fdrazn\u011b zlep\u0161il.\u00a0Lok\u00e1ln\u00ed aplikace extraktu na r\u00e1ny pomohla urychlit\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.badatel.net\/skorocel-je-jednou-z-najuzitocnejsich-bylin-dokaze-ovela-viac-nez-len-hojit-rany\/\"><span>hojen\u00ed<\/span><\/a><span>\u00a0, co\u017e m\u011blo za n\u00e1sledek \u00fapln\u00e9 zhojen\u00ed po \u0161esti dnech.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Extrakt z list\u016f avok\u00e1da tak\u00e9 pom\u00e1h\u00e1 chr\u00e1nit p\u0159ed toxicitou octanu olovnat\u00e9ho v 1116px\" \/><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><span>Pomoc\u00ed mikroskopick\u00e9ho zkoum\u00e1n\u00ed vzork\u016f tk\u00e1n\u011b v\u011bdci zjistili, \u017ee octan olovnat\u00fd zp\u016fsobil zna\u010dn\u00e9 zm\u011bny ve struktu\u0159e moze\u010dku, ale extrakt z list\u016f avok\u00e1da pom\u00e1hal regenerovat po\u0161kozen\u00e9 tk\u00e1n\u011b.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span>Antidiabetick\u00e9 vlastnosti list\u016f avok\u00e1da<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span>Ned\u00e1vn\u00e1 studie uv\u00e1d\u00ed, \u017ee listy avok\u00e1da mohou m\u00edt tak\u00e9 terapeutick\u00fd potenci\u00e1l proti cukrovce 2. typu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>V\u011bdci zjistili, \u017ee listy avok\u00e1da podporuj\u00ed regeneraci pankreatick\u00fdch bun\u011bk a potla\u010duj\u00ed aktivitu enzym\u016f b\u011bhem metabolismu sacharid\u016f, co\u017e jsou antidiabetick\u00e9 vlastnosti.\u00a0Listy avok\u00e1da obsahuj\u00ed podstatn\u011b v\u00edce fenolick\u00fdch slou\u010denin inhibuj\u00edc\u00edch nemoci v porovn\u00e1n\u00ed s plody avok\u00e1da, co\u017e z nich \u010din\u00ed cennou mo\u017enost p\u0159irozen\u00e9 l\u00e9\u010dby cukrovky.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Avok\u00e1do obsahuje ekvivalent kyseliny galov\u00e9 v mno\u017estv\u00ed 145 miligram\u016f fenolick\u00fdch slou\u010denin na gram (mg GAE\/g), zat\u00edmco listy avok\u00e1da obsahuj\u00ed 178,95 mg GAE\/g.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Samostatn\u00e1 studie tak\u00e9 zjistila, \u017ee listy avok\u00e1da mohou pomoci sn\u00ed\u017eit vysok\u00fd krevn\u00ed tlak.\u00a0V\u011bdci uvedli, \u017ee je to zp\u016fsobeno p\u0159\u00edtomnost\u00ed flavonoidu kvercetinu, kter\u00fd je tak\u00e9 siln\u00fdm p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00edm antioxidantem.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>M\u00e1te-li cukrovku i vysok\u00fd krevn\u00ed tlak, pak \u010del\u00edte a\u017e \u010dty\u0159n\u00e1sobn\u00e9mu riziku vzniku srde\u010dn\u00edch chorob ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s n\u011bk\u00fdm, kdo nem\u00e1 \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 z uveden\u00fdch zdravotn\u00edch probl\u00e9m\u016f.\u00a0N\u011bkolik studi\u00ed na potkanech s hypertenz\u00ed uk\u00e1zalo, \u017ee kvercetin m\u00e1 diuretick\u00fd \u00fa\u010dinek a zvy\u0161uje objem mo\u010di, co\u017e pom\u00e1h\u00e1 sni\u017eovat krevn\u00ed tlak.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span>Zdrav\u00e9 zp\u016fsoby, jak si vychutnat avok\u00e1do a dopisy avok\u00e1da<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span>Abyste si u\u017eili jejich zdravotn\u00ed p\u0159\u00ednosy, odborn\u00edci doporu\u010duj\u00ed p\u00edt
