V N\u011bmecku je i Tesla, za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1me b\u00fdt v kle\u0161t\u00edch.<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"content\">\n<p>\u010ce\u0161t\u00ed v\u00fdrobci automobil\u016f si odfrkli, \u017ee nov\u00e1 emisn\u00ed norma Euro 7 bude o n\u011bjak\u00fd \u010das odlo\u017eena, ale tou nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed hrozbou pro nosnou osu na\u0161eho pr\u016fmyslu nen\u00ed Brusel, ale sv\u011btov\u00e1 konkurence. A st\u00e1le v\u00edce zejm\u00e9na ta \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Marin Jahn, \u010dlen p\u0159edstavenstva \u0160kody Auto, kter\u00fd byl za premi\u00e9ra Milo\u0161e Zemana kr\u00e1tce m\u00edstop\u0159edsedou vl\u00e1dy pro ekonomiku, p\u0159ed p\u00e1r dny vyj\u00e1d\u0159il \u00falevu, \u017ee lze o\u010dek\u00e1vat odd\u00e1len\u00ed emisn\u00ed normy Euro 7, kter\u00e1 m\u011bla platit od poloviny roku 2025, o n\u011bjak\u00fdch dva roky a\u017e p\u011bt let. Jak uvedl, vyhneme se tak p\u0159ed\u010dasn\u00e9mu ukon\u010den\u00ed v\u00fdroby model\u016f Fabia, Scala a Kamiq a propou\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed lid\u00ed. O pr\u00e1ci mohlo p\u0159ij\u00edt a\u017e 3000 osob.<\/p>\n<p>Jahnovi se d\u00e1 v\u011b\u0159it, \u017ee se toho \u0160koda opravdu b\u00e1la, je v\u00a0kuchyni v\u00fdrobce. Podobn\u011b, by\u0165 bez konkr\u00e9tn\u00edch model\u016f a kvantifikace ztracen\u00fdch m\u00edst, se o tom vyjad\u0159oval tak\u00e9 ministr dopravy Martin Kupka. Nev\u00edm, nakolik jsou je\u0161t\u011b aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed \u00favahy, \u017ee kousek rychlostn\u00ed \u017eeleznice z\u00a0Prahy do Dr\u00e1\u017e\u010fan chceme stav\u011bt t\u0159icet let, ale i kdyby to byla jen legenda, odpov\u00eddalo by to na\u0161emu p\u0159\u00edstupu.<\/p>\n<p>Komick\u00e9 je, \u017ee stejn\u00e9 autority h\u00e1j\u00ed do roztrh\u00e1n\u00ed t\u011bla ideologii voln\u00e9ho trhu. Te\u010f si tedy \u010duchnou ke konfrontaci ideologie s\u00a0realitou, proto\u017ee do Evropy val\u00ed \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e1 konkurence s\u00a0vysp\u011bl\u00fdmi a p\u0159itom levn\u011bj\u0161\u00edmi elektrick\u00fdmi vozy a hybridy. \u010cesk\u00fdm tiskem u\u017e prob\u011bhla zpr\u00e1va, \u017ee \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e1 automobilka GWM (Great Wall Motors \u2013 auta od Velk\u00e9 zdi) se chyst\u00e1 vyr\u00e1b\u011bt v\u00a0Evrop\u011b. Jej\u00ed prvn\u00ed z\u00e1vod by mohl st\u00e1t t\u0159eba ve v\u00fdchodn\u00edm N\u011bmecku. Nebo Ma\u010farsku. Nebo t\u0159eba i v\u00a0\u010cesku. \u0159ekl\u00a0Siang-\u0165\u00fcn Meng, prezident evropsk\u00e9 pobo\u010dky Great Wall Motor (GWM) pro\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.automobilwoche.de\/bc-online\/great-wall-motor-chinesischer-autohersteller-pruft-werk-ostdeutschland\">Automobilwoche<\/a>. V\u00a0iDnes si toho v\u0161iml Franti\u0161ek Dvo\u0159\u00e1k, kter\u00fd o tom velice pozorn\u011b p\u00ed\u0161e.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.idnes.cz\/auto\/zpravodajstvi\/great-wall-gwm-automobilka-tovarna-v-cesku.A230531_085507_automoto_fdv%20\">https:\/\/www.idnes.cz\/auto\/zpravodajstvi\/great-wall-gwm-automobilka-tovarna-v-cesku.A230531_085507_automoto_fdv<\/a><\/p>\n<p>GWM je nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed \u010d\u00ednsk\u00fd v\u00fdrobce SUV a mal\u00fdch n\u00e1kla\u010f\u00e1\u010dk\u016f se s\u00eddlem v\u00a0Pao-ting v\u00a0provincii Che-pej, tedy u t\u00e9 Velk\u00e9 zdi. Ale do Evropy chce vyrazit jen s\u00a0elektrick\u00fdmi a hybridn\u00edmi modely. Nen\u00ed divu, \u017ee o n\u00e1zory prezidenta Menga se n\u011bkdo zaj\u00edm\u00e1, proto\u017ee pr\u00e1v\u011b dostal v\u00fdro\u010dn\u00ed cenu\u00a0<em>Rao Bin Medal<\/em>\u00a0\u010c\u00ednsk\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti pro automobilov\u00e9 in\u017een\u00fdrstv\u00ed. Sv\u011btov\u00e1 expanze jeho zna\u010dky u\u017e b\u011b\u017e\u00ed. V\u00a0Chile pr\u00e1v\u011b zah\u00e1jila m\u00edstn\u00ed projekt na urychlen\u00ed n\u00e1stupu digitalizace automobilov\u00e9 mobility, ale taky energetick\u00e9 transformace a zvy\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed energetick\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinnosti. Jak je vid\u011bt, tyhle v\u011bci jdou kr\u00e1sn\u011b dohromady.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gwm-global.com\/news\/3402767.html\">https:\/\/www.gwm-global.com\/news\/3402767.html<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Pl\u00e1ny v\u00fdroby jsou vskutku odv\u00e1\u017en\u00e9 \u2013 lo\u0148sk\u00fd milion aut cht\u011bj\u00ed letos zv\u00fd\u0161it o polovinu. Rozj\u00ed\u017ed\u011bj\u00ed z\u00e1vody v\u00a0Thajsku, Braz\u00edlii, Malajsii, Vietnamu, na Filipin\u00e1ch, a te\u010f je na \u0159ad\u011b Evropa. Tam se chyst\u00e1 i \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e1 BYD, kter\u00e1 v\u00a0lo\u0148sk\u00e9m roce doma vytla\u010dila Volkswagen z\u00a0pozice jedni\u010dky. Jist\u011b\u017ee v\u00a0tom hr\u00e1ly roli i ceny, proto\u017ee v\u00a0\u0158\u00ed\u0161i st\u0159edu te\u010f vl\u00e1dne krut\u00e1 cenov\u00e1 v\u00e1lka, kter\u00e1 zneklidnila i americkou Teslu s\u00a0jej\u00edmi z\u00e1vody v\u00a0\u0160anghaji. Ale je tu tak\u00e9 technologick\u00e1 \u00farove\u0148 voz\u016f, kv\u016fli kter\u00e9 d\u00e1vaj\u00ed \u010c\u00ed\u0148an\u00e9 dom\u00e1c\u00ed v\u00fdrob\u011b p\u0159ednost. Na jarn\u00edm veletrhu v\u00a0\u0160anghaji to bylo hlavn\u00ed t\u00e9ma debat a koment\u00e1\u0159\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00a0Evrop\u011b u\u017e je \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e9 Geely, je toti\u017e aktu\u00e1ln\u00edm vlastn\u00edkem automobilky Volvo. Nav\u0161t\u00edvil jsem jejich z\u00e1vody v\u00a0Chang-\u010dou, a pak jsem si p\u0159e\u010detl zaj\u00edmavou studii o rozvoji mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed spolupr\u00e1ce se \u0160v\u00e9dy. Za\u010dalo to pokusem Volvo o \u010d\u00ednskou expanzi. \u010c\u00edn\u0161t\u00ed in\u017een\u00fd\u0159i n\u00e1sledn\u011b vyrazili do \u0160v\u00e9dska a bylo zaj\u00edmav\u00e9, jak rychle si s\u00a0dom\u00e1c\u00edmi kolegy padli do oka. Auto\u0159i p\u00ed\u0161\u00ed, \u017ee byla v\u00fdm\u011bna know-how vz\u00e1jemn\u00e1. A\u0165 to bylo jakkoliv, nejsou to b\u00e9\u010dka, berme je v\u00e1\u017en\u011b.<\/p>\n<p><em>(Claes V. Doma n\u00e1s m\u016f\u017ee zachr\u00e1nit zdr\u017eovac\u00ed taktika ve v\u00fdstavb\u011b nab\u00edjec\u00edch stanic. V\u00a0obs\u00e1hl\u00e9m rozhovoru pro \u010dasopis \u010cesk\u00fd autopr\u016fmysl, kter\u00fd vyd\u00e1v\u00e1 \u010desk\u00e9 Sdru\u017een\u00ed automobilov\u00e9ho pr\u016fmyslu AutoSAP, Martin Kupka je\u0161t\u011b v\u00a0\u00fanoru v\u00edcem\u00e9n\u011b potvrdil, \u017ee v\u00a0roce 2030 obslou\u017e\u00edme jen n\u011bco m\u00e1lo p\u0159es 200 tis\u00edc bateriov\u00fdch elektromobil\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Rozhovor po\u0159\u00eddila \u0161\u00e9fredaktorka Libu\u0161e Bautzov\u00e1, kter\u00e1 v\u00a0minulosti p\u016fsobila dlouh\u00e1 l\u00e9ta ve veden\u00ed Ekonomu. Kladla velice konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed ot\u00e1zky. Ta nejpodstatn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ot\u00e1zka zn\u011bla, s\u00a0kolika elektrick\u00fdmi vozy se po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 na na\u0161ich silnic\u00edch za dal\u0161\u00edch \u0161est let. Respektive \u2013 zda bude N\u00e1rodn\u00ed ak\u010dn\u00ed pl\u00e1n \u010dist\u00e9 mobility do roku 2030 st\u00e1le po\u010d\u00edtat s\u00a0220 a\u017e 500 tis\u00edci bateriov\u00fdch elektromobil\u016f (a k\u00a0tomu je\u0161t\u011b 40 a\u017e 50 tis\u00edc voz\u016f na vod\u00edk). Ministr odpov\u011bd\u011bl moud\u0159e, \u017ee odhady se mohou \u010dasem zp\u0159es\u0148ovat, \u201ezat\u00edm jsme ale vych\u00e1zeli ze spodn\u00edch sc\u00e9n\u00e1\u0159\u016f\u201c. V\u00a0tom vid\u00edm ten odkaz na n\u011bco p\u0159es 200 tis\u00edc elektrick\u00fdch aut za \u0161est let.<\/p>\n<p>Kdybychom se dr\u017eeli dne\u0161n\u00edch \u010d\u00edsel, i ten spodn\u00ed sc\u00e9n\u00e1\u0159 je dost chim\u00e9ra. V\u00a0lo\u0148sk\u00e9m roce se u n\u00e1s prodaly necel\u00e9 \u010dty\u0159i tis\u00edce elektrick\u00fdch aut, z\u00a0toho \u010dtvrtina byly ojetiny. Jen\u017ee \u010cesko je defini\u010dn\u011b mal\u00e1 otev\u0159en\u00e1, exportn\u011b orientovan\u00e1 ekonomika. Mal\u00e1, to znamen\u00e1, \u017ee trendy vznikaj\u00ed jinde. Otev\u0159en\u00e1, to znamen\u00e1, \u017ee jsme z\u00e1visl\u00ed na velk\u00e9m objemu vstup\u016f a v\u00fdstup\u016f, vlastn\u011b \u010dty\u0159i p\u011btiny HDP jsou z\u00e1visl\u00e9 na tom, \u017ee to kmit\u00e1 k\u00a0n\u00e1m a ven. A nakonec je tu je\u0161t\u011b ta exportn\u00ed orientace, to znamen\u00e1, \u017ee dom\u00e1c\u00ed trh n\u00e1s neu\u017eiv\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Jin\u00fdmi slovy, m\u016f\u017eeme vyr\u00e1b\u011bt jen to, co se d\u00e1 prodat v\u00a0zahrani\u010d\u00ed. To, \u017ee d\u00e1v\u00e1me p\u0159ednost spalovac\u00edm motor\u016fm, to n\u00e1m mo\u017en\u00e1 trochu ochr\u00e1n\u00ed dom\u00e1c\u00ed trh, dokud jsou elektrick\u00e1 auta drah\u00e1 a nab\u00edje\u010dky lze potkat hlavn\u011b v\u00a0ak\u010dn\u00edch pl\u00e1nech. Kdy v\u0161ak za\u010dneme reagovat na to, \u017ee \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e1 elektrick\u00e1 auta u\u017e drah\u00e1 nejsou a m\u00ed\u0159\u00ed do Evropy? V\u00a0tom n\u00e1m ani Tchajwan nepom\u016f\u017ee, jede v\u00a0tom taky. A te\u010f se tedy cht\u011bj\u00ed \u010d\u00edn\u0161t\u00ed v\u00fdrobci usadit v\u00a0sousedn\u00edm N\u011bmecku, kde u\u017e je i americk\u00e1 Tesla. Cht\u011bj\u00ed tam b\u00fdt za rok, ne za p\u011bt nebo deset let. Brusel m\u016f\u017eete p\u0159emluvit k\u00a0odklad\u016fm, ale konkurence diktuje.<\/p>\n<p>Je\u0161t\u011b h\u016f\u0159 ne\u017e my je na tom s\u00a0elektromobilitou u\u017e jen Slovensko. Nen\u00ed n\u00e1hoda, \u017ee jsme spolu s\u00a0podtatransk\u00fdmi bratry na chvostu Evropy. Nesd\u00edl\u00edme jen p\u0159\u00edkladn\u011b bezduch\u00e9 vl\u00e1dy. Spole\u010dn\u011b p\u0159edstavujeme nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed koncentraci automobilov\u00e9ho pr\u016fmyslu na sv\u011bt\u011b v\u00a0p\u0159epo\u010dtu na obyvatele. A te\u010f \u010dum\u00edme do zdi, proto\u017ee na\u0161e monokultura spalovac\u00edch motor\u016f m\u00e1 b\u00fdt pr\u016fmyslem minulosti. Co s\u00a0t\u00edm? Kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 podniky nejsou na\u0161e, ale na\u0161i jsou mnoz\u00ed subdodavatel\u00e9. Mimochodem, do stejn\u00e9 kategorie zm\u011bn pat\u0159\u00ed i energetika, do toho se n\u00e1m taky nechce. Spoustu lid\u00ed obch\u00e1z\u00ed hr\u016fza, \u017ee ka\u017ed\u00e1 z\u00e1sadn\u00ed zm\u011bna technologi\u00ed vyvol\u00e1 i zm\u011bnu mocensk\u00fdch pom\u011br\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Proto se u n\u00e1s najde tolik prorok\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed vid\u00ed \u010deskou ekonomickou budoucnost se statis\u00edci agenturn\u00edch pracovn\u00edk\u016f t\u0159eba a\u017e z\u00a0Filipin. Proto se omezuj\u00ed rozpo\u010dty vysok\u00fdch \u0161kol a mudruje o obnov\u011b u\u010d\u0148ovsk\u00e9ho \u0161kolstv\u00ed. N\u00e1\u0161 sv\u011bt je holt pro star\u00e9.
