Lidi budou p\u0159ipravov\u00e1n\u00ed o nemovitosti, ty budou bour\u00e1ny a nahrazov\u00e1ny parky a jinou zelen\u00ed dle\u00a0<i>New green deal<\/i>. A kl\u00ed\u010dovou roli v tom sehr\u00e1vaj\u00ed barevn\u00ed p\u0159ist\u011bhovalci, u n\u00e1s mo\u017en\u00e1 banderovci.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"clanek-obsah\">Bez ohledu na to, jak dopadne v\u00e1lka na Ukrajin\u011b, dokud budeme \u010dleny EU nic se nezm\u011bn\u00ed. Na druh\u00e9m konci ud\u011bl\u00e1 to sam\u00e9 n\u011bkolik neziskovek a nast\u011bhuj\u00ed tam hn\u011bd\u00e9. Uprost\u0159ed \u017eije ji\u017e rok \u010di dva b\u00edl\u00e1 men\u0161ina, co si byty nakoupila za sv\u00e9 pen\u00edze, tedy pov\u011bt\u0161inou na t\u0159icetilet\u00e9 hypot\u00e9ky v prvn\u00ed nab\u00eddce od developera.<\/p>\n<p>Ub\u011bhlo deset let a men\u0161iny se rozrostli nejm\u00e9n\u011b o t\u0159i d\u011bti na ka\u017ed\u00fd pronajat\u00fd byt a ti, co d\u011bti m\u011bli, ji\u017e maj\u00ed puber\u0165\u00e1ky. Na s\u00eddli\u0161ti za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 b\u00fdt nebezpe\u010dno, utv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed se d\u011btsk\u00e9 gangy, co napadaj\u00ed dosp\u011bl\u00e9, b\u011blo\u0161i u\u017e jsou v men\u0161in\u011b. V\u011bt\u0161ina lid\u00ed ji\u017e m\u00e1 zaplacen\u00e9 \u00faroky z hypot\u00e9k a za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 spl\u00e1cet jistinu. \u010c\u00e1st t\u011bch star\u0161\u00edch se ji\u017e rozhodla byty prodat a odst\u011bhovat se. Druh\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st p\u016fvodn\u00edch vlastn\u00edk\u016f sv\u00e9 byty pronaj\u00edm\u00e1. T\u00edm se komunita barevn\u00fdch v\u00fdrazn\u011b zv\u011bt\u0161uje. N\u00e1jem je n\u00edzk\u00fd, ale i tak je byt v dan\u00e9 lokalit\u011b nemo\u017en\u00e9 pronajmout b\u00edl\u00e9mu.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>2)<\/strong> <\/span>Po patn\u00e1cti letech od v\u00fdstavby a prodeje novostaveb je nyn\u00ed cena byt\u016f cca o t\u0159etinu ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed, d\u00edky problematick\u00e9mu sou\u017eit\u00ed s ostatn\u00ed komunitou.<\/p>\n<p>Postupn\u011b \u010d\u00e1st star\u00fdch lid\u00ed um\u00edr\u00e1 nebo odch\u00e1z\u00ed do domova d\u016fchodc\u016f a byty d\u011bd\u00ed jednak m\u011bstsk\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st, pokud nikoho nemaj\u00ed, d\u00e1le pak d\u011bti, co se ji\u017e d\u00e1vno odst\u011bhovali nebo jin\u00ed p\u0159\u00edbuzn\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Do byt\u016f, co d\u011bdil st\u00e1t nebo m\u011bsto, se okam\u017eit\u011b st\u011bhuj\u00ed migranti, byty, co zd\u011bdili poz\u016fstal\u00ed, se nejprve sna\u017e\u00ed o pron\u00e1jem za slu\u0161nou cenu \u2013 to nejde, pak se sna\u017e\u00ed byt prodat. Byty jsou neprodejn\u00e9, \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 realitka to nep\u0159evezme do prodeje. Nem\u016f\u017ee to p\u0159evz\u00edt, proto\u017ee b\u011blo\u0161i to nekoup\u00ed a barevn\u00fdm to prodat nejde, ani za m\u00e1lo, realitka by byla na\u0159\u010den\u00e1 z rasismu, vytv\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed segregace v bydlen\u00ed a j\u00e1 nev\u00edm z \u010deho je\u0161t\u011b. M\u011bli by prost\u011b probl\u00e9my. Majitel ov\u0161em mus\u00ed platiti za byt slu\u017eby, i kdy\u017e v n\u011bm nikdo nebydl\u00ed. Nakonec byt zdarma nab\u00eddne m\u011bstsk\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>3)<\/strong> <\/span>Ti, co to neud\u011blaj\u00ed, maj\u00ed brzy dluh na slu\u017eb\u00e1ch. Pak p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed exekutor, zjist\u00ed cenu bytu nula a vystav\u00ed odborn\u00fd posudek znalce, \u017ee byt je neobyvateln\u00fd, poru\u0161en\u00e1 statika domu atd. M\u011bstsk\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st na\u0159\u00edd\u00ed d\u016fm zbourat. Za zbour\u00e1n\u00ed zaplat\u00ed majitel bytu v\u010detn\u011b dluh\u016f za slu\u017eby. V\u011bt\u0161ina d\u011bdic\u016f co neodm\u00edtla d\u011bdictv\u00ed ve form\u011b bytu na s\u00eddli\u0161ti spl\u00e1c\u00ed dluhy za demolice, a revitalizaci prostoru, nejm\u00e9n\u011b deset let.
