pacient\u016f se z\u00e1va\u017en\u00fdm onemocn\u011bn\u00edm COVID-19, kte\u0159\u00ed dost\u00e1vali vysok\u00e9 d\u00e1vky vitaminu D, nezem\u0159el;\u00a0m\u00edsto toho se situace zlep\u0161ila pro 100 % skupiny<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Regula\u010dn\u00ed agentury po cel\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b jsou z velk\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti financovan\u00e9 pr\u016fmyslem, co\u017e je pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b d\u016fvod, pro\u010d nedoporu\u010duj\u00ed vitam\u00edn D \u2013 \u201enev\u00fdhodn\u00e9\u201c opat\u0159en\u00ed \u2013 pro COVID-19<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span>V \u010dervnu 2020 jsem zah\u00e1jil informa\u010dn\u00ed kampa\u0148 s c\u00edlem zv\u00fd\u0161it pov\u011bdom\u00ed o u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed vitaminu D u COVID-19.\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mdpi.com\/2072-6643\/12\/11\/3361\/htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><span>Moje vlastn\u00ed studie vitaminu D<\/span><\/a><span>\u00a0byla zve\u0159ejn\u011bna v renomovan\u00e9m \u010dasopise Nutrients dne 31. \u0159\u00edjna 2020.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>V t\u00e9 dob\u011b 14 pozorovac\u00edch studi\u00ed nazna\u010dovalo, \u017ee hladiny vitaminu D jsou nep\u0159\u00edmo \u00fam\u011brn\u00e9 v\u00fdskytu nebo z\u00e1va\u017enosti COVID-19, a m\u016fj \u010dl\u00e1nek dosp\u011bl k z\u00e1v\u011bru: \u201eD\u016fkazy se zdaj\u00ed dostate\u010dn\u011b siln\u00e9, \u017ee lid\u00e9 a l\u00e9ka\u0159i mohou pou\u017e\u00edvat nebo doporu\u010dovat dopl\u0148ky vitaminu D k prevenci nebo l\u00e9\u010dit COVID-19.&#8220;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Byl jsem \u0161iroce o\u010der\u0148ov\u00e1n a diskreditov\u00e1n v m\u00e9di\u00edch za zvy\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed pov\u011bdom\u00ed o potenci\u00e1lu vitaminu D pro COVID-19.\u00a0New York Times dokonce v \u010dervenci 2021 zve\u0159ejnil titulek na tituln\u00ed stran\u011b jako \u201enejvlivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed \u0161i\u0159itel dezinformac\u00ed o koronaviru na internetu\u201c, aby minimalizoval m\u00e9 \u00fasil\u00ed.\u00a0Report\u00e9rka tvrdila, \u017ee nemohla ov\u011b\u0159it mou publikovanou studii o vitaminu D, i kdy\u017e jsem j\u00ed na ni poslal odkaz a je snadn\u00e9 ji naj\u00edt online.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Ale nyn\u00ed, jak u\u017e to tak b\u00fdv\u00e1, vych\u00e1z\u00ed pravda najevo.\u00a0St\u00e1le v\u00edce studi\u00ed potvrzuje to, co jsem \u0159ekl v roce 2020, \u017ee vitam\u00edn D je \u00fa\u010dinn\u00fdm a vysoce \u00fa\u010dinn\u00fdm opat\u0159en\u00edm proti COVID-19.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>Nov\u00e9 studie o vitaminu D a COVID-19<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Pod\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed vitaminu D lidem s COVID-19 sn\u00ed\u017eilo riziko \u00famrt\u00ed na SARS-CoV-2 o 51 % a riziko p\u0159ijet\u00ed na jednotku intenzivn\u00ed p\u00e9\u010de (JIP) o 72 %.\u00a0To byl v\u00fdsledek metaanal\u00fdzy a anal\u00fdzy sekven\u010dn\u00ed studie (TSA), ve kter\u00fdch se zva\u017euj\u00ed chyby, aby se posoudilo, zda jsou zapot\u0159eb\u00ed dal\u0161\u00ed studie \u2013 nebo jsou v\u00fdsledky tak spolehliv\u00e9, \u017ee je nepravd\u011bpodobn\u00e9, \u017ee by byly ovlivn\u011bny jin\u00fdmi studiemi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>TSA zjistila, \u017ee \u201eochrann\u00e1 role vitaminu D a p\u0159ijet\u00ed na JIP prok\u00e1zala, \u017ee pozitivn\u00ed spojen\u00ed je pr\u016fkazn\u00e9, proto\u017ee soubor studi\u00ed dos\u00e1hl ur\u010dit\u00e9 velikosti vzorku\u201c.\u00a0Jin\u00fdmi slovy, v\u00fdsledky nazna\u010duj\u00ed \u201ejasnou souvislost mezi ochrannou \u00falohou vitaminu D a p\u0159ijet\u00edm na JIP\u201c.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Slova jako \u201ep\u0159esv\u011bd\u010div\u00fd\u201c a \u201edefinitivn\u00ed\u201c se ve v\u011bdeck\u00e9m v\u00fdzkumu nepou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed lehce.\u00a0Tento v\u00fdsledek je tedy skute\u010dn\u011b p\u016fsobiv\u00fd \u2013 i kdy\u017e ne zcela p\u0159ekvapiv\u00fd, proto\u017ee ochrann\u00fd \u00fa\u010dinek vitaminu D proti COVID-19 podporuje i mno\u017estv\u00ed dal\u0161\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Co v\u0161ak vyvol\u00e1v\u00e1 ot\u00e1zky, je, pro\u010d se o t\u00e9to studii, kter\u00e1 m\u00e1 v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 d\u016fsledky pro ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed, nemluv\u00ed a pro\u010d se vitamin D obecn\u011b nedoporu\u010duje pro COVID-19.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>Vitamin D nab\u00edz\u00ed v\u00e1\u017enou ochranu proti COVID-19<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Ve v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00e9m videu John Campbell, sestra a u\u010ditel v d\u016fchodu z Anglie, hovo\u0159\u00ed o studii, kter\u00e1 byla publikov\u00e1na v \u010dasopise Pharmaceuticals.\u00a0Podle jeho n\u00e1zoru regula\u010dn\u00ed org\u00e1ny jednaj\u00ed neeticky, kdy\u017e nedoporu\u010duj\u00ed vitam\u00edn D pro COVID-19.\u00a0Pacienti s COVID-19 l\u00e9\u010den\u00ed vitaminem D m\u011bli nejen ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed po\u010det p\u0159ijat\u00fdch na intenzivn\u00ed p\u00e9\u010di a ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed \u00famrtnost, ale tak\u00e9 o 54 % ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed m\u00edru infekc\u00ed COVID-19.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Jin\u00fdmi slovy, vitam\u00edn D poskytoval v\u00fdznamnou ochranu p\u0159ed infekc\u00ed SARS-CoV-2.\u00a0Mezit\u00edm \u201ebyly b\u011bhem pandemie prov\u00e1d\u011bny vysoce rizikov\u00e9 intervence.\u00a0Velmi, velmi bezpe\u010dn\u00e1 opat\u0159en\u00ed, jako je vitamin D a zinek, byla v podstat\u011b ignorov\u00e1na.\u00a0To je opravdu skand\u00e1l.\u00a0Tot\u00e1ln\u00ed skand\u00e1l.\u00a0Absolutn\u00ed d\u016fle\u017eitost vitaminu D pro zdrav\u00ed kost\u00ed a jeho roli v mimokostern\u00ed funkci.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edklady mo\u017en\u00fdch p\u0159\u00ednos\u016f vitaminu D v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b COVID-19 ukazuj\u00ed, \u017ee:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Udr\u017euje funkci plicn\u00ed bari\u00e9ry<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Ur\u010duje produkci antimikrobi\u00e1ln\u00edch peptid\u016f<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Zvy\u0161uje aktivitu neutrofil\u016f, co\u017e posiluje vrozenou \u017ee \u201enepopiratelnou souvislost mezi suplementac\u00ed vitaminu D a ochrann\u00fdm \u00fa\u010dinkem p\u0159i p\u0159ijet\u00ed na JIP lze pova\u017eovat za definitivn\u00ed d\u016fkaz\u201c.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>Vysok\u00e9 d\u00e1vky vitaminu D zachra\u0148uj\u00ed mnoho pacient\u016f s COVID<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Dal\u0161\u00ed studie sledovala \u00fa\u010dinky l\u00e9ku tocilizumabu a dal\u0161\u00edch faktor\u016f, v\u010detn\u011b vysok\u00fdch d\u00e1vek vitaminu D, u lid\u00ed s t\u011b\u017ek\u00fdm onemocn\u011bn\u00edm COVID-19.\u00a0Snad nejv\u00edce odhaluj\u00edc\u00ed byla tabulka 3, kter\u00e1 ukazuje \u00fa\u010dinky soub\u011b\u017en\u00e9 l\u00e9\u010dby vitaminem D, antikoagulancii, steroidy a antivirotiky.\u00a0Ze sedmi pacient\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed dost\u00e1vali vysok\u00e9 d\u00e1vky vitaminu D, \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd nezem\u0159el.\u00a0M\u00edsto toho se situace u 100 % t\u00e9to skupiny zlep\u0161ila.\u00a0Vypl\u00fdv\u00e1 to ze studie:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><span>\u201e100 % pacient\u016f s n\u00edzk\u00fdm stavem vitaminu D (m\u00e9n\u011b ne\u017e 20 ng\/ml), kte\u0159\u00ed dost\u00e1vali vysokou d\u00e1vku vitaminu D (50 000 IU ka\u017ed\u00fd druh\u00fd den po dobu dvou t\u00fddn\u016f nebo 300 000 IU intramuskul\u00e1rn\u00ed injekce), vykazovalo klinick\u00e9 zlep\u0161en\u00ed ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s t\u011bmi, kte\u0159\u00ed dost\u00e1vali obvykl\u00e1 l\u00e9\u010debn\u00e1 d\u00e1vka (10 000 IU denn\u011b nebo m\u00e9n\u011b) nebo ti, kte\u0159\u00ed nedostali \u017e\u00e1dnou l\u00e9\u010dbu.\u201c<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><span>V\u011bdeck\u00fd spisovatel Simon Goddek, Ph.D., pot\u00e9 na Twitteru napsal: \u201eCo se stane, kdy\u017e pod\u00e1v\u00e1te vysok\u00e9 d\u00e1vky vitaminu D t\u011b\u017ek\u00fdm pacient\u016fm s COVID-19?\u00a0Prost\u011b nezem\u0159ou, jak ukazuje tato studie.\u201c<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>Vitamin D sni\u017euje infekci a \u00famrt\u00ed COVID-19<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Dal\u0161\u00ed studie \u2013 tato publikovan\u00e1 ve Scientific Reports ukazuje, \u017ee souvislost mezi vitam\u00ednem D, \u201ebezpe\u010dnou, \u0161iroce infekc\u00edm.\u00a0Mnoho studi\u00ed uk\u00e1zalo, \u017ee nedostatek vitaminu D&#8230; zvy\u0161uje riziko n\u00e1kazy COVID-19,\u201c p\u00ed\u0161\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Studie zahrnovala velkou populaci veter\u00e1n\u016f, v\u010detn\u011b 220 265 pacient\u016f suplementovan\u00fdch vitaminem D3 p\u0159ed a b\u011bhem pandemie a 407 860 nel\u00e9\u010den\u00fdch pacient\u016f.\u00a0Ti, kte\u0159\u00ed u\u017e\u00edvali vitam\u00edn D3, m\u011bli o 20 % ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed riziko.\u00a0Po\u010det \u00famrt\u00ed na COVID-19 byl tak\u00e9 ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed u t\u011bch, kte\u0159\u00ed u\u017e\u00edvali vitam\u00edn D \u2013 o 33 % m\u00e9n\u011b u t\u011bch, kte\u0159\u00ed u\u017e\u00edvali vitam\u00edn D3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>&#8222;Tato souvisej\u00edc\u00ed sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed rizika jsou v\u00fdznamn\u00e1 a vy\u017eaduj\u00ed dal\u0161\u00ed zkoum\u00e1n\u00ed a potvrzen\u00ed RCT [randomizovan\u00e9 kontrolovan\u00e9 studie],&#8220; uvedli v\u011bdci.\u00a0&#8222;To je obzvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 vzhledem k vysok\u00e9 m\u00ed\u0159e nedostatku vitaminu D v americk\u00e9 populaci a je vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed u lid\u00ed s tmav\u0161\u00ed plet\u00ed, lid\u00ed \u017eij\u00edc\u00edch ve vy\u0161\u0161\u00edch zem\u011bpisn\u00fdch \u0161\u00ed\u0159k\u00e1ch v zim\u011b, obyvatel pe\u010dovatelsk\u00fdch dom\u016f a je\u0161t\u011b vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed u lid\u00ed s n\u00edzkou expozic\u00ed slune\u010dn\u00edmu z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed. .\u00a0V\u00fdskyt COVID-19 je class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>Pro\u010d se vitam\u00edn D nedoporu\u010duje pro COVID?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Skute\u010dnost, \u017ee vitam\u00edn D pom\u00e1h\u00e1 v boji proti COVID-19, byla b\u011bhem pandemie \u0161iroce cenzurov\u00e1na a naz\u00fdv\u00e1na \u201edezinformacemi\u201c.\u00a0A navzdory \u201ep\u0159esv\u011bd\u010div\u00fdm\u201c d\u016fkaz\u016fm, britsk\u00fd N\u00e1rodn\u00ed institut pro zdrav\u00ed a p\u00e9\u010di Excellence (NICE) uv\u00e1d\u00ed: \u201eNenab\u00edzejte lidem v\u0161ak obecn\u011b netoxick\u00fd a p\u0159edstavuje mo\u017enost s n\u00edzk\u00fdm rizikem, kter\u00e1 by mohla m\u00edt v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 p\u0159\u00ednosn\u00e9 d\u016fsledky pro ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed.\u00a0Kdy\u017e v\u00fdzkumn\u00edci studie Scientific Reports extrapolovali sv\u00e9 v\u00fdsledky vitaminu D na celou populaci USA v roce 2020, zjistili, \u017ee suplementace vitaminem D3 by zabr\u00e1nila 4 milion\u016fm p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f COVID-19 a 116 000 \u00famrt\u00edm.\u00a0Campbell se pt\u00e1:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><span>&#8222;Pro\u010d se to
