Trvale vysok\u00e1 hladina vitaminu D m\u016f\u017ee tak\u00e9 zjevn\u011b sn\u00ed\u017eit riziko demence a\u017e o 40 procent.\u00a0Ukazuje to nov\u011b publikovan\u00e1 studie.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span>Jak v\u011brn\u00ed \u010dten\u00e1\u0159i Report24 jist\u011b v\u011bd\u00ed, vitam\u00edn D pom\u00e1h\u00e1 mimo jin\u00e9\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/report24.news\/neue-studie-vitamin-d-ist-bei-covid-erkrankungen-extrem-effektiv\/\"><span>p\u0159i onemocn\u011bn\u00edch Covid<\/span><\/a><span>\u00a0.\u00a0\u201eSlune\u010dn\u00ed vitam\u00edn\u201c je tak\u00e9 jinak zn\u00e1m\u00fd pro sv\u00e9 pos\u00edlen\u00ed imunitn\u00edho syst\u00e9mu.\u00a0Existuje v\u0161ak je\u0161t\u011b jeden d\u016fvod, pro\u010d bychom m\u011bli v\u017edy db\u00e1t na udr\u017een\u00ed trvale vysok\u00e9 hladiny vitaminu D: <strong>prevence demence<\/strong>.\u00a0Vzhledem k tomu, \u017ee nedostatkem vitaminu D trp\u00ed na cel\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b miliarda lid\u00ed, je t\u0159eba v\u011bnovat v\u00edce pozornosti pozitivn\u00edm \u00fa\u010dink\u016fm tohoto vitaminu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Nov\u00e1\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/alz-journals.onlinelibrary.wiley.com\/doi\/10.1002\/dad2.12404\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><span>studie<\/span><\/a><span>\u00a0, kter\u00e1 sledovala 12 388 lid\u00ed po dobu 10 let, ukazuje, \u017ee takto trvale vysok\u00e1 hladina vitaminu D m\u016f\u017ee sn\u00ed\u017eit riziko rozvoje demence a\u017e o 40 procent.\u00a0\u017deny z toho obvykle t\u011b\u017e\u00ed v\u00edce ne\u017e mu\u017ei.\u00a0Existuje tak\u00e9 neuroprotektivn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinek, kter\u00fd nab\u00edz\u00ed ur\u010ditou ochranu p\u0159ed cukrovkou, r\u016fzn\u00fdmi typy rakoviny a tak\u00e9 roztrou\u0161enou skler\u00f3zou nebo Alzheimerem.\u00a0Spolu s ho\u0159\u010d\u00edkem, vitam\u00ednem K2 a v\u00e1pn\u00edkem sni\u017euje riziko infarktu a mrtvice.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>Zpr\u00e1va\u00a0<\/strong><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.theepochtimes.com\/health\/vitamin-d-reduced-dementia-risk-by-40-percent_5182476.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">o studii<\/a>\u00a0uv\u00e1d\u00ed:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eV\u00fdzkumn\u00edci m\u011b\u0159ili expozici vitaminu D na za\u010d\u00e1tku a porovn\u00e1vali p\u0159e\u017eit\u00ed bez demence mezi skupinami lid\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed vitamin D dost\u00e1vali, a t\u011bmi, kte\u0159\u00ed jej nedost\u00e1vali.\u00a0Expozice vitaminu D byla m\u011b\u0159ena jako p\u0159\u00edjem vitaminu D3, vitaminu D2 nebo vitaminu D3 plus v\u00e1pn\u00edk.\u00a0V\u00fdsledky uk\u00e1zaly, \u017ee expozice vitaminu D byla spojena s v\u00fdrazn\u011b del\u0161\u00edm obdob\u00edm bez demence a celkov\u011b ni\u017e\u0161\u00edm v\u00fdskytem ve v\u0161ech t\u011bchto skupin\u00e1ch.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>A d\u00e1l:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201e\u00dadaje nazna\u010duj\u00ed, \u017ee v\u0161echny p\u0159\u00edpravky vitaminu D zkouman\u00e9 ve studii sn\u00ed\u017eily v\u00fdskyt demence o 40 procent ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s t\u011bmi, kter\u00fdm nebyla vystavena.\u00a0Zaj\u00edmav\u00e9 je, \u017ee \u00fa\u010dinek byl v\u00fdznamn\u011b v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed u \u017een ne\u017e u mu\u017e\u016f a u subjekt\u016f s norm\u00e1ln\u00edmi kognitivn\u00edmi schopnostmi ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s t\u011bmi, kte\u0159\u00ed m\u011bli na za\u010d\u00e1tku m\u00edrn\u00e9 kognitivn\u00ed poruchy.&#8220;<\/em><\/p>\n<p><span>Pokud uv\u00e1\u017e\u00edte, \u017ee v sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b je asi 50 milion\u016f lid\u00ed na cel\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b pova\u017eov\u00e1no za trp\u00edc\u00edch demenc\u00ed a \u017ee se o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1, \u017ee se tento po\u010det do roku 2050 ztrojn\u00e1sob\u00ed, preventivn\u00ed opat\u0159en\u00ed, jako je v\u011bnov\u00e1n\u00ed pozornosti hladin\u00e1m vitaminu D, by jist\u011b mohla p\u0159in\u00e9st \u00falevu zdravotnick\u00fdm syst\u00e9m\u016fm a rodinn\u00fdm pe\u010dovatel\u016fm.\u00a0Nav\u00edc jde i o kvalitu \u017eivota ve st\u00e1\u0159\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a
